I had a very strange first experience here. There wasn't a line, so I didn't notice the system where it tells you which checkout lane to go in. So, when I walked up the cashier told me she wasn't ready for me in a very rude manner. I was caught off guard because I didn't think I had done anything rude, I'm normally very careful about that. I had been standing decently behind the people in front of me and hadn't even started unloading my groceries. So I confusedly backed off and said "oh." She finally explained what I did wrong. I understand that people probably rush them all the time, but I think it was pretty clear that I wasn't meaning to do that. I ended up being called up to her register anyway and she didn't even acknowledge the way she'd talked to me before and conveniently didn't mention the survey she mentioned to the people ahead of me... It was very jarring for my first time there. I understand I was in the wrong but I think that could've been handled a bit nicer. Anyway, the store itself was fine and had a good selection of local foods which I appreciated.

There premade salads were turning brown and there chicken bacon ranch wrap the chicken waz grayish. This store needs to put fresh stuff out daily. And the people need to watch how they bag and be friendlier. I you don't cold/frozen stuff with soap are non cold stuff. And you don't pur eight two litters in one bag you even the weight out. I won't go back. I guess the area it's in they don't care on how the store does. I was just visiting that area. But I will not go back I will go back to the Hampton village schnucks

They are very friendly to my pet cat. He has separation anxiety so I bring him a lot when grabbing a few things. Be sure your small pet is contained in a travel pack suitable for their size, and you should be good.

This store and the quality of food provided does not match the great quality you will find at other Schnucks locations in the area, such as Richmond Heights or even some South St. Louis locations (Arsenal, for example). This is located in Lindell, St Louis MO. Just few blocks ahead of St Louis cathedral. Its a convenient place to go for groceries. There are several other stores including Sunway, five guys, T mobile store, Schnucks etc. Nice place to buy stuffs you use in your daily routine.

This schnucks needs to be demolished and rebuilt like all the other schnucks. Sime of the cashiers are friendly others not so much. Priduce dept is small and deli ok. Morning star veggie products overpriced as is silk soy milk. Don't go there after 9pm too much crime in the area.

Nice place for food, drinks, supplies, almost everything you'll ever need... BUT, customer service, is in NO WAY CLOSE TO normal business standards. If you don't know the answer to a customer's question, FIND OUT, or find SOMEONE WHO DOES!!! Pick it up Schnuck's South Hampton, and we'll hope we go UP to FOUR STARS next time... Maybe work on a few more things having reasonable prices, I don't want just equal spending, but always same quality yet better price. Everyone now, take care!

Schnucks priceses are sky high compared to other Schnucks store's. The money they have made here u could open another store. The trucks that line up in the back of the store are loud,diesel smoke,and drivers talking loud at all times of the night and morning. This is a residential area Schnucks should know this by now !!!

The only place here worth noting is the Schnucks grocery store. It's close to my home and in one of the better areas of St Louis city. Many of the other store fronts are closed and considering the area it's rather ugly by comparison.

I came out looking like a badass that didn't even in the slightest look like the smell of weed. Seriously I look employable for the first time in my life and no longer fear the police. The ladies who assisted me today were awesome! There was a white lady in customer service area who helped with moneygram, and the other was a black lady in the cashier area who helped checking out and become a member of Schucknucks, she did very quick and accurate. They were so great, and both of them have an amazing personality and willing to assist every customer in a very particular outstanding way. They had a great positive and natural attitude to serve others. I dont know their names thiugh, but I could recognize them if I see them again. They really need to work on pharmacy to get out those prescriptions. Pharmacy called me telling me my Lorsardan was ready for pick up but I didn't go till the next day. When I arrived they told me it was on back order so now it's been 3 days without this combo blood pressure/water pill in my system. Today I'm transferring my high blood pressure meds to Walgreens.
