This mall offers a plethora of things to do or to buy. It has a long list of well known national chains here. Kohl's, TJ Max, DSW Warehouse, Applebee's, Chick-fil-A, Blast Pizza, Panera Bread to name a few. Ample free parking.

Only some places steal your attention right after you enter them; this was one! The place was buzzing constantly with people and loved the ambience of the restaurant and the way everything was led up to the cashier, was neat. We made orders of Pan-Seared Slices of Potatoes & Tandoor-Roasted Vegetables pizza and Paneer pizza and Potato cakes. We were given the number stands and the orders were brought to our desk within 10 minutes. While we waited, we were amazed by the automated wash cylinders and the knives and forks provided in bio disposable form. Even the plates in which the pizzas were brought in, were made of the same. The pizzas were made on naan crust and tasted utterly delicious and so were the potato cakes with the side dip. As much as the food tasted great, we felt that the menu was little higher on the pricey side.

I grew up as a kid just one block away from Knollwood in the 1960s, and wow, has it ever changed over the years. Not one store has remained over the past 60 years.

Absolutely LOVE this place. My daughter and I have both been coming here for glasses and contacts. We stay on their two year vision test package and get discounts on everything else with that. I don’t even bother going online anymore. Happy and personable staff, always walk out of here smiling and seeing better !!

Hands down the best mall in the Twin Cities. They have a great selection of higher-end discount stores. The renovation really spruced up the feel of the mall. Parking can be an issue, but there is great parking in back, and a few corridors to sneak through to the main area.

This shopping center has a fantastic selection of stores, but parking is regularly very difficult to find. I miss the days when there was a back parking lot and you could walk through the building. It is particularly difficult to access stores near Foss Swim School.

Staff here deserve a raise. They have been taking on so much due to a staff shortage. It’s also really sad that people have decided to steal most of the shopping carts. Day in and day out store employees are cleaning up and picking up after sloppy consumers come barreling through this store with such disrespect. Take the time to pick up things that you drop or bump into that falls on the floor. Help this store out by being respectful, pick up after yourselves. This store is short of staff. They are working their butts off. Thank you for all that you do, and this location sells Ray Ban and Oakley….this post was meant for Kohl’s

Plenty of parking, it's worth parking on the back side of the lot not as many cars and there's several entrances tucked in along the back side of the building. You can pretty much find something for everyone here. And it's not too big so you won't feel overwhelmed. It's not usually crowded which is nice as well!

In this mall you have a grocery store,a liquor store a place to get a new cell phone or the check cashing store haircuts in order look no further. Hungry they have a subway sandwich shop a chik filet and for something else the Applebee's is another great option

These are good Shoppes. (Ha! I KNEW it! Autocorrect didn't know what to do with that word either.) I feel vindicated at my incredulity. ...Mild incredulity. I'll be honest, I'm just bored today. 😅 I don't know what the shoppes even are off the top of my head. There's a bunch of nice SHOPS around there though.

Kate was a Joy at Caribou Coffee. It's coffee. They got it right. Not much more to say about that. The atmosphere is pleasant and warm and cozy, and the place takes covid concerns seriously. Nice, large, clean individual bathrooms.

Parking here can be sheer madness. The kohl's inventory looks like Armageddon has came and went. The blaze pizza, chic fil a, and noodles Co present a decent selection of quick food. Over all there is some value in the retail shops but the quality is not great.

The largest complaint is due to the roads getting in and out. This is a horrible design and impacts you trying to leave. The speed bumps are quite aggressive but needed, maybe even more as trying to leave stinks so bad people are impatient. However once there, quite a few great shops to stop at and even a few places to get a bite.

Wish there were better food options, and not happy Kohls didn't order any linen clothes this year especially when there was a heat wave, I always find some nice gear at Nordstrom rack and a few pairs of shoes at DSW when I go once a year. Its close to home and usually like shopping those three spots for certain things.

Nice strip mall area that has really expanded to include a lot of stores and food spots. I like the options they have and it’s located pretty well right off the highway. We go here a lot to check out the Nordstrom Rack which has great deals on clothes. We’ve also been here for Blaze Pizza which was really good. Overall I enjoy it for what it is, a giant strip mall.

A lot of stores are gone because of covid. It use to have a gamestop and a few other things. But!!!!!!! Still very good. They got the old navy, cub foods, blaze pizza is a favorite, and noodles in company just to name a few things. I think there's a Kohl's there too. There is a Target close by too and the cosmic drive in. It's pretty nifty

I'm reviewing this as the shops in general and not any specific one. The parking and layout is atrocious. customers wildly walk all over without regard for any traffic. That's something you need to watch out for. Very little space to back out and get into any given parking spot. if you go towards the subway area the parking is much better but then you have a problem having to walk to one of the other stores farther out. This is not a very good strip mall to go to because of the parking itself.

Between clothing, shoes, restaurant choices, personal services and a grocery store what more could you want except a less chaotic parking lot. Truly, this mall has it all but the parking lot is a night mare and frankly there aren't enough parking spaces so you either drive around for awhile or sometimes leave. Shout-out to the new Chic Fila restaurant that opened and I am sorry but I inadvertently butchered the spelling of it. It is located at the corner of Texas Avenue and Highway 7 best crew, great and yummy chicken and very family oriented.

Being in the area 5 out of the 7 days of the week I have to say it's pretty nice. I love the stores and food places around here. The one thing I don't like is the parking lot. It's normally always busy and cramped and more often then not I see almost accidents every day.

I grew up in St. Louis Park, and shopped at Knollwood all the time. I visited DSW for shoes for my son's wedding, and was very pleased to find two pair that were perfect for my wedding weekend outfits! They had an excellent choice of styles and colors, and I purchased them. The service to check out was fast and efficient, and I will return next time I need a pair of shoes!

I love the selection of stores, but this review is specifically for DSW. I would recommend them over anyone for buying shoes. Awesome amount of different styles, and if you catch a sale you could be going home with a really nice pair of shoes for cheap, or better yet 2 regular pairs! My only gripe is a lack of sales staff. I found no one to ask a question, and when I did try to check out they were really slow, and a huge line of over 20 people formed in just a few minutes. All in all though I think they have me as a repeat customer. I used to shop kohl's because of sale prices but selection lacked. I will be back.

I rated 3 starts because parking is ALWAYS a hassle- at least during weekends and after 5pm during the week. The parking lot is not big enough so expect to be driving around for a while or fighting with other shoppers for a parking spot. I will say the TX Maxx Home Goods store is excellent! Good stock and friendly customer service.

Don't know if I'd call Knollwood a mall, but it's certainly a nice collection of shops. Always something to see or do, whether you're grabbing groceries from Cub Foods or checking out shoes or clothes at DSW and Nordstrom Rack. Plenty of parking space as well, though navigating through them can be a little bit of a mess

By far the best Home Goods store. Foss Swim is excellent, Kohl's is just like all others. Ulta now has a wonderful store. Salesperson was very helpful and friendly. ( not high pressure ).

I went to get some supplies during these troubles times. OMG. The lines were so long. It put me in the mind frame of black friday. I never seen hysteria like this. People were rude and had no compassion. I mean that was just the customers. The Cub crew was nice and supportive to any question or concerns.

Not as many stores as there used to be, so more a location to go to specific stores. Not a fan of the parking lot, feels clumpy and got to be careful near Applebees and the turn at the end of that strip going to Cub, the stop signs and turn of road I could see potential minor accidents along there. A few good stores though and easy to get a variety of food along there.

A little weird to navigate around (both on foot and driving) as parking lot and layout does not make a lot of sense. Good variety of stores and restaurants. It is located near hwy 7 and us freeway 169 making it easy to get too.

It's only a poor shadow at what this mall once was. Not many things to do or see, especially since the indoor aspect of it is gone. There is a decent variety of food selections and clothing stores, but not much for a full spectrum shopper.

I love the Tjmaxx/Home Goods at Knollwood! I also love the shops in the strip! The only problem I have noticed is there is never any parking! It doesn't matter what time of day you come, you will drive around for 5-10 minutes to get parking. Even though there aren't a lot of parking spots, I do have to admit I still go to Knollwood once a week. ;)

I love Knollwood Mall. I have been going here since I was about 9. Now I am a grandma. Unfortunately, the Mall had to be reconstructed, due to theft. It was more accessible prior to this. My daughter, and I used to mall walk daily. Now all stores are outside. Also numerous stores are gone. Among them, Desmond's Formal wear. I used to manage this store. The movie theater has been gone for quite some time as well. Aside from what I previously mentioned, Knollwood is still a great place to shop, etc.

I'm pretty sure the design of the mall here was supposed to make the stores seem less homogeneous and boring BUT it mostly just succeeded in making an awkward, winding parking lot where angry white people get stuck in long lines of backed up cars (and take out their frustrations on who ever is nearby at the time). It's basically a strip mall that just out in weird ways. The shops frequently change.

Knollwood is completely transformed from what it was in the 90's and 00's. They've really improved the parking and access. TJMaxx and Applebee's are still there, along with Kohl's, Cub, Blaze Pizza, Caribou, Noodles... It's definitely more trendy now, although Sam Goody and Walden Books will always hold a place in my ❤.

It is usually difficult to find parking, but there is a decent variety of restaurants and shopping. There is now a lot of construction going on, which makes it even harder to get in and out to shop. Hopefully they will add additional parking for the structures being built right now.

I come here to shop at uniform advantage, kohls, TJ maxx/Home goods, DSW etc. I always find parking...could be I come at time where most people are not shopping. The shops are close to one another. I can shop at 3 stores at the same day before I head home.

Clean look, modern feel, and a good variety of shops to choose from. I can remember a time when Knollwood was just an average strip of a few stores. Not bad but nothing too exciting. But over the years it has become a buzzing hub of activity with new restaurants and shops all over. It feels great coming to Knollwood to shop for clothes, home improvement, or grab a bite to eat. Almost everything I'm looking for, I can find it at the Shoppes at Knollwood.

Have fun parking and getting in or out of the lot. Pay attention. Going out the wrong exit will not be fun. Trying to turn around is not easy. There is a lot of traffic in the area because of strip malls and Target right by the mall.

A decent, if not eclectic, mix of outlet type stores. TJ Maxx Home, old Navy, DSW, Nordstrom rack... Along with some restaurants. The main issue is parking and everything being outside, so it can be tiring to get to and from your car, as the place gets busy and you will most likely park pretty far from your destination. Not a place for a quick stop, but a good place to decide to get a fair amount of clothes shopping done (and get your steps in).

Since Knollwood Mall's has been wonderfully upgraded, it is become a decently competitive go to spot for shopping, dining and entertainment. Although still not in the category of a full fledged Mall, this moderately sized Hub of activity is enjoyable and convenient and does offer patrons several amenities that they would find at places like Ridgedale and Southdale.

DSW, Caribou and Blaze pizza are 3 of my favorite things and they are pretty much right next to each other! The construction from a couple years ago made the parking better. Its not super nearby to me but I do go there specifically for the Blaze and the DSW.

My favorite strip mall. Lots of shopping options from clothing to household, shoes and eating places. If you are into designer stuff, there are options like DSW, Nordstrom Rack, TJ maxx. There's even an Ulta for the make up lovers :) the area is fairly nicely lit up and lively even at later hours of the day. Never felt dull shopping here.

This place has actually become a lot more vibrant and vital since the renovation. That is a remarkable achievement and as a result it found a very unique path to a fifth star from me. The Nordstrom Rack is legit, and the placement of Panera is very good. It promotes a real feeling of busy-ness and energy.

Watch out for the extremely slow check out lanes at Kohl's. Smash burger is the bomb! (They get 5 stars!) DSW shoe always has something you'll like. Great clips does amazing work. Wish I remembered a certain barber's name because he kills it! Super professional. You'd think you're royalty the way he takes care of you! And I have to give a shout out to Applebees ribs and chicken wings (although the wings are a bit small) what a treat.

What a difference a remodel makes!! This place has recently went though a complete remodel and is nothing like it was before! There is no longer a long interior hallway of empty store fronts. Most of the stores in this location now face outwards and a LOT of new stores have been added. Ulta Beauty, Blaze Pizza, Noodles & Company, Smashburger, Nordstrom Rack, Sportclips, MGM Liquors, Torrid, and more! There is even a new J Crew Factory store coming soon. Whoever picked out these clients was a genius as the parking lot is packed every weekend!

Recently remodeled to a strip center, which it had always been prior to an unfortunate decades long attempt to make it an indoor mall. Strip centers aren't as creepy as indoor malls, and the outdoor activities make it safer. Big improvement.

When I was in highschool a little over 9 years ago, no one wanted to go to Knollwood because it felt a little grubby. That being said, they're really doing a nice job of turning this place around by adding fun, new restaurants and good stores (that J. Crew outlet store is great).

So much better than it used to be. This has always been a "half way/wanna be" mall with just a few mediocre stores. However, the tj maxx is great (big home selection) and the new Nordstrom Rack, J Crew outlet & Ulta Cosmetics store really upped the game. Kohls, DSW & Old Navy are still there. And dress barn and Torrid: great to have both stores there for plus sized women. Who wants to drive somewhere for just one store or have to go to MOA to get a variety? I wouldnt. Good eating too; noodles, smash burger, leann chin, subway, panera bread etc

I'd rate this lot much lower, but it has a nice entrance/exit on 36th, by the Cub. If I had to use any of its other access points, I probably would never go here (wait a minute, I do never go here, except for the Cub and use the entrance from 36th)

Wow, the parking and traffic is an absolute disaster on the weekends. Avoid if you're looking for a quick trip. 10 minutes to get out if the parking lot due to all the construction.

A large TJ Maxx/Home Goods with a good selection that changes weekly. Dangerous sitting area, where the door opens and closes potentially causing severe head damage, I have brought it to their attention twice now and they have made no changes. Ouch ! OR worse.

It's your typical outdoor mall. It's leaps and bounds from what Knollwood used to be though. I'd recommend coming here if you like to get a quick bite to eat at one of the many outdoor establishments.
