Good deals! Easy access straight from the parking lot! So many benches, couches and umbrella tables. Don't worry about heat or rain! There are a ton of places you can sit and rain or sun will not bother you. A designated play area for kids! Don't forget the train ride for kids. Stores are good with normally good discounts. Be aware of perfume places where you see a combo deal. Always pick the first item and ask for the price of it as a standalone item. Then combine them to take the discount on the second item!! Usually all deals are decent! Foodcourt has good choices.

Such a great place to spend time. It is such a impressive out door mall. There is ample parking and no fees. There were a number of vendors selling everything from on the go foods to ice cream. I encourage everyone to visit at least once.

Never been to an Outlet. I experienced not enough discounts. Some stores had awesome discounts, some not so much. I like the layout. The place was full of people. We found parking...it was crazy. OMG. Had to be very patient and understanding and e'erbody was. Nice. There were lines for some stores. Food court. Nice little lake with a gazebo out over the water. Weather was pleasant. A good day out. So I guess this takes the place of malls now, huh?

Let’s talk about deals and more deals. I walked into the Nike store and found some of the best deals. No long lines like the outlets in CA. Tory Burch had one heck of a sale. Now be sure to stop in to the Kate Spade store. Deals on top of deals at the outlet.

I have been to this outlet center many times and I always find many things That I am looking for and I never leave disappointed. It is also a very beautiful location to shop and you can also eat here and find coffee at the Starbucks. It is located very close to the Norfolk International airport in a great location and I love this place. If you're looking for a nice outlet center close to the Norfolk Virginia Beach area this is your place.

This is a very scenic outlet! As you approach the parking lot, you can sit in your car an watch the airplanes taking off! I find this awesome as it reminds me of childhood memories of watching the airplane take off from JFK in New York. Once inside the grounds of the outlet, you don't have to walk too far to find your favorite store. We were only there for a quick shopping trip, so we didn't get to experience the entire outlet. But it's very close to Virginia Beach and Norfolk, so I'm looking forward to returning in the spring!!

Great place with lots and lots of variety of shopping centers to choose from and all varieties with affordable/regular rate prices. The area is well maintaned and beautifully done up with its walkways, relaxing stations and landscaping. Stores are accessed via their own entrances from the walkway so no way of avoiding being outside to and from but some areas are canopied so some protection is offered. If in need of any shopping necessities or looking for a day out browsing some shops I would recommend checking the Norfolk Premium Outlets!

It's a really nice Factory Outlet. Has a lot of cool stores check out my pictures. It also has a good food court and lots of things for the kids to do. I would say visit in the spring, summer or fall because it is a open Mall it's probably not going to be a lot of fun in the winter time. That is unless you like to walk around in the cold. I recommend visitation. You will enjoy your experience.

Great outlet shopping in an interesting layout. It doesn't have tons of stores but mostly big chain. It has two small ponds to bring up the waterside atmosphere and a basic and good food court.

Mostly upscale some neat shops surf shop was Cool and the as seen on TV had a lot of stuff. The food court was great. Clean and good food. I had fresh sushi was good. Check out the pier and povilion on the lake super neat. I guess I gave it 3/5 because it was mainly too pricey but I guess that's what some like.

Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Amour are just a few of my favorite stores at this outlet mall so it makes sense to call it a premium one! Fairly new and well kept all the prices in all the stores are great too. The atmosphere keeps a certain crowd coming back it’s more high class

Glad to have an outlet so close. Very nice. Especially the gazebos they have in different locations. And you can take a break playing games on the lawn or a play area for older kids. (6-12 I believe) Not sure if there's an area for younger ones.

Great deals and only 7 mins away from Norfolk airport. So if you have room in your luggage stop here before you get on your flight. Was here on a Tuesday midday, not crowded. Plenty of seating in & out of the sun for your package handlers (or your spouse)

Very clean, open space. I really enjoyed walking around there. I visited the Nike store, the gap, bath and bodyworks and the pretzel store (Auntie something). I was there on a weekday so it wasn't super crowded. Will definitely visit again.

Decent outlet complex near Norfolk. Usual variety of stores. The management company needs to do a better job of sign placement. If you miss the first exit off the highway, you have to snake past the airport to access the facility from the next exit. Once on the property, you could use some guidance as to where to park.

Let me start off by saying, I am not a "shopping type" person. That distinction belongs to my husband. I don't do hot, crowded and expensive and let's face it, that's what malls are, not to mention dangerous these days, but Norfolk Premium Outlets is different. Built in a shopping center style instead of an enclosed mall, it feels less crowded. Lots of open spaces and overlooking a waterway, it is one of the most esthetically pleasing places I have been. While the food court is nothing to write home about, my favorite stop each time we go here is Jamba Juice. I love these refreshing concoctions like crack. I always try to get a new flavor each time and I am never disappointed. There is something about Jamba Juice that other juice places I've been too cannot touch. Not sure what it is, but they are even better than my homemade ones. The best alternative to a hot shopping trip. My husband got 3 pair of Pumas for less than $100 and he was downright giddy. Yes, I married a shoe jock junkie, if such creatures exist, he is the OG fo real doe! All in all it was a pretty great afternoon and pleasurable outing. Lots of laughter, fun and no mass shootings! It takes us a little over a half hour to get there, but worth the trip and the gas, so I encourage you to check it out. Lots of shady places to sit and relax, nice tunes playing on speakers and clean restrooms to boot. Friendly clerks in stores and patrons are nice as well. No parking issues either. We will definitely be back again!

t’s a very clean comfortable spacious place to go for outside shopping. You have all the big brands as factory outlets which if you like to bargain hunt and have clothing at great prices it’s the place to be and you are able to have lunch or dinner there they have philly steaks seafood king umi and Kung pao wok there’s also Starbucks as well. Lots of parking free wifi and they also have amusement for kids and charging stations for your phone.

Amazing outlets! This location is ideal for the entire Hampton roads area! The covered seating is amazing! There’s amazing parking for first responders! Grab a bite to eat in the cook a/c when you need a break or sit outside in the comfortable chairs under the covered walkway! This place has it all! Skip the malls and head here!

One of the best places for real shopping. Basically, in the Malls I don't want to specify we may come across the same brands, but here most of them are at the best price. There are 2 things price and quality. We can have satisfaction in both of them. I personally believe on outdoor shopping 🛒🛍️ because we have multiple options to try and find the best fit. The online shopping is appealing but outdoor shopping is fun and satisfying.

Dear diary. Today was a great day. I was driving through the Virginia beach to the Chesapeake bridge when I saw out of the corner of my eye A outlet mall. This place is brand new. Still smells like a new car when you walk into the over fifty name brand stores. Nike, Gap, Coach ,Micheal Kors, Calvin’s and Steven Madden to name a very few. There seems to be over 75 but I can’t find a exact number. It reminded me of the Tanger outlets at myrtle beach like if they were Walmart and I was at a target now. It has a nice walkway for sunny days to help you keep from getting fried but still feel the sun on you face and wind in you hair. This place is a most go of your enjoy shopping and walking around a lovely pleasant to the eye kind of place. The key to the were are you now let’s you take a selfie. Just fun and a great place to spend an cloudy day or just to spend someone else’s money. P.s. my wife just took the baby for a diaper changes and they restroom had changing pads for the table. Hooks to hang your bags and if you are in medical need of a needle injection they have safe disposal of the needles.

Very nice outlet mall. They have a wide variety of stores and it is very clean. There is plenty of parking and it is right off rt 64. The food court is really nice and there is a decent selection of food. The food court overlooks a pond so Al least there is something nice to look at. Overall a nice place and I would visit again.

We found some really good labor day sales. The stores and grounds are well kept and clean. Plenty of public restroom available throughout. Cell service was a bit spotty for me, not sure why. The food court seemed a little overwhelmed by the amount of hungry people. Otherwise, a great experience.

A brand new outlet mall. 56 store oprn and 30 more on the way. As it is in most outlet malls, some prices seemed hig, some were great savings. Special discount coupon books availae for mitary, AARP, and others. Lots of shade and AC, makes walking around easier. Friendly statf at Information Desk and around the mall. Great location near the airport. I'll go back.

I went to the Gap and lost my Prada perception eye glasses and this employee excuse me, I mean A specialist tore that entire store up to help me find them. When we finally found them they were under a very low shelf. If that Boy did not get down and eye level that thing for me.. then he cleaned them before he gave them back. Sweet baby Jesus. I didn't know what to do. I was like we ain't going to worry about COVID. I had to give him a hug. That's the type of service you get when you come here.

I thought their deals weren't going to be really good but decided to finish my Christmas shopping there. On the contrary the deals were great. I got power rangers from Toys R Us (rare), Hoodies from Vans 2 for $35, and Nike sneakers from Nike factory marked down from $74.95 to $34.95. In addition to that we took selfies from the directory and Auntie Annie smelled and tasted wonderful. It was like a date not shopping.

This is a nice mostly outdoor type mall. There is a food court which was upon upon my visit today, however I did not go in. There was indoor and outdoor seating available. There are many well known brand stores here which are pretty on par with what you would expect at an outlet mall. There is a little train for children to ride around in for about 6$ and there was also a bouncy jump area for 10$ per 4 minutes of jumping. There is a children's play area that had a few kids in it. There is outdoor seating outside a lot of the stores, and some of them had charging ports. There is a pavilion overlooking a lake that is pretty nice. There are plenty of bathrooms.

The food court isn’t all that great with a very small selection but the eateries are good with Auntie Annes and Starbucks close by. It has same stores as most outlets but I like it. It has more of a family feel. TRAFFIC: The traffic pattern and way to enter the indoor/outdoor outlet mall is ridiculous. I cant say for all of the stores, but the few that we did go in seemed like they were just dumping ground stores that get the old leftovers from their other main stores or warehouses. Came here on a rainy day, which was a mistake. Going in between stores we got wet every time. Coverage by awnings is spotty. I was in search of a babyshower dress and was ultimately unsuccessful. Not all the stores are filled, it felt quite empty. I'd have rathered go to the mall. Some stores and deals were good though. Just not what I needed.

Amazing outdoor setting with a variety of stores. There is a little of something for everyone. From designer to luxury you will find something here. The parking is a little bit awkward but easily managable. Usually pretty busy on the weekends and holiday sale time periods. There is an ATM on site though it is a little hidden. The cable jump area is a great amenity for the little ones to play. Will return again.

First time here on a Sunday afternoon and here's my first impression: Very clean and well laid out. There is a kids area to play as well as a small area with some eateries. Looks bigger than it actually is, but the brand of stores are on point.

Parking is never a huge issue however getting to the outlets from your car can be difficult because there’s little to no crosswalks and there is so much traffic from both ways between the parking lot and the entrance. Good food selections and great stores. The location is by so much more as well!

There's an indoor eatery with very few vendors: Charlie's subs, chicken place(wasn't flavored) teriyaki place and salad place, also a phone repair. The Norfolk premium outlet is great! There's ALWAYS a deal going on at one store or another. The area is always very clean as far as I've seen and that includes the bathrooms. Even if you're not in the market to buy something, they have a very nice food court and walking around the property is also a lot of fun. One of the best premium outlet malls I've been to.

Gorgeous location, impressive selection of luxury shops and designer stores. I'm a big fan of Calvin Klein so it's very nice to finally have an outlet that's closer than Williamsburg. The mall is a bit spread out and can be tricky to navigate, but there are very helpful interactive kiosks with the ability to list walking directions to specific shops and even text them to your phone. The food pavilion attached to the mall is a bit disappointing, but there are several good dining options a bit further down. Overall a nice place for a good shopping trip!

Norfolk Premium outlets is a very nice shopping Mall. Very clean & well upkept. It is also surrounded by several good restaurants as well. The only downside is that the Mall does not have as much shopping locations as you may like from an outlet Mall.

They have a huge variety of stores, so anyone in your family has something they will enjoy there. Their playground is great for adults and kids alike too. It is one of best I have ever seen. You can find all kinds of shops, food, activities to do, and relaxing areas there. They even have couches and a giant chess board set up outside for anyone to use. I highly recommend coming there if you like shopping and are in the area.

Nice looking outdoor mall. The prices are not outlet prices but good quality items. I was able to get a few items on special but not that big of a discount. Also there should be security walking around the mall as we saw a couple of suspicious people lingering around vehicles that did not belong to them. A very nice and quiet place, large with ample parking, many stores of well-known brands, it is nice to walk along the small pier and take photos as a family or as a couple, you can also buy food and sweets, the restrooms are clean, in general you can go shopping all day, the only thing you notice is that stores should offer more discounts.

There is a variety of stores with very good deals and it's got something for almost anyone. The grounds seem to be well-kept and there are areas for kids and adults to play games such as Connect 4, checkers, and corn hole. It's quite a nice place if you're looking for top quality brands and don't mind being cramped in a few stores.

A great place with a variety of stores for your shopping needs. The place is designed as an open air shopping center. The variety of stores is good so that you can get a lot of shopping done. They have a centralized food court should you get hungry. There are kiosks throughout the property that are touch screen interactive to help you find your store. Parking is plentiful. They are following covid guidelines. Recommended.

I like some of the shops but parking is a nightmare with half of the lot closed. I wish they had fans or something outside cause when the wind isnt blowing and with the wind beating down it can get hot as all get out, out there. I wish there was a tech store out there too.

I was so impressed with our visit here. There is a great abundance of stores, the outlet layout is so friendly. I love the touch screen map and the decor. Bathrooms were amazing also. Had a great time, the only complaint I had was the workers in the stores left a lot to be desired. They were very nonchalant and definitely gave forward nothing extra. These experiences were at Converse, Old Navy and Aldo. The young girl at New York and Co was super friendly and sweet. The older lady there, not so much. Starbucks was slammed, and they were out of whipped topping, not friendly either. Wish they hired more energetic people with better customer service! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Two play areas for kids. One has a giant chess board, giant blocks, and chairs around. The other is a playground suited for older kids. Easy parking all around. Extra stars for veteran parking spots and baby/pregnant parking spots closest to the shops. Very nice and relaxed outdoor shopping mall.

Very clean Facility and there were a lot of great shops in there. I went to the Under Armour outlet,Great customer service at Under Armour. They were extremely helpful, just not well stocked. However I Got some great deals at Nike but the customer service there needs a lot of work. They were extremely lazy and not very friendly.

Sadly they open at 11 not at 9am,10am. So be ready to make lines to go in to the stores and also wait. The stores are basically outside so when it rains like today it's not very convenient, but try to park close to where you are going they do have about 30 stores including. Coach,olnavy,baby and gap,bath and body,Nike, and also a food court. They have a pier very pretty to take pictures and the restrooms are inside the foodcourt. Now the food cout irs super small like 5 stores and I think only 2 open at the moment a Chinese place they sell bobba and other teas, and philly cheesetake place 🤔. Sorry I don't have photos . If you want coffee or pretzels they have a Jamba juice. Starbucks and Ann pretzel. The only thing open at 10 am its Starbucks. This outlet its kind of hidden, around the airport. But it's a nice place to just go and hand a quick stop . Easy to run..around.

The stores are rebounding now that they can reopen after covid19 but expect lines to get into some of the more popular stores like Nike. Food court has a nice little eating area outdoors but I am not sure if you can inside yet, if so, it's nice and cool inside. Bathrooms are fairly clean and parking was not so bad. Almost everyone had on masks while outdoors but you can walk around without one outside, ALL stores required them upon entry though. I was able to grab what I needed and leave with minimal wait.

Clean food court but limited in food options. Similar to the other regional shopping centers. My main problem is that these stores are really just as expensive as the same stores online and that just doesn't work for me since you're getting last seasons stuff it should be at a decent discount. Nice place to walk and people-watch. Parking and traffic getting in and out are pretty awful though. I wish they would open up the old golf course area for walking/bike riding. It's a lovely green space! The book store was nice, friendly staff. This is probably not somewhere I would actively shop, but perhaps instead look at items in person before purchasing online at actually discounted prices.

Not all of the stores are leased yet. The parking is ample during off-peak times. The mall is clean and well laid-out. Digital touch-screen maps are interactive and help to navigate the stores. The bathrooms are clean and well-tended.

Hands down one of the best outlets I've ever been too. The employees were an excellent help. There were quite a few stores to choose from vs Hagerstown premium outlets in Hagerstown, MD. There was also actually couches to sit on along with a fenced pond.

Lots of great stores with great deals! Being an out of towner it's refreshing when I can travel and get good deals. I bought 3 pairs of sneakers at the Nike store. The COVID safety precautions were also reassuring. The stores practiced social distancing and there were hand sanitizer stations throughout. I would definitely shop here again.

For the most part they do have a lot of the stores that I like to shop at. But it's unfortunate that sometimes I have to go to Williamsburg because they don't have all the stores that I like to shop at. But one thing I will say is I've got a lot of nice discount at the Adidas store in the Nike store. And they do have a nice selection at both stores.

Fountains, kids' grassy play and other play areas, Lake Wright with the beautiful pier and Gazebo, and miles of walking trail. It's the most beautiful outlet Mall I've ever seen in my life. I went opening weekend and it was amazing. I love the giant size chess game and the live band. There were alot of great stores and more were coming. I didn't like the one way in and out to the location but I didn't get stuck in any traffic. I'm looking to return this summer. Five stars for the scenery off the water.

This is always the perfect ending to a relaxing trip to the beach. There are hotels right in the same parking lot as the outlet. One of the cleanest outlets I have ever had the pleasure of visiting!! They had nearly all of my favorite stores. Wonderful sit down restaurants choices!! Plenty of seating and the playground is prefect for those who need a little down time. My only suggestion is to bring in a Vineyard vine!!

This place is a maze! I went there to pick up an order from work and had to park all the way at the edge of the parking lot. Thankfully I called ahead to see what entrance the place I was picking up from was located. They really should have a few spaces up front for those picking up orders for food delivery services. I did find it pretty cool that they have charging stations for electric cars.

Went Saturday (Grand Opening) and found it even better than I had imagined! Certain areas are covered while you walk(San Diego Mall feel). I loved all the seating areas and all the shops that are open so far! Loved it being on the water with the Pier and covered seating in the children's play area. The food trucks are awesome as well! Only negatives..... Needs a cinema plex and more access points via automobile (1 way in and out).

A very nice place to shop and hangout. A pretty nice variety of stores but I can’t wait til they add more I really wish they would get a Charlotte Russe. It’s very clean as well. They do have a small food court plus other little places to get some food, it’s also nice they have play areas for the kids. Overall I really enjoy the outlet.

You can get nice, notable brand names fairly cheap. The basics like H&M, Old Navy and Nike offer great staples. A/X, Ralph Lauren and the like can furnish your other tastes, if you want to spend a bit more... but not that much more surprisingly. A small concession cart can tide you over until you make the short trek to the adjoining restaurants. All in all its pleasant to walk around, catch some commercial nature, and stare at the pretty fountain. You can also fork over a few shekels for a couple outfits. Enjoy.

The stores here are definately premium, that being said be prepared to spend a premium price. Now with the premium price I can say comes premium quality. Good name brand stores. The setup and construction was very well done and the new touch screen maps are honestly really useful. The entire property is nice, plenty of parking as well. Have not had the food from the food court yet but looks well setup. Also the center has actual entertainment and good inviornment.

It looks like the mall is half finished, there are a lot of parking lots away from the main structure. The parking lot I drove up to looked like the merchandise entrance. There were no directions to the main entrance. Once in the wall was nice, a lot of area to sit and relax. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The info screens are touch screen and you can zoom in on a location.

I've been here quite a few times since they opened. The buildings and layout are great, making it fun to walk around and explore. I really enjoy the walkway out by the water. However, the only place I have ever really found discounted "outlet" prices is at The North Face. The majority of the stores have had the same sales & prices as the non-outlet stores. Also the kids area could definitely use some upgrades, especially for young children. The big playground contains a few activities for older children, but there is not much of a playground here for toddlers.

The only thing I could critique would be the food court. A little limited and my rice was very undercooked. I will definitely will be back and as it is not far it will probably be my go to mall.

Traffic can be a little overwhelming, but other than that, this place is beautiful. The outdoor seating areas are beautiful and well kept. There are plenty of stores with great deals. These outlets are a million times better than the Williamsburg Outlets.

Very clean, secure environment. No defacing of property, saw a few security guards floating around talking to people and watching out for anything (always good, I'm sure they hardly ever have to really do anything). Easy viewing of store signs and restrooms. I haven't been in the food court in a while, but last I checked there were only 4-5 stores, they were from all 'around the country' (Italian, American, sushi, etc.) extremely satisfied every time I come here

Great place to shop! They have an interactive map in the center to help you find stores. There is plenty of seating staged around the outlets if you need a break from a long day of shopping. I like the variety of stores offered. Gave it 4 stars because most of the stores aren't outlet prices stores. It's more like an outdoor shopping mall.

Nice place - large with a lot of outdoor seating areas which make it very comfortable to spend a lot of time there. They have at least one seating area that is a charging station for your mobile devices, and there's a play area for the kids too. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is most of the stores don't really have the low prices you might expect from an outlet. Lower than full retail at least though.

I love it. It is smaller in size so it is easy to navigate but ir still has great stores that I personally like - The North Face, Columbia, Bath and Body Works, American Eagle, Nike, Kate Spade, Tory Burch plus more. Friendly helpful associates ate at every store that I have been to. And, IKEA is next door. Use the back entrance to avoid traffic.

The Northampton Blvd entrance/exit is really a challenge.

I'm giving my experience a generous 4 stars. Nice selection of stores. I spent about two hours walking, looking around. I ended up making about 5 purchases. The prices were OK (far from a bargain). The outlet as a whole was busy but not overly crowded. I live less than 4 miles away, so I do plan to visit again even if it's just to walk around and observe, I need the excersise.

Most of the stores (from what I could see) were not actual outlet stores. Also there were a lot of vacant spots that either looked like no one was using them or they were "coming soon*". The variety was lacking as well. You'll find way more to chose from in Williamsburg or Potomac Mills, IMO. It was new so it had that clean, just built feel about it, which was nice. It was also rather easy to navigate. I liked the cool touch screen maps that they have around the place to help you find stores. I have to wonder though how well they will keep those things maintained. The parking was plentiful and convenient, but I went there late in the day and towards the end of summer, so it may be worse earlier in the day and/or during other times of the year. There was a pretty cool color changing fountain in the lake that I liked. It looked a little tacky but it still amused me none the less. I hope they keep it.

Only down fall food court does not have many selections and selections they do have are you basic, chinese , subs. This outlet mall is brand new, and very nice. There are lots of places to sit down, and they have things to keep you and your kids busy, from the walking trail around the lake, to the playground, and yard games in the center court. As for the stores, there is a good mix, but they can use more. However, the place is brand new so hopfuly with more time things will improve.

We always stop here on our way to Tidewater. They have an enormous lake with a fountain, gazebo, and beautiful fish. The food court doesn’t have too many healthy options yet—we are hoping that will change as the mall gets filled with stores. You can find some really great deals here. My fav stores: Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, and the nearby Ikea is fun too.

A decent variety of stores. Some that are in Williamsburg that I wish they would have here like New Balance and Dooney and Bourke. And it is fairly crammed together and smaller than some outlets. Most outlets are a little more spread out. I do like that there are restaurants woven within. One night my husband and I went and a fight broke out among a couple of groups so we didn't even go in and left.

The lack of handicap accessible doors makes this place nearly impossible to navigate alone with a wheelchair or stroller. I love coming here. The stores are well maintained. Great selection of stores. The outlet pricing is always a great thing. I really like the gazebo they have over the large pond with the fish and turtles in it. I brought my daughter here to the pond and she loved it. This place also has a great kids play area! The one thing that I dont like and the reason this didn't get 5 stars is because....they have a courtyard type area. There is an overly large chess board there. This place is completely unregulated. Dumbass parents let their little hellions do whatever they want and I always see little kids taking and throwing, slamming these chess pieces. I've never seen anyone actually playing chess. The security needs to regulate this. Don't let the moronic parents let their kids do whatever they want. The little kids are destroying the equipment and ruining the mood of the area, yet nothing is done. Shame on the dumb , pathetic parents for letting their kids do this and shame on the security for allowing it to happen.. Aside from this. The rest is great!

The center was unique. The lay out is the reason it's not getting 5 stars. It's like a strange bug with a center and the legs. So there is no way to make a circle. You have to go down one then come back for all four legs. The rest rooms were immaculate. Norfolk Premium Outlets are off to a great start. Great integration with existing Lake Wright and walking trails. There is an abundance of seating options and play areas to keep young ones occupied. The indoor food court is a nice option, but so glad to see local & regional food trucks on the grounds. 2000 parking spaces so remember your area number & some veterans preference spaces! There's also a bus plaza to drop off our shopping visitors! Love the gazebos and multiple canopied areas for relaxation. Good selections of stores with more planned for fall openings and some spaces still available to lease! Really good grand opening!!!

You are not missing out if you do not make it out here. Good exercise if you want to walk and window shop with the girls. Pet friendly. Walking track around the mall if you don't want to be tempted by stores. Clean. Oversized Jenga and Chess in the middle. Just nothing that stands out as a super shopping experience different from other places. Also, Outlets are supposed to be cheaper than their normal store counterparts. These stores tend to be the same price, if not pricier.

It was my first time visiting the Outlets, even though they opened up a year ago. It was okay, I like what they're doing over there. I'm not a big shopper but I was able to get a few things that I liked. The Old Navy, Calvin Klein, Francesca's, and Columbia, we're my favorite stores. They had some great deals going on and were reasonably priced. My best experience came with visiting Hanes. Hands down the best place to buy some quality underwear these days...better than VS and more helpful.

Traffic was completely terrible. The parking lot is not designed well at all for the amount of vehicles coming in and out. Aside from that, I didn't find many deals like I see at other outlet malls, notably Tanger outlets. Most everything at the Premium Outlets were basically just full price and in some cases more expensive than what other stores sell the merchandise for. The facility itself is nice and clean but I will never fight that traffic again.

Great idea, but nothing more than an outdoor mall with overpriced stores. When you hear "outlet" it usually means major discounts for out of season items from higher dollar stores. The saving grace is that the Coach store is a true outlet with regular sales of 30 to 70% of normal cost. So if your a person that loves high dollar brand for good deal, then Coach is a must go for everyone looking for purses, bags, and wallets.

Lots of stores open now, some traffic to enter from highway during peak hours, parking was easy to find. Outside outlets but some awnings and covered spaces and seating areas scattered thru the outlet. Food court only has 3 food options, more to come. Some stores aren't open yet but most of the stores are open. A lot of stores vs outlet stores so be careful with the difference in prices. Shuttle bus offered to and from IKEA.

A wide variety of shops primarily offering casual and sportswear apparel and footwear. Many vacant stores remain to be filled. Parking is congested. This is not a place for a quick shopping trip in a hurry. Allowing 2-4 hours would be a practical, prudent measure. Avoid rushing and don't expect to see everything in one, two, or even five visits. Prices seem to offer significant savings over department and sporting goods stores.

I used to go to Williamsburg every time. Thanks to the new outlet. Google maps was not showing all the routes yet. The shows are smelling fresh. The traffic is bad due to construction around this area. I spent about 6 hours in the mall and I had a good experience and enjoyed it. I will recommend this place to others. I've only been once but I can't wait to go back when the weather warms up. They have every major brand. We went in the Vans shoe store and walked out in style. The Levi store has more styles than I thought existed. It's a shopper's paradise. If the alley ways between the stores were covered and heated I would have been back on multiple occasions. Spring will be here soon and I will be shopping the outlet mall.

The entrance is confusing if your coming from 64. There's only one main entrance that everyone uses and it's always crowded. Now that a chicfila got built, it's even more inconvenient. The shops are what you typically find at an outlet. You mainly have clothing stores with various accessory stores scattered throughout. People mainly go to the nike store and it's almost always crowded in the evenings. The sales are sometimes pointless because unless you have a nike account, you don't really get savings. Plus, the site selection is sparse. But, the largest stores are the H&M and Polo. Every store does sales and there's a central area with a giant chess set for people to play with. My biggest gripe is that the restrooms usually have a smell to them. Not a good one either.

I absolutely love this place! I've visited twice in over two days! In the past, I've traveled to Williamsburg's Premium Outlet. Now that I have a premium outlet near me I will not make the trip to Williamsburg as often as I used to. My favorite store hands down... is Tory Burch! There are so many stores to visit and shop at - from home items to baby clothing! And, they did not forget the men! I will be visiting again soon!

It's still pretty new, so it is nice and clean for now. Shop choices are ok for the most part. Although I wish they would add more handicap accessible doors and lower the bumps under the doors when entering the stores. I went to the grand opening and my mother, who uses an automated wheelchair, had difficulties getting in and out of the stores. I saw another older gentleman have to lift his automated wheelchair just so he could enter the food court. I have noticed they fixed the entrance going to the food court but there still needs more work. The food court is also pretty tight, especially when trying to navigate through tables, chairs, and the food lines to get to the restrooms.

Various outlets but no great deals, more of a tourist destination. All of the shops have outdoor entry and the design is poor. Lots of walking to get to various stores. Bad if the weather is cold or it is raining, no cover. Not for the disabled!

Great outlet mall, I've been atleast 5 times and parking has always been convenient and close to the stores. If you sign up on thier website, they send you great coupons to use and twice they sent me a $25 Visa gift card to pick up at thier service desk!

I wasn't really impressed with the "outlet" factor. The prices were the same as in the regular stores. The candy shop was a joke. The outlet area itself was very clean and pleasant.

I love the way its opened and has places to sit down under huge patio umbrellas. Friendly and helpful everywhere u go shop. Kid friendly zones and charge up zones for ur phones.

Currently a good selection of stores. Not on the high-end scale but has a couch store. Was looking for a timberland store but they did not have one. Still walked away a happy customer though.

Talk about a surprise! I have not been a fan of The Norfolk Premium Outlet location whatsoever. It's too congested already and I believe traffic solutions have not been thought out thoroughly. However, after today's visit I'm going to massage the rough parts on access a bit and discuss the fantastic development in an untapped piece of prime real-estate. Simon Properties is a reason to trust that this will be a first class outlet mall. Is it first class now? No, it's only in its second week of full operation and they are making strides everyday to get better. At the same time the foundation created with a terrific layout and strong stores will have seasoned shoppers satisfied with this oasis in what previously was a city of Norfolk golf course. Let's bring out the challenges of the outlet. Access off North Hampton/I-64 is not ideal during peak traffic in the afternoon. There is a light at Wesleyan coming from Norfolk for left turns and shiny new white cones to prevent lane changes. They did extend the turn a hundred feet, or so. The turn from Virginia Beach off North Hampton is a breeze as long as your in the right lane. The secret entrance in the rear is the back way in and out that I suspect will not be used nearly as much. It's access is off the airport loop road. Parking seems plentiful, but for some reason most everyone choose to only park on the North lot when the West lot had tons open today. Overflow parking is in the grass off of North Hampton, a site for additional phases of development. Employees are being bussed in. The entire property sets in Norfolk with the Virginia Beach city line a few hundred feet away. Virginia Beach wanted in on the action, but was shut down by Norfolk Council who saw a path to arrange parking within their city limits and keep all the profits. In my opinion Virginia Beach city planners have an opportunity to do something along Burton Station Road. But do they have a plan? It appears not with the development of a new apartment complex just off North Hampton. The design of the initial phase of the outlet is broken down in four sections and is all open air. A cool green space in the center is utilized for children to play corn hole, chess, Jenga, or just run around. The walking corridors are wide and I found the walks clean. There seems to be adequate comfortable seating in all the wings and they even have plug-ins for devices. I also saw plenty of restroom facilities. The main attraction water space with fountain has a gazebo that's nice for photo ops, but that's about it. I assume this may be where a future phase will take place because everything else is parking lot. More toward North Hampton a new strip and a Chick Fil A is planned. The current hotel will undergo a complete remodel in 2017-18. They have a tour bus drop off/pick up that is on the West/highway side. If the mall will be a real success this piece of business will be vital for them to be profitable. A small food court is on the grounds, but I did not visit. The stores I shopped at today were ready for business and fully functional with adequate staff. Are there bargains to be had? Well they kicked it off the first week with insane deals and then individual stores choose pricing, markdowns and sales. This was disappointing that early into launch. Today I did see deals and pricing better than retail. In a few stores it seemed no better than full retail mall shopping. Those that are smart consumers and shop frequently will spot the bargains and avoid the full retail pricing. I'm not going to be a super regular most likely, but I will return. I suspect as the outlet grows it will be more of a draw for me and others. A strong 3.5 and I'm rounding up with expectations they are on the verge of putting together a great shopping experience over the next year. Keep in mind as this review is written they are in their second week.

I enjoyed my experience at the outlet mall, my only concern was that you don't have much of any choice's if you are hungry and want to eat at meal of any type. You really need a food court or actual restaurants in your mall. I think it might help bring in more business for you.

I love shopping here. Usually come here for a leisurely stroll around the pretty lake on one side of mall. I come park near the Aeropostale location, grab some warm almonds and a Starbucks cofee and go for a walk 🚶‍♂️ The food court here currently should be expanded and more eateries in smaller footprints should be invited to serve food here. Norfolk Premium Outlet is a great place to shop. I like how spread out it is and how simple it is to use your military discount.

I noticed more stores are in place and more people are here now. Great atmosphere and clean with the exception of the parking lot, which is trashy. People just don’t take pride of their place. One solution is to place trash cans of some sort right before the parking lots.

When u can't make it to Williamsburg, this is as close as you're gonna get. And it's basically next to IKEA. Make it a day of shopping. The outlet has great walking paths. Pretty large gazebo on the lake. Play areas for the kids. Food court with a few different choices to choose from.

One of the best part of the outlet is the atmosphere. The outlet has almost a park-like feeling. Most stores have games for children and the outside activities are fun.
