Washington Square mall is a smaller indoor mall then most. It's a nice mall, however, I rather drive 30 minutes to another mall that's bigger with way more stores/spaces. I believe the spaces that the stores use are smaller then other locations. Which results in smaller inventory. Not that I will buy a lot of stuff. But I like to look at a lot of stuff 😀

Oh my, the food was so delicious. I ordered the poke salad which had a huge blend of textures and flavors. The hamburger and chicken sandwich was juicy and perfectly cooked.

Good suburban mall. Decent selection of retailers. Looked like there was good mall security in the parking lot. After I was done shopping I was happy that my vehicle was still where I left it. In the Portland area you can never be too sure. I went on a weekday late morning and it was not too busy, lots of parking. Even though I purchase most items online, it's nice to have brick and mortar retailers still in existence.

The best shopping I've found anywhere in Oregon up I-5 from Eugene to Vancouver. I love this shopping center. It's easy to find extended sizes in clothing and shoes. Large selection at most stores. The area is well kept and clean. They also have one of the only Cheesecake Factory's in Oregon here.

This is a very clean mall. Has all the basic stores and more. Not too big, and not too small either. One floor mall (except macys and JCPenny, and the food court). The washrooms are very clean and tidy, and the food/restaurant items are good too. They even have one halal restaurant in the mall! They have two Starbucks, but one is temporarily closed and the second one that’s open has limited food options.

First time visiting and wow! It's very big and there's a lot to look at and stores I've never seen. Appriciate the minimum basics like Spencer's, Hot topic, boxed lunch, and artic salt.

These pictures are from the cheesecake factory. Great service, good food. One of the chicken and waffles slightly overcooked. But overall good atmosphere. The waitress provided excellent service. Don't waste your time with reservations it doesn't get you anything faster in regards to seating or food service. It took 60 minutes to finally eat.

I love coming to this mall. Lots of fun places to visit and a great food court. It's easy to find things, and it's clean and well kept. Have to give a shout out to the Sushi Burrito place especially!

I love visiting the mall. Various diversified merchants here. I especially like visiting ethnic stores like Din Tai Fun and 85°C Bakery after having a great shop experience at Macy's and other big department stores. Just a good combination shop experience in one shot

So thus Nall us geared toward older adults and slightly higher end items. They have a handful of eateries but it is mostly. Clothes and accessories. There is a nice restaurant that serves soup dumplings which is a bit pricey. It is a franchise so it meets the standard of the others. Very clean mall

It really is a nice Mall I've been going to it since I was a little kid but I got to tell you there's something about going to the mall that reminds me how important it is to be frugal and diversify yourself with different stores and brand lines because it seems like everything is so expensive. The food court was delicious and there's no way I could ever go shopping in that mall without being sure that I had a bit of a couple different things to eat pizza and Chinese and I don't know maybe even an Orange Julius :-) parking was great

As stated, parking is abysmal. Arrive early JUST TO PARK!!!! I won't return unless absolutely necessary. I don't know what they could do... already have two story parking. Perhaps like 'real' cities they could add a new floor or two. Not sure I want Beaverton to become Manhattan but really...fix the bottleneck. Surely money isn't an issue...or is it? Perhaps if we all go to planning meetings. . . What do you think?

Like this mall, the shops are good, plenty of places and options to eat at like cheesecake factory, an Asian restaurant (haven't tried but interested), an Indian place(A++). If you want or need a custom suit, indochino has a store here(good prices). And a Thai bakery 85deg is a place I'd recommend to stop and take a look at

Very active modern shopping mall with plenty of store fronts to see and explore, mostly common franchises not many that seem independent or local. But the building is very clean and well maintained and handled the large amount of people very well. Hand sanitizer dispensers are everywhere and I didn’t find a single empty one! And they dispense a very generous “almost too generous” amount of sanitizing foam.

The whole evening at Washington Square was great. The kids and adults walking the mall were a joy to watch. We hope to spend more time there soon. My 90 year old grandfather said, " it a great place to people watch," though he misses Sears.

This was the second time being there to use the Tesla charging station in the parking garage. This area gets busy even the charging station always full. We did go up one floor the first time to access the restroom. Can’t recall which store but they’re pretty cleaned. We didn’t encounter anything else at this location.

It has the typical stores you would find in most malls across the U.S.. This mall doesn't have any real local businesses to speak of. I will say kudos to the custodial staff. This place is always clean.

Lovely Mall... Plenty of parking outside and under cover.. Bath and Bodyworks, Coach just a couple of the stores in there... You could easily spend a few hours there, have lunch...

While it’s still just a mall, we visit Washington Square Mall the most because it has a great range of stores and some decent food options. If you’ve got kids, the Lego store and cute little Pokémon type shops are fun. It would be great if some new options were added like Free People or Madewell, and it satisfies for the most part.

Went around 1pm on Thanksgiving weekend. Surprisingly not too busy and ample parking. Shopped till around 3pm and noticed more people in the mall. Still not too busy. Love the mall and love people watching.

Because of its location around Tigard, Washington hasn't seemed to suffer the same vacancy problem as the other Portland-area malls. Their staff is friendly, and the clothes selection is absurd. This place is less of an entertainment mall and more of a clothing department on steroids.

Never walk the mall anymore, too old and everything hurts, but will visit certain shops, like Sephora, The Walking Company, Nordstroms, Macy's. Outside the mall in a cluster, Cost Plus Market, Ulta, Panera, Red Robin, Hannah Pet Hospital. Used to be a Pier One but that's gone.

There's a Tesla distributor inside the mall which is really cool to see. Come here for the food court and various high-end retail shops

This is an area landmark! It is a great mall with lots of options and lots of room. Still, it nearly always seems busy. That's likely because they work so hard at keeping it clean, fresh, and updated. Fun destination. Our family loves to get lost and wander around here often.

This is a great mall. There are many unique stores here including a Tesla dealership. They had a great Santa's workshop set up for Christmas. The food court has many choices as well. This is a one stop shop for sure. I definitely recommend this place.

My friend and I go there to walk when it is cold, windy or rainy. We love window shopping and/or shopping there. Shops mostly on ground floor. Food court with escalator or elevator access. We have also gone to great dim sum place there...Din Tai Fung which is on ground floor.

This mall is okay... the store selection keeps shifting to high end which is a tad frustrating, it feels like where there used to be normal stores there are now diamond jewelry stores, luxury bags, amd luxury suit cases.

Nice indoor shopping mall. All the regular stores you'd expect in a mall. It was clean and people were generally pleasant. Saw 2 guys steal a ton of clothing from somewhere on our way out so it looks like there's really no security, unfortunately.

I love coming to the mall and has a great selection of all different types of clothing and patches and hats and jackets you name it oh don't forget the shoes too and then also has a really nice food court where you can pick a multiple amount of different types of foods and there are fairly reasonable.

In the current enviroment, I was very surprised at how crowded the mall was! Several stores had lines of people waiting patiently for turns to enter. It was well organized, patrons were patient and respectable. Felt great seeing all the businesses full ane everyone being respectful. My main goal today was the Star Wars store. I was not disapointed! Great selection, very knowledgable staff. Lots of fun seeing everything they offered.

The mall so beautiful as always.. But...We went to Cheese Cake Factory and many ítems of the menú...were not available...plus the dark bread was raw. Use to be such an excellent restaurante!!! I travel every single year to PDX from Argentina...and I visit CCFactory. I feel very disappointed...however I'll try again.

The main disadvantage I see is that the restaurant choices aren't as good as some other malls I've been to (I mean real restaurants, not the food court). On the other hand, there are like 4 different places you can buy pretzels, so . . . there's that.

Love the mall, inside looks nice and modern. The mall management need to clean up trash on the parking lot, soft drink cups, napkins cigarette butts and just trash from people that don’t don’t care about others can be seen all over the parking. This gets noticed once the weather clears up and parking lot is dry...

Great mall! All one story except the food court and some of the bigger stores. Very clean and well kept. As of 2/26/22 they still require masks to enter stores. Some stores (like the Lego store) still have limits to how many people can be inside at once. So you may have to stand in line to get in.

The best old school type mall in Portland. There are very few malls left and this one is nice on the inside and well kept. Lots of food, services and retail including a bakery and massage kiosk. They also have the massage chairs if you just want to come in for a walk, a coffee and to relax. There is also a virtual reality gaming arcade for the kids and teens. It's worth the drive from the city to hang out for a few hours

I love Washington Square Mall! They have a lot to do and see, despite not being the biggest mall. I especially love Lush and Cinnabon and Jamba Juice, but there's way more to do than that. If you live in Tigard or Portland, this is your goto place for malls!

Washington Square Mall really does have all your shopping and most dining needs all in one convenient easy to navigate space. The overall aesthetic of the mall has that late 90’s early 2000’s “modern” look yet still seems fresh and relevant enough and not dated in any way. As mentioned there is a great variety of shops, eateries & restaurants here, the layout is also quite spacious and simple to navigate. Big plus for having the closest Apple store to our new apartment in Bethany, and an 85 Degrees Bakery! Lastly, Washington Square is your standard regional suburban shopping mall and sits a good ways away from Portland city center, so in the way of “attractions” there are none offered here for visitors or tourist. One thing worth mentioning is the main public restrooms could use better maintenance as they are often dirty (at least the mens room is). Also there’s not much in the way of COVID regulations being employed here so if crowds concern you it might be best to avoid this place at least until after the holidays.

I'm not one to shop malls on a frequent basis but when I do, Washington Square is where I go. I can usually find what I need to Dick's, Macys, Amazon, Lego, GNC, Nespresso, Starbucks, William Sonoma -- with a good selection of food choices at the food court. My kids like to ride the big stuffed animals located outside of Dick's Sporting Goods. It's a beautifully kept mall that is pleasant to visit.

Lots of good food options and the stores are all very well operated and worth looking into. Also a very clean and well maintained mall. The downsides are; very crowded, too many pop up booths in the walkways, and they could use another restroom or two for how populated the mall is. We will definitely come back, just be warned that if you don't do well in crowds you may need to take a break or two outside throughout.

Best things in this mall are Lego Store, Game Stop, Build A Bear, and Box Lunch. The mall could use a Torrid, more kid and family friendly stores, and less posh places. I generally avoid all sections of the mall except the one hallway with the above stores.

snacks. Visited Utah. First time there. They carry everything from dept. Store plus their own lines to drug store lines of makeups. The staff was busy but super friendly and very helpful. Once I explained what I was looking for my sales associate brought me items from all over the store for comparison so I could make an informed decision. She was sensitive to my budgetary concerns and didn't try to upsell yet did show me better lines just to explain differences. I ended up buying a better line just because it suited me better and would last 3 times longer so was cheaper in the long run. I left feeling I got the better deal.

I went there to get crepe cakes, but they didn't have any today. So, I just got a regular crepe with whipped cream, strawberries, cinnamon and dark chocolate ice-cream. And it was phenomenal. If you're in Washington Square Mall, give it a try.

Always pleasant to shop at. Parking can be tricky depending on what time of day, but this mall is always safe and has a great balance of high and low fashion. They have the best boba too!!!

Not long ago, I heard about Lloyd Center mall going bust. With one less decent walking indoor mall in the Portland metro area, it makes the presence of Washington Square even more important to the region. I wondered if this mall had survived the 2 year lockdowns. So I took a walk and frequented one snack eatery. I'm happy to say that the feeling at the mall is more positive than I could have expected. All the storekeepers seemed very happy and optimistic, and all the shoppers seemed equally happy to be there. Best of all... the mask mandate is no longer in place, so you can decide if you need one while shopping here. Nearly every store space is occupied, and all of them seem alive, some are vibrant. I hope that in due time, they will all be well. This is a wonderful place to shop and eat. Not just for walking and snacks, but I shall visit here more often myself. I really like this place. [Update 7/14/2022] I still need to make that return visit, but... I was there last night to enjoy Chinese food at the south end of the mall and did so. Afterwards I had wanted to get dessert deep in the mall, but it was nearly 8:00 by now and my top pick was already closing. This tells me that WSquare has still not recovered after the lockdowns and that is a problem, and not just for me.

My daughter and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for an early Father's Day lunch and it was wonderful! The restaurant is palatial in design, yet made warm and inviting by the foodservers and others that they have on staff there. The food is totally delicious, and I definitely recommend their 30th anniversary cheesecake for dessert as it is absolutely delectable!

Washington Square mall is pretty much the only options as far as shopping malls go in Oregon. There’s other outdoor ones throughout Oregon, but ever since Lloyd Center has slowly died off, WS is the place to go. It’s a beautiful mall and has lots of options as far as stores go. The only thing you should be prepared for if you don’t go there often is them changing locations of shops. Doesn’t mean they’re gone, just means they are located somewhere else within the mall. We stopped in to 85° Celsius, inside the Washington Square mall, for a snack. I can't race enough about how delicious their parties are. I had a blueberry tart, the kids had a chocolate croissant and a raspberry fluffy creme filled bread. All three were awesome. And the prices were completely reasonable. All these items plus a blueberry muffin ended up around $9.50. I would highly recommend this bakery for a snack the next time you're in the mall.

if you thought malls in America were dead I challenge you to visit Washington square it's definitely very busy and has some very unique shops make sure to visit the Star Wars store back by JCPenney's The nostalgia from the late '70s and early '80s is represented very well and they have a very large selection of toys from all generations

Great mall with a great selection of department stores as well as smaller stores as well. They have a great group of restaurants in the food court as well as other random food and drink places throughout the whole building. I never get bored when I am here. I love coming here to do Christmas shopping because I never have to worry about not having enough items to choose from. Also it’s a great location in Tigard that is close to Target and Cost Plus World Market. In addition to that there is a Costco that is not too far away either. Such a nice shopping experience here every single time I come here.

I love Washington Square. This time I went in to check out a brand called Rituals. It has been there for awhile but had no one managing it. They now have a new manager. She is adorable. There products are yummy. They sell lotions, soaps, candles ... that sort of thing. I was given a gift of a package of products for Christmas with the scent called The Ritual of Sakura. I love that scent! It came with lotion, foam shower gel, a body scrub and hand soap. I love the silky feeling the foam gel and scrub give my body. This time a bought a candle with the Ritual of Aryurveda scent. Also yummy. You can find Rituals in the cosmetic department of Macy's. check it out.

The play area is always clean. $ - $$$ stores. Food selection fair. Really sad the bridge and log are gone from the play area. But I understand they were broken down and big kids, like 10 and older, were hurting little kids with raucous behavior. Jumping off of log and bridge. Probably was a big problem for security. Is it possible to get a small slide instead of bridge? Update:Bridge is back. Woop woop! Cleaning a little bit better but not much.

Give and take with the mall these days! Though the stores I frequently go to have amazing people working. American Eagle, because they actually carry pants for tall women with 34”+ inseams! Fabletics has amazing customer service and all the cool stuff you can get online for the same discount :) and Nordys of course! I love finding cool items for sale for future seasons. Parking isn’t always easy, but it’s usually empty by the JC Penny’s or … sears? Whatever is on opposite end of the mall from Pennie’s lol a ton of shops and cute stalls - grab a bite and chill or pass through

Nice shops, high end stuff, but worsted grossest bathrooms of any mall I've ever been to. Seems dirtier than my middle school locker room. Weird stuff on toilets, sink even walls etc. A high traffic bathroom such as these need cleaned multiple times per day. This is supposed to be a high end mall people, you can do better. Your bathrooms should be cleaner than a port-a-john.

Edit 11/2/22 * Just updating my review. I can't here with my wife to the cheesecake factory, since there was a 30min long wait, we walked a little bit through the mall... It was nice and well kept, but there were SO MANY empty spaces... This is starting to remind me more and more of LLoyd center... I hope that not the case, but it is sure seeming like it. Good indoor map, biggest problem is the inaccessibility of food and drinks outside of the Food court. It's nice having all the food places together, but seriously... Walking from one side to the other tires you out. And biggest problem, is that there is no McDonald's in the mall... There is one about a mile away, but the convenience is no longer there

It's a shopping mall. Came here with my son to do a little shopping... I hadn't been to the mall in quite a few years so there were a lot of stores that were new and different from my last visit. I have a hard time walking too much, but there were plenty of benches and seats for me to rest on throughout the mall, which I was pleased about. My son was happy to find the things he wanted. Despite the mall being crowded, it didn't feel over crowded, so that was nice. Our trip was a success and my son was happy.

Parking is TOUGH on a Saturday even if you're there within 30 minutes of opening. Take whatever spot you can get. Inside is clean, nice climate control, and plenty of shopping and eating options. If you're on your way out, pick up some baked goods before the line get too long. Lots of interactive maps to help get around and it's an easy to navigate space.

Washington Square was a great experiance. I came off the freeway and it was a smooth entry into Washington Square as I passed by a Red Lobster, Panera Bread, Red Robin, and my original destination, Hannah Pet Society. Parking was ample and open-spaces were a-plenty, which has been the way it is, everytime I have visited Washington Square. There are medium size trees next to the parking areas which offers a nice bit of shade. Washington Square as places to sit, but not skate because Washington Square has placed a fancy metal leaf design which has been stuck to the concrete benches, so any attempt to skate will be sadly ended immediatly with bruises - without a doubt!

So good /. Everything is family style but i didn't know this so we were overwhelmed with food lol, the service is superb. It's a little noisy and when u add the masks, it's hard to hear the server. The lights a little dim, so it makes for a romantic setting if that's what ur looking for. It's a little pricey btw, but o go on a special occasion it's great. I loved the black milk tea with boba, i wish I had ordered another. I highly recommend this place :0)

Like most malls, WSQ has had a rough go off it, but in mid-March the place was filled with shoppers and almost all the storefronts were filled. Masking was voluntary and about 50-50. People still seem to like in-person shopping.

Washington Square has become a retail destination haven. It is full of new specialty stores such as Nespresso, Atlas Cider, Bare Minerals and more. It has the Summit food court and even a Spencers. Other restaurants are located throughout such as Cheesecake Factory. The mall directory now has an interactive touch screen and provides Google-like directions in an easy to see visual to your desired store.

It has to be 15 years since we were in Washington Square shopping mall. Just don't live in that vicinity of town but yet visited the daughter at the store she works at within the Washington Square Mall and what a magnificent structure how elegantly the mall is laid out. Nobody told Washington Square that malls were dying because this place is beautiful and vibrant. It was actually exciting to walk down the mall see other people get out of the house kind of a thing for a moment. It was very nice.

Mall was big, terrible parking structure up top, parking lot lines faded, not many clear signs to direct out of Towner's on the direction the parking goes. Inside the mall a whole bunch of open and no shut down stores which was the only good thing about this visit to your mall. One thing that could have changed the tone of my visit since I was in sort of a hurry was a map of the mall guiding me to tell me where each of the stores were located. I was looking for the Kids store and circles the whole mall and it was all the way at the end tucked in a small tiny corner. If there was a map, I would have clearly known to go straight and make a right and the store would eventually be on my right. Could have been in and out in five minutes but instead was there for about 30-45 minutes. Sincerely, California Out of towner moving to the area.

Only visited two stores, Macy's and JC Penneys . Macy's was chaos. Fitting rooms closed off, yet many folks needing them. Upon further investigation of why they were closed off, found racks and racks of clothing that appeared to be the clothes that people tried on but didn't want, so they went on racks to be rehung on floor. There must be a shortage of employees to do this,and noticed the clothes on the floor( not literally on floor), the racks were sparse as if they were sold out , but we found them hiding in the closed fitting rooms . Sad day to see Macy's managed so poorly. Otherwise, the items that were purchased, reflected a very generous discount

Went to Washington Square for Bath and Bodyworks and Kiehls for some wallflower scents and skin care products. Was a quick visit, found what I wanted easily and customer service was great like usual. Highly recommended this mall for your shopping needs, except for groceries.

I tried the curbside pickup for the first time and it was fast and easy. I had ordered a mushroom burger, a side of mac and cheese, and two pieces of cheesecake. They were all packed nicely and everything was hot/cold and delicious. It also came with butter and two pieces of their amazing bread. I love being able to get great service and all of my favorite foods without having to get out of my car. I will definitely use the online ordering again.

Limited food court selection, but a good variety of both department and specialty stores. It also has the only physical Amazon retail store in Oregon (minus their grocery stores).

Lovely Restraurant. We were sat immediately after walking through the door and gave the option of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating had heaters so we weren't too cold during the meal. The servers were present shortly after when we were sat and were understanding when we had to take longer to order. Delicious food and awesome drinks! Our first trip to the mall since the pandemic and it was so crazy busy! Wow we parked a ways out and walked but there was a parking structure too. It was the day before Father's Day so made sense it was busy. Most stores were open and had distancing protocols in place. Went to build a bear for my daughter's birthday (had to be let in behind a rope) and almost went in the Lego store but there was a short line and my 1.5 year old was not having it. If not for the kiddos probably would have stayed longer and shopped more. As it was we drove pretty out of the way for a bathroom break, walk and pretzel snack lol but not the mall's fault.

Such a fun mall to just wander around in, definitely a big mall that has every store you could want. Lots of sales and has directories for you to navigate. The stores are also generally pretty big so they have lots of inventory. I would definitely recommend checking it out!!

Wish I could Give 4.5 Stars, but I can only Choose 4 or 5, because when I went here back in 2019 the Footlocker here had a House of Hoops Section, and the House of Hoops Section is where I saw the Nike Air Maestro Scotty Pippen Signature Shoes and where I also got my Black and Gold Adidas Originals NMD Multi T-Shirt with the Japanese Writing on the Sleeves from and Whenever I get the Chance to go the Footlocker there, there is no House of Hoops Section and it makes me Sad and those Nike Air Maestro Scotty Pippen Shoes can be Found on Websites like Flight Club and that Adidas Shirt is now Impossible to Find. I wish House of Hoops would Come back to the Footlocker here.

As far as Malls go.... this is a good one. I’ve been shopping here since 1974 and have certainly seen my share of renovations. I even worked retail at one of the stores back in 2015. It’s my favorite mall with a good selection In the food court and restaurant options too. From the anchor stores to the little guys, there is something for all. I always park in the garages so no rain and heat.

Washington square is definitely one of the nicer malls in the Portland Metro Area. It has most of what you need when it comes to the average shopping experience. The food court has a good set of options. Also there is a Cheasecake Factory (in the mall) and a Red Robin’s (near by) if you didn’t want the food court experience. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees in any of the stores here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The mall has a nice family atmosphere for sure and its been the go to mall for many of the Beaverton locals because the shopping experience is on par and even better than the other malls within the Portland Metropolitan Area.

Washington Square is good place to go and spend time with family shopping around. I feel like they need to update the food court but that’s just my opinion. The stores are good there and it can get really crowded on the weekend of course but over nothing too special about this mall.

Love this mall they have a little bit of everything there. It's more of a upper middle class type of environment but it makes you feel safe unlike some malls in the Portland area. I love driving up to Portland to visit the mall on the weekend. I'd recommend to other it's clean also which makes things even better.

This mall has really changed throughout the years. Enjoy all the variety in stores from lower to high end stores. Food court has a lot of variety too. Usually busy in the week ends, but stop by during the weeks and there's less of a crowd.

The best mall in the Portland area, period. Sunday afternoon this place was packed! And yea, it is the holiday season so crowds are going to be expected. That said, the food court has a great selection, there's plenty of parking and the mall in general is clean and vibrant. I'm not much of a consumer, I'm not here to shop. I just like to walk, look, grab a snack and people watch. This really is the best mall in the area for that.

Great mall, always clean, but you can see the mall is struggling, since they now allow things that they would have never done a few years ago. Like an arcade in the food court and aggressive clerks at the mall kiosks. We enjoy eating at the food court and the new Indian place is really good.

We love this mall. There is a great selection of stores. They all seem to be thriving. It is kept very clean. The layout is a bit odd. It is hard to get from one side to the other, but if you are in the mood for walking, it is great. Just ask all of the power walkers who get there every morning before the stores open to get their steps.

Lots of amazing stores and even good places to find drinks/food. From Macy's to the Cheesecake Factory, there's quite a lot to do and find here, and is very often not super crowded by people. I really enjoy coming here on occasion to browse around and find some new styles of clothes, and get a decent snack along the way.

I live in Tigard, so this is the closest mall to me. But especially compared to a lot of the other malls around Portland, this one has a lot less empty spaces and has some great stores. It's always clean and since the pandemic hit, it hasn't been too crowded.

It's a mall. There's nothing really much more to say about it. It does seem to have a decent array of shops and it's much better than going all the way to pioneer plaza. It seems to be doing well despite the shutdowns.

This is a giant mall with more higher end stores than it used to have. The food court is pretty decent. Parking g is ample, but the parking garage can feel rather cramped. There's a Tesla store that I love to dream in. One of the few physical Amazon locations (a bookstore where I got my Kindle) is there a d can accept returns from the website.

This mall is great for shopping, however they have no advertised vegan options in the food court if you get hungry. I was a little bummed out that some stores were shut down, so maybe check their website to make sure any store you might be looking for isn't gone or temperarely shut down. Always a great way to spend the day!

A fantastic destination to kill an afternoon at, or perform a wide variety of shopping adventures. Safety measures seem appropriate and you can clearly find any store of your choosing. The food court is maybe a little narrow but overall it's a great place to be.

I looked at a 3 wheeled car ($16,000) Walking a mall gives you a chance to see the latest trends up close. At the same time, the exercise keeps me alert and healthy. I spotted a sprinkler system malfunction, reported it. I joked around with a fitness group selling gym equipment. Almost bought a pair of running shoes at Oakley. They felt perfect, wrong design for me. I may go back.

The whole mall is decked out with mask required sign lots of stores have limited access to help customers feel safe, everyone that I saw had masks on, hand sanitizer stations where all throughout the mall, bathroom was well spaced and there was cleaning staff all around. There plenty of parking.

Much easier to pop in for a quick errand on a Saturday night than before. I guess that's one silver lining from this pandemic- plenty of parking spaces available. Hand sanitizer is encouraged and the stores I went into do not allow you to enter the dressing rooms which is very understandable. I am not a fan of the mall however Washington Square does not disappoint.

One of the best malls in the area. The Christmas scene is amazing, the stores are top notch. Clean safe and friendly people everywhere make this a must stop for anything life related .. even Sees Chocolates. Tesla, and even the big guy in the red coat. Great parking and great restaurants as well.

The mall was not as big as I was expecting. There was a big traffic, but I did not find the mall to be exceptional comparing to other malls nearby. The Starbucks in the mall does not give you free refills since they do not provide resting area, which does not make sense to me at all. I liked the little indoor play area for kids though.

Went to the apple store, wow, just wow....the guy who helped me was amazing and kept me in the loop. The square itself is ginormous! Very clean and full of people. The layout is nice. What I absolutely loved was the device they use to locate a store, its large touch screen, I loved that. Great place all round.

Washington Square mall is easily accessible from Hwy 217, and close by I5 and Hwy 26, which makes it a great place to shop. There are lots of extraordinary stores to browse products and shop for all time favorites. Along with numerous places to grab a bite to eat! Everyone in the family will enjoy the visit. I recommend the electronic riding animals the little ones and maybe the bigger ones as well.

My favorite mall in the Portland metro area. The mall is always clean inside and out and the selection of stores fits many different economic statures which is an important aspect in any mall. The only thing I don’t like, but can easily be overlooked, is the music selection for the main hallways throughout the mall. It’s an odd electronic sound that is on repeat, would prefer something more upbeat. But besides that small preference it’s a great mall to check out!

Above average as far as shopping centers go. Parking can be a bit precarious, but better shops and places to eat help keep it from feeling like another nondescript cookie cutter mall. Tends to get busy on the late afternoon and evenings, so keep conscious of that, but otherwise not at all bad.

The mall is the mall, no matter where you are. Overly aggressive, hair and body product kiosk employees, an overworked food court, and the always beautiful shop people. However, there is a charm to this one even post-pandemic. Although, the lack of any seating in the food court while full meals are being served is very strange.

I love this mall, I have been going here for years. I like the area and its conveniently located right off the freeway. Close to Tigard, Beaverton and Pacific Hwy. It has a lot of great shops and major department stores like Nordstrom and Macy's. Bath and Body works, American Eagle, Zumies and PacSun are just some of the shops. The food court is great for a quick bite but the mall also has restaurants inside and within walking distance.

Amazing mall with high end stores and mid range stores offering something for everyone. Very large food court with great selection and small children's area as well as an art place that you can leave the kids for art classes, for a fee.

Washington square has a food cart pod. It's new. They have BBQ, Greek, Mexican and Bubble Tea. Talk is they will be getting two more carts along and will have beer too! I've enjoyed eating at three of them so far and was thrilled with each one.

Nice mall with a large selection of shops. This place is clean, safe, and usually not too crowded, except during prime times. They have Apple Store and a Cheesecake Factory, so that’s a bonus! Don’t forget to check out the other stores nearby, on the outside of the mall. Easily accessed via transit.

Washington square has been my home away from home for better than 40 years. It has evolved and changed over the years, it has seen multiple incarnations. It's current form shows evidence of both success and, well, areas needing improvement. I am sure they will continue to do their best to stay relevant and useful in current times. If it were up to me, I'd start with the food court and work to get some options that draw people in, like Boom Crepe. Was *very, very* disappointed to see Koi Fusion go- they are a very local operation with loyal customers. I am definitely not car shopping at Washington square and would like to see those cars out of the walkways and parking lots. That is a terrible idea.

Lots of parking, some covered, many stores which meets almost any need or want. Never comfortable however. Mostly too warm so you can get short fused and certainly run out of patience to try anything on. Water is not abundant. Restrooms are busy and often not very clean. Many restrooms have done away with paper towels but sinks are not automatic so you have to touch them to turn them off.

Lots of parking. You get all the main shops. Like Zumiez, forever 21, H&M. All that. As far as I'm concerned, you get incredible personal service. Lots of younger employees. They actually wanna chat if you're down to. Well maintained Mall. Nice security. Good eating/hang out area. The place is damn flooded with young people.

I grew up going here with my family! Lots of teen and kid friendly shops while still offering upscale jewelry and clothes stores for parents! Not sure a mall needs a Tesla store, but that's just me! Always good to see how busy Lush and local shops are doing!

Pretty good for the most part. I placed a catering item over phone which to be fair wasn't the best way to do it, but I had called 3 times to confirm it's happening. I get there and learn the person I'd placed the order with hadn't told anyone so just kinda lame communication but the pretzels came out great, the man I talked to was very nice to just start the order right there and guided me to a better way to place orders. Overall not terrible but that bump was kind of annoying

I haven't been here in quite some time. I used to go to the Microsoft kiosk, but that is likely gone now. I went to Panera Bread around the corner and saw that Barnes and Noble is gone. That is very sad. I will have to go through the mall soon and look to see what else has changed.

It was clean, with a nice layout of stores, handicap accessible (no really), good selection of foods (unless you have food allergies), and I enjoyed the map from the website on the phone. I wish all malls had those layout views. I drove from Tacoma, to shop around Portland and ended up visiting this town. I will return again.

I've worked in more than 15 malls in 5 states in my life. This is by far the best mall to work in. The best ll I can say is that it is a clean and friendly environment with a mentality geared toward adults. The management team, security, and housekeeping crew are second to none. These folks work hard to create a great place to shop. This mall is more than just that but I will leave it there.

It is a great mall and enjoy going there. But the slight issue at the moment is the public safety for the employees and customers. I understand the mall is open for business reasons, but please close for a few weeks for the safety of your employees that work at the mall and for the customers!

Lots of stores to shop for apparels. Most all of them have deals throughout the year. Parking can be difficult to find during shopping season. Check Google traffic data on maps at the location before heading out. They are open longer on shopping seasons like Black Friday. However individual store times may vary. Check website for updates. Has well maintained bathrooms, and diaper changing/family bathrooms. Happy shopping!

Always bustling with people but that's not a bad thing. Just shows how much people like it. there's enough at this mall for most gift needs and the staff at most of the shops are usually pretty polite. The mall is clean enough as well. No reasons to take points off at least.
