I remember this place being built when I was very young, replacing an old mall that used be where the Buccaneers training camp is now. I sincerely hope that it continues to stick around for a long time in spite of the decline of brick and mortar. After all this time it's still a great, clean, enjoyable place to go shopping. The premises are well maintained, and the inside is kept clean and presentable. Great variety of stores ranging from clothing, entertainment, shoes, jewelry, Knick knacks, food, and more. The Regal Cinema is a good experience, and the restaurant food is usually delicious. Sometimes we'd come here just to get out of the house and look around, it's got a good atmosphere that feels calm and welcoming. On top of that a lot of the stores have reasonable pricing compared to other malls I've been to, without sacrificing much quality. I've done a lot of shopping for clothes and shoes here, as well gotten some appliances and electronics. Great place. Spacious, clean, welcoming, variety of vendors, and good quality.

Let’s get into this beautiful mall! The well thought out architecture provides plenty of natural lighting giving an out door feel yet the cool comfort of being indoor. The environment is clean and well kept with beautiful exotic potted plants and small trees that adds an exquisite beauty. I love that this mall accommodates it visitors with great amenities. There is a family room with comfortable seating, tv, changing tables, bathroom, private nursing area and even a microwave provided for families. There is also plenty of seating areas, a guest lounge for relaxing/phone charging, and a playroom too! Great selection of high end stores, It’s expensive here so do know that you’re gonna spend a pretty penny…ouch! ***Female security guard was rude along with the lady at the carousel*** of which I had to mention and reduce my experience to 4 stars.

This is one of the nicer Malls in Tampa and they do a great job keeping retail spaces filled during these difficult and trying times. There is a huge variety of locations in this clean and well kept Town Center. There is a cinema, food court and a few restaurants. There are activities and play areas for kids as well as all the seasonal characters for photo opps. Mornings are for Mall walkers who get early access for exercise purposes. There are also usually exhibits of art, play areas and/or non-profit spaces in store fronts that are empty. There are tons of pop up retailers along the mall promenade. Sears closed their doors and that space remains unused.

Overall very nice and good looking area. Great plants and overall vibe. Almost everyone you meet is nice and welcoming, beyond some of the impatient customers that almost all malls have. There are some shutdown stores that lower the rating.

LOVE IT!!! Clean, big, amazing stores with lovely staff. It was our first time visiting and my son has a blast time. Beautiful areas to take pictures. Areas sll over the place for our little to have some fun and play with others kids. The statues are so pretty. Stores for the youngest to the oldest. All clean and very well organized and stock. Really enjoy visiting this great mall. Will love to come back soon.

Nice big shopping mall. The mall has lots of shops with variety of brands. There is plenty of parking. Public restrooms available. There is also a food court with few food options. There is children play area for kids. Clean and very well maintained.

Overall a nice clean mall. Not too busy and very clean. I do like the fact that they have a Red Robin adjacent/ inside the Mall. Also every time I've been there I seem to find a parking spot. Definitely better than the Gulf view mall up in Port Richey.

This is a nice mall with plenty of lighting. It's got a good layout & it's easy to find which store you want. It's single story. Like most malls, there are quite a few empty stores. The food court is pretty good.

We are from Ohio! Malls up there are boring compared to this place. So neat and so cool! The Berlin Wall museum was the coolest! My husbands grandpa served in that area when it all was going on, so how cool history is when it's close to us. Would go back!

Lovely mall. The mall is 1 floor so if you want to move your feet and get your blood flow on point, you can always come here for a walk. Solid clothes and jewelry stores. Movie theatre is nice.

I came here by accident, I was looking for another place but ended up in this mall. What a hidden gem! I never knew this mall existed. Been living in Tampa for a while now. Very open, great vibe and I love the 1940 or 50s era design with the merry go round and mainstream reference. And surprisingly it was not busy. The only reason I took a star off is they need to keep the food court clean. I couldn't sit down to eat because all tables were dirty.

Took the ride today to ho to Eddie Bauer's to pick k up some items. Great sale going on (50% off some already reduced prices) see Patricia if you go, she's very helpful, doesn't try to push you into buying anything. Was disappointed with Macy's, my better half thought a large store like they have here at Citrus Park would have a better selection of clothing she appreciates.

A little surprised that they have a new rule where no one under age 18 is allowed to enter the mall without a parent or guardian. My daughter was stopped by a security guard and not allowed to enter the mall. My daughter is 17. When I asked when they implemented this new rule, I was told it was implemented 3 weeks ago but not permanent.

Nice mall with various clothing, accessory, shoes and novelty shoppes and kiosks, as well as a great food court choices and restaurants. A nice carousel and play areas for the kids. Right now, masks required for shopping.

Really enjoyed our visit to the mall. Kiddos loved the carousel and we loved the mini donuts. Choco’s mini donuts were really good as well as the milkshakes! We’ll be back soon!

Workers need to pay more attention to their customers. Rays were playing and all but one TV had a bush league basketball game on it. The other had teams from another state. Store had not received their last supply shipment and had small to go cups. This store has gone downhill since our last visit this year.

Wonderful shopping mall many many things to choose from did not have a problem finding gifts for christmas, also the food court has magnificent food especially the Japanese restaurant.

Gorgeous shopping mall!! Very clean and beautiful decorations throughout the mall. They have very nice stores. A wide variety of different types of stores that sell different things. From Godiva Chocolates to comic books, this mall has it all! It's in a very nice location and has lots of seating and places to rest inside! Very comfortable atmosphere.

With a large selection of shops and a nicely updated look, this mall is one of the nicest. We always enjoy walking around this mall. Lots for kids to see and do since it has a couple playground and 3 or so kid areas as well. Lots of fun and unique shops as well as many large department stores and many of the standard mall chain stores. Great food court, carousel, and movie theater on property. The company that manages the mall is always doing something fun and interesting do there is always something to see.

I give it a 5 but yesterday when I went the parking lot it was so dark I mean no lights where it needed to be. I felt so unsafe walking to my car and it was difficult to see the street. Even in front of the mall was kind of dark. Not safe at all. They need to fix that.

Very helpful staff. Rob did a great job explaining how the beds work and the differences between all of them. No pushy sales tactics, the beds sell themselves. The store is very clean and I love the build your own pillow area.

Pretty clean mall, a good amount of stores but think of it as just your local mall nothing big fancy. Although the Dillard’s attached is great. A great place for the kids, very very family friendly. The public restrooms are clean.. they have good amount of food options as well.

We had an impossible burger, a banzai burger and zucchini fries. All was delicious. We had come from seeing a movie so the mall entrance was already closed and we had to exit the mall and enter from their main entrance

This is a great mall without a doubt. It’s located in a decent area of town and offers a ton of tasty food places as well as great stores. They have Bath and Body Works, a Macys With the Backstage, Forever 21, As well as a BJs, Chick Fil A, Planet Grilled Cheese and a Red Robbins. If you need to get shopping done it’s a great place to do some shopping and grab a bite.

Recently visited this mall for the first time and I have no complaints. A lot of locals consider this to not be a good mall but i was surprised. It was clean and had a lot of different stores there. I will say the stores were on the small side compared to other locations but it’s not a very busy mall at all so it makes sense. If you are looking for a more relaxed mall and no high end stores this is it. They have all the basics and sometimes that’s all you need.

This was my favorite mall in the early 2000’s. Over the last couple of months I’ve been disappointed by the decline I’ve noticed and the lack of response. They ran out of paper towels, which was a mild inconvenience- the dryers are loud and scare my young children. Also, the towels are the main drying resource in the family restroom. Even so, it’s a privilege not a necessity. Soap is a different matter. All manner of disease is going around and the kids play on the lovely playgrounds spread throughout the facility. It isn’t going to take long for that to become a serious issue if none of them have soap in the family restroom. When asked about the issue, a customer service rep seemed very unconcerned and stated that it’s a supply chain issue. Even worse, there were feces on the outdoor stairs near the theater for at least a week. Yet another health hazard. It’s an enjoyable place, but it’s just not at the level I once knew.

Godiva, Macy's , Eddie Bauer, Lane Bryant, Sears, Crocs, victory secrets, bath and Body works , Tevana This is the first mall I been to that had a quite lounge area for tired parents or anyone who needs to charge their cellphones. Great mall , not crowded or incredibly noisy There is a Carousel near the food court, kids were all over it. This is a great Mall if you don't like crowds of people and lots of noise. Every store I went into the employees were friendly and professional. The movie theater has reclining seats , its never crowded. Friendly employees Not a big mall but perfect for those days you want to stroll around and mall walk.

A great mall with lots of shopping & food variety. This is probably the cleanest mall I've been inside of. The mall is relatively quiet these days, sometimes over run with teens just after the near by high school lets students out for the day. Lots of parking & a few entrances make this mall very convenient for in & out style shopping.

Took my son Trick or Treating here. So much fun! It's safe, well lit, air conditioned, and there is a food court and playground for your littles, when Trick or Treating tires them out. Did I mention a ton of stores participated? So many kind people.

This mall has become our go to. It has every place we like to shop at and more. We have discovered many new places here such as Pop Cult which is packed with anime items. Bathrooms are also very clean which is extremely important to me. I will continue to come to this wonderful place for the foreseeable future!

Had a very nice time with my friend and her daughter til we had a scare at lunchtime when maintenance started screaming exit, exit repeatedly for there was a robbery going on at the time. We didn't know if they had a gun so we panicked and ran to the nearest exit,we left crying.very scary experience. Found out they just robbed and grabbed, no weapons, but still scary experience.

Endangered Species. One of the last generation of enclosed malls, due to the surrounding demographics, remain highly leased and still successful. Still has its original anchor stores, how long is questionable. We go there only when we need too. Not a destination place you want to be. Very noisy place, hard surfaces everywhere bounce the sound everywhere. Those eating under these conditions are not enjoying it, no shaded, cool, quiet outdoor eating areas. That might make it more of a destination place. Failure to change will eventually doom this type of place as it did the dinosaurs.

Many places offer different things, but this particular Mall has a piece of my heart. It was the very first Mall I remember attending to as a 7 year old. The structure of each store and the glass high windows that let the light in really make it such a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy.

Drove out of our way to go here bc of the movie we wanted to see and times available. The bar was closed which disappointed my husband. The concession staff was friendly but told me to just go look at the shelf when I asked if they had a certain candy. The theatre was just average.

Pretty cool theater with a retro feel from the neon lighting. There's a bar as soon as you walk in. We stopped at the bar while waiting for a movie and received friendly, prompt service. The theatres themselves are reasonably nice, though with the proliferation of electric recliners in the area it can feel a little in need of an update. The sound is good and there were no viewing problems any time I've been here for a movie.

Hubby had to stop over to grab something from the mall. There was a nice little play area for the kiddos to hang loose for a little bit. I was able to grab a coffee and relax while they played. There was decent food court that had a Chick Fil A so the kids were cool.

Love this mall. It is designed with a Main Street design with each merchant having a distinctive roofline. Pristine clean. Not a piece of paper, etc. On the highly polished mall floors. There is a very nice cinema with 29 screens, Dillards and lots of smaller stores too.z. Along with several places to sit and take a break, there is actually a shopper lounge where you can charge your phone and relax in a comfortable chair if you want or if you are waiting for someone to finish shopping. Nice four court too. Love this place. And it is nice and cool.

Great mall with lots of nice stores. We went right when it opened so some stores didn't open until 12 but we walked around a lot and did some shopping. Bath and body works had some items on sale that day. We ate at BJs Brewhouse, the service was great but the food was ok this time. There is a few nice areas for kids to play and a relaxation room. Overall a nice mall to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon.

An amazing mall with a lot to offer. Not just a place to shop but find out about the past (wife was born in Germany & lived there when the wall fell). Love the indoor market feel as it is just like the outdoor markets in Europe, just better climate control. Also some favorite stores, food court places, & places for kids to burn some excess energy.

Good stores, however the chinese food we got there was probably the worst I've ever had. And the kids play area was extremely over crowded and the kids were all running around screaming so we didnt feel comfortable letting our kids in the play area. The family bathroom has a nice seating area and play area for the kids, but only one bathroom, and the room smelled really bad, and the TV in that area didnt have working sound. They have family parking which was also nice.

Nice mall. Great store choices. Our only issue was Rue 21 over charged us. Charged for 6 pairs of underwear when we bought 5 for $12. To far to drive back. Just make sure you check your receipts before you leave the store.

What a nice mall. We are from NPR, FL and our Gulf View Mall is run down and it was so nice coming here and seeing everything open and shops full and water actually running in the fountains! My daughter was like this is what a mall should look like.. Definitely going to come back. The cleaning crew is awesome too. Very nice and clean and I did not catch her name but the lady walking around with the cleaning trolly also helped us find stores. Thanks ! 😊

It's a mall and like all malls it has stores. Some of these stores are busy and some not so much. In between all the teens hanging out and holiday shoppers it's not such a bad place. Luckily I was going to the movies and avoiding all the holiday chaos.

I love going to this because with the mall and surrounding strip malls you can literally go to this one area and get all of your shopping done. I actually live closer to a different mall and still choose to drive over here for the convenience. The only thing that I dislike about all of Florida is the lack of walkability or pedestrian friendly areas. I'd much rather walk to the stores within the Town Center but it's not pedestrian friendly.

Sadly, many stores are closed. I always liked the airy open feel to this mall-more like walking down a cute village street than an ordinary mall. It was relatively empty,although I was pleased so many people wore masks and were socially distancing.

Sadly, this mall is dying a slow death. Has a small Macy's, Dillards, and JCP. A few chain stores remain. Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Godiva, Banana Republic have all closed up shop. The mall itself is really pretty, built to resemble an old fashioned Main Street.

If you're looking for a laid-back shopping mall, no drama, no rush, no fake personality, in and out, this is your place for enjoyable shopping. The mall is pretty safe compared to its sister malls in the Bay area. There is a great movie theater in the mall, it's very clean and attractive. The food court is a medium size and plenty of choices around. I love the Japanese steak place.

Far and above, my favorite mall. Great anchor stores, great food options. Covid seems to have shut down some stores, and they no longer rent electric chairs and scooters (huge disappointment). It's hard pushing your own wheelchair end to end. But the 2 tiered merry-go-round is still spinning!

We enjoyed this Beautiful and Elegant Mall. I'm sorry I deleted the pictures before posting it here. Trust me it was a fun Saturday family Time. Alot of people were enjoying walking around the mall with mask on. Everyone was friendly and happy shopping around. We rode on the Merry-go- Around. Delicious Foods to choose from the Court Area. I noticed one important thing that caught my eye. This mall has kids statues playing around themes. It took me when I use to play like that or others.

This is always a great mall! We went here to go dress shopping for prom and homecoming and we got a beautiful homecoming dress for 16$ and a prom dress for 95$. It is sad tho to see so many shops that closed down. But afterwards we went to BJs and it was very good to. Overall, great mall I hope it continues to last longer!

The best movie theater experience I've ever had. The place was empty. My family n i had the place all to ourselves. The pretzels we ordered were made as we waited. The beer was overpriced, $7.51 for a slim can was ridiculous but hey, atleast it was cold. Snacks weren't that expensive. So it evened out.

This mall is very well maintained and clean! Plenty of shopping options, as well as great and drink food options! It is also a family-friendly mall; great place to being kids (I don't have kids, but I'm always amazed at how much they have for kids here). I love that there is plenty of seating throughout the mall for anyone wanting to rest between shopping or just hang out. On weekends, they bring in local vendors to sell homemade items and goods, which is fun to browse. Definitely one of my favorite malls!

Have to say...I was impressed with how the stores were operating and keeping us safe...I had not gone to the mall since before Christmas. .I was almost afraid to go...but one of my favorite stores had a sale going on..so I decided to see how things were going...Everything was being cleaned , people socially distancing, wearing masks, and waiting their turns...the workers were very accommodating...sad to see some permanent closures tho...I have always loved Citrus Park mall. ..it was convenient to work and were I live..hope that this mall will survive...lots of people were there today..

I love this mall for taking my kids out. There's several places for the kids to play and have a good time. I like the area in the center of the mall for watching movies, lounging, pretend play. I also like the room with all the imagination play areas. The play area by the food court is nice. The family restroom is like non other. This is the perfect mall to take your kids and spend a morning or afternoon.

Quick Edit: this is for 'I fix and repair' by the food court. The folks here are very friendly and informative. My Samsung had a swollen battery so they ordered a replacement and fixed it within the week, even letting me know the best time to come in and get my device. They help with a variety of cell phone issues that usually can be done fairly quickly. And what do you know, they are located at the food court in the mall! Grab a snack or do some shopping. You won't have to sit around and wait! My phone is running great again. No longer does this galaxy overheat in my hand. I have already recommended their service to family and if I run into anymore issues I know where to go! 👍

I love this mall, the variety of the food court, the shops, the restaurants on scene as well, the movie theater is included in this mall package deal. Overall, it is your typical mall. During my time period of visiting I wanted something embroidered. I found 3 business options within the mall, which I was satisfied with. I even went to the Bodhi shop, which was pleasant. They were welcoming and had several stores. The only issue about this location (and I hate to sound old and like a prude) but the rowdy teenagers seem to be everywhere. I wanted to take a break from shopping and recharge my phone and my body so I decided to head into the lounge area within the mall (not sure of the official name) but regardless I made a mistake. It's a teenager hub. I never heard so much cursing, vulgar language, and everything else in between. This mall does need more charging area because the lounge area is not comfortable or substantial effort for someone over the age of 18. I know now I can't enter the charging lounge for any tech needs. It just didn't feel comfortable.

If you're looking for a more low key mall, Citrus Park is a cool mall compared to the International Plaza Mall by the airport. This mall isn't as high society in comparison. The mall walkways are huge and very good airflow. Plenty of space to walk around which was nice.

This mall is in a lovely wooded area and has lovely public restroom so they keep very clean. The shops are all in a straight line so it's really easy to walk around and find everything plus the atmosphere is very lovely with the high ceilings. I thought the Children's Carousel was Exquisite and though the food court is small, it has some very lovely Fine Food selections. We will be back!

The mall itself isn’t huge. It’s single story. But it’s the best if you have small kids. Multiple play areas, a train that runs around the mall, a two story carousel by the food court and a couple “quiet” nooks for adults to relax and charge phones. Love this mall!

I always enjoy visiting this mall because of the layout. The design can be a little weird at first because it has such a long walk way that if you don't use a map, you could get turned around very easily. I tend to only go to the mall when I REALLY want to visit one of my favorite stores, and that's pretty rare. I would hate to be a mall rat, but it is a nice mall either way. I would just suggest that you pay attention to map if you are on a mission, otherwise the design is made for browsing! It's a calorie burner!

It had been quite a while since I had visited the mall (for distance), but the neon lights of the movie theater reminded me of my familiarity. I love the parking tower. Making use of vertical space with much more parking is something all malls should follow suit with. There is quite a variety of stores, almost guaranteeing you'll leave with what you're after. Several great food options, and a mini park for the kids so moms and dads can rest and recharge. Overall great mall.

We enjoyed the walk at the mall. 7 stores are hiring throughout it. I hope it never closes truly. The restaurants are very scarce because they charge so much for rent monthly and that's insane. The mall was not as packed as usual of course. But the latest addition instead of Abercrombie Dpt is a beatiful museum honoring a huge part of history; the fall of the Berlin wall. Very great addition to the mall. I hope it survives and attracts more people thirsty for knowledge and appreciation for art and history. We enjoyed the best grilled cheese Ever afterwards. The grilled cheese planet went the extra, extra mile in serving a very delicious grilled cheese ever tasted. I don't think i can even make it at home!!! We are definitely making our walks to the mall every Sunday from now on. Come join us and let me know if you enjoyed yourself as much as we did!! 😉💕

This mall is close to our home so we go there often. It's not extremely high end but it has all the classic stores that I love. It's clean and nicely designed. My kids love the carousel by the large food court and there are two great play areas for kids! We also take advantage of the great movie theater and we usually stop by Chick Fil A at the food court after a movie. It's convenient to have so much in one spot!

Great place. Has my favorite stores. So many others did not get to visit the new ones. Has one of my favorite restaurants red robin. Great addition to food court. I eat there all the time when go to other malls. Got my store...hot topic, Austrian crystal, and hertzberg diamonds. Those three don't find in a lot of malls if you do never all three but this mall does. Has a movie theatre too. But if you are handicapped don't expect to get to upper rows because can't get there. When they designed it was not with us in mind. Kind of prejudicial I would say. I myself like up on top but they pretty much say I'm not allowed to like it. This is the reasoning behind my 4. I will not be changing this as you can't make it that all people treated equally here at the movie theater. Overall great mall.

The best mall I have been to ever! I love that they kinda made it look like the outdoor malls that are for some reason popular but kept it indoors. Super kid and family friendly. My kids loved playing at both play areas, especially the food court one. I mean who can resist playing in a giant hamburger or pizza! I loved the family room by the restrooms. Great area for you to take your little ones to relax for a bit. I wish this mall was closer to where I live. You will totally be spoiled by it if you happen to visit it.

I can't get over how family friendly this mall is. If you have young kids, this mall is perfect! There's a small "camping" area for kids to watch a movie, a train that goes around part of the mall, a play area and a huge 2 level carousel in the food court, and kid sized tables and chairs. Also nearby, there is a large family bathroom area where the kids also can play with several changing table stations, a kid friendly bathroom (small toilets and low sink), and private curtained sitting areas for nursing so you can nurse a baby while your toddler plays. Well done on this mall design!

I usually love BJs Brewhouse, but this visit missed the mark slightly. My meal - Southern Comfort, was very good. My spouse's meal - Bacon Cheeseburger wasn't cooked appropriately and was unable to eat it. The server apologized, but didn't offer a resolution. We left feeling a little disappointed.

Overrated shopping mall. Most stores only carry the stores overstock of unsold merchandise that wouldn't sell. You may find a very good deal if you keep looking once a month I will go here and look for that deal.

This mall is gigantic! There are so many play areas for young children. We were very impressed. Our kids had a fun time playing in between shopping. The carousel was also very enjoyable.

I just enjoy this mall for a few reasons such as its really well maintained. it looks brand new, has great shops for me and my daughter loves Vans store , Urban Outfitter etc. We love all the areas throughout the mall where you can sit and rest and shop some more. On one visit my daughter and i enjoyed a quick 10 minute massage at shop sorry i cant remember name to give shout out.The food court has good variety and plenty of seating. Thank you Citrus Park

A lovely mall to visit. All the trendy shops to see. Several displays of iron sculptures of children playing. Family friendly rest zones to sit and relax. Play areas for children, a food court with an abundance of cuisines to choose from. Plus it has a Starbucks where you can order your favorite coffee or tea and sit and relax and enjoy the ambiance.

This mall is well established, but well maintained and still a pleasure to shop at. There's ample parking including a parking garage. Inside the parking garage, there is even a company that will detail your car and change its oil while you shop. If you are pregnant or there with little ones, there are reserved parking spots towards the front of all the entrances. There is an awesome food court and plenty of nice restaurants. In the food court area, there is a play area for kids (free) and even a carousel (small fee). They even have adorable kid-sized tables and chairs, as well as booster seats and high chairs. The mall also has several nicer sit-down restaurants. Finally, there is an amazing family restroom area just off the food court. It has private facilities for nursing moms, kid sized toilets, numerous changing stations, and another play area for little ones. The mall has definitely catered to new moms. The stores inside the mall offer a nice variety. There are even more kid play areas throughout. The mall also has strollers with built in iPads for rent. There are stores for all age ranges, not just young family stores, although those are numerous. The mall has made it easy for parents to shop, but the older crowd will have an enjoyable experience too.

I grew up in this area and the mall has changed over the years. Since I moved I have probably been in this mall a total of 10 times in the past 6 years, and each time the mall is clean, most of the store leases are occupied, and the bathrooms are not like an abandoned building. I plan to spend more time shopping here since it is my city - I tend to do more online shopping for the convenience but seeing quality locations like this do tend to draw me towards putting what I can into the community, even if as small as shopping at a store in my city.

The mall is surviving is about all I can say about this place right now. I remember when it was thriving before covid-19. I will have to say though that it is doing better than most places that I have been to recently. There are still quite a few stores open there including the merry-go-round. Their food selection isn't as big as most malls, but outside of the mall there are more places to choose from. I enjoy my visits to this mall outside the others, and drive a little further to get to this one.

I really like this mall for kids and families. We walk here with our 6th month old on Friday nights, workout here with a mommy and me workout group, socialize with other parents, shop here and there, grab a quick bite. My niece is here for a short time and took advantage of the cooking class camp. There's a kid movie night, Big Cat rescue exhibit. I've never seen a mall so tailored to kids, I just love it. Parking is easy.

Decent, a little quieter than the rest of the malls which was nice. It was mostly adults instead of packs of kids which was also nice. (No offense kids, sometimes I like to turn MTV off when I go to the mall.) It was clean and everything was well lit. Shopped for a few and caught a movie -- there were some shady dudes pacing around cars in the parking lot area in the dark which was weird but uneventful.

The wait staff at BJ's was very accommodating and was a comfortable experience despite having to kids with me below the age of two years old! My waiter even went so far as to personally cut a straw shorter for my son! Excellent experience would definitely recommend a visit!

I've been going to this mall since I was a baby. It used to be so high end and full of nice and well known stores. This mall is basically dying. It is very sad half of the stores are closed down and most of the open stores are so random and about to go out of business. Also to be honest, a lot of weird and cheap people shop here compared to the cliental that used to shop here that was a lot more normal and high end. It is very sad to see where this mall has gone. Just drive to International Plaza.

Nice clean older mall with a wide variety of stores for young and old that are reasonably priced. The bonus feature for us with this mall is the beautiful Dillard and Macy stores. We go there at least twice a month.

Somehow when many other malls are closing or becoming rundown with crummy stores, Citrus Park is still doing very well. It’s a clean atmosphere and a smart layout. Having the kids play area / carousel / Movie theater / food court in the same area, they created an attraction within the mall. Teens and folks with small kids have a safe place to hang out, even if they aren’t shopping that day.

Easily our favorite mall in the area. Great for kids and moms... they have a huge family area with 3 nursing stalls and a play area for small kids. 2 other bigger play areas throughout the mall. There's also a storefront designated as a lounge with couches and chairs to just take a break. Family parking spots close to the door next to handicapped spots. It has all the good stores, and unless it's a busy Saturday you can walk around comfortably. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Great mall. Super selection of stores. Good shopping mall for clothing, jewelry, shoes, gift items. Also had nice selection of restaurants as well as the traditional food court. JCPENNEY, Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Good's, and many others to choose from. Some people call it a weekend mall since it's quite busy then, but nice and peaceful shopping here during the week as well. Plenty of parking available.

Haven't been to a mall in a long time and was so glad we chose this place. Loved the look of this bright, clean, family friendly shopping palace. The indoor carosel is just beautiful, worth the price of admission to see the big bright smiles on my grandkids faces as we went round and round. (Adults can ride free alongside their children). Several play areas for the kids, nice bronze sculptures throughout, some with fountains. Many stores to choose from as well as eating choices...just bring your wallet!

I have been shopping at this mall since the doors opened many years ago. It has always been consistently good, clean and has tons of great stores. The bonus is the family bathroom area... there are nursing rooms, tons of changing areas a private bathroom with a kids toilet for those that are potty training and even an infant play area with a gate.

I feel that if you really want to go to a mall the Citrus Park mall is my personal favorite. It’s very good sized without being overwhelming. It’s well laid out and very family oriented with something for everyone. A large, diverse food court with a nice fenced in playground including large clean bathroom facilities and also more upscale eateries far enough from the food court. A Movie theater. A huge selection of shops. Aside from clothing, electronics, home furnishings, decor you can also have your eyebrows sculpted, be tattooed, have a facial and more!

The mall is really great. Incredibly clean! Good store variety, lots of different food options. GREAT FOR FAMILIES! There's a couple fun kid activities like a carousel and bungee station. There are multiple free play areas with seating for parents, if you have younger kids who fit the height limit. They have a huge family bathroom area with nursing space, etc. In the food court, the chairs have built in notches for purses, which is super convenient and reflects the attention to detail. They also have a lounge where you can relax and recharge your phone. My dad liked the Italian coffee place, there was a comic book store and a store selling Funko pops that my brother and sister loved, and our youngest sister liked looking at all the shiny unicorn merchandise in justice, of course ☺️ Annie's pretzels was perfect for us all to have a snack as usual. And the mall has cute sculptures and fountains throughout. The only thing that would be nice is if they had kind of a dedicated "tourist trap" store where we could buy cool Florida merch. As native Nebraskans we like that stuff 😂

We hit the food court every Tuesday night for "fine mall dining". Food court is generally good, with a number of chain vendors like Chick-fil-a and Taco Bell. Usually is not crowded, except on the odd occasion. The mall itself is attractive and well-maintained. Generally not too crowded unless it's a school holiday. Parking is good, but I'd like more lights. Parking garage is available, but it's unattached - so you still have to go out in the rain.

I like this location. Unless the Westfield Countryside mall or Westfield Brandon this locations seems to be less ran down. It's more classy than the other two malls and has more light than the very dark Countryside mall and is more modern than the Westfield Brandon mall. Even the restrooms are much cleaner than compared to the other two Westfield malls mentioned above. The malls offers a great variety of shopping, entertainment and food options and is one of the malls I would consider closest to European malls.

There are so many new stores at Citrus Park mall. You have to check it out! Also, educators there's a free admission gallery called the Freedom Pavilion. It shows alot about the Berlin wall and its history. Fantastic. I was able to purchase a piece of the Berlin Wall. Something to see for all you history buffs.

Mall is clean and usually not too crowded on a normal day. They way it's designed, its a big circle, to get to a point on the other side, you would have to walk to the middle then back to the other store, cant cross over . But if you're driving and just want to go to a specific store, its easier to park near the lot where the store is located.

International Mall has it all. It's a top notch mall. The stores and restaurants are very well maintained, decorated, and offer one of the best quality service and merchandise. It is conveniently located, in the middle of Tampa, right by the airport, and has generous and well-maintained parking, including covered parking in some areas. It is a hot spot on weekends because many stores offer a variety of discounts and after a day of shopping, one can unwind at one of the very nice restaurants -- most have outdoors seating.

I absolutely love Macy’s Backstage and Dillard’s Clearance Center. I shop here as frequently as possible. The stores are rough looking and picked over you must have patience to sort through items to find treasures but it’s well worth the adventure

I had been here for 5 years walking around the mall back and forth. I know this place deep inside from every single store to the management level. What's good about this place? Well it is a mall close by the community in Citrus Park so it is convenient for you to stop by and grab your favorite stuff. The parking is big and the mall is designed to be a walking street which is pretty long. So you can walk if you need a place to kill time. What is bad about it? Not too many good brands. Too many duplicate category stores, like too many hair and nail salons. You can't find good brands like Zara in here. Banana Republic has been gone. The management can't keep up with the traffic for stores to survive. The food place is good. You have BJ's and Johnny Rocket which are my favorite. I have not been back there for 3 years even though I live 10 minutes away. Most of the time we go to International Plaza because they have more brands to shop. I wish Westfield would invest more to attract more better brands for local users.

Westfield citrus Park mall is a underrated place to go shopping. most people think of going to the international mall, but if they are nearby, this is a good place to go. They have all the typical retail stores, for all age groups. The food court of substantial, with a lot of good options. There are quite a few parking isn't too bad, unlike a lot of other malls.

The big store shopping place when you need a Penny's, Best Buy etc. I like JCPenny and Sephora. Unfortunately they are not doing well bc of the covid but it was always my fav small to shop eat. The theater was good but I questioned the cleanliness even with the ushers. Veterans 24 on Anderson would be my movie place after eating at the steak house that use to be there.

Black Friday it was absolutely packed. What I like about this mall is it has great play areas for kids and enclosed areas where parents can sit and watch them. All the major department stores and fashion brands are here. You can find whatever you need here. Great teriyaki chicken at the cood court, cooked fresh right in front of you. Nice mall, very versatile- many different shops for different tastes and whatever you may be looking for. Carousel and play areas for children, including a swing bunjee jump. Love the Hggendaz and Nestle Toll House in the food court. The theater is nice enough- but no reclining seats 😱! Overall nice mall, lots of middle and high school kids like to hang out after school, as a parent I feel comfortable letting my kids hang out there and feel they will be safe.

This is a great family mall. I always see all different kinds of families having fun. Their Santa setup was very convenient as well. The Santa this year was the most realistic looking Santa I've ever seen. We were able to reserve our spot beforehand and were in and out in less than 25 mins. This mall also has a wide variety of stores, with some specialty stores, such as a french cuisine place and a interesting candle place by JcPenney that makes the coolest candles.

This is a slightly above average mall in the Tampa area. It's not bad... it's not WOW either. It offers a decent shopping experience with a few connected restaurants. The movie theater and Johnny Rockets found inside the mall gives it a little bump in amenities. It also has some playful statues throughout that give it some character.

This was my first time to the mall and it was a really nice stop. I think the variety of stores is pretty good. The places to grab some food in the foot court and the stand-alones surrounding the mall were good. Parking was a bit problematic, but it is a mall so you kind of expect that.

This is THE mall to go to in the area. Macy’s, JC Penney, Dillard’s, Sears, and Dick’s are the big anchor stores with just about every big name chain as well such as Banana Republic, Victoria Secret, Eddie Bauer, etc. Also a great selection of interesting other local stores and chains. Lots of great kiosks throughout. A wonderful food court with a two story carousel and play area for the kids. Actually, this is the most family and kid friendly mall throughout I have ever seen.

The mall definitely has high class shops and clothing companies along with the classic affordable ones as well. My favorite mall in the area. This mall is so clean, especially with the air. It is also the most efficient mall that I have been in. It has it's own parking garage and theater that works well too. Simply Amazing!

Best family /kid/baby friendly mall i e found yet. Play areas area clean and well maintained. They even have an ultra awesome baby nirsing/play/family changing area in the food court. All malls should be so inviting to mothers and children.
