Haven't ever seen a vertical mixed-use platform-based development quite like this. Heavy and varied commercial tenants, with apartments located atop the large, squat commercial platform. Multiple parking and vehicle circulation levels. Pretty nifty!

This is such a unique shopping experience! Besides the stores, there’s always something going on at the corners! We just got back from their ‘Food Truck Festival,’ & it was amazing! Chelsea & the other event staff created a phenomenal event; great food, great music, great times!

There's always something happening right around the corner! Lots of shopping, activities and restaurants to enjoy. They stay involved with the community very often with local events all year round. Not a bad place to work, either- coming from an employee of one of the businesses!

Had dinner this evening at Grimaldi's. Parked in the lot right next to the restaurant. We did not have to wait to be seated. Serve was excellent and so was the food and their specialty cocktails. The place is nicely decorated.

It looks decent enough from the outside and it's mostly decent on the inside of most stores. However, it is absolutely poorly laid out and really is a problem especially in adverse weather. All the upper stores have outside entrances and it's pretty much unbearable when it's snowy and windy.

I recently met a friend for dinner at BelAir Cantina and there was a movie that night on the Corners of Brookfield outdoor screen. So fun to see the families gathering in anticipation! Our dinner get together ended around the same time as the movie and looked like everyone had a great time. Underground parking was very well lit and security guard presence was nice to have in that area as well.

I went to Grimaldi's Pizza there and it was very good. There were two of us and we had drinks and the bill came to about $63 which is about right for a place like that. It's a beautiful area and the stores make it seem like a mall or a little city. There's an outside video screen that you can watch games and stuff on which is unique for me to see.

We love living here! So much to do and as convenient as can be- and in these days of high prices at the pump - we have every we need right here.! We don’t even have to go outdoors! I can shop to my hearts content, plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues with more to come as the pandemic winds down! And no worries about snow removal, maintenance, etc! We just pay rent! Renting is the way to go for us! The office staff are amazing and they are constantly striving me make things better and better!

Impressive new shopping mall. Modern, clean, and built on top of a cavernous parking structure. Pretty easy to get around right now, but it looks like it's going to be hell once there are more businesses and residents. Not much here yet.

Nice area to walk around, eat, shop, have drinks,watch a movie, see a comedy show. They seem to always have an event going on. A little expensive so bring a little extra $$$. You can walk around & sit outside at several places. Heartbroken Jose's Blue Sombrero is gone!! They had the BEST drinks & Mexican food!

Very inviting place to "hang out & people watch". Upscale yet comfortable. Lots of choices for dining 🍽 & of course the best in unique find boutiques. Most definitely a worthwhile trip to make...just allow enough time to soak it ALL in. Two 👍. Pics are from Cafe Hollander...excellent food quality, priced moderately & portions generous. Staff super courteous & attentive. Will definitely be back.

Prices may be higher than you might expect, but I'm also posting my review as an out of town visitor, so for locals it might be fine! Still, my verdict is that it's well worth it. The sandwich I had (I forget the name) was fantastic and was quite large and quite full. Highly Reccomend it if you stop in! Worth the price of admission.

You have to wonder in an age of advanced options for blueprints and layouts, how the corners came to choose this layout. It’s kinda comical to expect everyone shopping at all those stores to park in the parking garage which is super far away from most of the stores. Lol other than that, and the minimal surface parking, the stores are upscale and nice. Lots of food choices. Just can’t comprehend who designed this place lol. You guys could have utilized the space so much better. A lot of people I know including me just avoid the corners most of the time because of the inconvenience of the parking.

This is an interesting planned community. Very well thought out, upscale and modern. Definitely replaces the outdated inclusive indoor malls of the 70's and 80's by including housing as part of the complex and old fashioned window style "downtown" shopping. The complex offers an array of stores and restaurants drawing customers from the"built-in housing" clients as well as from the surrounding communities. Ample free parking with noticeable security. I dropped it one star because of the vacancies of some of the stores.

Very little disabled surface parking. And very little overall surface parking as many spots are 15 minute pickup only. Unfortunately the parking structure is too far away for anyone with difficulty walking distances. The area is clean and storefronts are attractive. There is a nice selection of restaurants (although some are overpriced). Due to the parking situation we only visit on limited occasions, and of those few times, several we have had to leave due to the unavailability of handicap parking.

Parking and the streets could have been designed a little better in this tiny "town" of a shopping center. But other than that, there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants to go to. I can't imagine ever living here, only because the apartments are ridiculously jacked up in price, even for the area, but more power to the people who do. There's a little something of everything here, so definitely check it out.

Good selection of stores but the driving lanes are narrow. Free parking is available and the parking structure is well lit with spaces wide enough to accommodate larger vehicles. It's easy to navigate on foot to check out shopping and dining options.

Parking can be a challenge. Goddess & Baker has ALL spots marked as reserved for deliveries with NO Handicap/Disabled spots. (Is this even legal? It's certainly cost them customers.)

Beautiful shopping center. But very pricey. Nice choices of restaurants. Shopped at Lu Lu Lemon for my granddaughter (leggings for dance team). WOW! Very good quality & a wide variety of styles & colors to choose from. But the price for ONE pair of leggings...$158. Bought 3 pair plus 1 simple top......over $400. YIKES!!! Her b-day is 2 weeks after Christmas so therefore this was a great combo gift. So that's the only reason that I gave only 4 stars due to $$$$ shock. Very nice & helpful sales associates.

Very nice place. Incredibly clean; not even one cigarette butt on the roads or sidewalks. Plenty of variety. Expensive, but you know what you're getting into. We've already discussed going back soon. The best part is masks are not mandatory! Not even in the businesses.

Nice and newer outdoor shopping complex. A bit hard to get to especially with their lack of signs but it's a nice place for the most part. Worth a drive but I would never want to live on site if I had the chance. Lots of store options especially with ll Bean being one of them. We were lucky and found upper ground parking near where we needed to go so we didn't have to walk far.

Flat tire forced me into the parking lot which suited my needs for space and a safe haven for my wife if she would have needed to use their facilities during the unexpected stop. Appreciated that no one was upset by my use of their space, but not too impressed that security didn't at least make contact with me.

BelAire Cantina was so much fun. The food is excellent and the outdoor patio area is beautiful. Great lounge area with fire tables and all decorated for fall. Social distancing is well maintained with every other table being unusable. They even dog friendly in the outdoor area. Was nice to be able to bring our four legged family member along for dinner.

Lots of fun shops to look at. It's a very unique selection of shops you don't see at a typical mall. However some shops are not welcoming to you looking. I'm sorry I have never heard of your store, if I don't look I don't know if you have something I want to buy or not. I guess they don't want new customers.

Calm, plenty of space, and a great variety of wines to choose from for cooking and drinking - found everything I needed to make Risotto from their Sentry. Very kind staff helped my mom reach up to something she couldn't reach (I was too far away). Masks required - fine by me!

This is kind of a mixed review. While we totally enjoyed our brunch at Hollanders, I mean really, it was super yummy, I would definitely recommend it, that being said, I agree with a few others. This place gives off a super weird vibe and overall, I didn't feel like it fit into the surrounding area. My wife however, was super excited to see a Wahlburgers coming soon, she's a huge Donnie fan, New Kids and all. So check it out and see what YOU think,

I love that the parking is covered. Especially when it's snowing. Also love that there are small lights above each parking stall as to indicate if the spot is open or occupied. A quick glance down the aisle eliminates all frustration with simply finding a parking spot.

This was quite the gem. Early in the season but could tell the place is great on a summer day. Plenty of good restaurants and stores...cool outdoor seating for some restaurants heaters for cooler nights. Definitely will be back

I attended two events here and at first, the parking situation was pretty confusing. Underground parking was most confusing because it took a few additional minutes to figure out where we should go in order to get to the event, but the security guard was very nice and helpful by giving us clear directions. The second event I attended here, I parked at Von Maur which was easy. I didn’t find exiting to be more difficult, as long as you clearly followed the signs. It is a beautiful establishment with a lot to offer!

Great place to come eat, shop, or just hangout. Love it here and great atmosphere. BUT be warned, if you are thinking of living here, just know every Saturday morning at 7:00 during the summer you will be woken up to a loud obnoxious lady who has a cycle bar class outside blasting music and shouts in a microphone!

very nice shopping mall. it is obviously for a specific audience, but all the same a very good shopping center. the upper level parking is nothing short of a joke, but thankfully they have free underground parking. there are some Chicago favorites like Goddess and the Baker and Davids Tea, but mostly smaller verisons of department stores.

Shopping and restaurants. Some of my favorites here are Cage Hollander, Le Macaron, Von Maur, Goddess and the Baker and Sendik's. But there are plenty more options here. There is a movie theater and comedy theater. More restaurants and retailers as well.

Lots of good stores, expensive but that makes it more interesting when shopping on the sale racks, the restaurants are not my cup of tea given I am the self proclaimed Mexican/sea food snob. However my friend Adriana (which is my Mexican gourmet Chef) told me the Mexican restaurant is good, she approves. Parking is easy.

I worked here for a short pireod of time and I must say the way the establishment is ran by Don is above and beyond! I recommend working here or even visiting to anyone! This is a really fun spot there's a ton of different shops. In particular we really like the Godess and the Baker. They have a really awesome atmosphere. Their coffee is really good and their pastries are amazing!

Enjoyed stores. Department stores shoe department slow to recognize the Need For assistance. Department only had one other customer who is being held by young man other employees standing around. All the other stores I visited were very attentive. It would be great to know what other stores are coming so far to the mall.

Not the best shopping experience, but not the worst. There are a LOT of vacant storefronts throughout the development, and the stores that ARE there all seem so similar...and a bit over-priced, especially for what they are. The two restaurants that are currently open are aesthetically appealing - Bel Air, in particular offers an awesome patio concept which includes a huge outdoor TV surrounded by fire pits. It looks like a pretty cool option for watching some games while enjoying an al fresco dining experience.

Love this new pedestrian friendly outdoor mall. Some wonderful small shops and good restaurants, cafe Hollander and Belair Cantina both have very good food and service. The reason for one less star, my husband has had foot surgery and we needed handicapped parking...couldn't find any.

Definitely an improvement over the box store that previously occupied the site, but I'm not sure that I get the concept. Two nice restaurants, a few high end stores, and a nice department store. That I get. But sure about all the floors of apartments above everything... To me it just makes an already small development appear even smaller and more closed in. The place is missing long site lines and anything that resembles a view.

Went to Wahlburgers and THEY WERE AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wahlburgers. The staff is great very friendly and they'll explain any food item you have a question about. They will cook your burger to your liking.

I greatly enjoyed my visit to Von Maur, where I purchased a few pairs of pants. I had a pleasant experience with all the colors along with the live piano player. This added a nice touch of elegance. I recommend coming here for items from nice clothes and hats, to jewelry and to sit down and listen to the piano.

I do like the Corners of Brookfield. There are many options that are here for dining and a few shops. It's a nice place that has a nice outdoor setting. I would say check it out and try it. The only thing I would say is that the restaurants could be a little pricy but not horrible. Check out the stores and restaurants and see what you like the most.

I really like the Corners of Brookfield. It is a fantastic development in a sparsely populated area of the city. While everything located here is convenient, it does seem a little out of place and with a lot of facilities given the small number of apartments.

I love the Corners of Brookfield! Von Maur is upscale shopping in a beautiful store with great customer service and gift wrapping too. Specialty shops are fun to pop into, ARHAUS has beautiful home furnishings and a Sendick's to pick up a few groceries! I am looking forward to Goddess and the Baker to open(and it did open), the Corners was missing a place like this.
