Smooth shopping experience all around. I had to take a back way to get to the Target, due to some truck activity that was blocking the main road. It was nice to learn a new route! As always, the parking lots at Metroplex were generally clean, trees offered shaded parking spots in the heat of the afternoon, and other drivers were pretty courteous (didn't feel like I was at risk of being run over!).

Bought a laptop and printer. Salespeople were great. They worked with me comparing product reviews. Printer wasn't in stock so its ordered to be delivered to my home. This was a shopping experience I expected to be more difficult. Also signed up for the tech services Geek Squad. I'm ready.

I love this mall area. All my favorite 😍 stores....Old Navy,DSW,Target,Marshalls....all in a circle radius of each other. Shopping 🛍 could not be better. Chemical Road is now open after being closed for a while due to repair. There are many well known and popular stores and businesses in and around the mall, including fast food restaurants around the area.....you have Butler and Ridge Ave. to explore, not to mention Germantown Ave. as well. Plymouth Meeting Mall is very close in the vacinity.

This place is CONFUSING. Lots of stores. Crannies here and there. Had to use my MapQuest in the parking lot to find my destination. Maybe you'll see yours right away or maybe not..... MapQuest is you have to.

Very nice size parking lot, was hard to find for the first time driving at night. The parking lot is very well lit with security teams up and down the rows of parking to ensure a better shopping experience. You also get a wonderful selection of options to shop from in this shopping center.

Huge metroplex with lots of popular stores; Pet Smart, Lowe's, Giant, Old Navy, Target, Barns and Noble, Best Buy, and DSW Shoes, just to name a few. My only complaint, which is considerable, is the parking lot layout. Driving lanes are confusing with a lot of difficult crossings, stops, poor indicators of direction, that can cause a lot of traffic congestion and potential accidents.

The very few times I came here, I thought it was a lame shopping center but after a few times here I can tell you that there is a little but of everything. There is a best buy, target, Lowes, wine shop, five below, etc. You should stop by to check it out.

A lot of different style clothes not only in regular sizes but also in large sizes also. The time that l went l was surprised at the staff and how they answered any question you ask. 1st time l shopped at Old Navy but not my last.

Went to Giant and Target, they have a problem with cat food (wet ,Purina) seems like everytime I go into Target the wet cat food shelve gets smaller. But I still try usually having to go somewhere else for it. I like the Metroplex though. Lowe's and Aldi,Bestbuy,5 below (which some prices are over $5.00) just to mention a few stores.

Old navy went in to buy my son some tee shirts, and I left with a few shirts, but I needed more things. But I found things for my daughter that I didn't need. Girls clothes are I don't know look better Showed nicer you look and it's like they talk to you buy me and I leave spending money on the child that didn't need anything. One of the reasons I live in this area is the proximity to Metroplex. Everything we need day-to-day is available here—Target, Giant, Lowe’s, and even Barnes & Noble is still in business! Oh yeah, and of course Best Buy, how could I forget Best Buy :) Too bad Carter’s closed. There’s also a Gap store.

Went to petsmart for items for my new feline rescue. Met several friendly pet owners in line and the cashier was helpful. Signed me up for future discounts, savings and events. Pets are welcomed as there is banfield veterinarian located inside. All pets are welcome offering a wide variety of necessities and extras for your animal companion. Parking and facility is accessible in a large area without driving through entire complex.

Good go-to spot for most everyday shopping needs. It has pretty much any store that you would want to visit - Giant, Target, Petsmart, Best Buy, to name a few. There's not really anything to eat here other than the Target food court, but there's a Starbucks in the Giant and one in the Target. There may be one in the B&N too. With all the shopping, though, it can get a bit crowded in the parking lot at times.

Went to dsw shoes worked with young woman of Asian decent behind the counter. Wonderful individual who helped so much and corrected error by one of staff. She suggested and checked out several alternate things also available. Explained well and assisted in my having selected item mailed to my home. An excellent asset to any staff...Manager level.

Good store selections, our family shops there often. Target at times is too out of stock or resetting but they do a very good job with opening check out lanes when needed. The biggest issue is the lousy road and parking layout. I've seen so many near misses because drivers stuck and don't pay attention to the stop signs, which could be better marked.

Very spread out. Car will be needed the move from store to store. The road to get to this from the east is closed due to a sink hole. At rush hour, the detour can run you a half an hour. Be careful as the detour is not well marked.

Mostly, I'm glad there's a Barnes & Noble here. There are other big box stores, and a crapton of parking, making for a decent shopping experience, although needing to visit several stores there will mean lots of walking or multiple short drives and parking experiences.

I think this place offers a lot for people looking for good stores all in one spot. I looked in a few of them and they all looked great. Best Buy is great for electronics and any help you need. The best thing was adopting my cat at the Pet Smart. They were very nice and getting my cat was easy and not as expensive as other places. And, I got the best cat ever!! Of course, the store offered everything he needed to come home with as well. It's a good outdoor mall because so many things are offered.

I go to Best Buys, Lowes Target, DSW and Gap n Old Navy here. Bed, Bath and Beyond is gone there is a fine, wine and Spirits and Off the Rack and it is not good. They still need some kind of restaurant in this Metroplex! Like pizza or chick fila would be awesome! Always busy though.

This shopping center has a wide variety of stores so there's something for most if not all people. Stores range from grocery, home improvement, clothing, books, beauty, etc. Normally the stores I go into are stocked with what I need. I do wish the driving lanes were organized a little more clearly. It would also be nice to be more pedestrian friendly so shoppers could walk from store to store a little easier

Great sales prices! The only downfall is you really have to search to find their sales and discounted items. They are not in any kind of size order and it seems that all items are just stuffed on a rack together. It is sometimes difficult to find staff to assist you.

Lots and lots and lots of parking. It's a busy shopping center especially on the weekends but there is a wide variety of stores and its easy to slip in and out quickly. I wish there were more restaurants/food options here. Seems like you could transform some of that parking area into retail/restaurant space.

Metroplex Mall is a nice area with plenty of stores to visit. You can go to Best Buy, or Lowe's,plus Old Navy and Target are located in this Mall. If you want groceries there is a Giant supermarket located here plus a guitar store, and for women Ultra beauty is also located in this Mall. There is a huge parking lot and most stores are visible from the roadway. Plus there are buses from Septa that also run through the mall. Most of the stores are opened until 9pm or later. Plymouth Police patrol the parking lot if anyone wants to make sure it's safe. And Cracker Barrel is located down the Street and there are several hotels for travelers if your visiting the area. And it's located near all major highways. So if your in the area this is definitely a nice place to shop.

Good for a strip mall. An unusual balance of stores can be fund here. There is a conveniently located Guitar Center here. Many popular but somewhat unusual stores can be found here. This mall is built at a convenient crossroads and is often passed on the route to other places. It's worth taking a look as you drive by.

The mixture of stores are a nice balance giving you options on shopping day. There is an entire section on the Gallagher road side that has quite a few empty spaces. Hopefully new stores will be in by Christmas.

There is plenty of parking but as I was mostly browsing and not making large purchases, I walked to the first five stores and didn't move my car. The weather was nice and walking didn't take any more time than parking again.

The place is packed with famous essential stores. Like CVS, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and Ross etc. I'm only visiting the area but definitely good to check out this place for travel needs or just a quick stop for all in one shop.

I like that I can get to the Metroplex in just a few moments. There are a few good stores but it's lacking in some areas. I really wish a computer store like microcenter would open up so I wouldn't have to travel far for PC equipment/peripherals.

Although it is a wonderful idea to have multiple large chain stores all in close proximity, the traffic and parking becomes a nightmare especially around holidays and on weekends. Still give it four stars for the plethora of options.

This is like a gateway mall to Plymouth Meeting Mall. It's right off the exit of the Blue Route and has plenty of stores to keep us shoppers happy. My favorites are Target, DSW Shoes, Giant Supermarket and the Party Store. Cracker Barrel is right across the street and Ruby Tuesday's is on the other side.

Parking lot can be very busy and a pain to navigate if you're unfamiliar (especially with targets current renovations taking up alot of space right now) but the selection of stores is good and its close to conshy, plymouth and norristown so its convenient. Target, barnes and noble, ulta and lowes are my favorites! The giant in this complex on the other hand went way down in quality of service and store space, it's always unorganized and there's barely any cashier lanes open, associates are mostly miserable and it's now much more expensive than target so if you're heading to the metroplex for groceries, targets the better choice financially and service wise. Selections not as vast but I still prefer it over that particular giant location nowadays. Or visit Giant at ridge and butler which is great.

There's a good selection of stores, and several transit lines serve the shopping center. There's a good amount of parking, and it's close to the Plymouth Meeting Mall.
