Great place to shop with a Rite Aid, Starbucks, Shari's, Subway, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Michael's, Coastal Farm & Ranch, Ez-Freeze (Fro yo), and many more stores. There is also a new Urgent Care office. Definitely recommend to others

From Outdoor Gear and Home Goods, to a bite to eat at Shari’s or a needed visit to Urgent Care… you got the basics and then some… a few more eatery’s and stores would be awesome… it’s convenient off bus line and also has plenty of parking… nice lil place to shop!

I've been a visitor to this shopping center for decades now. LOTS of personal history here, and I can say that the overall atmosphere of the place is the best I can recall. Lots of variety, plenty of parking, great access to the I-205 as well as 99E. Several river shore parks are within walking distance, as is the marina and multiple boat launches. Right across the highway at Clackamette Park you can enjoy witnessing the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. Historic downtown is just a few blocks away. And just fyi, some of the best agate and other rock hunting is right in this area. Fun for the whole family. Something for everyone. Multiple options, rain or shine. Plenty of disabled parking and wheelchair access. Just a great place all around!

Awesome shopping center. Something for everyone. From getting tires put on your truck to getting you nails done at the salon. From dollar tree to ross dress for less and Michael's to at&t. Let not forget Redwing shoes fisherman's marine & outdoor. Coastal farm & ranch & legacy urgent care. Either before shopping after shopping you can grab some food at Sherry's or Subway or they are Starbucks or easy freeze please all of them are amazing

This has got to be one of the busiest shopping centers I have witnessed in many many years. The combination of stores at this shopping location is perfect. Great location just off the freeway and very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. My only comment would be that if they could squeeze any kind of grocery store in this shopping center it would be the perfect compliment to one stop shopping. A grocery outlet, a Safeway, doesn't really matter just get something in here that sells groceries and it's the total package.

I like this place everything from Shari's video poker and pie shakes( yop pie shake d are a real thing here) to Coastal. My personal favorite Coastal. The Fishermans warehouse. All are great places to shop with good service and friendly people.

Great stores but the PARKING LOT IS TERRIBLE. They repainted / restriped it years ago and rather than take that opportunity to improve the super tight angles - they just kept the same. People constantly park over the lines and in two spots because the spots are so small and strangely angled.

I stopped in here to visit the friends at Fisherman's. I bought some wonderful fishing supplies for my fishing experience today. They had exactly what I wanted for my fishing experience. I also noticed that they have an excellent assortment of camping gear on hand . One of my friends with me purchased 2 sleeping bags as well as a cook stove. The cook stove was put to use today. After we caught our fish we found out that we were hungry. So we had to fire up this cook stove. This was just amazing we cooked them up and took care of business.

I’ve been shopping here for 45 years and over the years I’ve seen many many changes. The anchor stores are great and there is a small variety of restaurants as well as the dollar store. Love finding the bargains at Ross and the farm supply store is a great place to shop for gifts as well as anything for the yard. Love my local neighborhood!

Oh! It was fantastic, I brought a friend that wanted to go to Micheals. I was going to home depot. But needed a belt. Walked into Ross's for a belt , walked out with 5 pairs pants, 5 shirts, shoes, socks, and a jacket. Not to mentioned dish towels and a candle. Set alarm off on shoes looking for rivht size. The employees were kind and helpful. I was even asked how my New year's was by the cashier. Very pleasant experience,

It's a great place to shop if you're looking for something smaller with less traffic. You need to understand though, less traffic also means there's not many stores to visit. Personally, it suits many of my needs just fine when I'm in need of a quiet experience.

Went to Rite Aid, Subway, and Ross and got to say every employee was super nice and very happy and energetic. Shopping experience was good because of it and I had a really bomb sandwich made by the lady working morning shift today. On top of it they all treated my dog the same way they treated me and he got a lot of compliments from employees to which is always good to hear coming from a pitbull owner.

Love, love, love that we have Ross for Less nearby and just a short walk down the covered walk way is Michael's (yay). And, don't forget the Dollar Store! Perfect spot to buy cards and wrapping paper and gift bags. There's much more. I'm not sure why but it seems it's the busiest strip mall I've ever seen.

Over the years the last 30 years I have watched this Shopping grow into a place where you have lot's of choices to eat and shop and never have to move your car. Easy access from all directions. I prefer the Thai cafe. Great food with moderate prices, family owned and they are always happy to see you.

This place has become my go to place for everything outdoors. With the farm store to the left... one of the only places to carry Jean's for super tall skinny people. And the sporting goods store. I can get a little something for myself and my country folks.

Located directly off 205, this complex feature that 24-hour Shari's, 24-hour Starbucks, a Rite Aid, Coastal Farm and Ranch, Michaels craft store, Dollar Tree and much more. Parking is never an issue here as well. It's not the best looking shopping complex in the world, but to be honest that's not really an issue. There's a great selection of stores here, and it's easily accessible.

Just a few anchor stores. Nor many smaller shops. Parking lot is a pain. No high quality restaurants. However, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat and some one stop shopping for clothes, craft supplies, meds, fishing gear or cheap party supplies this is the a good place.

Great place to get in a small fender bender. Hate this place, let me explain why... This is on 99E in between Downtown Oregon City and Milwaukee so it's full of the criminally idiotic imports and the idioticly criminal locals. Basically any time you go by this place it's squirming with people zipping around trying to find a place to park. They've done extensive work rebuilding the parking lot and the flow of the parking lot but don't offer signage so while trying to exit to the right on to 99E you will likely get ported off to an unmarked side-street or you can ignore the other traffic and wedge your self through the intersection the wrong way which is the way most people go - way to make stuff safer. To add to all of this fun they're developing a huge apartment complex in the old industrial complex behind it so this place will pretty much be unvisitable once they're done.

This shopping center has a nice selection of stores, and restaurants. From tire care at Firestone, banking, and coffee at Starbucks. Cheap shopping at the Dollar Tree, a Legacy Medical Group urgent care facility, and cheaper priced clothing at Ross, just to name a few. Great place to shop, right off 205.

I was there meeting someone to pick up a baby bed mattress but it's a nice Shopping Center we stopped in Ross and they had a lot of everything a lot of things I never knew that they even would carry they carry and we also stop by Dollar Tree I didn't go inside but my daughter-in-law did and she really enjoyed that Dollar Tree beer and it seems that you have good police presence there and the in the center itself and Starbucks stays busy they have a nice drive through

The shopping center was getting out of control and you would have a lot of transients hanging around. However there's new management of the Center and they put in some additional upscale stores and restaurants in the area. Further the administration of the Oregon City Shopping Centre has excluded or trespass vagrants, homeless and the other types of Riff Raff. It is a safe place to go to has plenty of parking and there's a Starbucks in the area too The parking lot is large but are tight, better to park out and walk to the store. Traffic during commute time the ability to get into the parking lot especially coming in from the North can be a problem.

Animals and Technology A Positive Live Stream

Plaza has some great stores when a last minute errand is need. the Starbucks and ATT store is a little over the top and stands out from the street view but the strip mall behind the beauty is older and has only a few common stores. Rite Aid, Ross, Dollar Tree, there is a Subway and a Go health Urgent care.

It's convenient for me to stop here on my way home. I take public transportation and I get off, shop at the dollar store for things like garage bags, sandwich and freezer bags , toothpaste and toothbrushs, body soap, shampoo and the like. I save quite a bit of money.

It has become more busy with the addition of Ross Dress for Less and Kaiser dental. Great location. It has Shari's, Starbucks, Thai food and La Hacienda Mexican restaurants, Michael's Arts and Crafts, Coastal Ranch, a marine (water sports) store, Subway, Red Wing shoes, a paint store, Rite Aid and a Firestone, too. The parking lot is ample. There is a bit of a dicey three-way stop. There is a traffic signal with a left-turn arrow leading into the center, and TriMet bus stops for 33, 32, 34, 79 (depending on TriMet route changes)

Not quite the same as it was "back in the day" when Penneys was the anchor store, but Coastal Farm is a perfect store for a great many needs. Western or work boots, jeans/western wear to serious "out in any weather work gear." Michaels is a fun hobby / craft store that recently expanded their retail space. If you are a craft-supply user it is all too easy to spend past your budget. Starbucks for your caffeine needs, and other stores from cell phones to restaurants to make it a convenient place to shop.

Several shops, a couple fast food places, a gas station, Dutch Brothers, Albertsons and a couple restaurants make for a busy place. The parking lot it's never full but people tend to be aggressive in their driving in the lot. The old Kmart is still empty and boarded hip so is an eyesore. Some maintenance is needed to make things look less dingy.
