This shopping center is excellent. Schnucks is a nice place to shop for groceries. You have Great Clips to go for updating your hairstyle. Both Five Below and Ross are good stores to buy discounted items.

It has a Walgreens and a Dobbs and a few other fast food chain restaurants close by. The Walgreens was ok...didn't have an item I stopped in to get but it was clean and the line moved quickly.

I came to get my hair cut but as soon as I walked in the door they said they were not taking anymore clients that day. So I shopped at Ross. It was dark when I went to McDonalds. They don't open their doors. It's all drive-thru. The employees were exceptionally nice and told me to be careful. The bus didn't come on Chippewa for two hrs. This is not a safe area in the evening at all. There were people that someone called paramedics at the bus stop for because they were acting out. Then a man got crazy at the McDonalds window and started threatening someone. I would not advise this area after 8pm.

Store has variety in the pleasures we seek in our diet. Higher than average prices. However when I need that special item they have it so paying a bit more is what I pay. Also if you ask for an item to be available they will bring it in an place it on they shelf.

The Schnucks is pretty good without a long wait time. Otherwise it is pretty clean. I find the automated inventory machine a bit creepy.

Very well staffed. The workers were very polite and got me through the line pretty quickly. We went on a Friday night around 630pm. All registers had cashiers except for 2 of them. This schnucks is usually always well stocked and kind employees.

Easy access to produce. Line was set up to accommodate covid-19 social distancing. The rules for Covid are changing and when you see this masks are not mandated to wear in St. Louis City. (Just use your common sense and wear one if you are immuno- compromised or have a necesary reason to wear one. Be safe. The store was moderately busy. Went to get Ground Sirloin around 3:30 p.m. and there was not any in the meat case and no butcher. One clerk ran in the back and found someone in the back. She informed me that all was out in the cases and to come back tomorrow. The shelves were a little scarce. I did find a few wines to try. I use the wine club to taste test new wines that may be good ones to buy later. Found a 2020 Argentine wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon, A favorite, Craftwork Cabernet, and a 2016 French Bordeaux -Francs Les Cerisiers. Two new and an old reliable wine. The checkers are friendly and move you through quickly and courteously. Thanks Schnuck's

Its was quiet with enough space between units that it felt private. Spacious with a beautiful bathroom and shower. I would suggest that they put in smart lighting with colored lights and surround sound so that you can set lights with music because of the already running light fixture and vaulted ceilings. ,,,,I mean at least put it on a dimmer switch , bare minimum

We went to the Schnuck's at Hampton Village Shopping Center. This isn't my neighborhood, but I took my son their. He just moved into an apartment not far from this Schnuck's and was purchasing his first groceries. I found the store to be clean, and well stocked. The staff were masks.

Kick back and jam some funky tunes while you wait for your plug. Be very careful, tho. Somebody got shot in broad daylight here the other day. Be sure to give at least one dollar to someone who is panhandling. Who cares if it's for drugs or whether they are really homeless or not. If you can afford to shop at Walgreens, you can afford to help somebody else out.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere compared to other locations. The employees aren’t the friendliest and the store is always out of everything…they’re always stocking but never seem to have anything.

I always go here because it's next to my house. Only issue I have is they need to sweep the parking area ALITTLE more. Also, a couple of the managers in Schnucks need to be trained on customer service again and learn how to treat their customers.

It was a great shopping experience today I pulled in the plaza and saw there was five and under so I went there I then got my haircut at Great clips then I went over to schnucks did some quick shopping getting some things for the house I then had a craving for a burger so I went to McDonald's I got everything I needed in one shopping visit. It was a nice ending to a day filled with many objectives and things that needed to be handled and done anytime a manner and again I'm so glad I was able to do that and it's all because of what was that Hampton village 🙂😊😁😁😉

Lots of useful shops, all in the same area, which is very useful for pedestrians. Schnucks, a gym, Five Below, Great Clips, Noodles & Co, and more. Lots of parking. Benches to sit on while you wait.

Love the Ross, Five Below, Schnucks, and Target is right across the street. You can get a lot done and not have to drive all over depending on how much you’re trying to spend.

Target, Schnuck's, T-Mobile, Noodles, Bank of America are all here, in addition to many others like THAT McDonald's.. go check it out for yourself. There's plenty of wheelchair parking places available in addition to all of the stores having handicapped accessible entrances.

We absolutely love target, this is our new home target, the main lot is pretty small but they have one underneath in a garage. They have the Starbucks, Pizza Hut and target cafe and a lot of the targets don’t have all 3! Those stores do close early though. We have been able to find everything we need and the prices match what we find at other stores. It’s pretty hard to find issues at a Target lol

I love shopping at Schnucks and always will support the Schnuck family. But, I had visited Target the other day when I was out in Hampton Village Shopping Centre and I still enjoy shopping there except for the fact of the matter that the prices are much higher than when I grew up in this area.

The great thing about this shopping area is what I call, "the one stop shop." You can purchase groceries from Schnucks or Target, conduct banking business, refresh your wardrobe at Target or Ross Clothing, enjoy a Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's, and pick up scrips at CVS or Walgreens. All of this can be accomplished within a hop, skip, and jump by crossing the street.

Essential services located here - grocery store, pharmacy, doctors offices . . . Also restaurants and clothing stores. I go because i have to for the pharmacy, and sometimes the grocery store, but it's quite busy and traffic can be very snarly at the Hampton/Chippewa intersection.

Very nice part of neighborhood with diverse variety of shops. Lots of parking. Shops expanded in the last years to include some around the corner from the old stand bys. As I write this the McDonald's is under remodelling so only drive thru.

I love the different stores and food places. When I'm finished at club fitness with my workout it's so convenient to have a 24hr grocery store right there along with a few restaurants if I want something else to eat or snack on. There's also a dentist office that's pretty nice

Customer Service was truly helpful, and very concerned about me using the new machine that they are using now to pay your Leclede, Spire, Cable, and a few others bills you can pay there.This is a really cool machine. Honestly, I must say I was very hesitant about using it myself, but it was so easy and a lot faster LOL😆 then standing at the customer service line. So please don't knock it, until you try it. You can use cash but it has to be the exact amount. But using a debit or credit card makes it easier and faster absolutely. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE I BELIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT#, ADDRESS, AMOUNT YOU WANT TO PAY AND POSSIBLY YOU MAY NEED TO PUT IN YOUR NAME. I hit the Schnuck's market. It's one of the best in the area. You can get a nice hair cut in the same mall...but the JC Penny's really lacks.

Very nice looking shopping center. The 24 hour schnucks is my favorite part about it though. Since there aren’t other schnucks 24 hours around my area, I like coming here and picking up something healthy instead of going out and eating fast food. Also the firehouse-subs restaurant is great also. Club fitness is also on my list of things to do here.

This is a really good shopping mall. They have the five below store, schnucks, Rosses, GNC, and numerous places to eat. Also, if you ride the bus, there are two convenient bus stops for your shopping convenience. I would recommend shopping at Hampton village shopping center.

If you like fried catfish, go to the seafood department and have them fry up a half pound of catfish nuggets extra crispy. Yummm. Oh and the Turkey Hill ice cream for dessert. My favorite is Dutch Chocolate or Black Raspberry.

Great Shopping Center with the best Grocery Store in town (Shnucks)! The sidewalks are consistently clean as is the parking lot. I've never felt un-safe as everything is well-lit and the employees are abundant and very friendly.

This mall has a little of everything. Both my hearing aid service and my dentist are there, as well as Schnucks, a shoe store and more! It also has mobile and foot patrol security. It is worth checking out!

I hate that JC Penney is gone!! It had been there for 70+ years and was so loved by the community! It's terrible that it's never been replaced! As with the other closed stores that were never replaced!! What's going on with Schnucks, who owns the plaza? Are they asking way too much for rent? Or can't they attract new businesses for other reasons? At JC Penney, there was A LOT of theft, which was so unfortunate. But they were still quite profitable. The problem is that, for some reason, the stores in Hampton Village won't prosecute thieves. That just invites them to continue stealing! JCP and Walgreens had/have many repeat offenders, like that's their career. And, we're sure that these thieves aren't from the neighborhood. They're brought in it come in to do their "job". If the police OR these retail stores would prosecute, I really believe it would cut down on the stealing, invite more in retailers to rent in Hampton Village and make our neighborhood safer and more desirable! It's just unconscionable that the police and these retailers do NOTHING to stop all this theft! That behavior/mindset is pretty much condoning this horrendous behavior! There should be something that can be done!!! Maybe, we, who live in this wonderful neighborhood AND want to keep it this way, should ban together to figure out a way to stop all this crime. We can't continue to just look the other way!!! I confronted a customer who was just calmly walking out of Walgreen's with a cart full of merchandise she was stealing. She was boldly doing this in front of probably 4 or 5 other customers and an employee. I told her that she needed to pay for her merchandise. She said she already did. I told get that she didn't because nothing is in bags. She told me to mind my own business. I angrily responded that her stealing is SO wrong and she shouldn't be doing it. She just walked out. I wanted to do more but I didn't know if she was armed or had a partner(s) who was (were ). I'm getting really frustrated and angry by all of this!! It has to stop because the retailers and police are sending the message that stealing is okay. Not only does that enforce the behavior of these offenders and those they bring into their "business" but it's teaching the children in this, OUR neighborhood, that stealing is acceptable behavior. It must be because the police do nothing to stop it, you're not banned from the store. There are NO CONSEQUENCES for this behavior!! Why don't we all steal what we want? Evidently, there are no laws to stop us! This mindset is very frightening!!!!

They have a few of my go-to stores here, especially schnucks. JCPENNEY was one of their anchor stores but sadly they just closed for Good. But they have few places to grab a quick bite, places to shop for clothes, shoes, mobile phones and u can also get your haircut, workout and see a doctor or dentist. Always a place to safely park.Popular shopping area for Good reason.

Good place to go shopping at Schnucks or go get your haircut or go get some shoes from the shoe store. But the parking lot is always really busy. Don't go to Club Fitness that particular location is a rat hole it's disgusting, it stinks, and all of the equipment is old and falling apart.

The buildings at Hampton Village have been updated and well maintained. I like the variety of stores. There are clothing stores, a supermarket, drug store and even a Dental and Doctors building. All the buildings are in a small proximity of each other, which is a bonus when going store to store.

So sad to see one of the long standing anchor stores fall prey to e commerce. When I was a "big boy" Penny's was my only source of clothes with any style at all and reasonably priced. Casual Male I believe, exploited the fact that so many Americans are over weight and were entitled to over price. Example I went into CM post surgery and was going to buy a needed pair of dress pants, shirt and tie. I didn't get the pants there because the smallest size they carried was what I needed So,but I decided to go to Penny's at South Countys. I got the same exact pants, 2 shirt and 2 tie for the same amount of I would have paid at Casual Male for just the pants.

I live in the neighborhood so this gets a bit of an extra nod from me, but I do spend a lot of my shopping time in Hampton Village. The Schnucks is top notch and I got my cell plan from the T-Mobile. The JCP closing sucks because that took away a solid department store they doesn't come with mall hassle. This plaza has quite a few vacancies at the moment so hopefully they get filled with new and better places. Hampton Village is super convenient for anyone in the South City area and I feel that should make it attractive to business.

If you want to get groceries or a quick bowl of noodles and a drugstore it's fine. Target is also across the street on o e side and Walgreens on the other and it is on a relatively large shopping district.

There is nothing particularly impressive about this shopping center. There is a Schnuck's, Club Fitness, McDonald's, J.C. Penny's, Noodles & Co, and more. The plaza in general feels a little rundown and dirty, especially compared to the pristine Target across the street.

Visited an oral surgeon located at 16 Hampton Village Plaza. This location is easy to access & has ample parking. Another plus, it's in the same plaza as a Schnucks & across the street from Target and also a Walgreens.

This place has been working hard for Saint Louis Customer s for more than 40 years. It has many different businesses and is at th e corner of Chippewa And Hampton. Target is on one corner and a small minimall on the other. It has a McDonald's and a Schnucks. Plenty of parking including disabled access.

When you're not able to find exactly what you're looking for, the staff at JC Penny are willing to assist with helping. They will also order and have it shipped to the store free. You'll be notified when your order has arrived.

Where you get your medical building you get your eye doctor chiropractors for the liver Foundation is there you dentist my dentist is there you have a shoe store or health food store you have Firehouse Subs yum you have the gym is there a JC Penney's used to be there that's a shame that that's gone but then you can you have Schnucks which has an awesome option

Hampton Village shopping center is great. If you're unfamiliar it's located at Hampton and Chippewa across from Walgreens Target and Lindell Bank. Schnucks Hampton Village is my favorite grocery store. I know where everything is and I know many of the employees. Feel very comfortable shopping there. I sure miss the JCPenney. When they were closing I got so much stuff 50 to 80% off it was great. Sometimes I get my haircut at Great Clips which is also in Hampton Village. There's also a Firehouse Subs that I hear is very good.

I like virtually all the stores at Hampton Village. The Schnucks grocery store/pharmacy is my favorite in STL. There's a good Great Clips and a Firehouse Subs. I miss the JC Penney but they say a Ross is going to move in. They also have the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistency bad soggy food. There is also a nice Target acrias the street.
