Great prices on many things I use! The soda was very expensive over $7 a 12 pack but I bought name brand items on my list for a third of the cost at the big grocery chain I usually shop at. Although there are things they didn't have and I still had to go to my grocery store I saved over $40 here, anything helps. Good people and it was a quick shopping experience because the place isn't too big, but has a lot of items. 4 paws up and they carry dog food and treats.

The store is very clean. The employees are nice, and helpful. Like yesterday, I didn't have enough cash to cover a couple items. No problem, the cashier even returned them for me. Thank you! With inflation as terrible as it is, it's nice to have a discount store like a Grocery Outlet around. Oh, yesterday. When returning my shopping cart, I witnessed a theft. I wish I could've taken a picture, but it was rainy and windy. The car was a gold Toyota Camry early 2000's model. Missing the right hand turn signal assembly. That's the only standout detail I can remember. The employee did his best to stop the thief, but there wasn't anything that could be done short of tackling the assailant.

Division center is a nice clean center to look at all the stores that are located there. One place that I like to visit is the smoke shop which has got great deals on cigarettes. I've only been to a few of the shopping centers there, lake grocery outlet petco, the cigarette shop and Taco Time and Papa Murphy's. Of all the places that I visited wonderful great customer service experience and very well kept up.

Grocery outlet was kind of small but it had a lot of stuff in there and there was some good sales and there was stuff that was more expensive you just have to shop look at the price

I shop with grocery outlet as much as any other grocery store & I would say that if you have a good eye for deals that you can save quite a bit of money! things do change from location to location, some locations have more plants & fresh produce. keep an eye on expiration dates! of course you should go!

At least I was able to get from the store to my car without being bugged by homeless people about giving the money or a cigarette or something other than that security really sucks there because that one store I think on the corner keeps getting hit two robberies a break in and then another break in that's four in less than I think that's about 2 months. good job security .. how do you even still have a job?

I really love shopping here. Their store is well kept and inviting. They have a wide selection of name brands that you pay a fraction of the price you would pay else where. Good prices on frozen foods... Meats and frozen fruit is less then card club prices other grocery stores... And juices are better priced usually less then 2 dollars for 52-64oz .. With their price on juice and frozen fruit I can have my smoothies everyday.......you can Wait on those other stores with club card discounts to maybe give a good price on what you need --hopefully-- or buy what you need HERE, where everything you need is always on sale

I wwent here to wash an dry my king size comfort an over sized rugs.. The place was busy but clean. The issues I had trying to use my quarters they just took my $ I had to go get my debit card to start my loads.. I loss $2 in coins but lucky the owner was there an reimbursed my money on the spot. There were plenty of huge washers many different sizes which was great. They had several washers /dryers outta order however it also had enough to get mine done. You have to wear a mask inside.. You cannot take their carts outside but I had a wagon so it was fine. They have one disabled parking spot. The place was clean an was perfect for me as my apartment building has a laundry area but none for big items. I went here bc I use to do all my laundry there years ago. I would recommend this place bc they keep it clean an check on it daily.

I was looking for something specific and I couldn't find it, however I found lots of thing that I didn't know I needed so I definitely would suggest going here but if you have a list of go to your regular place. Great customer service and inexpensive baby succulents .

I go here for the gym, they have a crunch fitness here . But they also have a Tmobile, Grocery outlet(some of the food is expired in there), Rite aide(no one goes there ), and a nail salon and burger King in there. Also i believe taco del mar and popeyes is across the street.

Division Center is a strip mall with a variety of stores. My personal favorites are Grocery Outlet, Petco, and EZ Freezy FroYo. The stores and storefront to the various shops are clean and well kept. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but it's Portland. Overall this is a nice and convenient little strip mall and I'll definitely be coming back to check out some of the other shops.

I was here to stop at the O'riley Auto Parts store, which I give two thumbs up all the way around. Ample parking, easy street access, good selection of businesses in very close proximity. Shout out to O'riley for lending me a helping hand. I was having electrial issues all of a sudden in my van and wasn't sure what the problem was. They came outside in the rain and tested my battery, my alternator, and my electrical system in my work van, and based on our findings, which turned out just to be a very very very totally and completely dead battery. I purchased a new one, they very quickly swapped my old one out and I was on my way. I would send my mom to this store for help. Great service. Hustle. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I work at the Crunch as a personal trainer so I really have nothing bad to say about this place. I love having a grocery store right next door! So handy. Have not tried the other food around in the parking area but I am excited to try the stores.

I go to the pet store here. friendly and helpful staff (most of the time). but watch out for all the "land mines" in the parking lot. I've had dogs and its absolutely disgusting to me that they just let them "do their business" right there in the parking lot or sidewalk.

The only great thing about this shopping center is the fact that Barons pizza is here and they have the best pizza on this side of town. There are some pretty seedy people that are milling about here after dark though. The permanent security guard by the poker place makes it a bit better but not a place i would take the kids after the sun goes down.

Conveniently located with plenty of businesses within the center and ample parking and lighting. It can be really busy surrounding the center but I've never had any issues accessing it or once on property. Not as many businesses as at Eastport Plaza but this shopping center is my #2 center to frequent when Eastport Plaza will not do.

Visited the Petco here. Very nice and helpful staff!! They took the time to listen to what I needed and explained what would work best even if it meant getting something cheaper than what I was initially going with! I really appreciated that and YES my needs were completely met! Thier pet grooming prices and extremely reasonable which for some reason was surprising to me.

This shopping center is small, but has a little bit of everything! I enjoy shopping at the grocery store while I do my laundry! You can also visit several restaurants or buy food for your pet as a local pet store! There's plenty of parking and good lighting! Heck, they even have a postal service store and a gym!

And fully informed on my medications, they always text me or call me, too let me know, my subscriptions are ready, they call me every month, on my daily medications, too make sure I don't run out, they call me by my first name,. Convenient location for many small businesses that thrive in the area! Taco Time, Burger King, and Dotty's along with several delis and local stores, a Walgreens and , and so much more...there is a PetCo across the street along 122nd and Division, and a Chevron gas station on the block, opposite the dispensary. It can be a little rough after sundown, but over-all I have never experienced anything negative at this strip mall location.

Several great shops in one parking lot. This trip I was having my pup groomed at Petco and while that was happening I went to Rite Aid and then grocery shopped at Grocery Outlet. All done in one hour.

The center includes a laundromat and the typical stores on a big intersection like 122nd and Division. The standout that gets me back over and over again is Grocery Outlet!! I always check In every three weeks or so and see what new name brand products they've got. I've been surprised many times in the last couple years!! Try it!! They carry Umpqua products too.

Handy place to park @ 122nd and SE Division. Grocery Outlet, Petsmart, RiteAid, and, I think T-Mobile and Crunch Fitness are now open, as well. Burger King is there. A few spots that I do not enter, also seem to be popular. Has a neighborhood (Midway) feel.

I like that grocery outlet has other things besides food for low prices like boots clothes and so on but they hardly have what I'm looking for or have something more then once and they're prices aren't really that cheap.. Rite aid I like getting my prescriptions there very convenient for me with friendly staff prices are little high for everything but I live how they have everything oh and I love their infomercial isle.. I live teriyaki king they have they best teriyaki bowls and their white rice is my fave.. Burger King I love their coupons that u get in Sunday papers especially the coupons for 2 meals feeds me and my husband for cheap and it's good.. Dotty's love how cheap cigarettes are there and I love video poker.. papa Murphy's I live how they take ebt and their food is delicious.. that's all the stores I can think of right now..

Kind of like your all in one shopping corner with your wash house next to the pizza parlor, if that's not your thing then you can buy a movie and head to taco Time or even get you a new service provider from at&t lol if your in the mood and pockets are deep enough lol, followed by a work out with a grocery outlet next door lol even get something notarized if needed along with a power box aswell, even get your frozen yogurt on at the shop on the corner and if your low on cash after all the excitement in the shopping center you can head accross the street to the bank and hit the ATM for cash back or even deposit your check🤗 so you can get your car washed at the light for a hot $20🙏 lol, you may even find a pawn shop on the corner aswell so really depends on what your looking for at that particular day or moment u may find it there or around the area!
