My go-to store! Always has been and always will be. Pros: Good prices, lots of options, most employees are helpful, and if something doesn't ring up as displayed, they have no problem fixing it. (I take a picture of the sale price label just in case there are issues at check out). Cons: lacking staff, customer service closes early at many locations, some employees are not helpful.

Couldn't find anything in this store!!! Seemed to be built backwards... But this is not where i normally shop... Decently clean... NO REGISTERS OPEN!!! HAD TO WAIT IN LINE AND CHECK OUT MYSELF!!! Flowers were super picked through but i went in the evening and it's Valentine's day... So... That was my bad prob for putting off too long...

This is probably my favorite bakers in Omaha. It never seems to be overly crowded they have a huge selection in their bakery and Delhi, Fresh fish fresh meat, I literally drive out of my way to go to this location and I will continue to do

I went shopping at Baker's supermarket located in plaza north. This location also has a Planet Fitness in the plaza as well. This Baker location here was very clean and the meat department employee was very courteous and professional I believe his name was Eric. Also this location have a floral department that is very well maintained with a big variety of plants and pretty flowers

It makes a better customer experience when you have the option to self checkout or by a real person.. I can buy a full cart and not have to deal with self checkout only like Walmart

I usually go to the Bakers on 168th and Dodge because they have a better variety and fresher produce, but I met several employees there that really did a great job and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would have given this review 5 Stars, but the location is in a dilapidated area and the building and store need a serious makeover.

Surprised by how nice the cheese selection is at this location. Produce options need work. I don't ever buy meat here. I go here for services at customer service that are not at other Stores. Grab basics like milk and frozen gluten free items they don't have other stores.

They have more of a variety of products than the 72nd location. Deli eell stock and 32 bottle water was 3/$10.00 brand Puritan. Never have I seen this elsewhere. Store very clean and customer service friendly and fast.

Very nice staff. Went in for a 12 of Coke and it happened to be on sale 3/$11... so I managed to gather 3 in my arms... dropped one, the nice man at self checkout picked it up and got me a mini-cart, no hesitation, without me asking.

Friendly employees, like the layout of the store (the entry can get hard to maneuver around sometimes when there's special deals they're trying to draw attention to), & enjoy having custom sushi made the way I want it!! The only thing I dislike is that the checkout lanes are pretty tight when trying to unload the cart onto the belt because the end caps that hold magazines are awkward/take up more room than other Bakers stores, but I can still get around.

It's ok I guess it's kinda ghetto but stores are convenient there's a svdp, bakers, papa Murphys, some kid jumpy place, great clips fnbo across the street, dollar general and a whole nother plaza

So often I am late getting back to my ride....not this time. I had not been in this store, Baker's, before. This generally means it takes twice as long to find anything. The aisles are generously marked. When I still couldn't find what I was looking for, I only had to move over an aisle to ask an employee. Employees were plentiful + extremely helpful.

I have driven past other Baker's just to get to this one. Might be because I'm familiar with it, but they do have friendly staff. I do wiah though they didn't waste so many plastic bags. I don't need 6 bags for 10 items. :/ One of many reasons I try to remember to bring my own.

It's a great place to have your kids burn off that energy from being stuck in the house. We took our 7 yo grandson. We paid for the hour, which was 13.99. We paid 20.00 ish in total. They make you buy socks even if you are a spectator. Saturday and Sunday are the busy times.

Love shopping at bakers with their 10 for $10 deal. Staff is nice and they always have stuff on stock. We enjoy going to hong hing in the plaza as well for lunch buffet. Great place to eat and they're so nice.

While I love Baker's Simple Truth Organic products, that is all I buy there. They have terrible produce that rots within 2 days of buying it (if it isn't already rotted) and they keep products on the shelves well past their sell by dates, for full price. The majority of the baggers put delicate items like bread, eggs, bananas, etc in the same bag with heavy items like canned goods, smashing the softer items. The three stars are a split between the great Simple Truth organic foods and everything else.

Most grocery stores have a simple mission being available for you to find and purchase the food stuffs you are looking for. Its not like its premium service at a gas station. Bakers are the run of the mill common OK place to buy your groceries and except for having to be a member of their silly Baker's plus club their prices are comparable or a little better.

Amazing store, the produce is amazing, and the Produce team are always working hard to get the products out. Literally the only store to be stocked with produce for the last min shoppers on christmas Eve.

Although Baker's is not my favorite store to shop at. Sense they are located along my daily commute, I do find myself stopping here more times than not. On a more positve note, the daily price for a gallon of milk is $1.20-$1.50. Low star rating, is due to there shelving/stocking methods. If you have not been here before and need to grab something quick, this may not be the place for you. Mattter of fact your best bet would be to drive out of the way to a different store and save time from searching for the pizza sause thats no 65530am 665 to be found by the crust. When all else fails just remember to look up high and down low to. You'll be surprised to some of the unique locations they have come up with.

This bakers wasn't very busy at the time that we were there but the store was extremely dirty stuff all over the floors there was a mess in two separate aisles that nobody was tending to when I told a worker about the broken pickle jar he said yeah someone will get to it

Went to Bakers. The store needs to be updated.. I've been at many other Bakers in Omaha and this is the oldest and hasnt been updated for going on 30 years.. Its close to home and i like all the employees very nice but Kroger won't put money into it why. I know it makes money its always packed with. Faithful customers like me 30+ years and there are many longer customers!! Fix up the place or move to the old shopko or Gordmens!!! Up date the place!!
