Reviews of The Shops at Atlas Park
It's definitely not Mall of America and definitely not even the best shopping center in Queens, but it's definitely a nice and open-spaced center to spend time with friends and family when it's nice out. The selection of stores, restaurants, and activities are fairly limited (as it's not a mall, but just a shopping center), but it's still worth coming to if you know where you want to go and what you want to buy.
I visited a few stores like HomeGoods and Five Below and had California Pizza Kitchen for lunch which was pretty good. There are some cheaper dining options too if you don't want to go to a sit down restaurant like Subway and Starbucks.
My favorite mall in queens, I love the outdoor and indoor options. There's always lots of different activities available for everyone of every ages. I had one of my daughter's birthday party on the grass area one year ✨️
Great place to come one a nice day. Enjoy the soft astro-turf lawn where kids can run and play. The indoor and outdoor parking options are good. 15 minutes free outdoor parking if you just need to make a quick stop. A few sit down dining options and a number of quick snack options too.
When it first opened it had a better vibe and aesthetic. Now, some shops look a little run down the main court yard looks like a storage. They can easily provide winter bubble seating for either restaurants or for convenience. They can do better! It looks like they're giving up.
I won't consider it a mall per say... but, it's a nice shopping center. Lots of open space. You can get wedding dresses, tuxedos, clothing, makeup, house stuff. There's also places to eat. Such as Chili's and Auntie Anne's.
This is a clean and family friendly shopping area. There is free 15 minute parking in the center of the circular complex and regular hourly rated parking in the large indoor parking lot on the side of the complex. There’s a mix of small mom and pop shops and brand name stores. There are a lot of teenagers hanging out during after school hours but still a pleasant place to visit for an afternoon out.
When Atlas Mall opened there were a lot of good stores. Now not so much. The location is good, there's a parking garage with reasonable rates for parking.
Security is a joke. Too many people double parking and security does nothing.
Great little shops to buy goodies at. Unfortunately not all stores made it from the pandemic, hopefully they will all recover from it soon. We need more fun stores there again.
You can get 15 minutes free parking. We went looking for a back pack; could not find it; found a clean public bathroom. Nice plaza, I did not have time to look around. After 15 minutes you have to pay for parking; I have to think that it might be expensive, but I do not know.
I love this place great for hanging out ,have lots of convenient stores my favorite are Homegoods and tjmaxx
Great place to shop, eat, roller skating. Multiplex Theatre. Family fun!
Love Chili's Restaurant and my granddaughter cannot get enough of 5 Below. Very nice store. And, Home Goods need to visit w/out granddaughter.
Great place it you have kids! They have a lot of stuff to do like roller skating, arcade , movie theater and some other stuff. Some nice restaurants n stores to shop at like foot locker n 5 below.
Atlas mall is a very nice family mall many stores, movie theater kids friendly weekend best day to go.
You have multiple of my favorite shops in this place. Five Below, HomeGoods and Ulta Beauty. They also have a lawn and roller skating rink with a beer garden. Sometimes that have live music during the summers and movies. Oh yeah Starbucks for those long day. I can send a whole day here shopping while my teenager hangs out with friends.
Nice place to shop. Not really a mall or shopping center, but more of a calm place to window shop
The have my favorite stores Home Goods and TJ Max I went to Five Below and I even went to spectrum to activated my cellphone . My shopping therapy was good I find a few bargains . Happy shopping
Great open space. Had the Halloween trunk or treat asking with autism awareness. Everyone was so friendly and tons of things to do .
Nice quaint outdoor mall with seating areas and space for children. Assortment of different stores, some hung around the out stretches such as the animal shelter and black and white clothing store. The atmosphere is unique and welcoming. Theres Regal Cinemas which is usually not too busy. HomeGoods Starbucks, TJ Maxx and the Central square.
Visited Americans best for eyeglasses and an adjustment. The staff here are very nice. I just wish they had a better selection of frames
The outside parking should be free...You spend more time getting in and out...
Super fun! Those 8min rounds felt like forever. Definitely had fun! Also bring a extra shirt so that u don't sweat your good shirt out
Although I wish Atlas had more stores and cafes, it still provides a nice atmosphere. Makes you want to shop and spend time with family and friends. When the weather gets nice, they do family events on the grass with zip lining, wall rock climbing, and trampoline jumping for kids. Great spot to spend part of your day on a weekend.
Check out laser bounce for a great time with your kids, play laser tag and then have fun trying all the arcade games . Or you can check out all the shops for great items & gifts .
Great food shopping and family fun. Arcade and skating ring.
Always a pleasure to go here. Bummed that Johnny Rockets is no longer there but I still enjoy going. Caught a movie and dinner.
A nice mall that due to the structures, makes you feel like you're not in Queens when you are in the mall. Has a unique assortment of stores, some known and some that you don't see often. The mini park in the middle has events going on throughout the year and they have a few beer spots in rhe mall!
Parkong is horrible.5 monutes$ 3.00. Was planjng to drice throufh drop off my children. There was a problem with a machine and a line ti go out
Good neighborhood place to shop watch a movie enjoy a nice meal with your friends or family ⚓️
Great for shopping. I love coming here even when I have nothing specific to buy.
Nice place to hang out with the kids, especially during Summer Season. They have a big lawn made of fake grass where you can just hang out with the family. There’s a roller skating rink where you can skate for as long as you want and you just pay once. There’s California pizza, Chili’s, Coldstone Creamery and Auntie Anne’s. There’s a nice bookstore called the Bookary I believe, that’s very welcoming and the ladies are super nice. Kids can hang out there and sit down, read a book, play with toys or shop for a book.
Atlas Park is a nice little shopping center. I recommend it for families.
I was at Bee's art and crafts for a celebration birthday. Its a nice place to have a fun birthday for your kid drawing and get a bit dirty with colorful paint 🎨. …
It's a small mall with about a dozen of noteworthy stores. The mall itself is very clean and organized. Parking outside can get pretty hectic cause there's only one way out so I would recommend parking in the garage.
Nice selection of shops & restaurants
Parking is free under 30 mins
Family friendly
Excellent Experience at this Mall! This mall is very safe in the Glendale Area and it's probably NYC's Secret Mall.
Small mall with all the things you will need. Nice place to walk around for a spell.
I love this place! I feel so relaxed whenever I shop here
If you're looking for a place to take the family with great things to do, a live DJ AtlasPark is the place to do it.
love this place so far is the only mall mall worth the visit in the Glendale area. El unicorn mall que vale la pena en el are de Glendale
Amazing. Boutiques are convenient, perfect selection of dining, great atmosphere, plenty of outdoor activities all year around (my daughter just experience zip lining, rock climbing, and air bouncing for the first time here), and plenty of parking! 5 Stars!
Went to pick k up my eye glasses at America's Best. You have to check out. Great deals and decent glasses. I got 2 pairs with 1 yr warranty for both, New frames and eye exam, along g with anti-glare, scratch resistance, UV protection for under $250. Check it out. They take insurance, but their deals better than what my insurance offered. Then went to Chili's took some food home.
It’s cool, but they have to control all this kids with the stupid bikes 🚴 driving like maniacs …
There's so much to do here. I'm looking forward to my next trip back!
If you don't like enclosed malls.
This place is great 😊 .
Never back to back.
The center keep teens or non buyers
In a comfortable open space with a great view.
Right now they are doing summer skating . N in the winter they do a tree 🎄
I love this place!
I perused 5 and below, One of the best!. Worth checking out.
I really love this mall despite the fact that is small. It is quaint and they have a nice variety of shops. Personally, I’d like to see a couple more restaurants but overall, it’s always clean, there is security presence at all times. It’s friendly and I love coming here with family, friends or on my own.
This review is for the outside bar at atlas mall its called " copper beer garden" great place for kids to catch a meal or play in there sitting area. They have corn hole, tictac toe spinners and awesome chicken fingers , now lets talk about there 🍟 , I do not like french fries , yet my order came before the drink so I know that it was not the drinking that made those fries taste amazing. May I say hardly no oil on my fingers and the season was perfect. Now for the beer it was great my Manley friend said he especially enjoyed the fall ale from the spouts. Another gentlemen had there tall canned beer and commented on the amazing aroma and light taste. I had the sangria which seen to be mixed with a beer and fresh green apples, very good and strong and thats why i might cut myself off at 2 next time . on week days this place is open till 10pm and later if there a crowd.there fore on weekends as late as 1am. Family owned the bar tender was very nice , and very helpful .now there next coming event. Is July 7 2019 which is a pig on a spit or pig roast. This event will be starting at 12pm the first serving is at 2:00pm and every half hour after that till 4:30pm . This event is done once a month so if you miss this month the next chance to do so is in august. So DONT MISS IT. Every weekend they have live bands doing some light 90s music. There two sections for family to sit and there the bar spilts between .hockey was enjoy by. Use before the bar closed. The only reason. I gave this place 4 stars because there is no bathroom outside , so make sure you find the public bathroom in the mall and no where it is before you start consuming. The mall has improved in the last year. And holding more events like lawn 🎥. Now if we can get more retailers in the empty stores.
Atlas park is so relaxing to visit in your free time. I usually go here because of TJ Maxx Home goods, Five Below, and Forever 21. It's not as bussy as any other mall which is great and there is also a movie theater which is a huge plus if you feel in the need to see a new movie. (It's a regal cinema company movie theater). Overall an amazing relaxing place.
This mall has everything! From fashion to food, you name it. Even a theater! I love going here, it never disappoints.
I would consider this place less of a shopping center, more of a mini entertainment center.
A Starbucks, handful of restaurants and open space with fake grass make it a nice hangout.
Also they have tesla charging stations and even offer free parking if you leave under 30 minutes.
Great place with parking. You can eat and shop in one place
I visited the Rainbow store and was really impress how neat the store was and plenry of merchandise. A store associate unpacking new merchandise as well. Friendly staff and nice environment to shop. My return was handled quickly and efficient beside not having a pen handy i had my own pen .
Great shopping from A to Z. Love the place, just wish they had better sales more often,
It’s a small mall but I love that is like a small village you walk around the stores like TJ Max, Forever 21 ,Aunties Pretzels, Chili’s and theirs a Regal teatral and bars ,, very nice to shop and have a nice time.
This place is a hidden gem for folks in the neighborhood. Love that it doesn't get too crowded, but I have to wonder how the business stay in business since it is so quietly tucked away.
Nice but small selection of food places and dessert shops. A couple of good restaurants too. Currently there is also a roller rink set up with rentals. In the last there was a zip line set up in the front lot.
Great variety of stores and restaurants. We always enjoy dinner, starbucks and a visit to home goods and TJ Max. Our kids love going to 5 below. In warmer days, you can enjoy the outdoor area and fake grass. I love that they have several activities through the summer too.
Really nice place to hang out watch a movie shop grab a bite to eat
one of the best places to go. it’s pretty fun and it looks cool. buy some good and eat it at a little secluded elevator room near the bookstore/fancy chandelier thing. no one goes there except for saturday’s
Nice small place. Just needs more entertainment activities here and probably a store like best buy
Took my mother to Miracle Ear, next to HomeGoods. It was fine. The parking garage was an absolute mess. The outside quick park lot which we usually use was closed, we went inside. It's not well lit and overall very creepy at the time we went, around 5pm. On the way out, most of the marked exits were blocked, coned off. We ended up turning around twice while following the exit signs and eventually had to go up a few levels to find an exit that was open. Overall a very confusing and uncomfortable experience for us.
Excelent place for take fresh air and spend with your family and buy a few things
There's an arcade called laser bounce. Kids of all ages love it. Bouncy house and ball pit for the younger kids. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
Laser bounce omg. They are the best way better than Chuck E. Cheese if you have bigger kids. They have laser tag and vr. I played with my kids and had a blast. The ball area was top notch and so was the bounce area. Only flaw is it’s cold but you can’t count that Bc that means no germs no funk . This place is cheap easy to get to and outside they have a gigantic picnic area with year round grass to play catch or baseball or even volleyball all at once with more than enough space and shops to keep everyone happy
I've been going here since 2006 and while it is fun and airy, not once has it ever looked anything more than a half-empty mall. There's still places you can put stores in, and some places I've never even seen them filled.
For the first time going there it was nice. I went to see Morbius. We sat there for more than a half-hour, only to be told that we were in the wrong the place. Someone didn't up date the web site to let people know that the 1:28 pm show was canceled and moved to 2:30 pm. And that showing was in another theater room. But other that that it was great.
Nice atmosphere just not a lot of choices in stores.
Its a great place to do many things in one. Eating, movies, shopping, lounging, and fun activities for the kids. The only reason I don't give it the 5 stars is because the parking is to expensive.
Nice spot. My family loved it. It was like going out of town in town..kinda
A semi-hidden Gem in Glendale, NY. always cool events for Children and Adults, lots of shopping spots and good eats !!! All seasons
Excellent prices at TJ Max and Home Goods was able to find everything for my granddaughter
Had my favorite shops there...Ulta and Rainbow shops.
The problem with the shops at Atlas Park is that they charge for parking and it's very confusing getting in and out of the mall. The park itself is very nice looking and enjoyable to relax in. The stores are the same stores that you can get in most of the malls.
Love going there
It’s cute and u find good stuff. Restaurants Movies icecream cloths makeup and home goods
A variety of places to shop it's cool you can buy clothes, furniture, shoes, and roller skate, eat ice cream, and even watch a movie i love Atlas mall
When I don't want to go to Queen center mall. Atlas park is sufficient. Forever 21 , Coldstone creamery, Regal Cinema and California pizza, Five below, Pot noodle shop are the places I frequent. I utilize the underground parking instead of the open area parking. It's faster to pay the parking ticket at the machines when leaving then waiting until you get to the barrier to pay
It has a Movie theater and a TJMax; How do people in New York afford to go to the Movies? Tickets were $16 dollars a piece. Yikes!
Always a great area. Chili's, TJ MAXX, Regal theatres and more.
Really enjoy a family day at this mall especially with the kids.
Great place to go with your family. They have LaserBounce and a movie theater, they also have restaurants and an outdoor roller skating rink. Parking was decently priced and a lot of empty spaces when I went. Recommend checking it out if you want a nice family outing.
Beautiful clean mall and a big artificial grass fields you can play on with your grand children while everybody shops lol
Not nice mall it has it all good food movies activities is a nice outing
It's a small spot where you can do pretty much whatever you'd want, decent crowds and places to eat, even for not having much variety. It's kinda the "low-end" high life spot if you wanted some time to yourself, it's very quiet in the morning time so to me, that's the best time to go.
Wonderful place to take your family on a stroll
i absolutely love it here!!
The Shops at Atlas Park is a wonderful place to shop anything for young or family could feel welcome to take their time and get what they are looking for.
Visited Ashley Furniture and they have other great stores at Atlas Park. Home Goods, Forever 21, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Rainbow is there now -as well some other shops
Good stores like for example Home Gods, restaurants and movie theater
Celebrated my Best Friend son 5th Birthday at Laser Bounch. Alot of different arcade games, lazer tag, Boweling and you can Bounch yoir life away. The only thing is you have to be 54inc to Bounch. So if your kid is over 4 ft 6 inch tall and is 9 yrs , he out of luck with bouncing lol, but he can do other things tho.
Nice place. Very clean. Good shops to choose from, although could use some higher end stores. White House Black Market is the best retail store.
Very nice clean lots of things to do with kids or just grown ups. Parking is easy but you have to pay to park. The theater is nice and it’s nice that there are many restaurants to go either before or after a movie. Great to walk around for a date night as well and end with Starbucks in tow. There’s also ice cream shop and on weekends they usually do little events for kids.
Such a pretty mall. Always kept clean and with a good variety of shops. I love hanging out in the grass patches and walking around. There are also lots of excellent food choices. Also, there’s plenty of paid parking spots to choose from.
Did not see many stores open so I can rate it based on what I saw outside in its premises. Nice grass spot in the center that could be used for activities such as quick wedding photos that someone happened to be using it that way when I visited. Streets were clean and was quiet. There was a long line of customers leading to the Forever 21 store area.
Went to chills on this day and I had a wonderful time the hostess was super sweet and the waitress... on yea them Buffalo wings were amazing and I had a ranch burger from the picture on tge menu I thought it was a single patty but when the server came out with the burger it was super big I took half home... lol great place!!!
This place is great! Plenty of stores to shop at and all the different kinds of restaurants are very attracting. Plus a movie theater and cold stone right upstairs! Perfect combination! I love the little arcade for kids, super clean and friendly. Parking isn’t so hard either, there’s plenty of parking in their lot.
I love this place. It's a little of everything. My kids like coming here. They always have a different activity them to do on the grass. This time they have roller skating. They have a couple of clothing stores, home stores, ulta and restaurants.
Pace is nice. Don't like the parking situation
Cool little mall/shopping center with the only real Chili's restaurant in NYC !!
Large variety of places. Definitely a good hangout area
Fun place to go to. It needs more people to attend since the surrounding stores need business to survive. Atlas Park has plenty of paid parking, restrooms, restaurant, ice cream parlor, kids' remote control cars, benches and it is ADA accessible. Families often come and enjoy amenities. Hopefully the movie Theater opens soon. The Shops at Atlas Park also have 8 Tesla Superchargers onsite. The New York Blood Bank has a location there too for blood donations.
Visited few days ago, and they currently have a REALLY NICE ROLLERSKATING RINK--RENAL AVAILABLE) SET UP FOR ALL AGES, WITHIN THE "GREEN" LAWN SPACE.
Not too crowfed at the time-Saturday Afternoon 3pm or so...
Would recommend for children of all ages😊 …
I've been going to this mall for several years now. I love the movie theater & the Chili's in there. I also love the Tjmaxx over there. I've taken a couple of my friends there, & they were so happy to discover a new mall, that they've never been to, & I was happy to be a part of that moment for them.
We t to America's Best eyeglass place. Got a great deal forc2 prs of glasses with frames and eye exam included.
Mid size mall with beautiful play area for kids. Parking rate is not that bad, paid $5.00 for about 1 hour. Not sure if it's flat rate.
The stores are fine, although a lot of the quality ones have closed. The biggest problem are the groups of kids on bikes who come through en masse and buzz the people trying to walk around. The guards do nothing about it. It's horribly unsafe, especially if you're visiting with little kids.
My favorite store that I love to go inside and checkout what has come in, its hands down Home Goods. You can never go wrong visiting there. Atlas is very small mall but it does a few good shops. Its a nice place to be at for a couple of hours.
I actually really like this place. My friend brought me once to the movie theater and I ended up coming back over and over. The little shops and restaurants are just right. It's like a little secret in the middle of Queens. I use to bike here and it's pretty convenient. Clean with a great atmosphere. The movie theater isn't the fanciest but it's clean and good enough compared to many others around the city.
Love this place! The atmosphere, the stores, and just the feeling of not even being in NYC when I'm there. My family and I have been going since it opened and will continue to do so. Also love the outdoor activities in the summertime like yoga and Tai Chi.
Cute shopping center with stores like Homegoods and T.J.Maxx, Ulta, White house Black market, plus places to eat like Subway, California Pizza Kitchen, Cold Stone Creamery and Starbucks. There is a small outdoor roller skating rink that is not very good. They use large plastic tiles for the floor and it's not easy to skate on them at all. It's a bit bumpy and not smooth for skating, after 10 min I was disappointed and done! I don't recommend this rpller rink at all. The mall is nice but there are a lot of empty stores. Overall it's a nice mall.
Beautiful. Still looks like it's under renovation. Hopefully they add a kids park in the middle. Parking can be pricey depending how long you stay.
It is an open air shopping mall. Decent amount of stores. There is also a movie theater and a Chili's. For a young couple it's a good date location. No food or drug store.
I have not been back for a few years, and holy smokes, this mall had a makeover for sure! New stores everywhere and it was so populated with people hanging out in the outdoor seating area. Beautiful space. We caught a movie here and released some energy at the bounce house before heading to dinner.
I don't appreciate that parking is no longer free.
Great for shopping, food, and spending time with your kids.
Had a great time skating! The music was great, skating aids were useful, and there's plenty to do! Looking forward to the Halloween activities
One of the best pan Asian restaurants with consistent quality and portion size. Chicken katsu curry is very good.
I go here for regal theater but the shopping areas are usually always clean. Parking is easy there’s also usually parking around the mall so you don’t have to pay for the parking inside. Overall love going here usually empty good crowd when it’s packed nice atmosphere!
Great stores.. Always a beautiful woman to meet and talk nice things wit.. and a Cold Stone Creamery to top it off.. Nuff Said!!! GO ALREADY!!!
Beautiful outlet with very large selection of stores to choose from for every member of the family
You can not go wrong with outlet discounted prices No Doubt
Google it and you will see what's available sorry no pics there were to many bags to carry and not enough body's with free arms HA
This place has improved a lot. This place is always crowded. Understandably so because this small mall has some really good places to eat.
Once you enter this shopping center, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported out of New York to a more sunny, beautiful place like Los Angeles. This is the type of mall that you can walk around outside leisurely, or perhaps take a rest on the open lawn. Beautiful architecture with a wide range of stores and eating establishments. Parking does have a fee, so park on the streets if you can. But overall, great place!
Love coming here. There are several very good restaurants like chillies and California pizza kitchen. They have Starbucks and a lot of clothing shops. My favorite part of the mall is the Movie theater! Its clean and always has the latest movies. Parking is not free but there is indoor and outdoor parking.
I love this shopping area. My daughter loves all the little rides. Places to eat plenty of shopping.
Nice place. Good stores. The place is kept nice and clean and very reasonable parking rates. I paid $1 for an hour👍 …
When you visit here, it feels like you're somewhere else. Like the shops in Florida or Texas. Clean, inviting. Stores are mainly outside and there's a huge green lawn in the middle. Typically, there are many events for kids & adults here. I like the selection of stores here.
We went for the Trunk and Treat event held on Halloween. It was moved into the parking garage due to inclement weather. Was the first time we have gone to this type of event. It was great. What a wonderful event!! Kids had a great time and they definitely want to do it again next year!! Thank you to whomever put this event together.
I love the atmosphere. With all the new shops and recent construction, its a great place to spend a day with the family. Everything is close enough to be walking distance and yet open enough where you can relax on the grass and have a picnic if you want.
Great place for family time, laser bounce is a great place for kids to burn up extra energy while having fun. Also, there are a variety of places to eat or have a quick snack while shopping!
They had a lot to see. Each store is pretty big. They also have food and entertainment so you could pretty much spend the whole day here. They also have a nice lounging space with grass.
Small place, but full of options.
TJ Max, 5 below, movies, Chillis, Home goods, parking in doors and out, restrooms and much more.
As I said, it's a small area but packed with lots of good shopping options.
There's also a new swimming school fit children and a great $5 or below store with lots of self check out registers. Outside play area for the kids during non winter months.
Very nice place, clean and quite a couple of stores that you can buy most things that you need, beautiful area, parking is not expensive - Home Goods, Ulta, Starbucks, Five Below, Pizzerias, Forever 21 just have to go online for a full list of stores.
Its a very clean place and has its own parking lot which is convenient. They also have a free 15mt courtesy lot outside in front of the mall incase you just need to run in and out . The mall had clean bathrooms plus an amazing hub lockers. Has/ had a movie theater. Chili's.. and other shops . My only one issue with this place? Not enough name brand stores
Feels like the mall is dying with its lack of stores... maybe a GAP? or a UNIQLO..or other stores would bring more public to the place.. it seems they have a lot of empty stores which could be filled.
Over all a nice place to go shop at the limited amount of stores they have to offer
Its amazing! Love the variety of food you can find here. You have your everyday stores here even a deli!! The movie theater is here as well. Wish there were more stores though. But overall very satisfied. And lets not mention how clean it always looks.
I like this mall. It has all of the stores that my daughter and I love. The movie theater is great. There's Claire's, Ulta, Five Below, Forever 21, Home Goods and many other great stores. Parking is not very expensive. I like going there.
Took my kids for the first time to the movies to see toy story 4 and it was great they loved it .. i paid $6 for a kids snack box which came with popcorn , juice and fruit snacks .. can't wait to take them again
Very nice Open Door Mall. There is a nice open space for kids to run and play. In the summer there are activities and there is tons of parking. I haven't actually sat down to eat at any of the locations except for California Pizza Kitchen. There is a long wait over the weekend to get a table but as with any restaurant that caters to kids on weekends that's pretty much what you're looking forward to.
I have coming here since I was a child. Great place to bring family. Good restaurants, plus they have a movie theater that's clean. They also have good spots that you can buy home goods around the house. Its not too buys and you can always find parking .
A lot of good shops it's clean and I love going to the movies here
Very nice outdoor mall however I was disappointed that tj maxx did NOT have appropriate sized bag for my purchase AND did not have canvas bags in stock and readily available boooo them and 5 below had slow checkout and the store appearance was atrocious but other than that I had a good experience at other stores
The stores at this mall are slightly more high end. The place stays afloat because of its movie theatre. The big name eateries seem to have good staying power as well. Otherwise, the stores here have a pretty moderate turn over rate. It has a pretty aesthetic. Well kept.
Pretty good items at very good price
The Shops are never overly crowded, and is a good place for your teens to hang out on a weekend night. They have a decent amount of shops, but not as much as the Queens Center Mall. Better in the summer as this is an outdoor mall. Good low key Starbucks location.
This shopping area has many places to enjoy. From ice cream to Starbucks, and even pretzels, yum! Even if you're the type to window shop this is a great place to see and enjoy the company. This is a very friendly 😊 place to come and enjoy with other's, and who knows you might meet someone new. Please enjoy. …
I just love it! Very decent little shopping mall, depends on what you're looking to buy, not really a place for guys (except the foot locker on site).
First time back in a while and sad to see some stores closed most likely due to pandemic but overall good time there.
Beautiful layout. Quiet. Stores originally were high end. Did not fit the community needs. They have changed somewhat to fit but not quite there. Parking fees are the turn off. I can get same shopping experience at Gateway Center Erskine st. With free parking of you don't mind the noise
Great mall in the center of Queens. The Mall hosts a number of great stores which include Home Goods and a Regal Cinema. There is a good amount of parking, and if you are staying for less than an hour, the parking is free. The Mall area itself is always very clean and well kept. It is easily assessible from multiple entrances and can be seen easily from the road. There is nothing bad to say about this location.
Wish it had some better shops but it's a beautiful area. Also they thend to have fun activities for kids in the summer. Live the movie theater there and it has some good dining for dates or gatherings.
There's also plenty of parking and is accessible by bus.
I love this place! I I just wish they had more stores here including a Whole Foods and a farmers market.
I love all the shops and the various & random events hosted in the square.
I'd love to see some sort of a bookstore, music store, electronic store, toy collectors shop, Express shop, H & M, pet shop, and an eatery that offers healthier meal options.
Well I love the below five store and best part is the theater. Enjoyed a the movies there 😊 …
Nice setup but needs better stores and/or kiosks. Not much to do here. Needs some other kind of entertainment. Needs security to control all the reckless teenagers.
Great place to dine with family, or with friends.
Nice place for kids and families alike during the summer months. The only negative is parking isn't free if you're looking to stay for more than an hour. Sometimes, depending on time of day, you get some unsavory characters coming by here. Some people just think the world revolves around them and acts like idiots. Ignore them and you'll have a good time here.
Ive been going to this mall for a very long time. You have to go during fall, spring and especially summer to appreciate its aesthetics. Not good for shopping but great to bring the kids, family or a date for movies and dinner. Parking outside the mall is best because they over charge to park on the premise.
Love this mall. And is so close to me in Queens, NY
I like the Home Goods at this mall. However, I am unhappy about paying for parking after the 15 minutes or 30 minutes ( depending on where your park) courtesy given to customers. That is rubbish. All consumers should get free parking without a time limit. Spend your money at the shops and the bare minimum should be free parking. Nonsense.
Very nice park, have a lot of activities during the summer.
That's great Great, in the square you find from places to eat, buy clothes to places to buy gifts. Excellent
I like having a shopping place close by with places to eat
A very nice place to have the kids run freely and still be safe, you can read a book or just sit and relax and enjoy the weather, you have eating, drinking and snack choices, restrooms are always a plus, indoor parking is FREE the 1st hour and EXTREMELY LOW PRICE thereafter. TJ Maxx and Home Goods can be a treat if you have good luck that day and find something, just hope low class customers don't throw items on the floor and placed the items back to their PROPER LOCATION.
Parking system is fantastic. First hour is free. After the first hour you get charged a small amount per hour. You need to pay at a self-serve station, cash or credit. There's no parking attendant, except if you park in the outdoor parking. Some popular stores here. Not a lot of places to eat.
A good selection of stores; you can get all your necessary shopping in- from home shopping to clothes and toys. A variety of restaurants here too including a hibachi spot, german style bar/restaurant, frozen yogurt and of course a Starbucks. Great place to go if you need all your weekend shopping done in one day.
Delicious experience at California Pizza Kitchen
Great and fun place . . But the parking is absolutely terrible and alot of car vandalism within their parking lots. I highly recommend if you park your car wait and park your car on the streets it's alot safer on the street than their parking lot.
The stores are pretty good, but the whole setup there is "off." When it's raining, snowing, or just rotten weather, one has to run through a parking lot to reach other outdoor mall stores.
Beware, parking lot payments must be made by cred card ONLY--no cash accepted! Good thing my first visit was with a friend that had a credit card bc I did not.
I love this place. It has everything an average person needs to have a day of fun. There are variety entertainment choices like regal cinemas, plenty of restaurants and bars to rest and recharge, clothing stores browse through and large area outside to hangout and enjoy the weather.
My favorite weekend spot. I love the bubble tea spot there. Everything else is just ok. Go early if you're going to go. The crowds can be quite obnoxious.
Always very clean
Beer garden is a great summer chill spot
Ran here fast for the 5below and Starbucks
Nice and clean outside mall with California kitchen and regal movie theater which are the. Anchor stores here. Good sushi place upstairs across from the movie theater also. Home goods and TJ Max worth visiting also when your there. No free parking here and located in the back. Limited parking in front if your lucky. The place still needs an electronic store. There has never been a place here to check out electronics or appliances.
This place in insanely cute!
I don't like that there still is stores or lots that are missing. The place doesn't look full and whole like it should be, does that make sense?
I wish there was a Gamestop, or a donut shop of some sort, or a panda express!
I just like that this place gives an open feel, i love it.
I wish this mall will succeed for many years to come.
Very pretty at night. Not alot to see or shop at in this mall but still worth browsing. Styled to make you feel as if you entered California even though your in the middle of Queens. Has a movie theater, ice cream / frozen yogurt shop, beer garden, bar and pizza, sushi restaurants. Has a mini amusement park including zip lining, mountain climbing and other things that keep children occupied. Very cool place.
Nice shopping area but the parking situation sucks
Had dinner at Chillis. They have Summer Skating inside Atlas Park. Alot of stores shops have closed but I'm hoping that they will recover. Overall still a nice little mall nestled in Glendale Queens.
I love that this spot seems like an isolated shopping area in queens. It's cutesy and clean. They've a 5 below, California Pizza Kitchen, Forever 21, Children Place, Laser and game funhouse, Movie Theater, and more... its a nice spot to visit in the summer with children.
Very nice place to visit. It has movie theater, the best pizza restaurant I’ve tried in a long time. Called California Pizza Kitchen, and different department stores from TJ maxx to Rainbow ❣️
Nice to have this close by when you have to run in somewhere has parking pretty convenient also has a movie theater and a Starbucks if you're into that kind of thing
Had a very positive experience. Nice place to shop. Thanks Patrick
Almost like a little Oasis in the middle of Queens, this place never seems to fit. This outdoor mall has some great stores, and an awesome outdoor field we're all kinds of activities are scheduled.
you can catch a movie, stop at the Bear garden, or maybe grab some ice cream with friends and Cold Stone. Either way this is a great distraction, or a sponsor crab a few needed items or necessities on the go. I would definitely suggest stopping by just be warned if it is raining, you will get wet since most of the stores are only accessible outside
Great place to shop very clean you can bring the entire family there are absolutely no undesirables hanging around parking lot available the only thing that is needed is you to bring your money
Nice place to shop for basic essentials, some stores that are included are; forever21, TjMaxx, Home Goods, Ulta, Five below etc. Its a nice place to go for a movie night or if you simply want to dine in at chillis or get a drink at the bar.
I use to visit this mall a lot over a long period of time. I also love the atmosphere and the way that the center is built. I grew up in California as a child and this location reminds me a lot of the shopping centers around the beaches.
It was so easy to go shopping for the kids since Gymboree and Claire's was there and I didn't have to go to the mall it was the perfect place to go. Now that they built a bunch of new stores, it's got more crowded however it's much better and quicker then going to the mall. I don't shop at Forever 21 but if anyone needs to stop at this store this is the location to make a quick stop! With less lines and fewer people!
Fun, fun, fun...good place for kids to let off steam. Could be pricey but worth every penny. Take your own refreshments. They have lockers. Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff.
A great place to run some errands and have a good time with the family. Restaurants, children play spaces, clothing, shoes, premium and bargain shops. Not to mention ice cream!. They have events for the kids every season and there is open air dining and fun in the spring and summer. Plenty of parking available inside and out.
Atlas park is a wonderfully delightful mall.
It's like a buried treasure when you arrive you will be amazed at how clean the grounds are and all the shops are staples in the neighborhood.
These diverse shops will have you shopping until you drop.
With each store even better than the last
Everything you need is here eat drink and be merry
Kids gave a blast walking around and playing in the courtyard play area.
It's nice for kids as well as adults
Pizza chicken beer and clothing can all be purchased at this little gem of a mall
What it doesn't have In sheer volume
It makes up for it with a certain style and grace that only a small neighborhood mall can deliver
Let's go to the mall
Atlas mall for a great shopping hassle free experience
Nice little mall for the family
Theirs parking you can spend the day with family and friends shopping watching a movie or sharing a meal
This is a really nice place. It's not as big as Queen Center, but it's in a nicer area of Queens, with a lot less traffic too. I still lived in NYC when they built it and it was officially opened. There are lots of places to eat and to hang out, but it's not a shopping mall in the same sense that a huge mall is with levels and levels of stores; this is something that you'd see in smaller cities like Des Moines or Omaha. They instead have businesses there falls under almost any field from dentist, to automotive, to spa, and of course actual restaurants and clothing retailers. (I mean actual restaurants, not a food court.) They also have community events that are hosted there, so it's a really nice place to just hang out and walk around.
The shops were fine. The parking was awful. Ticketing was not clear. Was concerned that I didn’t receive one. No signage!
Nice place to go not just for shopping but great for family outing
I always enjoy visiting the Shops at Atlas Park. My favorite spots are Starbucks, TJMaxx, Regal Cinemas, & California Pizza Kitchen. Has lots of great summer activities to enjoy with family & friends. They decorate beautifully during the Christmas holiday season. Just a nice place to visit.
Lots of kids hang out here so you've got to watch out for bikes but a great place to go eat, shop, and play at Laser Bounce.
Very nice place. Has laser tag, roller blading, five below and other shops. Not too many though. About 10- 15 shops
This mall is underrated. Because most of the mall is outside, people do not want to shop here during the winter. Although this winter has been really warm. Now that the weather is getting nicer, it is a good place to go. There are several restaurants there. California Pizza, the Japanese restaurant, Chili's, Johnny Rockets. It is a nice mall. There are sprinklers in the summer for the children to cool off in. Lots of fun.
I stumbled upon a cute shop called Moma [I think] it's right next door to Rainbow, they have such cute inexpensive,& unique jewelry, hats, shawls/ponchos.
Mall has a nice area to play outdoors. Has few shops. Best one for me Tjmaxx. Parking lot kind of not easy to follow.
Great little mall in Queens. The grounds are relatively clean and there's some nice shops. Not the best variety, but it's someplace to go and see.
Always fun. Great painting place, coffee, ice cram and some other stores. I like the vibe here.
Outdoor common area a little out of the way from the crowd. Not too many interesting shops for me, but might fit well with others definitely. Thr Little Pulp art shop for kids was awesome, nevertheless. My daughter loved it.
I have been coming to Atlas for close to 10 years. I loved it here. It was a serene little hideaway with great shops and movie theather. But its slightly changing. They have brought better shops to the area but now it's getting loud and no so serene. Now there is also a small parking area in the middle of the mall and cars come in blasting music. Its still nice but i hope it doesn't gain the atmosphere of a large commercialized mall.
Parking should be cheaper! It’s the best mall to visit when you want to enjoy the outside weather. I prefer getting a pretzel or ice cream and walking around. They have a movie theater as well, which is good. There arent many good clothing shops, only two in my opinion.
Reasonable prices for great food and entertainment for all ages.
Atlas park is a nice and clean outdoor mall. Only concern is that they need a wider range of stores. In a matter of fact they also need to have more stores for both genders so people have a bigger choice to shop at while visiting. Sometimes it is likely to be crowded. Overall it is a okay outdoor mall.
This is a very clean mall there is always available parking. The only negative part would probably speed the lack of customers that they have I feel that not a lot of people are going shopping these days and a lot of shopping centers and malls are actually going out of business and this may be one that is going to have to close down if they don't start generating more for foot traffic.
Love everything about this place. Has small town vibes.
A bit of a strange mall that still doesn't seem fully developed. It has a random assortment of business that don't really seem cohesive at all. Most of the stores are not too appealing or special. But there's some decent quick food stands and a movie theater that keep it going. Without those I'm not sure it would survive honestly. They need to be more current.
There is a Regal Movie Theater, Chili's, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks, Five Below, TJMaxx, Forever 21, Claire's, and other stores and eating places (outdoor and indoor seating). There is also a place to make Art with you loved ones, and other fun places for kids to play. I gave 4 stars because there isn't a wide selection of eating places for families with kids.
Really nice place to bring the whole family. Some of the stores here are very expensive. How ever there are a few stores that are not, there is a regal movie theaters here which is always nice. Food options aren't bad either. I have seen a lot of buisneses open and close here though. Not sure if the rent is to high or if there is simply not enough foot traffic for most of the retail establishments that open up here. Definitely would reccomend coming here at least once. Starbucks here which for me is a huge plus. California Pizza kitchen is here as well. Check it out
Love this place that used to be a bike shop here but now there's a lot of new stuff here besides shops we always love coming here to go to the movies a lot of good memories
Love this outside mall. Great atmosphere and nice workers
The store choices are ones that I would put in a beginner's mall, and the food is definitely nothing to write home about. It is a posh looking mall, but there are certain things about it that kind of give it a neighborhood vibe, like just an oversized Plaza and not really Mall.
Parking is a pain if you don't want to pay for in-house parking but it's a decent shopping center with enough stores to make a trip worth while...not really worth going if you don't incorporate eating at one of their restaurants or catching a movie at Regal Cinemas, interesting grounds, varied shops. Place is really not the same since they took away the Amish Market.
This is a great spot between Middle Village and Glendale. The architecture looks like it was dropped in the middle of the neighborhood. It doesn't look like the rest of the area, which is a good thing. The theaters are the main draw but California Pizza Kitchen, 5 Below and Forever 21 are worthy vendors as well. Parking is abundant and not overpriced.
Great little shopping center with some nice stores. Dislike the indoor garages as they're a bit dark, creepy and solitary. I had an issue and it seems that no one patrols the area because no one was around to assist me. Next time, I'll park in the outdoor area.
Love the shops here. Very clean and welcoming. Visited tonight and had soo much fun. Dinner at CPK was good and there was also a free concert that was packed. Music was entertaining. Will visit again to do more shopping.
Nice secretive place, for me at least. The movie theater is nice and quiet, Feels almost like your in a completely different state. Came here 6 months ago, and got some really great jewelry from the jewelery store on the 2nd floor towards the back. Not sure of the name of the store. Definitely a place to check out if your in the neighborhood, really nice stores
The customer service was good!! But this time the food was not as good as before ! It was just ok, not super delicious!!I don't know why! Hopefully it will be excellent next time!!
Great Mall, the stores don't last too long though. Notable places Regal cinemas,
Shiro of Japan, California Pizza Kitchen, Homegoods. Have been there many times, will continue to go for years to come.
Although the courtyard in the middle could be a bit more family oriented and a lack of diverse stores as there are several empty spaces, and less than normal seating, a nice place to be for 2-6 hours.
I love this mall, because it is never crowded. Not a lot of popular stores, but I like the stores that they do have and it works for me. No free parking unless you luck out and get a park close to the mall and walk. It also has a regal theater which is my go to avoid the crowds.
nice place. they have enough parking. complimentary parking if your stay is less than 15 mins.
Great place to be, during the christmas they have little dance parties. Must have for food, shopping and everything else. Must have place to go.
I'm not the biggest fan of the shops at Atlas park because the majority of these stores do not have a big selection for everyone. They are mostly for women clothing and some for the kids. Home goods is good I really like this store however the prices are not that low but I still think is worth it. They have a Chilli's which I really like and there's a NYSC. Other than that the place is alright. Parking is fair it isn't too expensive.
Nice little mall, well built. Not too many shops but some good food and a great movie theater. They also have outdoor events such as movie nights and others . Seem to be in progress of building an outdoor beer garden.
The mall looks awesome, very Cali style.
Love this mall. It looks more like a mall in Florida rather than NY. Some of the stores are home goods, tjmax, the fair, etc. I was here doing Christmas and it was not crowded, it was a pleasure to shop here. My only issue is paying to park....but I will pay to shop here because it is just such a beautiful place,
Great place for the shops. Movie theather. Coffee shop. Beauty stores. Home Goods and TJ Maxx, chili's. Offices at the Market Plaza hold law office, medical office and other offices. Great directory.
Nice place to get what you need, but the parking is insane.
I attended lazer bounce at this mall. The establishment is clean, the games are up to date and a great variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety of prizes at the redemption center. Will definitely attend again.
Not sure what's changing but the outside area is basically a giant trash bin. There is garbage all over the floor now. This mall used to be nice and clean.
I visited the mall to make a quick purchase at Toys R Us before they shut down the store. I knew exactly what I wanted. I found it and was pleasantly surprised to see that I did not have to pay for parking because it took me less than an hour. Love it!
Nice little shopping center kinda hidden in the heart of Queens. Excellent activities for kids especially during warmer months. Great place to catch dinner and a move. Excellent shopping too.
However, we found the service at the Johnny Rocket resturant to leave alot to be desired.
Very clean and accessible parking
For the most part, when I go to Atlas Park, it's for the Regal Cinemas Theatre. The Shops are nice but I haven't done any shopping unless you count a pretzel at Auntie Annie's. Although, they used to have a Johnny Rockets upstairs that I've eaten at.
Very nice shopping mall only problem nothing was open just some food places. They have a very very nice lawn that people were hanging around on look very nice. I'm sure when all the stores are open it's a nice mall to shop in
Small little hidden gem in an over crowded borough. Unless you live in the area you’ll drive by without notice. During the summer Atlas Park host a lot of outdoor events from Rock Climbing, outdoor family movie night, to local fundraise events.
The tricky part is parking. If you are planning on staying for a couple of hours. Park in the parking lot (first hour is free). If just dropping by to pick up some cold stone ice cream or just pop into the store for less than a half hour (half hour free) you can use the outdoor parking.
The stores varies. From a small pet store to Forever 21. I would say the best time to go is spring, summer and early fall. You can take advantage of all the outdoor sitting restaurants or just take a blanket and sit out on the grass and enjoy a Starbucks coffee while the kids run around and play.
Great variety for all ages. A little shopping, a little eating, some gaming, and outdoor areas to relax.
Feel like this shopping center is finally finding its perfect balance of shops for the surrounding neighborhood. When it first opened, it was very boutique-y, and I felt it stuck out like a sore thumb. Although I did love the no longer book store, there are some great shops here now, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Starbucks. Great restaurants, too, Chili's, California Pizza Kitchen. And it's all outside in this beautiful outlet-type setting. Beautiful for walking around, even if you're just browsing.
It's improved from the last time went.
Best shopping here is Ulta beauty & Home goods for me. Not a lot of great stores here in my opinion. Lots of teenagers hang out here for the movie theater and such especially during the summer months.
California Pizza Kitchen is an ok spot to grab a bite to eat, a few foodie kiosks are scattered throughout this mini mall for quick bites asking with a mini beer garden if that's your thing.
Parking for under an hour is free anything else after the hour starts at $3.00 and rises accordingly.
Kind of boring stop and shop mall save for my to favorite places mentioned above.
Not many stores and parking is expensive. Mainly go for the movies or CPK. If they offered free parking for first 2-3 hours they would get a better rating, but not worth the fee otherwise.
Revised: first hour of parking is free in the garages.
My go to spot on weekends when I want to relax with the kids. This places feels out of place because it's too damn pretty for New York! If you live near by, swing by! It has great food, shops, and an arcade with bounce house for kids...and a movie theater!
Love, love the place. All it is missing is a bookstore. Come on, atlas park! We miss Borders!
Best place to go for a quiet and peaceful shopping. Less crowds.
Really hard to find a parking spot. Busy place
I wish they had different stores. The ones there aren't the stores I would go to. Any time I go its for maybe 2 stores. Beautiful property, just nothing special about it.plus you have to pay for parking on both lots.
Normally I love tj max but the jewelry dept empty, last year they had great selection. shoe dept was low, only a few selections. very disappointed.
Very nice small clean mall. You have the movies, places to eat, clothing stores, etc. Brooklyn Cupcakes use to be in this location, but they closed. They have another location in Brooklyn (Williamsburg), 335 Union Ave., Brooklyn, NY. They make the best cupcakes you ever tasted. You have to try it.
Very clean and a nice little park like at the center of mall. Place eat, nail and hair done, alot of store and a public library but close currently. Great place!!
We go to CPK, Starbucks & 5 Below Zero there. Everything works out for the best @ Atlas Shoppes
Great place to visit and chill at, not to many shops there just enough.
Clean, classy mall. Many shops, and activities for families w kids.
you know New York is a hard place to find parking and I could find parking here and it's handicap accessible. And I love HomeGoods and having T.J.Maxx in the same shopping area Forever 21 I didn't even feel like I was in New York and being rushed. and I got to do a little bit last minute shopping with my daughter which is always a plus
Parking is tough unless you pay for on site parking, which can get pricey if you stay too long, but it has lots of great shops and restaurants. Five Below, T. J. Maxx, California Kitchen and Manor Oktoberfest to name a few.
Starbucks is always a hit. California pizza kitchen has been there since the place opened up so it's a solid spot. Food is pretty good there too. The movie theater there can get ridiculously packed to the point you feel like going home but it's a nice theater. NYSC is massive and up to date. Chili's is horrible.
Great place to come with family the shops are very nice the location is just nice to stroll in and hangout and best is they have something for everyone the adults or the kids every one always enjoys coming here. I would highly recommend and would gladly go back myself
Stood on line 5 hrs for uniforms at flynn ohara didn't really get a chance to explore the stores but looks great and lots of fun.
On occasion, I bring my child here. There are several eateries including Subway, California Kitchen as well as other stores. Lazer Tag just opened on the lower level. The anchor store is the second story cinema. A lot of events for kids throughout the year. Try to avoid the free outdoor movies as they tend to attract a lot of riff-raff from the surrounding area. I would come more often but I refuse to pay for parking while patronizing local stores.
Nice this place!!! Very quite for shopping..
Chili's restaurant waiter Julie was excellent yesterday. Very patient and concerned of what you ordered was correct. Now your floors on the other hand needs cleansing and cleaning. It's very slippery and someone can slip and fall. Then there's a law suit to follow. Also your kitchen floor is horrible. Maybe this is why you have a pending grade. I'm just saying.
This is a beautiful place dropped into nowhere! One step inside you will think you have left New York. Peaceful area to sit and mediate in the summer. Wanted to keep it a secret because I don't want it to change. Enjoy people!
Such a quiet, quaint and friendly place to visit with plenty of stores to choose from, laser bounce and a public library. Definitely a place to shop, have fun and relax...a refreshing change from the conventional malls I've visited.
Wonderful little shopping area, a little bit of everything. Plus parking is crazy cheap. I spend $3 for 2hours. But if your only going to be there for 30mins or less, which I doubt, it's free too park.
I love Starbucks coffee, but I bought 2 coffees for me and my friend, but there not good bad taste and they cost me $10.00 and change.. Not so happy about it..
I come here at least once a year and I always enjoy it. It's not loaded with shops but it's a nice place to hang out with friends. There's a very clean cinema at this mini mall.
Quick stop to the eyeglass place double parked went in for eye glass tightening and was out in three minutes.
The store's and restaurants are nice. They charge premium prices for their services I don't mind paying. Also the movie theater is expensive that doesn't bother me. My problem is having to pay for parking.
Found this place to be full of surprises. We walked around and visited most of the stores. I enjoyed watching the kids play in the open grass area. The jump park was over priced but the kids loved it.
It's small and quaint. Lots of parking and staff are very nice 👍🙂. …
Visited for an art and slime kids party. Fun place with lots to do.
Good selection of shops and activities in a walking-friendly area. Not sure why this place doesn't get more business. Nice movie theater here too and parking is easy.
Nice and close home, but the parking is an issue.
Like it, and love the gym people there were cool and didn't just sit on phones telling you they had more sets. Send like it had loads of shopping to do so I'm sure it was a good spot
Only been to the movies and the Subway at this mall, but both experiences were great. The theater is very busy during the weekends obviously. Good crowd, no problems here.
It is a very nice outlet in a very quiet área in Queens. It has different choices of food, coffee, desserts, clothing, beauty parlor, movie theater and even drinking pub. The center of this place has a green área of grass and a lot of parking space, and its always easy to find a place to Park your car. Very different from the big malls like the Queens mall which is full of people all the time, this mall is open and lets you enjoy the stores without encountering that many people. Kids come in their bikes here to have a nice good time biking and enjoying themselves in a good way. Highly recomended.
I enjoy coming here with the family and all but only wish for more choices. Will like to see a antique shop, toys gadgets for grownups w in ll be nice, also will enjoy a cabaret of some kind.
This place is getting better and better. The sunshine in the day time makes the afternoon so nice to spend it there, the beer gardens a great place for night time hangouts.
A little hidden gem, in my opinion. We have so many malls in Queens, QCM, Best buy mall next door to that, then there's the one where Costco is located. All of them are incredibly busy and going on a weekend is an exercise in patience and frustration.
Enter Atlas Mall. I feel as though i'm spoiling the secret because it's such a peaceful place. Of course the drawback is that it doesn't have the popular places that QCM has, or a Target or big electronics store. But what it lacks is what makes it a nice play to be.
Parking is super easy and there are two structures. So long as they have the particular store or restaurant you're looking for, or gym, it is very much worth coming here than the other two giant malls that are vastly overcrowded.
When the weather's nice there's a nice little lawn area where you can hangout for a bit before all the high school kids come in to do their teenage stuff. There's also a movie theater that is pretty decent as well.
Great place, small enough that you can walk to every store with no problems and parking is reasonably priced - and you can even find street parking sometimes.
I like to shop here once in awhile bc there are some nice things to buy here for a cheap price.
The Foot locker in this area is amazing because of the staff. There is a new guy that works there and he is so amazing and nice to people. Sometimes he recommends the cool sneakers for my daughter and knows what's in.
COOLLLLDDDDSSTTTOOOONNEEEE STEVE AUSTIN fir the winnn lol... but no really I think the best thing about this area is the awesome open space to just relax and lay back and the coldstone icecream shop. Dont tell anyone but I went 4 times last week 😭🤦🏾♂️. Also you get 15 mins free to park so you can run a quick errand and be back to get out for free 99.
Those still under development and not many store this location is clean open space comfortable plenty of parking and they have in the center of the square space for kids and kiosk like Nathan's Hot Dog and other stations.
Love Atlas Park great family vibe or just a place to go if you need to get some steps in on your Fitbit LOL walk around check out the stores and do some quick shopping or retail therapy.
There are many different kind of shop there. It is out of my way and I go there when I'm teaching. Unfortunately I would not go there otherwise...reason being out of the way and parking is not free...way too expensive for me. Unless you go to the cinema, then the parking is included.
Cute shopping strip mall. Stores are good but not huge selection. Parking is pretty cheap, $3 under 3 hours. Not bad. Movie theater is good.
Visited on Thursday obviously it was very few people arround. Love the way the place is lay out.
Parking Garages: 1st Hour free, each additional hour is about $3. Convenient parking lot is free for first 15 mins, after that $1/hour and goes up. Wide variety of stores and a nice green center.
This place has something for everyone. My favorite shop when I visit is cold stone creamery...🍨🍦 …
I feel like this is a hidden gem in Queens. It's like an outside mall, complete with restaurants, theatre and a beer garden! There is a also a family arcade with a play area and bouncy castles.
There is plenty of open space for kids to run around and play, although the grass is fake.
There is plenty of parking, conveniently in front of the shops or in multifloor plazaz around the place. It's also surprisingly cheap for NYC! I've parked there on weekday nights for a movie and payed only $1
All the store space hasn't been filled yet and the Toys R Us there is closing, sigh!
Good selection of retail stores and restaurants. Love that there’s also regular events for kids and families.
If only they could get another big clothing store brand to open here. H&M... Zara... Gap...
Good and convenient location to shop and catch a movie, eat Chili's.. however, if you want to avoid HUGE lines for Flynn & O' Hara's...best come extremely early...the lines can be daunting to put it nicely!
This is a hidden gem in the middle of Ridgewood. There are some outdoor activities such as rock climbing and ziplining for the kids.
My friends and I celebrated a birthday at the Habachi restaurant and the food was excellent. I was surprised there was a movie theater also so we stayed late and watched a movie. I will definitely try to go there more often.
This mall is more fun in the warm months than the cold months especially if you need to entertain children; however, there is plenty of good shopping and some good eats year round.
I love this place but they need to add a Burlington or another store cuz tjmaxx barely has any good stuff
I always go to this mall for tj maxx, home goods and starbucks. They have mant other shops but i have to say they all have great selections. Love the outdoor area where they have fun activities during the summer and nice place to sit and have a picnic.
Small shop center, but you can definitely will like it.
It's so beautifully located and kids love this place.
Solid variety of shops, a nice grassy area in the center, and the restaurants offer a good pick for either a quick bite or somewhere to enjoy the night. The movie theather is probably the main attraction though
Nice California feel to atlas park. Across from cemetery kinda creepy. But in atlas has an arcade and turf for playing and running with little ones.
I honestly love this mall. Is great for a date and for families. I love the options of restaurants and dessert spots. I just like the atmosphere, very quiet. I also love going here for movie nights
The Movie Theater out in Atlas Park is like Lincoln Center but for Film production, and Chilis has the most tastiest food there is. It is even better than any other location in my parents opinion.
Atlas is an amazing shopping mall, with a very chill vibe. A lot of other activities there other than the large variety of stores. The rides are pricey but a blast, and the many food establishments there, make for an amzing stay. One of the better malls in Queens.
Over crowded with little kids who run around acting like their cool. They are actually lame. Nice grassy area tho
Nice stored
Plenty of psrking
Nice and clean. The feeling is very airy and comfortable, always enjoyed my time there, my only take back is.. why pay for parking on the main floor when there's also a car parking garage.
Love the green space in this mall in the middle of the city. Plus there's cheap parking! Just wish the stores and restaurants were a little more interesting. Great place wth kids.
great shops and kids friendly field.
Getting to crowded and a lot of people in the outdoors and the shops not wearing face covers; is to hard for elderly people on walkers to get to a physical therapy place on a second floor when the only elevator it's been " temporarily'" out of service for a month
The Atlas mall is a kool place,,good places to eat and when you are finish eating,, to burn some of those calories nice shopping area and just to walk around
The shops are nice and worth going to. The only bad thing about this place is the parking garage. All the garages should interconnect. As it was pouring and we had to run into the open and get wet to go to another shop. Other than that it's a nice variety of shops here.
I had a great time, the food was outstanding, and I also performed there as well.
It's new compared to surroundings but that's about it. Starbucks and California pizza kitchen are not bad. Movie theater is modern but not my kind of movies. Other stores are blah!
Very beautiful place for shopping. One word best shopping environment in Queens I must say.
A beautiful shopping and dining experience can be had here in this hideaway. A gem hidden in Queens!!
The shops here are okay, I usually come for homegoods or the restaurants available. There’s a movie theater, gym, lots of stores and community events held every month. Definitely kid friendly,
Average type mall. Average stores. Average crowd, kinda younger crowd. Kinda slow fo sho. Only constantly surviving businesses in the area: regal movie theater and Johnny rockets. Everything else have been many unsuccessful start ups. And Starbucks survived of course....drug addicts.
Great place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat before catching a movie. You have great shops like Footlocker, Forever 21, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, ULTA, Starbucks and more. And now small Beer Garden and a new Arcade place, on the ground level, right under the movie theater!
If you go by car be prepared to pay for parking and it's best to have a debit or credit card handy. The mall is clean but not as big as other malls
The selection of shops has gotten better over time. The outdoor area is great for kids, with rock climbing and a small zip line. It can get busy on the weekends.
Have not been here in some time, but the open field in the center of the "outdoor" mall was nice to hang out on during a nice sunny day. Also had dinner at one of the restaurants in the mall and then walked across the field to get coffee at starbucks afterwards
It's a nice mall. It has a movie theater, a few choices of food. It has a couple of stores for household needs and a novelty store. I just wish there was more food choices and more clothing stores.
when you enter the shops at atlas it is so so big but there is nothing thwre to attract people they have footlocker small place then home goods which os pk no to thrilled about atlas park
It is a nice mall not too big, also there's parking but you have to pay, and if you wanna park and not pay you have to check around where the cementry is and gotta walk a couple of minutes back to mall which sucks but that's if you don't wanna pay
Clean, decent, friendly, only gets dicey when we have the local youth come thru with foul mouths. since they don't have evening security near the Theaters.Other than that no complaints
This shopping center can be better. Not much to do, shop for, or see here. Been coming here for just Chili’s and the movie theater.
Overall it’s okay.
We went here to see what's new? Since the financial difficulties the shopping center has had, the number of stores is down, as well as the number of restaurants. But still worth a visit. Mall management seems to be doing the right thing by bringing activities to the concourse. This weekend there was Zip-Lining. This is not an activity I would do with my 6'7" 305lb body, I might not even qualify! Besides I'm into RISK REDUCTION (also weight reduction).. But all you light weights could try it. THere was (now closed) a pretty good Italian Restaurant, but there are ample other (not quite) "Fine Dining" places.
One has to pay for parking in confusing lots.
There is a wide variety of stores.
Ok to visit in nice weather but not as comfortable in the cold.
Always nice to visit these shops its so relaxing because every store is distant from each other
I ❤️ because I feel like I am in another State! I love the plaza because you also can breath some fresh air and is not too crowded!
There are now more moderate stores in the mall. There are some decent places to eat. The German restraunt is very good. Keep an eye out for free programs for kids. Parking can be expensive.
East drop off children to go to the cinemas . . . get a 15 min free parking ticket for loading n unloading
What is here is fun and good choice of things to do. Sad how barren half the place is now, but that's how it is now. Movies, lazer bounce, german food at Manor Octoberfest, and 5 below are our normal stops here.
First of all I HATE EYE EXAMS ! and only because my eyes are so so sensitive to where I can’t even touch them myself. I mean I even have trouble putting eye drops to where I always need help doing that, but after one and first visit to America’s Best located at 8016 Cooper Avenue in Glendale, NY 11385. From the moment I walked in the doors I was treated with the highest most love and respect that to be honest I wasn’t prepared for or used too. From the women at the entrance counter to the young lady whom took my eye photos, the young doctor whom was very knowledgeable and very very informative and great with me in giving me me FIRST painless free eye exam. And I can’t forget Cherice who helped me get the right pair and size for my face and is very very educated on glasses because I’m 51 and I thought I knew enough about glasses being that I have been wearing them for quite sometime and she taught me so I never knew and also educated me on some new stuff I didn’t even know existed. She also explained everything to me to where a two year okd would od understood it so when I see negative reviews on how this store had service them wrong I would have to say that had to be 200% the customer's fault because they couldn’t be any more clearer on their products, prices, and services. Everything they say in their ads are 100% true NO GIMMICKS ! Was in and out like an hour to an hour and a half from the moment I walked in. And last but not I got my glasses today and the perfect fit and vision so for sure my friends and family are all going there and I’ll be the one taking them. You now have a customer for life 💯 THANK YOU AMERICA’S BEST you truly are the best !
okay store selection, very spacious and nice but more could be done to liven up the field in the center
Very clean and organized as far as I can see, most people wore masks to combat the covid-19, like everywhere else you have to avoid those who don't!
Great customer service at Ashley's furniture.
Sofie was very helpful and patient with my queries.
Excellent quality furniture.
Atlas has tried alot of late to bring more people over and it seems to be working. The more stores has brought more people over. The one thing I don't like is the garage parking. It is kind of tight and people take many spots. Overall it has changed over the years and is a nice spot to hang out
Mostly nice stores to shop at and purchase nice gifts... some well known chain stores I feel are not set up to look that way with many unsold items that look like they have been shuffled around different locations
A really good place to go see a movie or grab a bite to eat! They have concerts which are fun too. There are parking garages which cost after the first hour. It's clean.
It's a beautiful place with a movie theatre and various shops I gliding a home goods and a tj maxx...but something is missing here..parking is uncomfortable. It an outdoor space so on rainy days you will get soaked walking from shop to shop.
I love the setup of this mall and love going there on nice sunny days and cold wet days 💙 …
Atlas mall is a very nice mall with a big parking g structure attached. It is a really safe spot too since I had just went Christmas shopping at Metro Mall and had a full SUV packed with stuff and came back after my movie to find nothing was stolen. It has a great many shops and continues to expand or bring in new shops as others die from lack of profits. I have eaten at all the restaurants and you won't find a better selection other than time square or queens center Mall. I proposed to my wife at the hibachi restaurant on the top floor of atlas park and have not had better hibachi ever in my life. I have eaten at the Johnny rockets and while Johnny rockets is a shell of it's former glory, it was still pretty damn good. The Chili's provides excellent value and the Chicago pizza place is not bad (NY style pizza is better end of discussion). There is alot to do here as the movie theater is along side great restaurants, a cold stone creamery for desert, and a bunch of shops to suth your American Consumer needs. Everytime near Christmas a pop up store for Toys-R-Us is always there so it makes those close to Atlas Park not get up and go to metro mall which to me is good business practice. Also as a promotion for the area being a solid hangout spot, a new Lazer Tag and Arcade will be opening up on the bottom floor or Atlas Park soon so stay tuned for that. With that all said it's a wonderful chill spot, shopping spot, and it's pretty safe to boot.
brings me nostalgia.
A clean and fun atmosphere for family and friends. Go for the movies and stay for the shopping.
This a small outdoor mall. It has a very varied group of shops. The sidewalks are in good shape. There is a paid parking garage on the site with handicap spots.
The mall is accessible from Cooper Ave but it is visible from 80 St as well as Cooper Ave.
Most of the stores are handicap accessible to some degree or another.
I was there on a Sunday and they had a small group of amusement rides for the kids.
If you are looking for a pet, Bobby and the Strays has a nice selection of cats and some dogs for adoption. Stop in and look them over, go home with a new love.
There is also a Forever 21, Ulta Beauty, a housewares store, Starbucks, TJMax, Homegoods, a movie theater, an arts studio to make your own piece of art, Coldstone Creamery, a children's clothing store, a city library (temporary), a hair salon, Pet Supplies, Shiros Japanese restaurant, etc.
I will be returning again and I recommend you go there as well
This shopping mall is great. Low key, quiet, and SO clean. Largest TJ Maxx I’ve ever been in. Helpful employees at these stores. 10/10.
If you're looking for a family friendly place where you can eat, shop, catch a movie, or spend nice quality time with your family or friends, then you're at the right place! Theres a ulta, Starbucks, California pizza, Johnny rockets, coldstone, Oktoberfest, homegoods, forever 21, footlocker, tj maxx, regal cinemas, five below, home goods, auntie Annie's, gymboree, and much more. They have activities outdoors in the middle during the warmer days.
I've never been to this shopping mall before. The people were pretty friendly. Homegoods was a lil disappointing. The place was alot more messy than other stores. Other than that great experience.
The Place is AMAZING it is pretty it is great it is a great place to go out and eat or play or have fun they have a lot of great restaurants and shops but there is not that much stores there is so much more room for more stores and there is not a lot of shopping to do but the place is great for going out to eat the restarants are really good I would rate them a 5 stars but there is not that much stores I hope that they open more stores and make the mall bigger and better and open stores that are popular that would want to make people come and shop at the mall.
Love this mall! Wise selection of stores, but has a quiet peaceful feel unlike other crowded, congested malls. Also super clean!
The best beer and wings at Beer Garden!
Great place however the atmosphere is begining to shift in regards to people. Younger crowds seem to be the newest editions in the theaters. The food is great in chilis and California pizza.
We bring our kids here to the playground all the time. Auntie Anne’s is right next to the field and we always get some pretzels. Parking should be free.
Found this place when pass the copper and 80th St , got shop TJ Maxx,5 below a small Cineplex, food also got Subway,Chili's, Starbucks, California pizza, cold stone cream, nice and warm environment there a office bldg and underground parking in the back that I came to Promet PT,the center synthetic turf can be the good sitting watching shoppers all directions
good but the parking expensive
Its broadened so much and its convenient! Flynn o hara the uniform store is there, as well as a childs favorite ice cream shoppe COLDSTONE, and they also have a dope theater!!! Theres also auntie annes, a japanes spot, foot locker where the workers are so helpful and sweet, and the bestest of all STARBUCKS! Its always crowded, but well worth the wait... parking is rarely available on the street but the mall area has their own parking lot above ground as well as a parking lot/garage so all is never lost when looking for parking.
Atlas mall has a lot of stores for young Shoppers and the older Shoppers. Lots of parking. Friendly environment. Very spacious. And has a big beautiful movie theater as well
Sad to see so many empty spaces in a once full shopping center...may it one day return to full occupancy with inspiring specialty shops to serve the community as in the past.
I attended the Regal theater had to show proof of vaccine and enjoyed walking through the shops in that mall
Sooo many stores to choose from. Went to laser bounce for the kids to enjoy fun times. Many shopping stores to shop at if you need anything. Very clean and we'll organized.
Great variety of shops. Wish they had free parking, it would encourage us to stay longer. Easily accessible off of the Jackie Robinson Parkway.
I love it there. The shops are great i came 5 times in 1 month but wish customers didn't have to pay for parking after spending a lot of money there. I spent a lot of money there.
Starbucks! And home goods! They need a supermarket anchor (whole foods??) and a solution for picking up coffee quickly - parking deck is a long walk and outside is almost all handicapped parking.
Ate at California Pizza Kitchen, food was delicious. Don't like to pay for parking whem going to a shopping center. Have been to Atlas many times and I like it, but the parking issue irks me.
Atlas mall is a great mall to get all your items for your daily life. The many stores there offer a wide range if products and some of them are useless meanwhile others can really be helpful. There are many stores like Five Below or TJ Max and also a lot of restuarents that offer delious foods from many cultures. They also have some entertainment activities like ziplining, rock climbing and going to the movies.
My only issue is the bathrooms are hard to find and is important to find a well clean bathroom anywhere in the mall.
Would I recommend?
Yes.
Ended up here to visit Foot Locker and Moe's Sneaker Spot, both stores are conveniently located on the outside walkway of the mall. Both locations had a great selection of sneakers and weren't crowded at the time which was surprising on a weekend. I didn't visit any other stores but I did notice a wide selection of retailers and also a movie theater. I do plan on returning to explore and whenever I can't find certain sneakers I will be back to Moe's or Foot Locker.
Good Shopping Space ....Great Lloking Atmosphere for FAMILY Activities ... Great .Shopping Stores ....💯😁 …
I love going to Atlas Mall, cause its a place you can go shop, eat, go to the movies as I have been for awhile now its not so crowded or rowdy...Yesterday I had a bad experience in the movies. I was going to watch The Perfect Match, 5PM viewing, I had my nacho cheese and drink and ready to go enjoy the movie, as i approached i saw this young man that just didn't seem right with me standing in front of the door. As i open the door to go in, he came behind me, I knew he was up to no good, so I turn around and came back into the lobby and sat and waited to see if others were going in. Five minutes later he comes back to the lobby and stands there and is watching me and pretending he's on phone, I decided i have to leave and pretended I wave to someone and left. As i stood by the door ready to leave, I see he comes down and its looking for me and sees me and goes back up to the movies through the other side. Well i got scare and had to call my son to pick me up,which he told me to make sure I go into a store which i did, while I waited for my son and I'm inside Ultra store, I see he comes out of the movies and its looking around and goes to the parking lot and i see he goes back into the movie area. Thank god by then my son came. I know that if i had went inside that movies he would have harm me, he was suspicious, I know I should have let someone at the front know, but i was just too afraid and wanted to leave. Thank god I'm always on the lookout and that i knew I did the right thing not going inside the movie theater which was dark and I didn't see anyone going in.
Really nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly workers, but they had no more caramel crunchies! Smh
