Very nice place. The unfortunate timing with covid 19 A lot of amenities were stripped. Besides that David his best to make the most of our experience. He suggested sites and sites to see to maximize our visit. He told us a brief history of the areas and the airport nearby. Thank you and will come again.

It's convenient it has my Sam's Club and a Walmart right next door. There's some good places to eat and there's also Bank of America which is where I bank. This is close distance to where I live so it always works out for me to shop.

This is a great shopping center with plenty of different shops to visit. Some times parking and traffic can be a little congested but I have never felt unsafe or felt my belongings were in danger here which keeps me coming back.

The customer service here is five stars all the way however I'm giving it a four because every time I go there is always a huge line in the drive-thru, which is great for them but not great for me when I'm in a hurry I have to choose to go somewhere else. Delicious burgers!

San Tan Village Marketplace is a well-laid-out shopping area with all the essential businesses, and a few great additions as well. If we didn't work as much, would likely spend more time here. Multiple food/eating options, and good variety shops, large to small are here. Something for everyone.

So I actually visited San tan village in Gilbert to attend the Hot Wheels Legends car show that was being hosted by the Walmart in the Walmart parking lot so mainly I just was interested in the car show but I did notice that there are a lot of good places to eat and that is easily accessible right off the 202

Convenient location. Nice neighborhood strip mall with Sam's Club, Walmart, In&Out Burger, and many fast foods and business. I come here mainly to shop at Walmart, Sam's and Discount Tires.

This place is an outdoor mall so expect plenty of shops. However they place is an absolute nightmare when it comes to traffic. They clustered so many shops and planned the parking so poorly that it will drive most people insane to deal with this place.

Avoid driving in the main entrance off Signal Butte around dinner time. In-and-out burger drive thru traffic backs up into the main road around the shopping center. It's impossible to get to any of the other businesses.

I only went to the Sam's store located here but it's the best one in the valley. We also frequent Total Wine for all our alcoholic needs and we love going to the Dog House Restaurant for a bite of lunch. Fun different ales, ciders and beers and great food. The Marketplace is a fun place to go with tons of different stores and the weather is always great for a stroll through the outdoor shopping center. Word of warning though....wear comfy shoes, the place is huge with several small shops and lots of big box stores. You could literally find almost anything you could ever need here.

I like going here with my family. There’s not much of a difference from these outdoor malls. Because of the location retail space here is expensive and because of this I feel there’s no real support from the property owners to allow smaller business such as mom and pop type shops. Together we came during the lockdown to support small business. I’d like to see this property show the same support. Figure a way to subsidize the cost. Do a lottery for small biz to rent a space for reduced rent. Make an event out of it and let the community know you support small business.

Very pretty church in a beautiful area. We were there for a Tea Party and had a nice time. They have all the accessories that you could think of for such a little party. The service in the morning was also very nice. They have a community garden as well.

Nice place for shopping, but traffic is a nightmare as Town of Gilbert cannot handle building roads & streets that can facilitate high volumes of traffic. Once in STVM, all is good, but you'll be discouraged again when you try to leave. The Williams Field intersection is a complete joke.

Sams club walmart discount tire In&Out burger and more in 1 place. We do 90% of our shopping here until the new Costco opens in queen creek then probably once every other week. Yes that was the milk price as of 7/10 and it had been that way for weeks.

This place has everything! A great collection and variety of shops and dining and a great place to knock out all of your errands or just grab a bite and people watch. There's ample parking but traffic around the area can get pretty hectic, particularly around the holidays.

I go here with my friends all the time. They have all the stores I need except for a Spencer's, but besides that I absolutely love this place. They have a theater, quite a few restaurants, and a Barns And Noble. So many clothing stores and more! Toy shops, and there's even a pet store where you can adopt puppies! Old record stores, antique stores, ice cream shops, all kinds of awesomeness!

Theater had a unique experience similar to amc dine in theaters but with a twist. There you can fill out a card and a server will take your order and give you a check at the end of the movie. Only thing that it lacks is a heater for your back on the reclining seats and the seats don't recline further either. Also the lights to look at the menu were a bit dim to see what we were wanting. So far 5 stars.

This Marketplace has it all. Shopping for clothes, shoes, furniture and more. Restaurants like outback fast food and so much more. If your u we here you can spend the day getting all the stuff checked off you list. In fact just across the street is the SanTan outdoor mall.

A lot of shops and a great mall to walk outside to explore. Only problem is you don't really want to walk outside in the summer here in Gilbert but for the winter it's great. Driving through the complex and parking are major oversights. Finding any close parking to the place you want to go is really tough. The parking forces slowdowns anywhere in here. But the atmosphere and quality of stores make it worth it.

We like this place but they get an "F" grade on choices of places to eat. The restaurants are OK but not good. We always end up having to go somewhere else to eat. Red Robin is the worst. We have ALWAYS had a bad experience when we have eaten lunch there. Le Madeline's restaurant is good except there food is monumentally SALTY. You need better restaurants in this mall.

This is a nice shopping center. No problem parking close to wherever you are planning to shop. Lots of options for shopping and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. We enjoy eating at Outback Steakhouse, we were presently surprised to stumble across it. Makes for an enjoyable experience.

This is one of my favorite places to visit because of all the different shops, restaurants, and services available. You can find practically anything here, cosmetics, clothing, shoes, craft supplies, home decor, furniture, and more. I've had my vacuum serviced, my tires replaced, and changed my cell phone plan all in this marketplace. There's usually ample parking and plenty of places to grab something to eat.

There are so many shops and places to eat that my advice would be to ask or try to determine specific locations. Possible helpful hint: Walmart is on the Williams Field/Chandler Blvd end and Costco is on the Pecos end.

I visit this place all the time to mostly buy Gundam. The store is as always immaculate clean and well organized but since their remodel/redesign of their inner store they have little to no stock of anything that I buy from there. But the staff are usually helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I'm not familiar with all of the Marketplace, but I do go to the Sam's Club here and the super Walmart next door. It is great to have them so close to each other so what one doesn't have the other might. Also, the Walmart there has a pretty good selection of material that my wife likes.

Good retail options but people drive super fast through the parking lot. And you have to navigate your way back to the highway from here so it takes longer if you want to make a quick shopping stop (traffic). Also, the panhandlers walk around into the area due to major streets nearby.

We love the restaurants here. Brio is a great Italian restaurant. The outdoor atmosphere is active and fun. There is every store you could possibly want from inexpensive to high end. You can find something for everyone. It is also close to a really nice movie theater and Dillard's.

Great outdoor mall, has air misters that are usually on and provide a break from the heat,. Kids also love the splash pad and park located by the Disney store. Has a lot of eating and shopping places, as well as an adoption store that I definitely recommend its very cute. Theres also a littering of cute walls to take photos at.

Outside activities for small kids, good place to walk around, shop, kill some time or find some new kicks, a hat, or a scooter for your 8-year old kid (really any age person). Movies too. This is probably the best 'shopping-mall' in the city. The selection of stores is amazing and diverse. The facility has a mister-system to keep shoppers more comfortable, there is an outdoor water recreation area for children, which is a fantastic idea. I will absolutely return to this facility in the future.

This used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops, but this last visit made me wonder. To start, it was hotter than Hades inside. I can't believe none of the staff had the ability to control the thermostat. Service was okay, nothing outstanding. They've added French fries to the menu. And while they were tasty, the wait-time for an order was too long. My sandwich was almost finished before the fries were ready! I'll try again, but not for a while.

SanTan Village (outdoor mall) shopping with both retail and food whether fast food or cafes and restaurants look like they are coming back to life. Seeing more cars and people walking the within the village. It is a charming place to spend part of the day.

One of the best shopping malls I've ever visited with over 900,000 sq ft of retail space. Dillard's, Macy's, Harkins, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Total Wine and about 100 other stores are here. Awesome.

Best Buy getting better at helping people. Still not up to par as friendliness goes. Meaning you still have to chase down some help and hope you get the correct person. That is if you’ve ventured out too far from the isle where you’re needing help. Other than that decent shopping place. Sales are good but the discounts are very minimal at best. Do your comparison shopping online before walking in.

I really don't see what's so special about this place. there's a movie theater Best Buy and a couple of restaurants on the outskirts of the area that I can get you with ease and don't have a problem but if I have to ever go inside I simply won't. Why would you build a mall that has roads and streets going through it with the craziest drivers on Earth

Sucks that some parking is far because of the Arizona heat but it is outside. Cool place to come for the holidays. Neat little events happen here. Can get lost easily. Bathrooms are easy to find.

This is like a park & walk through mall. Only you drive though it , park & walk into the stores. Seems very congested to me. Constantly waiting for others to pull in or out of parking spaces, make turns when others are not allowing room to do so & pedestrians not watching what they're doing or where they are. But these types of places seem to be in vogue.

Great selection of stores and still growing! I am looking forward to La Madeleine Bakery opening! There needs to be more bathrooms near the movie theater and Fat Straw. It is great that it's outdoors for most of the year but in the summer heat it is a long walk to the bathroom if you're at Forever 21.

Great outdoor mall. They are expanding to have a lot more shops. They are about to open a Nordstrom rack which my wife is happy about. Dick's sporting goods is there and we frequent. Many food places we go for happy hour. Will not dissapoint.

I know the "mall" demographic is failing BUT I love San Tan they have EVERYTHING! & yes in the nice months I like to park up and walk through the mall One thing I love about here is if you are not IN the lot before the stores open you are in line to get in a good sign that this style of mall is THRIVING!!

First this place is a plethora of great shops, grocery stores and restaurants ( fast food and finer dining ), parking is never a problem and safe. Because this is such a popular area the traffic can be heavy.

This mall has the standard fare of mall shops. It tends toward fashion and feminine tastes with a small section of kids centric shops. There doesn't seem to be much for guys other than the apple store and Best Buy. But that might just be what the market in the area can sustain.

Aside from Dillards, and a few boutique shops, there aren't more than a handful of good shops. Most of the good places are small satellite stores, so they don't have much of a selection. The restaurants inside the mall are okay, but not great. Hopefully the new construction brings in better options for both shopping, and food.

Great outdoor shopping mall. Obviously it's much more pleasant to shop here when it's not summertime in Gilbert/Phoenix. Lots of small shops in addition to the big anchor stores. Lots of dining venues -- our favorite is Grimaldi's. It can be difficult to find on-street parking during the cool months.

Love shopping in this outdoor concept. Lots of variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. Community atmosphere. A little crowded on the parking and with entry/exit locations which cause backups onto main streets. However, obviously a sign that it has high traffic.

A cute, quaint outdoor shopping center. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the food court. The food court has been closed for awhile now, it was closed when I went in December, and would have liked more convenient food options besides the restaurants in the surrounding area.

A lot of great shops in this plaza. I used to work at The Joint Chiropractic in this plaza and always loved going to work. I'd purposely go early just to hang out in the plaza before starting my shift on Saturdays. Check it out if you're ever in San Tan, and you'll know what I mean. You'll find what you're looking for in this plaza. And though I don't work at that Joint anymore, stop by and tell them I sent you and they'll take great care of you.

The layout is really cool however I'm noticing a exodus of some of the restaurants and shops. Caketini, Famous Dave's, cantina Laredo and there are still some vacancies towards the theater. Let's hope this is short lived. The center is nice and clean. I always see the grounds maintenance crews early morning cleaning all the handles and trash containers and power washing the cement. What's happened to my life.

In addition to lots of stores, there are several great restaurants here! There is lots of free parking but gets very busy on weekend evenings so you may have to walk a bit. Many restaurants have patio seating.

When we can’t find what we need by the 60 freeway, there is this huge metropolis of shopping, food, and entertainment awaiting us. My favorite place down there is the Chop Shop. Fantastic quality healthy meals and a nice clean place to eat it in.

We love SanTan! This is a great mall to walk around when the weather is cooler (say October to March or April), however it is outdoors so it is not at all cool during the summer months. There is a great variety of shops but during the summer, making a stop to Chandler Mall or hauling it up to Scottsdale Mall purely for the air conditioning is a safer bet.

I love San Tan Village. If your bored, need some time alone, or on business, you will enjoy your encounter here. Everything in one area. Dillard to Walmart, food, furniture, clothing and fun. There is a moderate size play area outside of Children's Place and Barnes and noble has a great kids area upstairs. So if it is just you, the two if you, or the family this is the spot.

This is a really fun place to visit. Lots of the usual mall stores you would expect, but there are also many unique or at least less-common stores there as well. There are several good restaurants, some of which are unique. The theater makes this a good place for a date: dinner, movie, and a nice walk for window shopping afterwards. The is a great gelato store. Be warned, stuff is pretty expensive here. I would also avoid buying a puppy at the pet store unless you want to pay exorbitant prices for puppy mill dogs.

These outdoor malls are becoming more popular all over. In Michigan they are dumb due to snow and in Arizona they are more dumb due to heat. But the restaurant and shopping is great here. When you have to put towels on the door handles so the don't burn skin off hands you should know that you messed up.

Its a "moto mall". Instead of going to one large building with many stores inside, all the stores are outside in their own buildings and you have to drive to get to each store. I was able to go to the retail stores that I needed and my tasks were accomplished.

I really like SanTan Village. It's nice to stroll through the outdoor setup and windowshop. I'm used to this kind of mall from living in California. This on has tons of parking on the outside off the main shopping streets. The spots right in front of the shops seem to fill up fast, so.i usually park by the sporting goods store or Dillard's and walk in the half block. (Easier to get out that way too! 👍) The stores are pretty varied, with lots in any budget range. I noticed a couple of mall type jewelry stores, a Coach boutique, and of course, Sephora. I seem to go there mostly for Sephora lately, but the Dillard's is also a great place to find bargains! They've recently opened a Nordstrom Rack and HomeGoods at this location which have their own parking lot at the front of the SanTan Village entrance. 😃
