Big modern malll open and functional. Barnes & Nobles bookstore, Crayola center, Cheesecake factory, foodcourt with good Japanese food and pizza options, jewelry stores, Macy's, Dillards, and a zillion clothing stores. Big expansion planned for 2023. Great choice when temps are in the 100's.

Plenty of stores to shop and places to eat. However due to it’s having so many popular stores and eateries parking is a challenge and that’s not just in parking your car, but getting in and out of the complex itself and navigating through the lot. Few actually obey traffic laws, stop signs are optional and consideration for others shows weakness. Be careful and know where you’re going. Recommend Cheddar’s if hungry as they offer great food at good prices with excellent service!

Ate at Black Angus. Food is yummy and service is excellent. Highly recommend for steak lovers. Should have $$ &1/2 instead of $$. Not so expensive but definitely more than $$.😋 For the whole area, the usual confusing parking places where you turn around yourself few times before you figure it out 🙄

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of staff there was on hand. The shop was busy but well organized and clean. I have a new favorite sandwich shop, the giant big kahuna is big enough for almost anyone. Can't wait to try some of the others on the menu. I have tried some of the other shops [subway firehouse etc] but this is my go to. Both for the grill and the speed not to mention the quality of the product!!!!

Went to Ulta for mascara. Not just any mascara...IT Superhero. For those of you who don't want a heavy spider lash look check this mascara out. It won't disappoint. The associates were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Rachel who runs the brow bar answered all my concerns in getting an eyebrow tint. Will be booking an appointment soon.

I love coming to the Chandler fashion center. The employees there are always so helpful and nice to me. I went there this time cause I was birthday shopping for my lady and the employees at Bath and Bodyworks were top class that day! Every question answered, good recommendations, with great and speedy service. They treated me as if I were their friend which is something not many people do. I loved every second of it. Made my day and my visit worth while. You just have to see for yourself. I'm really grateful for them.

Middle-class. Nice appearance and it's pretty chill. The stores are pretty much all standard mall stores, but there are good places to eat everywhere. 1 star removed for having a Macy's and 1 other star removed for being exceptionally unexceptional.

If you are in Chandler this is a must place to visit. They have a variety of restaurants, food and activities for the kids. It’s a awesome place to go walking with friends and is super close to a lot of the attractions in Chandler.

I went to Jersey Mike's and got a sub sandwich. It was fantastic. I personally like Mike's style....you have to make sure you don't spill it on your shirt though.... otherwise you might have oil stains for your afternoon meeting and have to go through the trouble of explaining that.

Live music making it a fantastic atmosphere! A lot of stores, there's something for everyone. Many of the stores carry the same products as the other stores but at different prices so shop around before making your purchase. Other than that it's a good fun little shopping experience with good little places to eat as well.

Ample parking lot of stores from food such pizza, falafel, etc to dollar tree, nordstrom rack, nail spa, massage, haircut and chiropractic and many more All store have mask mandate. Definitely a one place to get all things done.

A very large and diverse shopping mall. Many food options- fast to higher end dine in. The Loews and Nordstrom Rack here are great. The Petsmart is nice and clean. The 5 and below store is great while the dollar store is disappointing.

They have a lot of stores here and places to eat right off the road. Highly recommend coming here if you know what stores you need to shop at because it's a great place but stores are very niche like a baby store and a shoe store and a makeup place. No overall general type stores. Those are are across the freeway.

There's a Lowe's and clothing stores- Ross and TJ Maxx, but the highlight of this plaza is the variety fo restaurants there are. There is a Chik-fil-A, Mexican El Pollo Loco, a steakhouse, etc. Lots to choose from -yummy. The interesting thing though was how busy this plaza was even on a weekday morning. It was hard to navigate in and out with lots of cars driving by. Mind you, I was in the Chik-fil-A area and quite a bit of hustle and bustle here. However, I would say pretty decent plaza; very clean parking area too.

Clean mall to find about any store you are looking for shoes, clothes, build a bear, Disney and Bath and body,Victoria secret, Lego store, and now Crayola. Food court has many options.

Seems like a bit of a ghost town with how much of it remains empty. It’s still got some really strong brands like Lululemon and Apple. It’s definitely a much nicer mall than AZ Mills but not as nice as the SanTan shopping center.

I was getting a little bit worried about this mall they had some truly bizarre pop-up shops and I thought possibly it was going downhill. But recently they've added some new wonderful stores and clean things up I'm hoping that Chandler Festival Mall will continue to be an upscale shopping experience.

Just going to Lowe's. Odd parking lot layout can be exciting, people don't pay attention to the fact that the aisles are not always straight. Some ignore the stop signs too.

We actually visited Chick-fil-a while here. We went to grab a bite for dinner and after seeing the double long drive thru lines, we decided to go inside. But, it was also very busy inside. By the time we were two from the front of the line, we saw they had a phone app you can use to order food for pickup. I was able to download the app, create an account, and order my food before the party in front of us ordered AND Our food was ready within a couple of minutes, before the other party, and we were on our way. That was such a great experience! I am looking forward to the rewards it offers, too.

I love this mall. This is such a large and spacious mall with all the major stores. The food court is pretty large and offers Mexican food to chinese. There is even an outdoor grill. Parking here is ample but findidng a close spot is a different story! The restrooms are always clean. There is also various other places around the perimeter of the mall. Like Olive garden and red Robin. You can easily kill a whole day shopping here. And with public transportation nearby just about everyone may enjoy this shopping mall.

Every day is a party at the Chandler festival strip mall. Much like other strip malls around the country, it is a strip of building, containing individual stores to buy stuff. 5/5 for the party theme. Rock on.

We actually spend a lot of time here. The Lowe's is one of our frequent stops, but the Ray road Lowe's often has not been as picked over. Also PetSmart is a frequent stop we have pets. When we do this mornings one weekends we hit the Einstein's for a breakfast sandwich. So there are lots of shops here and in proximity to many other stores around the main mall. Easy to get in and out and on the freeway. Just good location. Other restaurants there too, including fast food.

Great shopping and eating here. Some great discount shopping as they have Ross and Nordstrom Rack here, but also great eating like In-N-Out burger, Chick-fil-A, and Chedders Scratch Kitchen. Great place for holiday shopping.

I love the guys and gals at Lowe's! Super helpful!! I went in with some specs for parallette bars made from PVC and with help from Rene, our trusty guide, walked out with a finished set in less than 20 mins for less than $20.00. I'll be back!

My granddaughter and I visited the Hobby Lobby. Lots of crazy crafty cr-- curiosities inside. There are some interesting small businesses in the strip. The WalMart ruined the atmosphere of the location. (Do shop there. I'm a stockholder.) Petco is full of a very happy staff. Men's Wearhouse has a great selection of shirts and ties. The suits are decent for the prices. The restaurants look busy. So, get out of the mall and park right outside of the place you are going to visit.

Chandler festival was ok for little kids, but it was outright boring for teens/adults. I wish they had done it indoors (it was way to hot to be having FUN outdoors). The rides and games were typical.

Ever since they opened the outlet mall by Wild Horse this mall has gone down hill. I recently tried to purchase an outfit there and the lack of customer service was unreal!!! You have to ask someone to help you and the stores are dirty.

This is actually a rather unique shopping mall. It's split on two sides of a small residential street. On the west side are anchors like Lowes, Petsmart, Conn's. On the east side are anchors like Ross, TJ Maxx, and Nordstrom Rack. I tend to patronize Lowes and Petsmart more than any of the others. All in all I typically have pretty decent shopping experiences there.

I've been shopping and eating at the Chandler Festival strip mall for many years now. The hobby lobby is one of my favorite stores as they have everything you'd ever need for arts and crafts. Other than that the strip mall has Wal-Mart, Abuelos Mexican Food, Men's Warehouse and many other restaurants and stores to check out!! ***Fun fact, I used to build bmx dirt jumps and race courses with my neighborhood friends during the hot summers when it was an empty dirt lot and just across the street was a large corn field where the Chandler Mall is now!! Ooh the good ol 90's!!

Visited Chandler Festival at the corner of loop 101 and Chandler Blvd today and it was interesting for me to realize that many businesses and restaurants I had been to before I can now see them together in a collection even though they may be scattered around. In fact knowing about the individual businesses or restaurants was useful because it enabled me to identify them in a collection. The Chandler Festival holds one of the big collections and retailers among which are Low's, Pet Smart, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Shoe Makers, Dollar Tree, Pier 1 Imports, Office Max, New Balance, buy buy Baby, the Coffee Bean and many more. The restaurants include Outback steak house, Mimi's Cafe, In & Out Burger, Black Angus, NYPD Pizza, KFC, Chick-Fil-A, McDonald's and others. Similar collections with different businesses and restaurants include the Chandler Gateway Shops, Chandler Fashion Center and Chandler Village Center.
