Out Standing in a field

If it wasn't for Pottery Barn and my wife, I wouldn't have ever gone into this mall. It's tiny and quiet. A very nice mall and they have very nice sitting area...as that is where I am waiting to find out how much I saved!

Technically, it's NOT "Regency Court" anymore, but is now "Regency Shopping Center." This used to be Omaha's upscale mall 30+ years ago, but has sort of faded as high-end stores and restaurants have found trendier and newer areas in Omaha. Likewise, people in Omaha with money have found other areas to live besides Regency. It's still popular with the same people that frequented it in its heyday, but they're all 60+ now. It was never a big mall nor did it ever even had any department store "anchors" as it typical with malls. Four things keep people coming here: Borsheim's, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and the restaurants. Mostly because this is the only Nebraska location for those brands. Kinaara is a recent addition and is a damn tasty Indian restaurant, so check it out. However, if you're looking for a big selection of stores, then the nearby Westroads Mall is probably a better option.

I go to eat at Paradise Cafe. Wonderful tuna salad sandwiches. They also bake gluten free breads if you are gluten sensitive. With every order you place they give you a free chocolate chip cookie which are not gluten free. You can ask for a different kind of cookie they make if you don't like chocolate chip cookies, are allergic to chocolate or just want to try something new. I always can't wait until spring when they start making their lemon cookies again. I have asked the management on several occssions to please make them all year round with no success. They are not that sweet but they are to die for! They only make these lemon cookies in the spring and summer months so get them while you can. You can always freeze them and then when the craving hits just pop them in the microwave to soften the sugars. Staff is always hard working and pleasant.

This place is great! I'm all about the comfy chairs scattered throughout the common spaces. They are great for feeding infants or simply waiting for the wife to finish picking out new curtains at Pottery Barn. My two spots I always have to visit is borsheims and Pottery Barn Kids. The other shops are great too. I love the cookies at Paradise bakery for a snack; either for you or to placate the 5 yr old.

Beautiful, lovely, and timeless are words I would use to describe this shopping area. Relaxing areas to sit, a great selection of stores to shop, places to eat, and all under one roof. It's not overwhelming like a large mall, smaller and easier to navigate - especially if you're in a time limit.

For many years this has been a well-located upscale mall that has just the right of glitz and glam without being out of the financial reach of most middle to upper class folks. Really unique gifts, and wonderful eateries.

We visit each year for photos with their Santa (everyone else too! Be sure to go off-hours) but the whole place... smells? Not bad, just prevalent.

This is a high end gathering of stores. The inside is like a large country Lodge. Huge beams made of wood give it a warm homey feel. Nice respite from the cold as you go from store to store.

Super fancy mall. Always a nice place to be. One of the fanciest shopping malls in the area. With very high quality products. Some big stores like Pottery Barn. Other local shops like Borshiems. Happens to be one of the largest jewelry stores in the country. Berkshire parties during the big weekend get pretty wild!

High end, spread out mall with a traditional Mall type strip with two legs perpendicular to each other the rest is various buildings spread over an area, with parking lots in between buildings approximately two blocks long. With a whole foods grocery store as the north-East Anchor Store. Many of those shops are detail oriented and high-end but overall great shopping if that's what you're looking for. Also inside the traditional strip there is a small food court.

You have to know this place is specialty/niche oriented. Borsheims anchors one end,Paradise Bakery on the other end,and a bunch of boutique stores in the middle- including one of my favorites- Williams Sonoma. Pricey, but quality attire and gadgets.

Well kept shopping center with nice stores, some of which can't be found elsewhere in Omaha. I love Williams Sonoma. Great place for Xmas shopping. Santa very popular here for families.

My daughter and I go every year to visit Santa at the Regency Court. The Santa is amazing, Mollie Kay Photography is great. The whole experience is amazing - we will be coming back every year because of this event.

Nice mall. Went there to get sneakers. Got some Air Jordan's for my nephew. Friendly people, the guy at the shoe store was extremely patient and very helpful.

Find the 'secret' waterfall! Not really secret but not easy to stumble upon as it was when I was a kid. Still holds a warm place in my heart and thankful they haven't decommissioned it and actively keep it running.

Small, but quaint. The afternoon shopkeepers were friendly. We were practically the only ones shopping, so I wonder if they'd even give a greeting if it were busier. Nonetheless, Regency is an Omaha staple and it's ritzy.

An Omaha Treasure! The Regency is a must during the holidays, it’s very festive and there’s usually someone playing holiday music on the piano. There’s a great collection of stores and unique shops.
