This is an excellent place for food selection and activities. The street is nice to walk along and there are often many people and events happening. Parking is on the street and in the back of most places. There’s some pretty good restaurants here like The Great Greek and Crave, in addition to fast food like Five Guys, Chipotle, Panera and more. We often like to visit when there’s events, so in this review include pictures of their annual chalk fest of artist that travel from all over the world to come and show their talent.

Really nice plaza and shoppes. Love that the new Planet Fitness gym is close by, pretty much in the Shoppes area. The addition of fire pits around the middle portion of the area was a splendid idea. Popular music plays out of the speakers built into the ground. I find myself in a great mood whenever I'm over here and one of my favorite songs comes on. I will say the prices at most of the places here are on the high end, but who knows, you might find something perfect for a gift or for yourself that you wouldn't have found anywhere else.

3 places of business to highly recommend @ this location. Trader Joe's much smaller than average conglomerate food stores but really healthy organic & cheap prices ,great staff to always eager to help .cant say enough about this fine food supermarket. World Market , like an international deli , can goods from around the world,some furniture, house ware decorative items, coffee's , candy's, writing cards, just to highlight few things ,very cool store great for gift buying too, a fun store for shoppers Whole foods , what more can I say , it's a health food paradise of just about anything, & a great open buffet of salads, soups, & dinner items too. Another fine food store for the health nut in your family. All 3 of these stores can be found @ the shoppes in maple Grove right next to each other

Beautiful outdoor mall. Lots of shops to see. The stores seem to come and go pretty quickly, though. Even though the parking lot might be full this place always seems rather empty and there’s never very many people in anyone store. Makes for a very pleasant shopping experience. The shops tend to be fairly upscale and there are public bathrooms available which are well-maintained. Lots of food options, too. Go!

Absolute zoo. Either allow cars or don't allow cars in the mall area. It is difficult to see the stores, but it is a great place on a nice day. It is difficult to get from one block to the next on foot. This Maple Grove Shopping experience is not for me.

Met a dear friend for lunch. We actually closed the place for lunch. By the time we were ready to leave 3:30p (4-hour lunch), the staff was getting ready to set up for the dinner hour. The staff was very nice pleasant and accommodating. Food was very good. The menu varied, and offered many tasty choices. I would go again.

Nice place to get some deals and get some steps in. 4th of July deals are in full effect this weekend. Go and support some retail, as they can really use it. Most stores offer Military and First Responder discounts - an extra thank you for that!!!

Fun and lively inside out mall! Store entrances are outside and sidewalks connect them. Fireplaces, music, seating areas are plentiful and a great variety of shops and services! Plenty of street parking and several ramps nearby. Both fast takeout food and seat down selections for dining!

There is a lot of different kinds of stores it would be helpful to have little signs on the street signs to tell you what kind of stores are in the direction you may be driving and parking can be somewhat difficult. Visiting the shops will help with navigating the stores and parking areas. good luck have fun

Visited the Chalkfest Saturday June 8th. The fest itself was neat but finding it was another story. Not being familiar with Arbor Lakes, we had no idea where Main Street was. We were hoping for signs, pointing us in the right direction. We drove around for at least 15 minutes trying to find the fest, sitting at stop lights and turning in circles. We finally had to look at pictures from last year to see if we could identify any shops or restaurants we could then Google to find out where to go. More signs would be helpful.

There is a ton of stuff around here. You can pretty much find anything that you are look for. There are places you can buy groceries, fast food if you are looking to grab a quick meal, as well as some nice sit down places to eat and socialize for a while and unwind from a busy day. There are plenty of other shopping places that offer up clothing and stuff.

I like the way you can get the meat a little at a time, so that it stays hot. Red Square up, servers wait until green square is up, they come around to the table to serve. I really liked the fried pineapple and bacon wrapped chicken.1st time I had Lamb, not bad. Fish cooked 2 different ways. Ham...mmmgood Steak 3 ways spices cooked with them. A few others were good to try also. Only 1 a little dry, but that was well done. Lol

Seems like a nice strip of stores, everything I saw was a chain store, I think a small business could add some charm but it was a nice place. The parking lots were a bit of a mess but with how snowy and cold it has been it makes sense.

Great area with many stores and restaurants to try. Also good if you want to park your car and just walk and shop. People and service are wonderful. The food is excellent, navigating the area is easy, and the variety of stores in a small area can't be beat. Arbor Lakes is my go to area for shopping trips and it's nice to be able to go to one area for everything vs driving across town. I'd also recommend this area to people traveling and looking for a place to stay for a day or night. Good hotels are within walking distance of Arbor Lakes and it's not a noisy night life.

This is a nice shopping area in Maple Grove. The parking is good and has a transit ramp that can be used also. Very nice to walk around whether it is in the summer or winter. There is a good variety of stores from medium to higher end and quality. Stores are revolving year to year, so stop often and see the changes happen!

Love going here as there are lots of places to go for people of all ages but that traffic here is a hot mess and parking at many of the smaller stores is not designed for larger vehicles it seems. Over all a good place to go though!

great place with lots of variety of stores. My favorite are punch pizza, Ulta, and Francesca's. But, most of the stores close really early. Like from 11-6pm. I don't know about you guys, but I would extend it to 10-8pm. Also, not much space to park. :( But the design and cleanliness is great though. Overall, I wouldn't come here on the weekends if I had a choice.

Great shops and restaurants located in a beautifully maintained shopping district. There is ample free parking in lots and on streets. This is a nice place to walk also - wide, clean, well lit sidewalks. The dining options range from simple subs to wonderful multi-course dinners. Pizza, pasta, Thai, Italian, Chinese...soooo many choices! The shopping is fantastic, something for everyone and impossible to see it all in one day. There are nice hotels in the area for those who wish to make a weekend of it. For those who prefer quick shopping trips Arbor Lakes is easily seen from the highway - easy off, easy on.

It was a mall like any other. Not to busy, not too quiet. Thoughtful traffic control designed to keep 1 lane open to avoid a bottle-neck at the entrance with people coming in at such a rate that those waiting to leave are unable cross the incoming traffic to exit. Well done.

Nice spot, kinda crowded with vehicles and people that arent sure how to drive let alone use a round-a-bout... Took the kids to a couple places there today. Will be back to do more in that location. I only saw about a quarter of everything.

If you are bored with the Mall of America you should check this place out!

Tremendous number of stores, but all scattered over a huge area, not like a traditional mall under one roof. If you need to visit several stores be prepared to jump in your car several times, drive to different locations, and find a parking space every time. Stores are generally clean and offer a great selection.

As my go-to mall, they have all of the stores I need, and are always adding new and innovative entertainment options. The common spaces are beautiful. They also have quite a few good restaurants to choose from. The restaurants are ALWAYS busy, so make sure to make reservations.

Wonderful area! There is a ton over here, on nice-weather days it's perfect for walking and window shopping. There are some nice benches to sit on, as well as some nice landscaping throughout the warmer months. There is also a fountain with a small stage in the center of one of the strips that is nice for taking breaks and eating. This center has a parking ramp (I believe on the SE side) that is handy for the winter and for using as a starting point for any of your walking, as well as lots of street parking and several lots behind some of the larger establishments. There is also a library nearby, near the NW edge of the shopping area. There is also an AMC nearby if you cross one of the larger streets - there are shops on both sides, with a crosswalk and signal light for safety. I always enjoy visiting!

Love the options available not only in the movie selection themselves, but in the ways you can experience the movie. And, I love the recent redesign to their snack station this past year; with priority lines for VIP members. I would like to see them update the theater space themselves and the restroom facilities. There are many times I cannot get the soap pumps to work or the paper towel dispenser to release and I'm walking out with wet hands.

This is a busy spot out in Maple Grove. And I find a lot of Temptation based on the stores where I can spend my money. So I know that when I head this way I've got to be focused on a task list so that I'm not shopping at all the various stores in this area. They have great restaurants that sometimes fit my budget and there are few places that don't. But I have found all the food venues to produce hot Timely yummy food and I do prefer head that way when I'm looking for a quality meal.

I love the Arbor Lakes shopping center. It has everything! There is ample parking, and a wide variety of stores. There are several great restaurant options and even a few hotels if you decide to make a weekend of it. It is also right off of I-94 in Maple Grove, so it is really easy to access. If you are bored with the Mall of America you should check this place out!

This place is massive. If you can't find whatever it is that you're looking for consider the possibility that you might not really need it. I stopped in for lunch with a friend at a new restaurant call Patrick's. Didn't care what they were serving just kinda liked the name of the place for some reason.... Turns out they have sort of an eclectic menu with the usual soups and sandwiches, but then some creative stuff too. Nice to have creative options.

GREAT place to shop especially during the summer time! It's very peaceful and puts me "at ease" to be able to do something I love, yet walk outside enjoying the beautiful sun! The reason why I only give it four stars is because I wish they have a lot more variety of stores. Also, they shouldn't have closed down Aeropostale or The Children's Place. :(

What are you looking for? You'll find it here. It's set up like a small town, so you just go from street to street and shop for whatever. When you're tired, simply stop at one of their many restaurants and eateries. I promise you will love the experience. Come and see for yourself.

I will review the individual stores at another time. As for the Arbor Lakes shopping area I find the parking lots lack of signage a hinderance for those who do not frequent the area. This brings me to winter parking lot and sidewalk cleaning; I think there should be more and it should be done better. There are individual stores that do a great job but that is in front of their space only and others that should be reminded by management of their responsibility, if they are responsible for it. The parking lots are dangerous to walk in because of the leftover snow and ice on the ground.

Everything you could possibly want all within a half a square mile or so. Love going to Whole Foods for the coffee and the produce, Trader Joe's for their products, get my jewelry all cleaned up at Jared, stop off and get a sub, drop the girls off and let them go shopping. Go see a movie stop at Best Buy buy something I don't need. All in all a great setup

It's ok. Parking lots are pretty atrocious to navigate and manuever through. Try not to take the roads in between shops as you will be stuck waiting for other cars and pedestrians.

There are many stores to choose from. Good selection of stores compared to other areas with some unique shops. Easy parking that is free. In the evening there are bonfires with chairs for you to sit and enjoy the fire on.

The Shopper at Arbor Lakes is a great place to go shopping. It is basically an outdoor mall full of stores you could see in an indoor mall, and more. Plan on walking a little bit if the store you are looking for isn't located on a road. Some areas between stores are a pedestrian-only promenade. On a nice, sunny day in the spring, summer, or fall, expect it to be busy and parking to be more difficult to find. Great place for kids who stew well behaved.

I love shopping here, especially on a nice and sunny day. And also for the fact that they have an Ulta. Arbor Lakes is an outside shopping experience. They have great stores and plenty of places to eat after all that shopping. I removed one star because there's been a few instances where I've been treated rudely, that is, I've had cashiers who act like they would rather be any where else than at work. I get it. I worked in retail in high school. But I never showed it and I would put on a smile and treated everyone with the utmost respect.

Overall it is a great place to shop!. However not having signs for everything is hard. For example Victoria's secret isn't an easy place to find. Working there I receive a lot of calls asking where we are located and find that many customers are down main street instead of across elm creek blvd where we are located.

Taken as a whole The Shoppes is a great collection of higher echelon businesses just off the highway. Getting to there can be a bit tricky and while having a full parking lot means good things for the businesses, it's not something customers enjoy. While my legs work 100%, I'm not a fan of carrying groceries 1/4 miles to my car where I was forced to park for lack of options. That said, check them out, just be prepared to hoof it.

I don't spend a ton of time here, but anytime I've been at the Shoppes it has been a pleasant experience. I know they've improved the roads and it has made it much easier to navigate than before. I will continue to come back!

The idea of enormous outdoor malls is ridiculous for Minnesota. There is an extremely small chance that two stores you want to visit are actually close enough to not have to move your car. There is a nice selection of stores here and most are well managed. Avoid it on Friday evening as the restaurants make traffic unbearable.

I don't quite understand why it's an outdoor mall in Minnesota but they have a lot to offer. I work at a business located within the Shoppes and it's really convenient that I can grab lunch really quick, grocery shop before heading home, etc. You can definitely spend an entire day of shopping and pampering here. My only wish is that there was a Starbucks or some sort of coffee shop.

Had an early dinner at Rodizios (4:30 reservation). Got right in, staff was very friendly and personable. Speaking as one who did not intend to get the meat swets, my review begins at the salad bar. Unfortunately for a 4 pm dinner hour it was not restocked till much later. The mini muffins. And other bread samples were dried out. Then as the meal hour progressed and it got busier the roasted meats that were brought were more and more rare to the point of being inetible. Note that it was restuarant week and the meal cost was reduced.

Relatively good place to shop because the shops are a bit different from most of the standard mall complexes in the metro. In general a bit more costly than your average strip mall complex but IMO worth it to find better quality and more unique things that aren't sold at another branch of the same store found every 15 miles. Generally I find things are of a better quality- you get what you pay for.

Not an enclosed mall. It's ok in summer but in winter you have to walk outside to go to each store. Parking is ok in the lots around it but you can never find a spot on the interior roads close to the stores you may want to shop at. Whole foods lot is cramped for parking and always full too.
