Reviews of Cedar Hills Crossing
kathe welch
This is a great shopping center. They have a giant Powells book store and a new seasons.
Craft warehouse is great too. They have a great selection and good prices.
Easy access from the street. They are often very busy with a bunch of smaller stores there is a lot to do here.
Christina Leonard
There is a good variety of stores and restaurants. I love that I can go to Powell books and Craft Wearhouse and only park once. The parking lot is big enough most of the years during the holidays it can get a little crazy.
PeterSu Copley
This once was a great shopping center. Now, it is tired and gasping is last breath. There are more empty storefronts inside than those that are full. Of the ones remaining, Powells bookstore and the Bricks and Figs seem to be doing the best. There are other stores with exterior doors that are doing well, these mentioned have doors to the interior.
KG
Specifically, I made a trip to the AT&T store and couldn't have asked for better service. Went in for a cracked screen on my phone and left with a complete understanding of my options and steps to take next. The team was well prepared to assist!
Peter Copley
This was one a very nice mall, but had fallen on hard times. The interior spaces have mostly closed up with Powells Books and Bricks and Figs beyond the only successful stores remaining. There are many still open with exterior doors such as Starbucks, but the interior is mostly used by walkers. Still, they do keep it nice and free of problems. I really liked going to the frozen yogurt shop that was there, and still do go to Powells as it is a classic book store that offers incredible selection.
Tracy Webster
They have built this up and cram packed as much in here as possible. And they are not done. Construction continues. But the roads stay the same size. Traffic sucks!!
I can't even go to what was my favourite WinCo without so many people packed in. And that, unfortunately, has affected the whole shopping experience. People follow you around treating you like you are probably a criminal shoplifter. Annoying. I have good days and bad. Bad days I'm slow. Very slow. Not shoplifting
...Just slow. So I don't go here unless I am visiting my Doctor's office.
Suzette McN
Super busy, tons of pedestrians and cars and everyone is in everyone's way. Lots of rude and entitled drivers causing near accidents.
We went to visit three different restaurants for carry out. Food was good, location was not pleasant.
Lynx Cheam
Quick trip, very doable. Lines weren't terrible for express lanes. Would love the same level of shopping efficiency every time.
Especially for trips that are happening the next day and I need a place where I can grab a range of snacks and drinks for the road.
Melody Haselden
Great experience! Love the seats and made it so comfortable to watch our favorite show,
THE CHOSEN! Thank you for having this in your theater it was wonderful!
patrick dubois
Much nicer than it used to bevin the early 2000s. Not really a mall but better than your average strip mall. Mod pizza, and winco are staples in my life.
Noel Blake
Thriving mid-size mall with a good mix of businesses, including two quality grocery stores (Winco and New Seasons), Best Buy, the usual mobile carriers and restaurant choices.
JJ Vazquez
Lots of good shops, although it can be a challenge to get around with all of the construction happening, and since there are no speed bumps people tend to race through.
Colby Reynoso
Only really ever go here for some food and Powell's. Nice area, but a lot of shops have closed.
Barry Cochran
A mall that knows that its main attraction is The Other Powell's -- all the entrances point there. The rest is your basic midcentury mall, nice for a (very short) walk.
Frank Frenzel
You couldn't ask for a better rehab place. The receptionists were great! And Liz my Theropist was soooo soooo goid! She will be missed! 😔 …
George Watson
Still have construction going on but have done a great job refreshing the shopping center. Newer restaurants, like shake shack and Dave's Hot Chicken, Medical clinics, Powell's books and so on make for a good mix or merchants.
galby68
I feel bad for this lil strip-ish mall. It’s on a high traffic corner but has incredibly easy entry and egress points for being on two such busy roads. There’s just not a lot of draw in their tenant pool. Five Guys is great to have in the area, but otherwise, Bed, Bath & Beyond is my reason for going there and now it’s closing.
It’s like the little strip mall that could…or, at least I hope it can.
Michael Alcobendas
This place is developing into a great food hub. They have a fun selection of fast casual restaurants and bakeries. I recommend checking it out when you get hungry.
Chris Price
Clean stores
The Veggie Grill was the spot!
Can’t tell if it’s vegan or not!
Delicious! Check It out!
You’re gonna love it!
Roxanne Kreutzer
Sad about bargarten closing bur otherwise, this outdoor shopping center is really nice! Clean, smooth asphalt and easy to read directions/pavement lines.
Mike Volpe
Several of the shops have closed down. We went to a craft store where you can find all sorts of unusual items. Stopped by the bookstore. Well stocked with most anything you could be looking for. And we ate at a Hawaiian restaurant. It was good.
ellen partal
Great corner mall with all the basics. There was lots of parking but the stalls and driveways felt tight. The pub was clean and modern.
Sivaramakrishna T
Got mexican, Italian and American cuisine restaurants. Got movie theater, Star bucks and Salt and straw ice cream store. Close to Beaverton, Hillsboro and Portland. Great location.
Louie Amurao
All your shopping in one area. Grocery, school and office supplies, electronics, clothes, quick bites and sit down restaurants! Easy and convenient with plenty of parking.
Grace A
Nice shopping area. Plenty to do here. Usually busy on the weekends. Great spot for all ages and shopping center for all ages.
Aria Brooks
It's a super fun shopping center with a lot to offer! The only downside is how bad the parking lot gets when it's busy.
Arnheriar
good central location with lots of choices. also near lots of other buisness outside of Cedar Hills Crossing proper. usualy a one-stop shop.
Nate Phipps
A few mom and pop shops are coming back so that's good. The parking lot is still a joke, or maybe it's all the dummies driving lol.
L Berglund
Outside the mall it's good. Lots of shops. Inside it's empty and sad. Lots of parking but it's a little difficult to get out.
lydia woldeit
Super nice area. They are adding great new restaurants and shops! No need to leave the area now
Guillermo Hernandez
Great shopping center. Has everything you need. From food to clothing to books. Great place to shop.
Lisette Acosta
Great strip mall, it's convenient with s bit of everything there, shops restaurants, electronics, grocery, etc.
awesometivity video's
The people who work here are all so friendly and helpful! Always wiling to lend a hand Awesome place with a lot of gluten free options and beautiful flowers.Everything, food or non food, is fresh, well arranged, and looks great . I was asked several times in the aisles, butcher counter and bakery if I needed help. There was a wide selection of food in all departments. Prices were reasonable and the store was very clean. Every single employee at New Seasons is awesome! I love this store and all New Seasons stores.
Jake Lucas
It's usually pretty busy, so traffic can be heavy but it's a nice area with tons of shops.
Lizz So
The plaza is one stop shopping.
Great restaurants.
Stores.
Book 📖 store.
Winco.... always wonderful. Save money 💰.
Jimmy Chao
Lots of variety. Parking could be better. Lot needs to expand to accommodate the growing amount of customers.
Jenney Dowd
Very empty but it has 2 shops I love. Hopefully they stick around.
Nicole Marie
Great service and great food and drinks.
P.s. the sweet potato fries and dipping sauce are soooooool good!
Mykal Ford
Fun place nice restaurants cool stuff to do down here
Steve James
Went to salt & straw ice cream. First off, parking is narrow, crowded and dangerous. Your better off parking a 1/2 block away and walking to it. Second, I heard it was fabulous ice cream. Well I didn't think so. Tried their classic Sea Salt and Caramel Swirl and it was nothing special. Your better off going to Coldstone Creamery or Baskins and Robbins. Would I go there again? Probably not unless it was with a group of people that absolutely wanted to go there and someone else was driving.
Jenna Apocolypse
I was only there a short while, but I noticed the whole area was very well kept. Even though some areas where under construction _ it all seemed fresh swept and there wasn't any annoying litter or construction debris around. I appreciate that.
JD Covers
Nice area to walk around in, lots of places to go and they are all in short distance. I got boba tea at sharetea.
PDX Pooka
Strip mall with various businesses, handicap accessible with lots of parking. If your going there for Legacy Medical or Garcia Wellness Center, the access points are at the top of the parking garage.
Jeff Myers
Comparing this location to Peterkort Square, I can fathom why Peterkort sucks so hard and this one is so great. Lots of great places at Cedar Hills, Kingpins, Wildfin, Salt and Straw. Best thing at Peterkort is Outback. Do better Peterkort!
fox tube11
Parking can be difficult however there are a lot of great restaurants and business.
Melvin Singh
Nice Shopping Center..Great Place To Kill Time While You Wait Until Your Movie Starts!
Brenda LaVigne
The pastry place here is the best thing ever! I'm blanking on the name, but go, you will not be sorry!
Joy Wilfong
Love the stores my kids love Powell's books
Heather Chick
I love the church. I can never complain about the ward and the bishops amazing heart . If you ever need to talk or understand what our church really means then come there and connect with us to learn. I know that there are many misguided information out there but ask the source for a true understanding and perception after that. It's a little difficult to find our church because it's nuzzling in a close tight neighborhood with little street divided among the homes.
Richard Gagne'
This shopping center has many brand name stores . I basically just take my son to WINCO foods so he can get his groceries. There's plenty of parking. Very busy place. Nice clean parking lot.
Liz Duncan
Great mall.. You can find great food and entertainment.easy to find from street. Table guide and kid friendly..
Nandakishore KV
Nice place to spend time with good number of restaurants offering variety of food. Excellent place for shopping.
Sanjay Jaroli
Winco is one of the best grocery stores for us.
Rocio Aparicio
Looks very nice. Finally a place i want to visit often. No homeless people. Yey
clifford phipps
Nice wide seats that recline with foot rest. Food is similar to all the other theaters. Very clean every time I have been. Prices are always better than Regal.
Gina Ariosa
Went to Veggie Grill - food was good but as is often the case the background music is too loud. For me and those with background noise hearing problems - it makes hearing conversations difficult. I just don't understand why there needs to be such loud music!
Jose Alviar
Central Beaverton area minutes from the major highways. Fast food, grocery, and banking needs all here.
Imam Al Razi
Tried different types of indian snacks. They are really tasty.
Gene Wong
Very busy, hard to find parking Black Friday but most customers were friendly and patient
Jason Henderson
Terrible parking, hard to get in and out but lots of different stores.
amanda cooper
This place has been around for awhile. It's gone through its ups and downs. Right now it's on the upside and worth going to visit. The community is growing and summer is a great time of year to walk this mall inside or outside.
Frederick J (Fred)
So, coming from Wisconsin these prices are very reasonable. However there are no sales tax but I'd rather pay later than now. This state is by far one of the greenest, friendliest, set of people I've met. The state of Oregon is by far a top place to come. There is so much here to do. I love this place. The pictures can explain more. I will forever love this state.
K.M.A.
Expanding every year from the looks of it. New restaurants and other activities to keep you preoccupied. I'm loving the way Beaverton is turning.
C T
Great area for shopping and eating. There are plenty of food choices around. It is a large plaza so it never feels crowded. I particularly like the crafts shop and Oswego Grill. Nice place to hang out on a weekend.
June Stephens
Nice shopping center. Easy access and plenty of parking.
William Garnsey
Typical newer built strip mall. Lots of different stores and restaurants
Daniel Houser
Amanda is an amazing leader and strong supporter of the young adults she leads. The team there is informed, polite, and encouraging. Great food, great atmosphere, and fast friendly service.
Anna B
Shake Shavk - I really like their burgers and chicken sandwiches but all three times we've gone and ordered from their app, the fries have been cold. What is up with that? Nobody should have to deal with cold fries...
John St.Sauver
Lots of changes, since I was there last.
I want to go back and explore all the shops
Shonea Garrett
The seats are so comfy and roomy. Like siting in a recliner at home. Very roomy theater, great seats , but not alot of options for snacks. Been going here for years, and we love it. They also have discount days, which are great if you want to take the whole family to the movies.
Paul Peynado
Not my favorite place to go to, but it does get a few stars for Powell's Book Store, Century Mark Theater, and Best Buy. There are some decent food places here and I use that word loosely.
Michael Nguyen
Our neighborhood spot for assorted shopping needs. Traffic can be a bit frustrating with the amount of cars turning out and pedestrians passing. A few good key stores to browse around on your weekend chore runs.
Mary Mills
It's where my Doctors are but so is Winco and plenty of other places to shop
Edward Robillard
Not a mall or a strip mall. More like blocks laid out in a block S pattern. Some businesses located inside and some outside with Powell's Books being the only business with outside and inside entrances. Not much to look at (building wise) or occupy children and non shoppers (would a nickel arcade fit in just right - sure enough would! How about a indoor park with UV lighting?) Cedar Hills Mall does though have enough variety of consumer businesses that one could say it's a one stop shopping ctr.
Uwin McVey
Cedar Hills Crossing is a lovely place with lots to do. I would recommend going there!
Andrea Moisa
I love this shopping center with the various stores from a craft store, Starbucks, and Powells bookstore. The only thing that isn't great is the small parking lot configuration and the large amount of cars going through there as that can be a pain to deal with.
Cindy
Several of the larger/well known stores and restaurants are there. There are other stores and restaurants across every street so it's a busy area. They have added more food establishments at the WinCo end.
Gregory c m p g n
Much improved from the 90's, but hit hard by pandemic. Love Powell's, new seasons, will miss the better restaurants.
Carol Hatfield
This is a great little shopping area it has a little bit of everything for everybody
* CC*
Busy area!!! Everyone was out...almost felt like Christmas shopping time seeing all of the traffic
Joe Kelley
Pretty good went to the mcmann's I love those place
Sandi Keerins
Good stores. Mild traffic. And helpful staff when you can find one. A professional greeter should assist at doors though. It's a LONG walk through the mall and by the time you've found the store you're too exhausted to shop.
smile it's just a game
Perfect place to get groceries or pick up dinner
Bret Thompson
Crowded.....poor parking set up...but lots of retail and food options
Winterlord Bismark
Been going here since i was a small child <3 so many wonderful memories. It sure has changed over the years but thats ok. Love all the new stores now they have here. I miss the old anime store that was inside the mall a long time ago.
Larkin
Great hangout place for teenagers. Lots of options for shopping as well as some restaurants. There are helpful signs that point people to "landmark" businesses in case they get lost.
Joseph Carelock
You could definitely spend several hours here. Shopping and spinning quite a bit of money. Each store seem to be well stocked with friendly employees. You could literally get everything you need from groceries to supplies.
DuWayne Layton
Theater was nice and clean. Reclining chairs were so comfortable. Popcorn was fresh. Movie and sou d were awesome
Erik Peterson
Was anyone aware that this used to be an airport? My great uncle used to fly in and land where the mall is now.
I’ve frequented this mall for over 30 years now, and I can tell you this: you can put lipstick on a pig and call it whatever you want..
surprisingly, the one store that has persevered through the years is ‘game crazy’ - worth going there just for that.
This old and unique mall sees fewer patrons that most any other mall around. The selection of stores is small but can be advantageous to those of us who prefer a quieter setting.
Jessie Casey
Crowded. A mouse trap. Prepare for you car to be dinged.
Grace Oman
The movie theater is amazing, with seats that recline all the way back. Im not fond of having to pick my seat when i buy my ticket but i love seeing on their computer how full the theater is.
Barry “Dr. B” Richards
Pretty good shopping experience. You can get a bit of everything here.
Michael Bredimus
Had a great time with some friends. I have been to a few theaters that serve alcohol and food. If you are expecting restaurant style food you will be disappointed. Outside of that, the place was clean and the chairs were very comfortable.
Hugo Vilchis
Nice neighborhood plaza with different stores and restaurants
mash2vhK
Easy to navigate. Up a ramp on the left on the second floor is Virginia Garcia Health Center, with enough parking. 🅿️ Their is ample parking in the main area. The clinic is the main reason for going there. There are a few shops and restaurants, one offering Pizza. …
Guy Van Bogart
Comfy reclining seats, great sound and picture on every screen, and Cinemark's reasonably priced Movie Club make this a top choice amongst theaters in the area. I hope they can bring back their soda option from India, but they still have the unique option here to view Bollywood films regularly.
Petey2time
Nice selection of stores, they have most of the popular ones. Delicious food at Killer Burger, a refreshing smoothing from Jamba, or get your back in check at Joint Chiropractoric nearby.
Claire Addams
Great indoor/outdoor shopping mall.
Inside its a ghost town, but the stores on the outside are vibrant and booming
William Faust (Bill)
The parking isn't as bad as some but it's not good.
Megan Ososke
Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from but the parking lot is tight.
Bryce Bowsher
This place was solid. Service people were birthday ready at any moment with smiles!!!! But, they work at the theatre so they don't get to don't much. This crew actually likes to though, and it's a huge crowd of people sometimes so they can really get a birthday song going!!!! Don't hesitate to ask them behind the counter to sing. Just make sure there is few of them. Wave your arms to get the opening crowd going!
...
Micah Morton
Clean for what it is. Decent service. Can't complain.
Dennis Young
I had been shopping in WinCo, and was waiting for a pickup, hence I have no idea what this place is like. I took a picture in hopes others might be helped.
tracie yudichak
This place was lovely to shop around, walk around, and take care of business. It was clean and organized, which I love ❤️ It feels stressless and calming. Makes shopping easier for me. Thank you!
Linda Gundolff
Lots if stores but their parking lot is not well designed
Darryl Williams
Nice Shopping Center. Big. Colorful. Clean. It's where the former Beaverton Mall was. I went to the Cedar Hills Crossing only to eat at the Veggie Grill restaurant, where I ate lunch with a friend and then departed.
Steven Johnson
Pretty busy most of the time but there is usually a spot available to park.
Brandon Fisher
Went to crumble cookie .... the whole area had a nice vibe and was pleasant on the eyes.
Kashyap Desai
I have once been to Regal and once to Century but it made a lot of difference seats are more comfortable and recliner in Century whereas they are stationery in regal. For a person like me who keeps moving every sec trust me it was very difficult to hold up for 2hrs15min hahahahaha. Plan for Tuesday and get the ticket below HALF PRICE
Gina Putzolu
I love this place, so many good restaurants, nice shops, and of course- Powell’s!
Teresa Straughn
The individual stores here are great, but the interior of the mall doesn't really exist? There are hardly any stores and it's like a ghost town. Worth a visit but not worth going into the interior of the mall
Sharon Penny
Tuesday morning is a great store to browse in!
L French
One stop shopping, movies, and banking! Gets busy on the weekends.
christopher pease
This is a very convenient place to do a lot of shopping lots of parking and a variety of food vendors and the food here at the cedar hills crossing is delicious that's why I rate this is five star
Mitchell Dunbar
When I was first considering moving here I was really ‘put-off’ by the bad reviews I saw on google, yelp, (etc.) to the point where I was reconsidering moving here.
Having now lived here for 6+ months, I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent.
The people at the leasing office are great and very friendly. The remodeling on this place is fantastic (I thought the illustrations on the website couldn’t be accurate when I first saw them, but they very-accurately depict the interiors). All of my neighbors are great. The property is very well maintained. The indoor pool is dope and accessible year-round. The workout facilities (weights, treadmills, etc) are much better than expected. There is an amazon locker for packages. Assigned parking spots. Multiple laundry facilities....
The people who run this place really do a great job.
Brian Focht
There's a lot of neat stores here, craft Warehouse and Carters OshKosh just to name a couple and it's in the heart of Beaverton. Masks are no longer required and some of the restaurants allow dine in now which is nice. Evenings are the best time to shop especially at WinCo. Some stores are still running shorter hours though.
Merrily Haas
The Cedar Hills mall is mostly empty. Very few tenants, but if you come for a particular shop that is still there, you will have the mall mostly to yourself.
linda carter
Awesome atmosphere great places like salt and straw
Rangel Jacob
I was in need for going to use the bathroom and while there, I decided to buy some food from the deli, I decided for orange chicken , it was cold and kind of dry (choking)
Nick Watson
It's ice cream. Unique flavors is their thing, but who in the hell makes a fried chicken flavor ice cream!?
Cory Bell
The volume was higher than I like, but otherwise a great experience. Everything was clean and the staff was great. The chairs especially are very comfortable and leave plenty of room to pass even with the footrests up.
Tim Cushing
You've come a long way baby! From the days of yesteryear when it was a sleepy podunk shopping center (if you can call it that) - there was once talk of it being torn down! Now it's in the big leagues: Winco, Best Buy, New Seasons, on the backside more restaurants and Century theaters, and across the street Kingpin, Shake Shack, McMenamins to name a few. My new goto attraction.
Raine Bolo
Good selection of businesses, parking lot's a bit cramped
Jesse James
It's my one stop shop for food and nicotine
Stuart Peterson
Recent upgrades make the spaces more visually pleasing, and there are more shops that are more relevant. However, IT'S JUST A SHOPPING CENTER!
10/2022 - same as before. More shops.
12/2022 - same
Christine Allan (Crabbers)
Love century 16 theater at cedar hills crossing. Wonderful comfortable seats.
Casey Braunger
Better than expected. Nothing mind blowing, but I'd visit again. Fries were the weak spot, for sure. Prices were fair. There's definitely better burgers in the very near vicinity.
Michelle Tait
Lots of options for a smaller mall, its family friendly and several food places. Great walking distance or bus from the neighborhoods. Easy parking most the time.
William The Griffin
Lots of shops here, Powell's, Jersey Mike's two favorites!
Mark Pittman
I always have a great shopping experience at Cedar Hills Crossing!
jack wolfe
There's a lot to do here. All kinds of different shops groceries hobbies you name it it's here. Great place great eye doctor.
Babs S
Fun casino. Views of the ocean from one of the dining rooms. They need an area where you can sit without taking up a machine space.
Tyler David
Prime example of an older mall that has been cut up to appeal to new generations of consumers. The indoor area was mostly vacant of popcorn tenants/retail offerings and it's not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon/early evening. The interior was well kept and only a few people were present.
Sarah Schulke
I only go to this shopping mall because of buybuy baby. The store was actually busier than usual, but the employee's made sure to show attention to all of the customers.
Shirley Agner Seaquist
Honey bake your my best friend!!
Ordered a half sandwich with potato salad, pa ked high with honey baked ham, servers are the sweetiest and very kind and friendly, thank you.
Chris Urdahl
This isn't a huge mall. There are lots of empty shops. Sort of like Mall 205, but way better. It at least has larger stores around the perimeter and a movie theater in back. It has some good restaurants, most in the parking lot. The parking lot is the biggest issue. Very hard to get in and out of, even when it's not the holidays. Many exits, but trying to turn to get toward them can take awhile as the main thorough fair has limited stop signs.
Tyler Phillips
Outer stores are all very well maintained and good places to shop but the interior mall area is bleak and depressing. Half the store fronts are empty and the ones with stores have at best one or two customers making you feel like you're in a small town mall in the middle of nowhere instead of a fairly active larger city. Many businesses pop up inside there only to be gone 3 months later.
Darryl Ramsey
This shopping center has a wide variety of retailers. They include Best Buy, Winco, Old Navy, GNC, and Office Depot. There are too many dining options to even mention with everything from fast food to family dining. Entertainment options include a theatre, bowling allley, and ceramic lounge.
Joe “Adm Ackbar”
Shopped at Winco, wasn't too busy for a Saturday morning.
Evan Angers
Clean a good place to show with the family. Stores for everyone
John Wright
Seats are very comfortable. They have recliners. Only draw back is the paper straws. If you are going to commit to century theater, join the monthly reward program.
Jason Willie
Best theater we have ever gone to. Big soft seats that recline ,air conditioning , unbelievably good surround sound. I love taking my family here this place rocks
MIN, Richard Muller
Great Inexpensive place to watch movies, and plenty of different types of stores to shop.
Julia Montoya
So many great stores to go and shop at. You literally just have to park and walk a short ways to a wonderful selection of different craft stores, grocery stores and restaurants. I love coming to places like this that have so many different options for everyone. Also I came on a Saturday and the parking situation was not bad at all. I will definitely make a point to come out here again soon.
Cate O'Connor
It's unfortunate the mall is pretty much empty, with very limited food options, due to the lack of traffic inside. Parking is a nightmare here, especially when there is any sort of event at Cedar Hills, be prepared to be stuck in traffic or not even be able to find a parking spot. The newer buildings are nice, but nothing special.
Tanya Wellman
What a great shopping location. This place has every food and store option you could need in one location. I wished I lived closer.
Mackenzie Crocker
Clean. Cute shops. Good food
Carl Sherman
There is a Powells Books and a place that makes custom cakes so pretty much a one stop shop if your plans tonight are to read something stimulating and eat a cake with your face on it
Benjamin Sehrer
A very versatile and convenient shopping center. Inside the complex you'll find an affordable and costumer service focused nail salon, a Powell's books annex, a variety of food choices, you'll get a treasure hunting experience at Ross, and there's a few unique places there, like a Virtual Reality studio or a building block kids (lego?) store, as well! A great place to visit on the weekend. Great parking and location.
Phoenix Adagio
Only downside right now is the bathroom at Winco being closed. Few port-a-johns outside for use outside tho.
William D. Surratt
Went to my doctor. No problems.
Monalisa Alvarez
A bit slow and not much stores in the mall but if you definitely DO NOT go to the sunflower salon! They ripped my daughter's fake nails off to the point she had tears they are horrible..
Shoshana Gavriela
Lots to do here. I come here often for coffee groceries lunch books etc. Lots of fun restaurants.
james martin
Great shopping store with awesome food
Jeremy Young
Love this mall great food selections
Leland Morris
Went to craft warehouse for the first time and was blown away by the variety they stock here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Why not 5 stars? It's insanely expensive. We're talking highway robbery prices. If you are into serious crafting this is not the place to go, except to get that one item you need right now.
Nicholas Somach
What's missing?? Well, its only missing the one thing that compelled the suppression of a star. Competence!! My time spent in the cedar hills crossing parking lot has rendered me with a count of six. 6 different times i saw my life twinkle before my eyes. Now i'm not saying this is a fault of CHC.. they employ a parking lot attendant- who's job seems more oriented towards rubbish sustaining than patron protecting... but, never-the-less, my only sight to a remedy is a more extensive testing sequence by the oregon dmv. These people must be regulated. Its like a war zone!! An automobilic war zone!!
Heather Grace
I go there frequently and honestly never had a bad experience. From winco down every store to Tuesday morning. They are great in old navy and the craft warehouse They give the little extra help for when your clueless about something they will help. So have to give it 5.
Anicee Cochran
I'm moving to this area soon, and this shopping area makes me very happy about it. Lots of food options (important for me because I don't eat a lot of the new trendy/spicy/Thai/vegan/etc foods that seem to be all anyone offers anymore), and several of my favorite stores in one place (craft warehouse, Powell's books, Starbucks, WinCo, etc). It's nice to know that I can spend an afternoon here and get just about everything I need. I will be spending a lot of time here!
Jonathan Grasty
Lots of good shopping to be had here but the interior mall area seems to be more than a little dead.
Holly Knapp
As much as I visit this strip mall I would rather avoid it because it's a rat race! Too many people and too many vehicles in such a small space! Need to expand the parking lot before expanding to more stores
Matt Holtz
Pear and blue cheese was excellent not what it sounds like
Jon York
The shopping complex has basically everything a person might need, including groceries, big box retailers and restaurants. The center has a large footling and most of the stores do not open to each other, instead opening to the parking lot. I definitely found some unconventional items as well while shopping there, so it's not all just more of every other mall with be never been to but could probably describe sight unseen.
Vyshnavi Edara
One place is enough to enjoy your weekend, it has everything from restaurants to shopping.
Enjoy the food, enjoy the shopping. Most of the places are reasonable, so anyone can afford & had a great evening time here. Transportation is also good so need not to worry about that.
Kirsten Carpenter
This poor mall... Lol I love the offered stores on the outside but the inside is a sad ghost shell of what once was a shopping mall. I hope they figure out something to do with the interior space because apparently whatever has been there before doesn't work... maybe a weekend market or something. Who knows but at least the outside shops are thriving.
Travis Standen
There are decent stores and restaurants in this area. McGrath's Fish House, McMenamins, Panera Bread, Firehouse Subs and more for food. A nice theater on the west side of the mall. Anchored by a large Powell's book store, Best Buy, and WinCo groceries.
Sam Lynch
My favorite theatre. There membership pays for itself and is the most convenient way to buy tix. I see a movie there at least once a week.
Scott Lemon
Nice strip mall with lots going on. I only got to see a few of the stores. The Container store was unique with a super nice staff. The craft store close by was full of great ideas of fun stuff to do. Cedar Hills Crossing is really big and you just need to go and explore what they have to offer.
Laura Burda
New Seasons at this location is above and beyond. Fresh deli, coffee, bakery, cheese monger, and much more. Excellent selection in all the above plus olive bar and wok or noodles made to order bar! Who New grocery shopping can also be an engaging experience! All staff super helpful and cheerful. Plenty of free parking.
Karen P
I love going to the Powell's bookstore here. It's so convenient, when I can't get to the big one in downtown Portland. Unfortunately, other than the movie theater and Vision Works, there's not much of anything else to interest me.
Keoni Ellamar
Basically a one stop shop area. Clothing, grocery, lots of different food options, even probably the best movie theater around. We come here all the time.
Joe DiBello
Still suffers from many vacant retail indoor spaces. Were it not for Powell's there wouldn't be a lot of reason to go into the covered mall. However lots of other businesses on the exterior facades are thriving better than other comparable shopping strips. From Winco to Panera and various spas, craft stores, Best Buy, and Starbucks, plenty of reasons to shop here in Beaverton...
Rodrigo Luna
Road maintenance is excellent, commercial area is legit. Are kind of crowded, and tight parking! Overall this place is update!
Benjamin Oien
Seating is good. Levels are separated pretty nicely. Lots of snacks to choose from. A nice experience!
Derek W
EDIT2: The entire area has been upgraded and remodeled, now its a great place to get a bite, play a few frames of bowling, and pick up a book on the way home..
It's an okay strip mall. Some stores have closed down and the only reason I go these days is to shop at Powell's... EDIT: Complete remodel of surrounding area is starting to bring this place up a notch.
Keysa Lawrence
There are so many shops to go into, a movie theater, coffee, ice cream, a multitude of places to eat for lunch/dinner or whenever. There is something for everybody here which can make it a full fun day of shopping and eating.
Weekends and close to holidays can be pretty busy, but there is plenty of parking.
Mr. Faris El Mohamed
You've got all the different stores you need.
Whether it's time for your cup of coffee ☕ or a tasty bite you're craving for, it's all there.
Nathon Dalton
This mall has a lot of great stores on the outside (Best Buy, Ross, Powells, etc.). However, the inside of the mall is kind of depressing. There are empty store locations. Lots of companies have come and gone. The food court is shut down. They need to remodel and brighten it up.
Alex Mayfield
Love this place and go there all the time!! It's very close to my school and has a nice big Powell's.
Sean Fhear
Shops are dead, only good part about the inside of the mall is it's easy access to Powells.
Mardi Slick
Strip mall McMenamins. Pool tables available.
Victoria Duff
I like this shopping mall because it has useful stores such as New Season's Market, Powell's Books, Old Navy, Ross, Best Buy...... and wonderful places to eat like Panera. Parking is normally easy and the mall is surrounded by a good group of other stores.
Sarah Salazar
Great food with a seasonally varied menu: Burgers and pub food to Fresh local Fish and seasonal favorites to creative Salads and comfort casseroles. A wide and changing selection of local craft beers on tap. Usually fast and friendly service, a nice outdoor patio, interesting decor with big and small tables and secluded booths. Very popular for lunch and for nights out.
If there's a negative, it's that this new location is too noisy and echos. Steps should be taken to damper the noise levels inside. Can be quite crowded (and festive) at times. Generally accessable entrance, patio, and restrooms.
Annette
This is my main place to go to the movies. . . Pretty much my ONLY place I go to the movies. . .plus the Lego store is soooooooooooooooooooo amazing. . . They have EVERYTHING pretty much
Dan Maines
Great shopping mall. Lots of options. I haven't fully explored it all, but I've had good experiences everywhere I have gone. Close to the highway and plenty of options to get something to eat nearby. Good parking lot with plenty of spaces. I will likely be coming back here next time I am in town.
Joseph Russ
I like that is called Ceder Hills Crossing and not Ceder Hills Mall. It is a nice and usually quiet place of commerce. Although it is technically a mall it is very small for a mall. And personally, I like it this way.
It is not overwhelming with big department stores, but it has small shops both local and national chains. I like that because it doesn't attract so much foot traffic from one store.
Sometimes they hold events there for the holidays and they get busier, but that is fun busy and it doesn't get crazy like some of the bigger malls.
Richard White
Parking is nuts there along with the traffic around the buildings. Not my idea of a good time. Stores are pleasant enough. But be very very careful. (In elmer fudds voice).. there are Karen's eveywhere on the west side of the west hills...
Capt Polybius
While the inner mall is unfortunately dead, there's so many other places to eat and shop around here. Easily one of my favorite spots to walk around and just hang out.
dan ohaver
Went to Tuesday morning nice place
Good variety of items, mostly home goods
and decor.
Bruce Greer
Nice stores and good parking. Check out Carter's if you are expecting or have a young one that needs clothing. I didn't go into Winco while I was there, but they were busy till late night, so I'd say it must be pretty good, is at least popular with the locals.
Jad & Jess Walther
Cedar Hills is growing and there are a lot of great stores in this plaza. Parking and traffic in the plaza can be tough especially on the weekends. Interesting that a successful and newer outdoor shopping plaza has a almost vacant indoor mall in the middle. You would never know from the outside. Really goes to show how most indoor malls have lost their appeal over the years. Overall, a convenient place for some good shopping.
Joseph Vincenzi
Cedar Hill crossing's got everything you need. Starbucks, Best buy, New seasons, Powell's books, First Tech credit union, Tj maxx, Tuesday morning, Panera bread, Winco, Ross, liquor store across the street, a Killer Burger, sushi and many other shops.
Roxie wallenmeyer
While most shops are out doors, there is also a small indoor mall. Parking can be an issue during peak seasons. All is l eyed out for easy access walking from store to store. Nice mix of anchore stores and smaller stores. My go to mall.
Woobielocks
We got a Groupon for laser tag at KingPins, and the high reviews certainly are deserved! Around the corner they even had bubble tea! Staff was very courteous, and we were able to have the arena to ourselves! Twice! The family loved it. It was a perfect day! Watch out for the bartender though, we had to ask for our change and receipt. The arcade staff more than made up for it. Facilities are very clean, no pressure, very laid back environment. Perfect for a family day!
Catherine Sawyer
When I go to a walking mall, I expect to be able to walk around. Partially because of covid and partially because of the death of walking walls in general, there wasn't a lot of ground space to walk around here that was inside.
Kim berly
Great products and location. Just ok customer service.
Jared Clowes
As good a place as any to spend money. If you have nothing more productive to do,it's something. A nightmare during holiday season but tolerable the rest of the year.
Thomas Hall
Didn't have enough time to finish my bowling game with my wife and 7 year old boy as will as are food which was set out wrong the first time but over all was still fun place just rushed kind of killed it for me and wasted my money when trying to play a family game
Shanti Terrisse
Lots of things at craft warehouse. Really good prices, store has much stock and it's kept very clean. Employees are wearing masks and customers are social distancing
Heidi Besonis
Masks required, 6 ft distance. At best buy they ask u what u are shopping for today and as llow 1 customer at a time to go in the direction of the dept. Where the item stated "lives."
OLD NAVY -AWESOME SALE PRICES...DRESSING ROOMS OPEN...MASKS REQ...6FT.
WINCO- not much has cha n.v ged.. less people ..still stocking at night. Panera -still totally tasty . Order on 1 sude then pick up order on next side and out the back door -walk around to your vehicle. They keep it flowing quickly and in 1 direction.
New Season
s- I love this store! Some hot meals not a vccv ail but friendly staff and lots of yummy goodies. S p.o spectacular wines and beer menu! Marked circles to start n.v d in when waiting to check out wit j.g staff member there to point on w hff en t hff ere is an open register and keep line moving smoothly.
Cant recall name is of make up store but if u though staff was stand offish and disinterested before...then you wont be disappointed on your next trip either. Return difficult, cant test products including perfumes and colognes. 6 ft...masks....not sure if they're accepting cash?Seems like it's not the best time for lipsticks...hard to remove lip print stains from mask.
Lars Kuehnis
Good place to grab something to eat
Allen Shoaff
Close, good parking and many nice restaurants
Michael Ritchie
This place is a great central hub with some quick food options, some essential retailers, and the gem that is known as Powells Books! It is also located near several grocery stores as well. I also see a lot of construction and a larger Cedar Hills Crossing Center being built with many more things to come...definitely check it out and make sure to visit the Beaverton branch of Powells!
Matei Haskins
I go to WinCo. I usually go late & walk my dog in the empty parking lot around the theater. WinCo is probably the only place in Washington County that's open 24hrs, besides a few gas stations.
James Qualls
Just saw the Demon Slayer movie at this location. I'm from out of town and this theater didn't disappoint. Auditorium 12 had recliners and they kept the place very clean during COVID.
C R
This place needs to get tenants immediately to fill the spots that are open..and good ones. . Otherwise this "mall" will never be. But that said . . Got a good bookstore, frozen yogurt, coffee shop. . Needs good anchor stores tho to consistently bring people in.
Spencer Hunter
Convenient and clean. While the Winco is usually pretty busy, it is well stocked, the checkout lines move quickly, and the prices are great! Note that they do not take cc's, so you need cash or a debit card.
Linda Weatherford
Great variety of stores. It was nice to see all the store spaces taken. LOVED the bath bomb store!!!
kayla torres
This is a good shopping center, there are places to grab lunch and stores to browse. The only thing that I can complain about is the parking situation. It's usually pretty busy in the afternoon, so there are many cars and lots of traffic.
Holly S
Good place to stop, anchor stores include Old Navy, WinCo foods and New Seasons on the far end. Public restrooms are clean and easily available. Food court in the mall isn’t too large but there are quite a few surrounding restaurants and a gym in the back.
Douglas Allchin
Parking good, reasonable selection of stores, big plus is branch of Powell's Bookstore, which for me is the primary attraction! Also has a fish restaurant, Starbucks, Best Buy and Ross amongst others.. all in all, a decent sized strip mall with a good variety of stores, though extensive construction has made traversing Cedar Hills Blvd a real pain at times!
dean -amorim
Well they got a little bit of everything in there cedar hills crossing you know with Ross there and new seasons and you know can't go wrong they have all the banks you need right across the street has the Taco Bell and you know Pizza schmizza.
Sir Michael Soprych
Great collection of stores. Formerly the Beaverton Mall the revamp is amazing as you can find most everything you need in one convenient place.
Laura Booth (GramB)
Nice theatre. Last seats in the house, front row. But grandsons really wanted to see the movie and I didn't have the heart to tell them no. Amazingly enough I leaned back in my super comfy chair and enjoyed the show.
I'd never choose front row aisle seats but it's great to know that if they're the only seats left you can still see and enjoy the movie.
Gabriela Hebert
It's very clean and there are so many shopping/eating options.
Robert Stephens
Lots of great shops to choose from.
Brian Gwaltney
Clean and modern. Cool shops and good food. We like Dave's hot chicken and moberi.
Wendy Davis
Virginia Garcia is a really great Medical Center. Very professional!! I've been to over priced Medical Center and Virginia Garcia is hands down more informative and professional. They give you paperwork on what to do at home, whether is a stretching exercise or oatmeal baths for skin irritation, etc. So helpful, love this place and it new building 👍
virgina oshel
This mall has really filled in some were were there last. We stopped in for frozen yogurt at Peachwave. They have a large selection of flavors including fat free, lowfat, sugar free, and dairy free choices. Also a large variety of toppings.I had coconut and Dole pineapple whip. The combination made me feel like I was in Hawaii! My husband had chocolate and peanut butter salted caramel which he said was also delicious. The place is immaculately clean. Staff friendly. You did need to ask if you wanted sample cups. Inside seating or outside available. Bathrooms available in the mall. Mall W/C accessible. Powell's bookstore anchors the other end of the mall. There it's a "block store" (thick Lego) across from the yogurt place. Your typical mall stores- clothing earrings, fast food etc. Make up the rest of the mall. Huge parking lot is very busy. The is also a movie theater here - separate entrance.
Ann Whittemore
Great theater, super comfy chairs, good snack choices, and super clean.
MaryJane Petty
I really loved browsing in Tuesday Morning and Ross. I'd never been to the ones at Cedar Mills Crossing until today. They both have some nice cheap things including clothing. I say they may become my favorite stores to go to from now on.
AJ Park
I used to come here when it was known as Beaverton Mall. It's one of those places that has changed a lot....and yet not at all. It's convenient to have Powell's Book Store and the movie theaters near each other. Plus there is Best Buy and Winco and others. But if you actually venture inside, it's quite dead and there are the remains of what was once an attempt at a food court.
C. Ferris
While every single time I go into the mall part of this mall, I feel a distance to my own self and personhood, I am forever grateful for it's existence. The shops don't feel real, like you're floating in and out of life, and every single time I go here there seems to be something old that I have just found. The place smells of nail polish most the time, which isn't a bad smell and it definitely doesn't detract from the disasociative existence you get whenever you enter. This place really is Beaverton at it's finest, hardly even real but fantastic all the same.
Deandra Turner
This mall is dying but it's an amazing mall. Powells is here, and there are live plants inside that are well taken care of. There's also a cool t-shirt store here. I enjoy going here a lot honestly, despite the fact that this mall is dying.
Brett Morin
I like the mall for taking the kids to Peach wave frozen yogurt, playing at the area and the Powell's books. However it is kind of chicken or the egg problem, the food court is pretty much dead and other shops are not coming in. So it seems like the mall is on a slow death yet outside places like Best Buy, WinCo, and Old Navy are doing steady traffic. I don't know why the indoor area gets no traffic but at current rate it is on a slow demise.
Chris Palmer
Is nice, but not much variety. I only shop here a couple times a year. We used to go to the Century movie theater often pre-covid. But haven't been for more than a year.
Megan Bischoff
Sad little mall because there are so many vacancies. What is the problem? Thank goodness for Powell's books being there. That place is a ray of sunshine in an otherwise bleak setting. I would love to see the mall revitalized!
Brian Elliott
This place was getting a bit run down, but since Powell's Books moved in, it has had burst of renewal. No empty stores that I recall, and looking better. We used to live near this mall, and now wish we were closer than we are.
Sharon Morse
Just about anything a human could want. My granddaughter painted a ceramic nightlight. Browsed the Lego store. Ate at Mickey D's and got frozen yogurt. I shopped at Powell's books and New Seasons. My daughter got a massage. Everybody left happy.
Foodie Guy
I come here for Powell's Books, L&L drive-in, Best Buy and Winco. There's lots of good eating choices here too. The parking lot can get crazy, but there's plenty of parking in the back. Oh, I forgot there's the theaters, too. Extra bonus. Also, on the far north end, Roxy's is a winner for plate lunch, if you're tired of L&L, or even if you're not!😁
CJ Jones
Seems like this place may still be in development. In terms of the stores it already has, it's pretty well rounded with Powell's, Best Buy, Storables, and a few others, but those are mostly part of the outdoor mall. The indoor portion is very barren and only connected to Powell's of the ones I listed. There's also a video game exchange place and a Cold Stone Creamery inside, but most of the shop spaces haven't been claimed yet.
There's plenty of parking spaces in the outdoor lot they have. The sidewalk in front of the mall is uncovered as well and so it's not a great place to be in the rain.
Gerry Snell
The gym has nicely spread out the equipment and provides plenty of sanitation supplies. Many patrons are not good at wearing their masks especially not covering their noses. Some don't wear masks but use face shields which according to studies are not effective.
Derek Morris
Three and a half star mall, five star bookstore. Powell's books is amazing and perfect, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Found a number of great used books for dirt cheap, and a few more for super expensive that I cried at the price of (not that they should have been cheaper, that was exactly the appropriate price. I'm just broke.).
Debbie Marshall
The mall experience is there but not too big! Good variety of eats places within a few blocks. Note on movies: get tickets in advance of it's a popular movie.
Joshua Griffith
There is plenty of places to go and have a great time, such as Powell's bookstore or the regal cinema. Plenty of special interest shops that you can find just about anything. A great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
Pradeep (PS)
Nice and clean, the employees were nice and waiting patiently for us to leave after movie at 1am
Jonathan Fulton
Well put together shopping mall. They got Best Buy, Powell's Books, Old Navy, and lots of other good store attractions close by.
Diana McQueen
Wild Fin for dinner. Recommend and will return.
Darline McHarless
My friend and I went to Claire's to get my second hole pierced in my ear. Not sure of the lady's name but she was super friendly on the bigger side short with short hair. White girl black hair amazing service. Gave me the rundown even though I was already educated. Friendly to everyone that came in especially the little girl that had 20 questions about getting her ears pierced. Definitely worth going there for ear piercings versus the other major piercing places I went to.
Gregory Sun
This "mall" is basically an empty shell on the inside. The most exciting thing I see there are Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, and job fairs. The rest of the day it's a short cut to the theater when theater parking is overflowed. Only the anchor stores of Powell's Books and Best Buy remains. The outside stores and eateries that block the malls view from the street are far more exciting.
IZZRLEFLEUR A
This is one of my favorite place to come and relax in the book store. Powells is a great way to see books for that lit enthusiast. The mall located inside is super small but peaceful for those looking for a quiet time
Angela Hill Roe
when I was a kid this was Beaverton mall. So it's a fancy pants shopping center that has just about everything you could ask for.I like the new seasons and the Powell's, everybody likes Ross and Justice is my daughter's favorite. All the banks are represented here and there's a kingpin's if you need to hit some bowling
2Fast4U
Good place to shop my only complaint is that their is always so many people there. Seems overcrowded and makes it time consuming to check out. Especially at WinCo and ross dress for less. Expect a 20 minute wait at checkout
Chris In Oregon
Nice, upscale outdoor/indoor mall with nearly everything you need. Including a well dressed, elder lass who turns her nose up at you and switches her purse to the opposite arm from where you stand, friendly folk in dress slacks and polo shirts openly staring at you for daring to transgress into THEIR local area in your jeans and hoodie, and a right, proper 50-ish business man who will take the time out of his busy schedule to stop his Mercedes and yell out his window at you for daring to cross on a flashing red don't walk sign.
Aaaaaahhh, the beauty of spring! The smell of intolerance in the air brings a tear to me one good eye!
Michael Gonzales
Some stores are inside, some stores are outside. The inside stores are awful (except for the video game store that's been there for years, those guys are awesome). Every single food court store has shut down except for cold stone. The whole place is disorganized. Hopefully the new construction will help this awful mall.
Susie Q
The outside center is great, the inside mall is almost pointless, except for Powells, and the bathrooms. It has a vacant feel, the stores inside are (in the few occupied spaces) hit and miss as far as shopping hours, half the time they aren't open.
Bryan Nesmith
The mall is dreary, but they have all the shopping one could need within about 4 blocks. I like the location and the parking seems to be adequate.
vicki petrotta
Could not get there without you
Dan Santos
Great place for groceries, electronics, and many other shopping options plus top dining options in Beaverton. Winco Foods is hard to beat for selection and prices on everything groceries. Best Buy, Powells Books, Old Navy, Ulta, and many other retailers reside at the Crossing. You also have a premiere cinema with Century 16 Cinemark. McMenamins, Wildfin, McGraths, and my favorite Hawaiian grub Roxy's are just a few of the restaurants in the immediate area, plus you have your Chick-fil-A, Burger King, Jack-in-the-Box, McDonald's, a plethora of pizza choices and Jamba! Do it all in one place!
Eva Garland
Nice mall with lots of great stores to choose from. Powell's books, Craft Wherehouse, Ulta, some good food choices and smaller shops. Parking can be difficult to find at times.
Lisa MeechBarton
I wish construction was done and we could see what additional shops were coming in. Management needs to work on getting shops for inside of the mall. Food shops would be nice. I know I liked one in the past that had tacos, burgers, and pizza.
John Mc
Best place to see a movie lounge seating in every theater
Lauren Brown Turner
It's a smaller mall, but has excellent nerd magnets like Powell's Books, the Lego trade-in store, and a local used game store. It is well kept and has a small play area inside.
Robert Sanchez
Have enjoyed Changs for over 30 years hear in Portland Oregon. Come try it and see for yourself. Amazing place to eat.
Kathryn Ozburn
All I visited was Powells! But I really enjoyed myself!
Kris Alexander
Love being able to walk around and just shop! Great shopping and places to grab food. Kid friendly
Howard J
Powell’s always delights.
Joshua Buchanan
This place is really undersold. Beaverton has talked about investing here but up until recently they had yet to get some good options. That being said Malls are a dieing breed but this particular area has been growing and getting more shops, stores, and renovations. Worth a look if you need something. Parking is easy, you can get anywhere you need, and get a quick bite to eat at L and L Hawaiian or read a book at Powell's. Overall a good place to run errands for the day. #productive
K R Culbertson
The revamp of this mall is well done. There is a large variety of stores and it is more upscale than it was. The parking lot is still a nightmare, but what mall lot isn't?
Christine Laurins
A lot of great stores..much variety...from books to clothing to groceries...and entertainment too with Century Movie theatre and KingPins Entertainment with a bowling alley, arcade, laser tag and restaurant. Great place to spend an afternoon.
Jess Laventall
Traffic is really bad in the weekend. But good stores and restaurants.
zachary reed
Nice mall with lots of little shops, the book store is the main draw at this location.
Spenser Kuroda
This revamped Beaverton Mall is decent mall, but there's still something left to be desired. The powell's Books and movie theater are nice. Seems to be a rotation of restaurants as most don't seem to last too long.
Syrena Glade
Powell's, Coldstone, Craft Warehouse... Really, do I have to say any more than that? As a mall goes it's not exciting, but it's got a play area and good places to satisfy my needs for books, ice cream, and art supplies. There's also Starbucks, Best Buy, Storable, WinCo, Ulta, and others I've not visited. A little bit of everything.
Abelid Verri
Many stores are offering curbside pickup now.
Bathrooms are closed to the public due to Covid.
The mall entrances are marked for one direction traffic, as are the common areas.
Walter peoples
Best burgers in Oregon hands down. I took my date, it was her 1st time and she absolutely loved it
Kids Lacambra
Has every place I wanted to go
Paul Weber
Hip (on a suburban scale) group of restaurants and specialty food businesses plus entertainment venues. Upscale, nice, safe, and varied destinations.
Dakota Prose
Great if you like shopping ritzy every once in a while. Definitely a fancier shopping mall than what I'm used too. Still fun and some great gems for shops can be found here.
Margo Klausing
Century 21 is my favorite movie theater...They have many condiments, and my favorite Kettle Popcorn, many movies to choose from..Thank you for making my experience very positive.
Sandra Godard
The shopping center itself has average parking, there could be more. It is a good central location close to many of Beaverton's amenities. It has been refurbished so many of the businesses have had a facelift over the recent year or two.
Harphorse Horse
A lot of good stores in one 😉 place.
One can get a lot of shopping done ✅ …
Chris Bentley
Have a lot of great stories here in the Cedar Hills area it's a decent outside mall with really good restaurants in the same area if you had to find a place to shop for groceries at WinCo which is also located at this location then you got all your needs met in one little Mall
JoAnn Bryson “JoAnn in Portland” Emery
A good theater with many screens and very comfortable seats. While I've not been there since Covid I hoping to get back soon.
L B
So Many Great places to dine
Lacey
This mall is pretty tiny, but Craft Warehouse and Powell's Books keep me coming back. You can't beat these two local chains. There is coffee, ice cream and a couple more eateries here, as well as a little tiny play area. If you are looking for variety in your shopping, though, Tanesbourn and Washington Square are better bets.
Maureen Berrie-Lawson
Mostly I shop at WinCo here. Ulta is an occasional stop as well. You can find almost anything you need at CHC. Powells City of Books is great, but not easy to park, nor get in to, especially if you are physically impaired. I understand the reason, but did not like being treated as tho I am a criminal at Ross Dress for Less! Panerra is ALWAYS a good place to eat <3
Dave Baker
Good selection of stores. The indoor food court/shopping part of it is pretty much empty. No food places still open other than a cold Stone.
Sean McCartney
Parking lots are always tight but they have all the fave stores!
Michele Berg
Absolutely wonderful being back in a theater again! Had no worries about cleanliness, as they are doing a very thorough job to keep everyone safe.
Forkinator
Im 29 and I've Been going to this mall since I was 6 years old. At that time, my mom started working at a small donut shop called Zacks. I would go with her often and get really good chicken noodle soup. Anyways, since then this mall has not changed much. Although Cedar Hills Crossing was remodeled some years ago, it still looks pretty cheap. There are good, high quality stores in the mall though like Merle Norman Cosmetics and some food joints to enjoy.
Foot traffic is low and I believe it's due to poor visibility/marketing of the stores that are inside. Most people I have spoken to don't even know about this mall. I think there needs to be bigger, more visible signs near the main road showing which stores are inside the mall. Most of the people I see in the mall go to Coldstone to get ice cream before or after watching a movie at Century Theatres.
The mall could use another remodel to look more modern. It just doesn't feel like a nice, clean, modern, mall. The aura of the place is feels very bland especially compared to Washington Square mall (besides how big it is).
Still, with stores like the Mac Store, Game Trader, Merle Norman, it's worth going inside to check it out. As of this review, there is a lot of construction being done outside of the mall closer to Win Co Foods. New stores are being added so check back in a few months to see what is new.
Ryan Bamford
Clean little mall with not a lot to offer. This mall is always a ghost town. It surprises me how it stays open? They have very little stores, and no food options besides Subway, L&L Hawaii BBQ, and Cold Stone Ice cream. If you ask me I'd just drive a little further to Washington Square to get a real mall experience.
Michelle Nicole
The stores have gotten better, I really like Powell's Books and Ulta. This mall has a weird vibe though, and needs better choices for food.
Doyle Durham
This mall is slowly dying & businesses here no longer last long... The External Stores (Best Buy, Old Navy, Winco Foods, etc) are the only thing to keep this alive anymore. Plus there is Century 16 Cinema at the back of the complex.
Praveen
Best Hindu temple in Huston.

Love this little strip mall by far one of the coolest places for families to go shopping with the parents and friends for a get together once it reopens all the way I strongly suggest it. Even now it's still pretty chill
Jana Patterson
Stopped and got Baja Fresh on my way home today. I ordered through the app and picked up. Order was ready quickly, was accurate and yummy!
Beau Hudspeth
When it come to 'strip malls' Cedar Hills Crossing is really nothing special. Despite it's location and surroundings, it seems VERY low rent. Most if the shops are 'eh' and the others tend to come and go at regular intervals. I have never seen a mall where the stores cycle so often - there one month, gone the next.
This tells me that despite the malls location, it is very difficult for any type of store to actually survive there. There just isn't enough foot traffic and the draw is minimal.
I guess you could compare it to a Christmas ball ornament: Very pretty on the outside and appealing but lacking any substance within.

Cedar Hills Crossing is an Experience in itself.
You have a choice of Many Stores and Restaurants too choose from.
An Awesome Place too shop or dine.
Sherry
Its a "just okay" mall, as it doesn't have any contemporary popular stores and it is lacking in food places to eat at.
Sean Nitarius
Nice shopping center, conveniently located with an abundance of stores and restaurants. The parking has plenty of spots, but is a little wonky for those unfamiliar with the site.
Amber Takara
Inside is nearly completely empty (probably due to covid). Its actually pretty sad. Everything on the outside is up and going pretty well. Its still a great place to shop, just a little extra walking.
Karla Buchanan
Have been coming here since I was a kid. Lots of stores have come and gone, but it's still a pleasant little mall to take a stroll in. The city of Beaverton announced plans to develop this mall in the future!
Tori4i
Fun place stores close early tho
Laura Stein
This place has a lot of decent restaurants, it looks like it's being developed further (near Winco and across the street where Barnes and Noble used to be). It's close by TriMet and it has ample parking (although near the holidays and on weekends it can get a little cut-throat.
Arin H
Small number of stores, and it seems like it's difficult for small stores to last long there. Game Trader is half-way decent, and I love Bricks and Minifigs (good prices for lego pieces as long as you're not planning to buy one individual piece). And of course the Powell's is a life saver! Gender neutral bathrooms in Powell's!
TaneshaRenee Dawson
Love the choices here and the Fred Meyers. Even for a holiday it was really fast in and out and everyone working was in a wonderful mood. Fred Meyers is always a great experience no matter what location I go to. Love it!
A A
Always stop at Barnes and noble before going to the cinema. Great little shopping area to walk around.
Master Shemp
Powell's is here. Thai Noodle is here. There's a cool game store and a Lego-type store, as well as a Cold Stone. A lot of the stores are empty on the interior. You can feel the ghosts of retail past as you walk by them. But don't hold that against it - this place is genuine and real. You are strolling through a museum. It will live again. Listen.
Poushali Datta
Love the deals at old Navy and there is always some sale going on. The quality of the clothes is great too. The staff is super friendly.
Lynda Flores
I have never been there and I loved it! For the first time going it was a great experience
Lisa Herman
New Seasons always has what I'm looking for. Purchased four lemon desserts at the bakery for a lemon lover friend.
All four were delicious!
galina
i come here to go to shake shack! always clean no homeless people debris and shake shack is 😩😮💨🤌 …
Steve Carpenter
Excellent barbecued meats: beef and pork ribs, beef brisket, half chickens. Also very mild sausage, which borders on tasteless. Side dishes are just okay but you don't go to Buster's for the side dishes.
Alice Carasco
We took our kids here for some ice cream at Coldstone and had fun eating it at the tables in the mall. They have a small dinosaur play area for the kids and walking around Powell's looking at kids books is always a blast.
Kathy Hieter
There isn't too much there anymore. My granddaughters did enjoy playing in the play area. Powell's is always fun to browse and free parking, unlike downtown!
Jack Diaz
Lot's of cool stores to visit and the outside mall itself is kept very clean and very welcoming. I go here allot to go cloths or shoes shopping and am never disappointed. Will continue to go here for the years to come.
cleo bunton
Pulled in for something to eat and found the taco place that was pretty good. Was able to do my laundry there and workout Nextdoor. Afterwards ran into Safeway and got a few things I needed for the house. That's convenience! Thank you Cedar Hills Crossing
Angela Yancy
It's ok. Not a lot here I'm personally interested. I basically only shop one store in this strip mall. Parking lot seems to always be busy, and this last visit was a Wednesday around 2p.
Janelle Miller
It's a mall that is hanging in there, but by far the best part of it is the Powell's Books store. If you're local to Beaverton, or just don't feel like going to downtown Portland for your book fix, this location is fantastic!
Tony B
Great little strip mall with plenty of shopping choices! Craft warehouse, Powells books, Ross dress for less, Winco grocery, ulta, and much much more
Christopher Hemmerling
Parking sucks in this weather. It's too bad their Anchor store is always so busy. The new bavarian restaurant is bringing in douchebags, unfortunately, so watch out as you drive through the parking lot near Winco.
Carrie R.
So we were expecting this to be a very large indoor mall from the photos that we saw on Google but it really wasn't the indoor mall portion is very small but there are a lot of nice shops in the outdoor portion
Frankie Borison
Ambiance is pleasant. Food is great for the price depending on what you get. I had a noodle dish last night and the noodles were all clumped together on top of the veggies. I had to hunt for the veggies.
Prove It
Love all that is being added to this property over the last couple years. So many nice shops and restaurants. Thank you
Kevin Carr
Swung in to the McDonalds for lunch. Busy place. Used the app to order.. very convenient when you're on the go.
Sing PaPa
Not bad for the location and size... got a little bit of most everything... bathroom is clean and even a kids area... some weekends show and kids activities stuffs... good foods around and shopping that you can do...
jason501ful
It's changed over these many decades, the old layout still holds a special place in my memories. Though, these changes are most welcome. 😎 …
Raul
Convenient and located in an easy accessible area. Plenty of parking and various stores to meet your individual or family needs. The prices were reasonable for the products and I was provided with good customer service.
Rebecca Pell
I can always count on Killer Burger to provide a wonderful dining experience with their delicious food and the always friendly staff.
Brass Tacks
This retail center is great! Powell's Bookstore is definitely my favorite spot, but there are lots of other great stores and eateries in this location and nearby.
Ken Denton
Great place to see a movie called the minions and top gun at
Rhonda Hill
I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for Farmers Market at the park blocks
These are only at Wednesday's affair.
The owner ( Really nice husband and wife team ) WORK'S OF PALETTE ART. It's worth every pennie. ROCK ON GUY'S.
Pleiades7
Staff helpful if you ask for help. Book reading terrible set up next to mall opening with crying children...geez who brings toddlers to an adult bookreading? Sound system didn't work. Badically...a disaster.
Mitchel Myers
Miss Dakota at AT&T store was wonderful!!!!
Julie Manuel
This is our favorite theater. Love the kettle corn.
Bud Coe
Strange center...... definitely old school with a DMV office and Harbor Freight as anchors. A good Sports Bar...... Coaches.......sits in the middle.......fun place to have a drink, watch the game, or play shuffle board.
Kathie Goffe
A little better inventory at this Ross over Hillsboro but still seems like there's less clothes to choose from as well as other items
Harald Heldt
Pretty average strip mall. There is almost nothing in the indoor section to go after other than the specialty Lego and video games shops. Thai Noodle and L&L are gems as well.
Chrys Chabot
Portland's smallest indoor mall. Several fun shops like a Lego resale store, vintage video game store, and the second Powell's books location, as well as a movie theater. However, it's small and lacks any department stores.
Nagrenol Flanagan
The reason I love living in central Beaverton is being within walking distance of good old Beaverton Mall...I mean Cedar Hills Crossing. From New Seasons to Powell's, Best Buy to WinCo and every fast food restaurant you could want are here. They even have a Pizza Schmizza! Virginia Garcia just opened a state of the art Medical Center with a Dental clinic and most all banks and telcoms are here as well.
Krush3mall
Great shopping center with basically everything in it..the only problem can be the parking which is why 1 star is taken off but at least I get some more steps on my watch! Lol
J L
A lot of stores and restaurants available in this area. Ample parking is available. There is quite a lot of construction and renovations in the area currently as it is continuously expanding. I can't wait to see what else pops up around here in the future.
Monika Schlesser
It's great for a Verity's of places in one. But parking can prove to be a challenge. Your choice of time can make parking easier. Before 10am. Mid afternoon. Oh worst be the weekends!
Ethel Murakami
Better shops around the outside than entirely inside shops. Go mainly for Powells , Ulta, New Seasons and Winco. The perimeter food venues are pretty good too.
Brian P Roberts
Had lunch at Zoup! I always enjoy that. I was sad that they seem not to have the sourdough roll anymore, but the hot French roll sufficed nicely. There are lots of useful business establishments in this vicinity.
Christy Wilkens
Love it here. Grab a cup of coffee from Starbucks, browse through Powell's bookstore, shop for clothing, makeup, food, electronics, and enjoy dinner out. It is a great complex.
Jocelyn W.
Some good stores and places to eat but is nearly empty. Though I blame that on the high demand for online shopping. Overall it looks nice and has a cozy Powell's
Deepak Pathak
Great neighborhood shopping area. All the great shopping places, nice places to eat drink, and ample parking. A cinema theatre makes it a good place to be on a family weekend.
cindy fisher
There are a lot of good stores at Cedar Hills like Old Navy, Powells, Best Buy, and Ulta and a lot of resturants. It's a growing area with new stores and resturants being built. I'd recommend the area to shop around and grab something to eat.
Monique Sparks
A strip Mall with interior stores (sort-of) and outer access as well, the good...Powells book store and its big! But even the used books are a little pricey, on the other-hand there is the option of selling your old books for trade in value or cash. Another great reason is Cold stone Creamery Ice cream Parlor...tucked far in the back past all the closed shops inside the mall...well basically I seen like 4 stores outta 10-15 that weren't empty so Im not sure its dying or getting ready for a refurb?
Jazz Sparks
Small little shopping mall that is obviously older. However it is located near many great places to grab a bite to eat,ice cream, coffee and of course stroll through Powells .It is my rainy day hang out since there are not a million people shopping in the complex making is very quiet area.We love to make an evening of it and stroll over to the movie theatre right next door.
Kwak Family
Ample parking, easy access, good variety of stores, well maintained... Our family's regular stop once or twice per week...
Timothy Glaser
Excellent place! More to offer than you first would think. It's worth it just to spend a few minutes and cruise thru to see all that's here! Beaverton keeps surprising me with all that's here!
Shane Bryan
Clean, but too many vacant store fronts and only one or two indoor "food court" options. As usual, Powell's book store is awesome!
Sheryl Stratton
Large Shopping center with lots of choices of stores: higher end retail to discount stores, WinCo groceries, some large retail chain stores and some smaller, local retailers, restaurants, various fast food, incl healthy options, 16 theater Cineplex, multiple banks too. Center encompasses two extremely large sites surrounded by Cedar Hills Blvd and Hocken on the east/west and Hall Blvd (south) Jenkins Blvd (splits two sites) and Walker Rd (north). Located on the bus route Major changes and improvements are under construction this summer with many new stores coming in. It's a great place to shop, etc.
Miles Stanton
Winco is always great prices. Every once in a while I will buy a CD or recording device at Best Buy. Good food selection Winco.
Best Buy is my go to for electronics other than Dollar Tree.
Wendy Hays
Getting more retail stores in would be a great improvement. I love the few they have but I would go more often if there were more shops
Joan Hay
One if my favorite outdoor mall. I love shopping here
Robert Treslar II
All the stores here are wonderful. I visited Powell's bookstore and was very glad I did as I was abke to get a few books that I'd been wanting for a while.
Wolf Knight
I have known this mall since I was a little kid, when it was the Beaverton mall. Great shops, good people, and lotsa memories. Plus, Powell's books is the best book store in the northwest!
Kevan Banngertir
The traffic in this shopping center is crazy. It's really hard to find parking and people drive way to crazy. There really isn't much at this shopping center except for best buy and WinCo. Everything else is pretty much junk
Destiny Scholz
Found Killer Burger here! Can't beat the Peanut Butter Bacon Buger! Great Cider selection.
Christopher de Guzman
Decent shops and a small play area for the kids. Pastini, Old Navy, Best Buy, New Seasons and the movie theater are within walking distance.
Paul Lipska
Powell's books keeps this place alive, I remember back in the day it was a legitimate mall. The starbucks is great for people watching and the many boutique spots provide great shopping
Ed Degeneffe
Powell's is here! There's also a public bathroom (surprisingly clean for a mall), Claire's, Cold Stone, benches, a charming play area with a comical frog statue, and it's a nice space. Like all my most frequented spots in Cedar Hills, it's close to Winco, so if you're there to grocery shop but need a bathroom I highly recommend coming here. Game Trader is here, too, and it's totally sweet. I got a rad Mortal Kombat shirt there for $10.
Ken Tierney
Always a good place to shop no matter what store you go to and there are a plethora to choose from...my preferred store is Best Buy which is mainly the reason I go to Cedsr Hills crossing...same people working there long term very friendly and courteous...Winco is the other reason I go there as well...so have a nice day and enjoy your stop at.. Cedar Hills Crossing...😁
Jason Fisher
Nice shops, a go-to place for me and friends pre-pandemic. Always feels a little empty, which can be a positive or negative thing... I like the extra space :-)
Elizabeth Ruff
It's nice to see the upgrading going on here. I hope the brick & mortar pays off for them. I like shopping in stores, so I can touch, feel, & try products. You CANT do that online!
Katelynn Hitsman
Cedar Hills crossing has been maturing recently as it has been undergoing a major face lift on the north part of Cedar Hills Crossing. The west side of the strip has been updated with modern buildings providing much more retailer space. The upgrades are quite the cosmetic fix as the old buildings were looking aged (not in a good way)
Cedar Hills Crossing has quite a few different store to offer you like an electronics store, a few cell phone carriers, two grocery stores and quite a few retail shops along the way.
Jason Kirkbride
Went to the movie theater. Floors were sticky. Very understaffed.
Kiley McCarroll
Ceder hills shopping center is totally a convenient location, there's a good amount of choices to grab a bite to eat, a few shopping options, gas stations and banks near by. I like the area ingeneral, too.
Rick Curwen
The mall itself has seen better days. Powell’s book store is at the southern end and New Seasons, Best Buy and WinCo are nearby.
Ramsey
Bargarten is new Bavarian restaurant. Gusta vs opened this. Wonderful food, beer. Great place for a group. PASTINI'S has great reasonable LUNCH, MCGRATH has great happy hour, shop at new seasons or eat there, lots of choices. Nice theatre, food shop at winco, great prices, Jamba juice, new craft warehouse, STorables, old navy, Ross, ultra beauty and Powell's bookstore. Spend the day there. Fun to shop. Oh, there is a new McMinimens, beautiful, great happy hour. And that's not all.
Hugh Singh
Nice batch of stores, including a cafe and a harbour freight, dry cleaners and a fellow who runs the convince store who really feels your an inconvenient part of the day. Fun to ask questions, about products.
DAP “DeeMoney” MONEY
I absolutely love cedar hills crossing I've been going here for over 15 years I don't even think it was called cedar hills crossing yet when I started coming here to shop, I even remember when the WinCo Foods was called Food 4 Less.
Jamie H
This is a great little shopping area that is growing quickly. Looking forward to all of the new stores and restaurants being built. It is always clean and I love the diversity here.
Kimberly H
It's a rather desolate location. If it didn't have Powell's or the theater I would never find myself there. Restaurant spaces are vacant and store fronts as well.
Keishalon Camille Sims
Great atmos... food was awesome!
Ian Waldern
5 stars because there's a Powells here
Emily Hill
Close to winco new updates have improved the foot traffic. So we shall see how that impacts the area. It is all made better by its proximity to public transit you can walk to it from Beaverton tc or hop on the 20. Also there's a Powells which is nice to have another closer local bookstore.
Emery Dinh
The best thing about this place is the Powells. Everythint else is a little sad, the empty worn out hallways give you a terrible sadness. Their "food court" is 1 and 1/2 resturant and an ice cream place. Still, it's a place to go.
Rob Melton
Local shopping hub for movies, groceries, books, sporting supplies and more. Features local businesses including Powell's Books, New Seasons Market, WINCO foods, as well as Old Navy, Best Buy, Office Depot, Ross Dress For Less, LA Fitness, McMenamins and more.
