An excellent shopping mall. When you can't find a specific clothing or specific item, you could find it here. The outdoors space is always clean. It rare to see trash on the ground. There are trashbags near every food store and basically every other building. The food places are great. The bathrooms are good but not the cleanest but then again, not surprised since it's super busy during the weekend. Parking is easy to find as there are 2 parking spots. Overall, a great shopping mall. Deals are good but definitely come when there are sales, that's when you will find good deals.

Probably my favorite outlet mall. I typically go there to find clothes or shoes at Johnston & Murphy, Calvin Klien, Banana Republic, and other stores. Great location, great prices. Keep my favorite stores and I'll keep coming back.

Nice outlets you can find a lot of different brands.Friendly and nice workers in stores. Attention to parking lots and walking trails they are slippery.

Outlet Mall with variety of stores. Off the highway 77 (eagan) next closest mall is the MOA near 494 and 77. Keep walking and shopping year around summer, autumn and winter. Thanks giving and December winter are really cool . Visit and see

Very open floor plan. Many tables, benches, chairs fun reclining chairs, and umbrellas to keep the weather or sun off of you. A nice size food court. 😋 It could use a few more options. But not to bad considering. It's a nice mall to work in.

I love this mall! The atmosphere while walking through was extremely nostalgic and reminded me of walking through a mall in the UK. Very well kept and clean. The added mini gardens were a great touch with speakers playing Christmas music. All in all could be one of my most favorite malls in the area.

Trash is never removed so the trash cans are always overflowing. Bathrooms are gross. The shopping overall is pretty decent, but the experience would be so much better if the cleaning was just kept up. This alone makes a pretty nice shopping center feel ran down.

With so many stores in one location, the place is convenient for shopping for clothing and other. However, don't expect to find many things at "outlet prices" here. Most stores seem to price their items similar to those you find at stores at the nearby Mall of America or other locations.

Love the variety of stores there. Many of the Brands I love. Disappointed that the prices at the Sketchers Store and a few others were $40-70 higher than they are at The Mall of America. And the MOA is spendy, so why would they be higher at the Outlet store?

This is the second time to visit outlets and experience was good both the times.. outlets have ample parking space both covered and uncovered parking.. You can find all the stores you need here.. Pretty nice place to hang out with friends..

Very good and new Premium Outlet with all the stores I needed in this trip. The food court here in Twin cities is small = 4*. The stores are similar to the Premium Outlets (Simon) that I have visited in Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, Indiana and Ohio. I have been to 9 Premium Outlets and they are all similar, sometimes I miss this store and in the next outlet I miss some other store. But I must say Aurora farms in Ohio is the nicest one (cutest).

Is it just me or does the outlet mall fad just feel like a replacement for the other mall. Some decent shops and a few deals, but find more outlet malls nowadays aren’t the deals they use to be.

Very nice small lots of stores to choose from. At the Adidas store it was 60% additional off of the price tags on shoes an additional 40% off of the clothes. You can tell that a lot of people had been to the store because a lot of the shelves were empty. That's okay though cause I still walked out with a nice Brand New Pair of Ultra boosts valued at $180 for $70 bucks. The smell of the kettle corn cooking was very satisfying so we bought a bag for $5. Was a beautiful day to visit this mall during our stay in Minnesota.

Like this place but don’t depend on their directory’s for any location, it’s not all correct, there are more stores than posted. I’d recommend just exploring your self an enjoyable experience with ample space and fresh air. Everything from Valentino to under armor lol but something for everyone who’s on your list. Dress accordingly mostly an out doors type mall, but I’d recommend going year round! From Amber Dawn

If there are two premium outlets that are boon to the Twin Cities, it’s the one in Albertville and then this at Eagan. The outlet looks like the Universal Studios from outside with beautiful looking buildings peaking here and there. There are several premium stores in this location starting from Adidas, Under Armor, Calvin Klein, Basics and a lot more. A lot of stores offers some great membership deals and make sure you sign up after checking at the store. Some shops though they are at the outlet would still burn your pockets a bit. We are regulars to the Lindt chocolates shop that’s a heaven to the chocolate lovers. They have heaps of toffees piled up in the middle of the store on different flavors and they always greet you with one of those as free samples as you enter. Make sure you buy the 100 pieces pack which you can handpick. You get $5 discount when you accumulate 100 points. This outlet has a neat layout and directories with maps erected at each juncture to help customers locate the shops and traverse through seamlessly.

Nice mall to go to when the weather's nice, but in the winter it can be sort of miserable since most of it is outdoors. It's also a long walk from end to end. They do have a lot of good stores, and I like how similar types of stores are sometimes grouped together (such as Nike, Adidas, Puma) in one area.

Great place to shop. We used to come down to Alberbertville Outlets however this is our new go to place. Great deals and good selection of brands. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at the different stores. Michael Kors store wide 70% off? Can't beat that!

To be fair, this is the outlet mall in December, which is only indicative of a few months of the year. The place still has great stores, like Nike, Under Armor, Converse, AND the Beef Jerky outlet (I'm serious. This place exists, and it is proof that there is a God who loves us and wants us to be happy). Not many choices for food though, aside from the Starbucks. So pack a lunch!

Great shops! It's a wonderful place for a spring afternoon. There are shops for everyone. Nice selection of juniors...from Old Navy to Express to 7 for Mankind. Great accessories stores... Coach, Fossil, Vera Bradley...and many, many more. The men's and women's selection of stores go from Off 5th(Sak's) to Pendleton...Ann Taylor, Loft, Michael Kors...etc. Love an afternoon here! The only downside, not a great selection for lunch. They have a small food court and scattered among the shops you'll find a cookie shop, pretzel place and a Starbucks. There are a few restaurants not far from the outlets. Have fun!!

Most of the store's in the premium outlet mall usually have good sales and give out very good coupons. I have never had a problem with any of the employees getting help when I need it. The store's I have been in go above and beyond to make sure you have what you came for.

Such a fun experience to shop outdoors in MN! Yes, even in the winter. The hallways have heated roofs (in some sections) so you are spared from the brutal cold. The summer time it is an awesome mall to walk thru. It is convenient to get to from the freeway, has lots of parking available, and a large selection of shops to shop from. It's a beautiful mall with brick walkways and feels almost brand new. Definitely give it a try on your next shopping excursion.

This place actually had good deals pretty much every store I went into things were 60% off and not 60% off a price they just raised up to sell it to you at 60% off to get it back to regular price, it was good deals all the way around now don't expect to get any really good food there because the food court what's pretty skimpy I think it had three restaurants

It was super crowded this past weekend that it took several trips around the parking lots to find a spot. Also took 20 minutes or so to leave the parking lot. Checking out was the worse part as we waited over 30 minutes. The lines were backed up along the walls of the stores, the worse were old navy and Nike. I'll probably be back on less busy weekends.

As far as outlet malls around the twin cities go, I think this is one is one of the better ones. I bring our dogs there as their posted policy is leashed dogs are welcome. The reason for 4-stars and not 5 is there does not seem to be enough parking.

Great Outlet Mall that is FINALLY in the Twin Cities. It is has an outdoor kids play area with sitting areas around the mall. Currently, a tribute to music and Prince is being done across the Twin Cities, and this mall happens to have a purple piano that pays tribute to him, AND patrons are allowed to play on it. We really enjoy this mall.

Good outlet mall, it seems a few stores closed this past year, probably due to COVID, but still lots of options. Parking is free & convenient. Not a lot of food options - a handful of "mall style" food vendors in a food court building. Easy to walk. Before you go, become a member of Simon outlet malls - it's free - and you get extra savings & perks.

They need to have an actual map on their website so you can see what door is closest to the actual store you want to go to. I'm disabled and use a walker. It was a far enough walk just going from the disabled parking in the parking ramp just to get to an entry door that I didn't even go. I knew I needed to go to store #340 but the directory didn't show anything to figure out where the actual stores are located. Or what is next to them. Just the big stores show up.

Its ok. I personally do not see the draw to this type of outlet mall. Parking on a weekend is crazy. Line was 50 deep outside the door to the Nike store, didn't even try. Most stores just seem ok. Nothing seems that great of a deal or that great in quality. Not my thing.

Lots of stores to shop from. More than my time allowed for. There was nice clear signage letting you know which stores were where. Several options for a bite to eat in the food court and other options in amongst the stores. Easy to park and walk around. There were bench throughout to sit and take a break. Very clean.

It’s a pretty standard outlet mall. Like most, it’s hit or miss on what kind of deals you’ll find. We recently went Memorial Day weekend and it was just ok. The food court is definitely lacking, only three options and they were pretty expensive for what they offered. There are venders outside of the food court area selling things like popcorn and lemonade, but it’s pretty sparse. A premium outlet mall should have more options for food if they expect you to stay for awhile.

Always have a great time coming here, plenty of stores to check out. You can definitely spend a WHOLE day here easily. Vast majority of stores are open with covid-19 and only require a mask and a certain amount of people in at a time. Also not all store are outlet stores fyi, many retail stores are just regular ones. Very clean sidewalks and bathrooms. Great job TC Premium Outlets!

I was really excited to go to the outlet center on my way to the cities-only to find out several of the stores had been closed down more than likely due to Covid. Signs were still up on the outside for them and on the website. So just a little updating needs to happen. This used to be my favorite outside shopping mall-I Hope they can get it up and running again!

It's a good place for shopping and getting OK deals. I didn't feel that all stores had outlet prices. I mean some of the stores i could buy their product from Macy's, use my Macy's card and the coupon that I get as platinum member and end up buying for much cheaper. But the mall is clean, organized and well maintained and they do have lots of variety.

This place is great the Coach and Nike store seems to have more sales and better sales. I wouldn’t expect much sale from the other stores but they still have great stuff to look or buy. Update: Be aware it’s really busy on weekends come early or park in the ramp.

It is a good place to go in nice weather. It is an outdoor mall with not much shelter from the heat or cold. Some stores are responsibly priced, some prices are the same as if one went to another mall.

I really like this mall for the Coach store and Ralph Lauren. Not too impressed with other stores that aren't an outlet but advertise they are. I can get lower prices online at Gap and Old Navy. Kate Spade had some good deals and if you love Crocs that store has the best variety and prices. I come here once a year and buy a ton of Coach for gifts and get Ralph Lauren classic clothing for great prices.

I was shopping with a tween who has specific tastes. We were able to find what she wanted in the Converse & Skechers stores with very little fuss. It looks like a few stores have gone out of business due to the pandemic but overall, most are open. Good shopping experience.

Cool mall. Smaller than the MOA. Not a lot of food options. Lots of clothes stores. Needs more non-clothes stores. Prices at the stores are kind of expensive (but what do you expect?). It’s great coming here when it’s warm out, but it’s a ghost town when it’s cold out. I think they need gates instead of cones, when they close down the parking lots. Also, not much parking to work with when it’s busy. And don't come here when it's busy, it's a pain. Don't come here often, but visits are usually memorable. Look forward to returning soon!

All the stores that I went into were great to deal with as far as covid 19 was concerned. About 10 different higher end stores stayed closed. There were more food vendors than I have ever seen. Easy parking and easy to avoid being too close to people.

The people working at the stores were pretty friendly and did their job well. I really liked the prices of things and my friend got a really good deal on the things she bought. However I'm not a fan of the outside layout. On the other hand I think it keeps the crime rate lower here but that's not always the case as someone was reported as stealing from one of the shoe shops we visited.

I like this outlet mall mostly for the kid clothing stores, but there are a few other places I enjoy here, like the Coach outlet, the athletic stores, Bath & Body Works, and the Lindt store. There used to be more stores here that I liked that have since closed, (like the Corning Ware store and the kitchen store). I do wish there were some chain restaurants here, but they only have no-name fast food in the cafeteria/dining hall. Overall, nice mall. Good parking. Easy to get to. Above average restrooms, (and nursing rooms)!! Tip: It's an outdoor mall in Minnesota, so wear layers in the winter!

I am amazed at the number of outlets this place has got. There are at least more than 100 outlets in the Mall. They all have got amazing deals. As low as 1.99 per item with amazing discounts such as 80% on couple of items. I went to Under Armour stores and got myself nice shoes. They have got deal over the deal and the actual price of the show is $125 and I got them in $45. Then I went to Old navy and got a lot of cloths for my kid. All the store have some of the other amazing deal. You need to spend time in the mall to get good deal. Must visit place.

A regular outlet mall experience here. It is outdoors, so be prepared for that depending on the weather here in MN. The stores are not any cheaper than a tropical shopping experience at a regular mall or their online sites. Everything was clean and easy to navigate. A very easy place to get the same things that would be double the cost at other places, in here. It is very easy to know where you are because there are helpful maps around every corner of the outlet mall. I personally enjoy going to Under Armor because that is a good clothing shop example of a place that a hat there would cost 1/2 as much as at a different single Under Armor store.

Deals are good and crowd is less, fairly small place which you can walk and cover. Most of the premium stores are there so good range. Good parking space, covered and open lots. Only negative point is that it doesn't have good food option and has open layout which makes it difficult to shop during winter.

Are we sure we want to call this an "Outlet Mall"? Prices are still pretty damn high and sales were hard to come by. Many of the stores have snobby associates particularly in Michael Kors. I found a nice watch on a display that said 60% off and when I inquired about the price the associate said oh it's only 30% off. He inquired to another associate who was a manager who very snottily said well it's 30% off so...? And on that note I walked out. Tbh they were more worried about what purse went with what display than they were about taking care of me anyway. That was one store but judge for yourself I found several more to be the same way. At this point you would think these stores would be falling over themselves to get and keep customers. Overall there is a good selection here from the amount of stores available but like I said don't expect to save a ton of money.

We love this outlet mall - but be aware of what "normal" prices are of the things you're looking for, before you go here. Sometimes the "outlet" sale prices aren't any less than the regular store prices! There are lots of stores here, and it grows increasingly crowded and popular. Weekends are a madhouse, but if you can get there during the week-day/day time hours, it's a nice, relaxing trip with great selection. I wish there were more restaurant choices in/near the mall.

Love the Crocs store at the Twin Cities premium outlet they have a wide variety of the original styles and the newest styles. The customer service is top notch! I accidentally grabbed one size too big so had to return them they just swapped them out for the smaller size for me and didn't recharge my card in the mean time. Sometimes businesses have to reimburse your card then recharge your card. I hate that! Because the old charge doesn't just go on automatically it takes a few days so then your basically charged twice for a few days! I should add this store has women's Crocs , men's Crocs, kids Crocs, baby's Crocs and accessories for your Crocs the possibilities are endless if your a Crocs lover! 🐊

This outlet mall is typical of others, with outdoor entrances to each shop. Coupons are easily available online as well as at the information desk. Parking (free) is easy to find in the lot or a large multilevel deck across the street. As outlet malls go, I like the simple layout and overall look of this one. The walking areas are clean, nicely landscaped and have benches at regular intervals.

Outlet mall is an alright way to get some shopping done while physically distancing right now. At least if you have to wait to go into a store you are outside. Though this brings up my issue with the outlet mall... You have to park a decent distance from any store and walk into the mall area. It isn't designed for our climate, either hot or especially cold and snowy. It's more like a traditional mall layout but without protection from the elements... Great on beautiful weather days.

They have several children's clothing outlets, which I love, and also several handbag stores. Not the best mall to go to during the winter months as it is mostly outside, but they do have a large indoor food court.

Nice mall but can be very crowded on weekends when the weather is nice. We went on a rainy Saturday hoping it wouldn't be as busy and it was still packed. If you want to fight the crowds to get the good deals, I'd say go for it! Just be prepared for long lines, walking outside from store to store and some not so nice other customers. I also found that many people just assume then can smoke while wandering the wall, not sure of the policy but very off putting to see someone lighting up a cigarette next to a mother with a child in a stroller. Over all, nice clean place.

This has to be one of my favorite outlets. When we come to town, we pass by a few, including the outlets in Albertville, MN. I like the "park at the ends" layout of this mall. Too many make them lengthwise and hard to walk. Good store selection, and not overly crowded makes this a fun one to shop. Nice sized food court as well.

Generally nice and clean. Unfortunately their building layout traps and promotes wind so when I think of this place I just picture some poor woman holding 8 bags in each hand standing in a wind tunnel coat and hair flying in different directions. Maybe an undergarment dislodges itself from a bag due to the increased wind speed and smacks the coffee out of the shopper behind them. Maybe they hit it off and live happily ever after but until then....bundle up it’s MN shopping outside at its finest 3 months out of the year.

They have some high end shops which my wife likes and an under armour store, which is why I sometimes find myself here. The real perk I like is I can smoke in between stores. Love it! My wife and I shop here frequently. They have a great selection of shops for a little bit of upscale taste. The stores usually have really good sales, so it won't break your wallet. I appreciate the helpfulness of staff, but not overbearing. Everything is clean and well kept. It reminds me of how the shopping malls in california are; with outdoor corridors. They also have very good security that make their presence known; deterring any unsavory behavior or thievery. The Eagan police also patrol the area often, giving a boost to the outlet security. I will continue to be a regular shopper here.

There are plenty of great stores to shop at and you can go to the customer service area and sign up with your email and get a loyalty membership. (There is a little pamphlet that lists all the discounts) We saved 15 dollars off of 75 at Pac-Sun which was nice. There are many more savings you just have to give them your phone number when you check out. And at Christmas there are extra savings.

Once you join you will have access to additional discounts to stores on the list. Each will have what you get by showing the code for that store. There is a parking structure but it seems like a far enough walk to and from the shopping. The public bathrooms were crowded and not many stalls for the size of this outlet. Fine outlets in an outdoor mall setting including Adidas, Nike, Vera Bradley, Old Navy and Lids. Stores are outlet style, versus regular mall (higher price) but are NOT clearance stores (rock bottom prices). Starbucks is in the complex and there's some places nearby. Play space for kids is good and restrooms are clean. Parking is very tight, when it is busy, parking naturally gets worse.

It's about 45 mins away from the downtown area via 2 public buses. The bus terminal just outside the mall can be a mutt It on route to Mall of America, this is one of the most easily accessible premium outlet I have been to. The variety of shops there are good, with all the typical shops you would expect to find. Shop persons are friendly and helpful. Nice crowd there with security patrolling. Food choices are limited but reasonably priced.

Love having an outlet so close! It has all the stores we would shop at. I debated giving 4 stars because I'd like to have a North Face and/or Columbia outlet store here besides the Eddie Bauer. This is a personal preference though. I've always found great deals here. Got a great parka from Eddie Bauer so that I could survive the winter here having just moved here. This is the first place we think of going if we need to get something.

Finally a decent outlet mall without a long drive from the twin cities! Nice number of different stores, decent pricing, excellent parking. You are exposed to the elements if the weather is poor, unfortunately, when going between stores.

An excellent place to shop and walk around to look at a mixture of stores. The parking area on the ends and a ramp in the middle to use. You can always find a decent deal throughout the stores. The sizes may be limited usually if are you a popular size.

A nice new modern mall, for an outlet center I haven't really noticed to many amazing deals or discounts. All this is is an outdoor mall with most of the shops catering to clothing. I'd rather take the drive to the Mall of America as my first choice because of the variety and things to do.

Hands down one of the best outlet malls in Minnesota. There are lots of stores, and the figure 8 layout is great to wander around. It is an outdoors mall so make sure to bring a jacket if it's cold out. There are awnings across the sidewalks which helps with some of the weather. The mall itself and the stores are always clean, and I've never had a bad experience with a sales person! It can get pretty busy on weekends at select stores, but there is more than enough parking in the lot and the parking ramp. Most stores have 50% off sales every couple of weeks, so watch out for coupons and deals. Many of the stores also have a student discount, so bring a student ID if you have one! It is centrally located between the suburbs and downtown - only a ten minute drive from the Mall of America.

Enjoy going to the Eagan Outlet Mall, but they really need to manage there traffic coming in better and as they look to expand more the parking conditions need to be improved. Based on the size of the outlet mall it should really look in enlarging the capacity for more handicapped parking spaces.

I am always going to the Banana Republic and Eddie Bauer to update my wardrobe and I can't even begin to guess how much money I have saved by only buying clothes here. They have more than just clothes here, you can get jewelry, coffee, board games, cookingware, etc.

My wife and I frequent the Twin Cities Premium Outlets once a month just to walk around and find any deals. The shops have all the well known brands and typically they have some sort of sale going on. Not all shops are outlet stores so look at the names when you shop around. They have food venues if your shopping trip went longer than expected or for a quick snack before heading out for more shopping. Parking gets crowded on the weekends and the parking becomes close to a nightmare closer to Christmas due to the shopping craze.

Great mall to go to, has many deals in different stores! You are walking outside most of the time, which is great during the summer. Winter time it can get cold, but at least all the stores are close to each other!

I like the shopping at this outlet mall but the food and beverage options leave much to be desired. There is a food court with not many options and the food is over priced for what the quality is. You can rent strollers that work well for the kids but extremely loud when you try to push them over the pavers on the walkway. (Which annoyed my kids) they do have vending machines that take credit cards which is handy and the bathrooms are normally pretty clean. I would recommend shopping here but with the lack of food options maybe not a good place for a big shopping day.. or at least make other lunch plans!

The concept of an outdoor shopping center is great... if it is a sunny warm day. The public WiFi for guests is quite patchy; only working in certain areas of the outlet center. For the size of the outlet center, I was disappointed in the minimal food court. Finally, the majority of the stores within this outlet center would be listed at $$$ unless you went during a sale event. If I were you, I would go once to check it out, but I wouldn't make it my go to shopping center.

Adidas store was a mess and had barely anything good. Famous Footwear had boxes everywhere but alot of staff running around trying to get it cleaned up. Lots of tennis shoes to choose from. Friendly staff.

It was very windy and cool. I wish it was an indoor mall. That being said once you got past the under armour store it was fine. I went to the mall looking for running shoes. Under Armour was a mad house, I couldn't find the shoes I wanted in my size and couldn't find anyone to help. Once I left that store it was fine. The lady at the Lindt store was friendly and offered samples :). The Asics store was awesome, not over crowded and good service plus they give a military discount . Bath and body works was great too, they were busy but the lines went fast and staff were friendly. The Old Navy was a zoo, after 5 minutes I felt clastrophobic.

They actually have some great stores here and a wide variety. You'll probably find some gems at a decent price. Know that most shoe stores- of which there are many and that's great- don't offer prices lower than what you'd find anywhere else

They have a lot of selections there but I wouldn't call it an outlet mall, everything is exactly the same price as if you were to go to the Mall of America. The only deals I found that were actually how to make category were at Old Navy.

Outdoor Mall (beware of in-climate weather) though when the weather is bearable, there are many wonderful shops, mostly clothing, luxury goods, and sports shoes. Some eating establishments available though not expansive. Some stores are high brow and really do not support the outlet principle of discounts and charge the same retail prices as Mall of America stores. From Minneapolis, take the Blue Line Metro tram to Mall of America, then switch over to the Red Line (bus) at the MoA Transit Station (where the tram stops) to go to Cedar Grove station. It is a short walk to the Twin Cities Outlet Shopping Center.

If you care about wearing name brand clothes and want to get them at a slightly reduced rate, go for it. I still found the prices to be a bit too high. For someone like me looking for a deal, I didn't think it was worth the drive.

Great, brand new outlet mall just south of the MSP airport. It's a very nice place with covered walkways so you can shop rain or shine. The biggest downside to this place is that it gets very crowded on weekends and parking can be a bit of a hassle. Currently the surrounding area isn't quite the best when it comes to restaurants etc. but with the opening of the mall, there have been several new businesses moving into the area with a brewery/taproom opening late this summer across the street.

This land used to be and old shopping mall with a Bally’s fitness straight from the 80 ‘s with a shoe shine place. Thanks to eminent domain they shut down the last hold outs. Could they have persevered the feel of “grand avenue “ vibe in Eagan ? Probably could have carved out some room for this eclectic modern vision instead of playing it safe . It works and people seem happy . Must see store is Eddie Bauer and Nike.

Nice place with a bunch of shops in one location. I suggest you find out which side your store is on before parking, especially in the colder months or you may find you're walking quite a ways. Also, don't expect it to be real "outlet" prices. Most of the stuff in the AE for example isn't really much better in pricing.

This is an amazing shopping center. The winter may scare some off but it's really not that bad. I've been there on some very cold days and it was fine. This outlet is located across the river from the mall of America, I always hit both in the same day.

Nice outlet mall. It's open air which was a brave choice in MN since it's miserable to visit nearly half the year. Most of the stores are perpetually "on sale" but that's the outlet mall shtick. Just know a lot of times you're buying items made for the outlet mall so that $5 shirt with a $59 "MSRP" really is just a $5 shirt. But some deals can be had you just have to know where to look. I got a killer deal on a couple jackets at Wilson's. It's a fun place to walk around. Just go in spring or summer.

The outlet mall has some relatively high end stores, a food court where you can order your food and watch them prepare it...there are many restrooms. My only problem is that the walkways between the stores isn't enclosed, and it's too cold up here for that!!!

Great addition to the middle of the metro, so it's easier to get to than the outlets north, south, and west. The parking ramp is the best I've seen, really high ceilings, nice to have coverage with our MN winters, and a lot of spaces. The stores are set up in race track flow and side by side. So if you go, park in the middle of the ramp on street level, then you can go in and take a right or a left, depending on the stores you want to visit. After making the first loop, it doesn't require much backtracking to drop packages off at the car. Back in and go the other direction to hit the other stores. The food vendors are quite busy based on not having many to choose from, so you may benefit from bringing snacks/cooler for the car. There is a McDonald's about two blocks down and a few smaller places in a strip mall on the other side of McDonald's, plus a nice sized convenience store and gas station. There were a couple of food trucks on site for the grand opening, it would be nice if they would be there on weekends, for more options. The traffic flow in is hard to avoid no matter which way you are coming from once you get off the highways. There is a metro station across the street at the far end of the mall, so it is more convenient to take metro transit than I thought it would be. I recommend studying the map prior to going, especially if you don't want to do the entire area, so you know where the stores are you want to visit. Wear comfortably shoes for sure! The entire walking space is not covered but there is some coverage, so if it rained, you would get wet! It will be interesting to see how it evolves and settles into the area!

This is an upscale outlet. If you can get a parking spot in the lot adjacent you are lucky. Otherwise there is a ramp across the street. Some days you can get a good deal but it is all high end and even at 80% off is spendy for someone on a tight budget. If you must have brand name then this is a good place to go. Much nicer shopping experience than MOA.

When I got home and counted them again there were only 70. Steeling goes both ways. I get ripped off more than ever these days. If you find the Mall of America too big and overwhelming with it's shops then this is a good alternative. Its easy to find no matter which direction your coming from. It also has stores ranging from Adidas to Banana republic to Old Navy. So it has a little bit of everything for anyone while not being as big as MOA.

Outlets are good. Organizers arranged lots of brands to setup their shops here. This is great. Lots of deals and shopping options. Parking space is ample with option of covered and open parking. You don't have to pay for parking. However, the biggest disappointment is this is not a mall. This means it's not covered which is a big problem during harsh Minnesota winter.

A good selection of factory outlet stores that have dales and deals that vary weekly. One of the best Polo Ralph Lauren factory stores I've been to. Oakley vault and Under Armor are decent but pricey and dales at those two are few and far between.

Beautiful outlet mall. The outdoor outlet has a variety of stores from Vera Bradley to Coach and from Nike to Converse. The mall itself is covered to shield you fromeain or snow, but is still outside. Everything is very clean and well maintained and it seems like new additions will be coming soon!

The Twin Cities Premium Outlets are very conveniently located and are well kept. A myriad of great stores with steep discounts. Spend an afternoon here and you will be able to find some great buys. While you are here, stop by Endurance House Twin Cities just across the parking lot to the North-East for all or your running, biking and swimming needs.

Word of advice, when they have stuff on sales in the first store you go into. Most likely other stores nearby with almost the same exact supply or service are up for sales too. Could be cheaper or of better quality.
