The location is great. The food court options and the retail selection isn't the best. But this nice small mall gives off a relaxing vibe. Locals come here to power walk. Overall I recommend Brookfield Square if you are looking for a peaceful outing and a quick bite to eat. The mall does have better restaurants located on the outside of the building.

The mall was very quiet when we were there. The sunlight came through the skylights and made it a very enjoyable walk. There is a good selection of stores. Most of the fronts are full except down some of the sides. The front face of the mall is bustling with restaurants and shops. The back of the mall is quieter with some of the old mall standbys.

The mall itself is nice. Good selection of stores, lots of space for walking around. Benches for waiting were plentiful. The bathrooms however were terrible. Dirty, and not at all maintained.

Went to Maurice's. Best place in the mall! A little pricey but they have clothes like you've never seen and the service is awesome! Jennifer is one of my favorites! She takes really good care of me and I always walk out happy!

My childhood mall has really transformed beautifully. It is always clean and looking good! The booth salesmen are not pushy (huge plus). This mall has a lot of selection! The location is great too. Only Mayfair out-does the selection of stores!

Great place to shop, a lot of different things and stores. Has a really great food court best I've seen in years ! Think the only improvement that they need to make that would be great for the handicapped customers is electric wheelchairs. As this mall has a lot of walking and spread out

Nice mall! Good sized, not too big. Some stores are gone presumably because of covid, but it didnt feel empty. We visited santa and it was great. Literally no line and we were in and out with minimal interaction. No crowds so it was nice to actually visit an establishment for once this year.

This place has gone down hill. Barely any options in the food court and many empty store spots the outside is good at least. Also is usually clean.

I like walking there weekly. I see all of the sales. The selection of restaurants is incredible. From fast food and juice bars to more formal expensive ones. There's a lot to choose from. It's so sad to see how many stores have been forced to leave because of the internet.

New renovations. New stores. The food court is pathetic. Only about 4 choices for food and many empty restaurant stalls. Invest in better direction signs because it’s hard to find the door you entered. Not too many hallway vendors. Fun rental strollers for your kids. I wish the carousel was still there.

I usually avoid malls because of the crowds but this one is worth walking through. I like the variety of shops, a few of my favorite specialty stores are here (Bath & Body Works, Yankee Candle, CJ Banks). Great restaurants surround the mall and there are good eats at the food court. For me, all that is missing here is Verizon and Cousin's Subs. Ample parking is available, except during Black Friday...carpool if you can on that day. Lastly, the interior is nice with comfortable seating.

Love this mall never crowded everytime we go. They have a good variety of stores but there are some empty spots especially since Boston Store closed. The food court definitely isn't that great with your options of Five Guys, Chinese, and Sabarro. But obviously the mall is surrounding by a lot of restaurants if you'd want to eat outside of the mall.

This is actually one of the nicest malls in the area. The only thing that I don't like is the bathrooms. They are really old, the stainless steel is stained, and the toilets are stained yellow. The only bathrooms in the whole mall are in the food court. There are gumball machines and vending machines right outside the bathrooms. The food court has a fireplace in the middle, but it is never lit.

With all the renovations this place has undergone the last few years it is starting to look a lot better than what it use to. But just like most malls it is starting to get a lot of closed store fronts and isn't terribly busy on the inside.

Looks like the entire south end of the mall, where Sears and etc. were located, is under serious redevelopment. The rest of the mall appears to be operating as per the usual. Casual, safe, and non threatening was the order of the day. There was no drama any where. Just people going about their business and enjoying life. Ample parking, was in stark contrast to the heavy traffic on adjoining highways.... Brookfield Square is clearly seeing a future for Mall type retail now and way into the future. I have to admit that I am looking forward to seeing the New developments, and definitely plan to continue to enjoy this indoor shopping experience. People watching and window shopping are great sports and good exercise...especially in the winter months...don't forget to thumbs up if you like the review

One of the two malls in the neighborhood, (other one being Mayfair) this mall is quite popular with a lot of residents. You can see people taking a walk in the malls before the shops open up, especially during the colder months. It has a lot of great shops catering to every need. Three big stores JCP, Boston store and Sears under one roof, Barnes and Noble, food court and many more. Unlike Mayfair mall, there is no cinemas here. A great place to hang out.

Today's dinner experience was a three star, but I'm giving it four stars because I've had better experiences the past few years. The menu was condensed to a single page back and front with no pictures, it took a few minutes to find my favorites. The Asian slaw is amazing- fresh and crunchy! The lettuce wraps are good. The orange peel chicken isn't the best if you are used to sweeter orange sauce from other Asian restaurants. The sweet and sour chicken is okay, but not the same s-n-s sauce you'd be used to. I LOVE pad Thai at noodles and company, but the Pad Thai here is just ok. (Okay maybe I prefer Americanized Asian food..!) I've had the create your own wok options which is kind of unique, but the line gets long quick so I don't get that if I go during peak meal times. I've never had a problem with temperature control here before, but the heater by the front doors wasn't working and the below zero temperatures came in with every customer. Over half the dining room was wearing their jackets for the hour and a half I was there. It never warmed up. Our waiter didn't even say anything about it. Soap in the bathroom was just about empty and it was only the beginning of a Friday night. This place is a slightly up-scale Asian restaurant that I hope was just having an off night!

Brookfield Square Mall used to be better than it is. Some of the stores haven't really gotten anything new in, such as H&M and American Eagle and I just feel that overall it is going downhill they don't really have many interesting stores and both of their anchors doors on each end of gone out of business. I know this is common with all the malls in the country right now but overall I'm disappointed with how the stores are and what stores are in this mall. I'd rather go to Mayfair and even then it's not that great but definitely miles ahead of Brookfield Square it's only missing the H&M which hasn't seemed to be updating its clothing as often as it should be.

Love this mall! Although it can get very busy and packed with people. I suggest going dureing week if you can! But if not it wont be horrible just will take more time goingvthru crowds! The food court has some really good meals too. Lots of options to choose from

Brookfield Square is a nice and fairly newly renovated mall. Over the years it has grown tremendously, including the foot traffic. It can be a very busy mall. I go there only for a few stores, but it has a lot of stores within. Sometimes parking can be a nightmare, there is a food court and many restaurants on the outside of it.

Nice enclosed mall, wonderful Boston Store, large Starbucks kiosk in the center of the mall with cozy seating. Sees Chocolates (the BEST) sets up a kiosk on holidays. Rogers & Holland's jewelers & others. Great place to take your morning walk in the winter. There is a food court. Restaurants on the outer perimeter are Great! Bravo! has an amazing lobster bisque, Fleming's is delicious.

Cost of supplies were extremely high!! Cheapest retractable dig leash was 24.00!!! Building us old, no big deal, but the restrooms need new seats!! Employees were VERY attentive despite my observations of over all.....I use to buy all my fish there when I had my tank, employees were always very knowledgeable, very nice and pleasant just to go in n say hello. If the store is changing due to the competition across the street, that's sad!! That store should be rolling out goods and have choices it use to!! Better prices for competitive sales!! Management should not let this store go down with Waukesha store opened now either!!

It's a mall that's trying to stay relevant. The future doesn't seem to lie with malls, seems counter-intuitive. They have added many restaurants in the mall building and on property. Why Sears stays open is anyone's guess, their day is past. No doubt the mall management would like to do something else in that spot. Overall, the mall is hanging in there.

I love this mall. So many great stores. Food court is centralized and has variety of food. Parking is adequate but more is needed. Excited to see what new stores will come in on each end.

Parking is always a little tight... Especially this time of year, but the food and shopping experienced are well worth it! I highly recommend stir crazy. They have top quality Asian fusion and build your own stir fry bowls, but their definition of spice is pretty mild so make sure to ask for sriracha or proper sauce if you like that sorry of thing. Their green tea is excellent. I split a pot with my significant other, and they'll happily get you more hot water. Shopping here is a little expensive, but the quality and service generally match.

Brookfield square is good. I heard another store may close. We lost sears auto too. It's not like a very high class mall around some cities. I would like to see better more exclusive stores move in but I'm sure they research extensively n find it probably wouldn't work. I'm happy we have the mall.

I've grown up going to this mall. I do not live in Wisconsin anymore, but when I'm back in town looking for Packers gear, this is still my go to place. Parking is decent, but Mooreland can get congested at busy times. The food court is also decent. Always feels safe and clean when I am there. I prefer outlet malls to save some money though.

A great mall with many of shops to go to, can be a little crowded during the holidays but that just means it's a good place to shop at. The mall closes at 9 which is the only reason it is not a 5-star review. I just wish they could stay open a little later but I suppose in the Milwaukee metro area that isn't possible. The food court is large with plenty of variety allowing everyone to get what they wish to eat.

Cooper’s Hawk is a favorite of mine. Taylor is usually always our server and is great. We have a lot of fun when she is there. Food and wine are always excellent. I had the scallops and were delicious.

Community institution approaching its 50th anniversary; I was there for the grand opening (for the petting zoo, of course) and have been a regular, either myself or with my mother, ever since (going all the way back to when there was a Kohl's food store in front - yup kiddies, Kohl's started as a grocery). The restaurant selection has never been better, the Barnes & Noble is great, the anchor stores are big (except the just-remodeled Sears is closing in 2018) and there's a fine variety of specialty stores. It's also one of the easiest big malls to find stores and get around in layout-wise (the diagram is basically a big cross), and the parking lot is so huge it is never, ever hard to find a spot, even in December. At a time when many malls have declined in quality or closed altogether, the Square works hard to stay contemporary and makes sure they cater to customers, not loiterers.

Not bad, but not great either. The mall has hopelessly outgrown its parking lot, so plan on a hike from your vehicle to the mall itself. Average selection of stores and restaurants, decent food court.

This mall used to be one of the better ones in south eastern WI, but now its pretty dead most of the time and a lot of the stores are closing. There are a lot of newer nice restaurants that are accessible from the outside, but for shopping, this place is becoming obsolete.

We go here fairly often. Parking can be a pain from time to time but they have stores we like, we've liked their Santas Ave Easter Bunnies for the holiday photos for kids, and the mall is clean.

I love coming back to this mall and seeing how much it's grown, changed, and been updated since I was a kid. Store selection is great and the mall is clean, but parking is limited and hard to find and bathrooms are often dirty.

The convenience of this mall has faded with the losses of stores like Sears and Boston Store, and the Toys R Uss that used to be just south of it. The rest of the mall just doesn't have enough variety to make up for the basically one stop shopping experience.

Nice visit... not too overcrowded with people. Only thing i didnt like is the fact you have to walk outside to get to some restuarant. Not bad, unless it's below zero, windy, snowing and you have 3 little ones in tow.

Brookfield Square is long past it's prime, but it does seem to have escaped it's slump of the past several years. New stores are coming in, no longer all leaving. And as usual, the entire place is kept clean and safe.

One of the few indoor malls in the Milwaukee area. This is a large shopping area with well over 100 stores and kiosks. There is a large food court with a huge fireplace in the center. The food choices range from a Japanese restaurant to Philly subs to Cajun. The entire mall is anchored by Sears on the south side and Boston Store on the north side. Something very unusual is the two live trees that are growing inside the mall itself.

It’s a beautiful mall with several places to shop. I highly recommend you shop here because the food court has a vast selection of types of foods. The kiosks provide little toys and gimmicks for you to have and has a large variety of different stores for whatever you are shopping for.

It's a mall, not much to say. It's got stores, and a food court. I do live the Barnes and Noble there, and there is a Red Robin restaurant. It's right off of the freeway so it's easy to get to. Other than that, it's a mall.

All of the practitioners at Anthony Vince are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. It's a beautiful, relaxing environment that allows you to have a truly relaxing experience! The reception staff greets you with a smile and offers a beverage while assisting you, if necessary, with the polish color you would like. They offer a variety of services from manicure and pedicure to waxing and facials. My favorite service, and I've never found it anywhere else, is the dip powder. It's a powder on your natural nails that is long-standing and strengthens your nails. Their pricing is comparable to other nail salons. The primary difference, outside of what I've already mentioned, is that in other salons there is always a feeling of rushing, it's loud and hard to find a calming and peaceful feeling. Anthony Vince is the only salon I will go to for my grooming services.

Decent shopping center with a good selection of stores. Sears is leaving March of 2018 so expect an empty space for some time. A new movie theater may replace it.

I was surprised by how few people were shopping in the mall since I was there on a Saturday. Every shopper must have driven a separate vehicle because there was NO PARKING SPACES OPEN anywhere in the lot surrounding the entire mall so I had to park extremely far away. Aside from Bed, Bath and Beyond, the stores didn't have any worthwhile sales. I'll be shopping online for most of my purchases in the future.

You can find a lot of brands and variety of products. TJMAXX is also there. I went to take a coffee with a friend. The issue is that It's an open space so during winter weather probably is not the best place to go. We went a rainy day and we finished completely wet.

I go here all the time because I live close so it's not quite a drive.... I got a beautiful 2 dollar dress and two bralettes for 4 bucks as well as a keychain for one dollar at the final day before closing at Charlotte Russe... r.i.p..... pls visit... it's great and they have a store for everything and a fantastic food court.. (five guys fries🤤😍) they have a store with prom dresses too.... if u r still looking!!!! Good luck shopping!!!!

Wow has this place deteriorated. Once a shopping destination, now more like a ghost town. If JC Penney goes under, this place will be more like a large food court rather than a retail center. Yes, online shopping has made a large dent in customer attraction, but the need to reinvent itself is slow in coming.

Talk about going above and beyondPat, a sales clerk in the ladies clothing section, had helped us earlier pick out some clothes. When we approached her to check out, she had just punched out, but continued to be of help. She had to check on different sizes at other locations on a couple of items. Brookfield Square has been upping their game over the past few years. A lot of new business restaurants and general updating. I think they will need to lose some of the old and stale stores if they're going to compete with this new shopping mall on Barker Road.

This place is turning into a zoo a lot of shops I got JCPenney has been there forever you got Boston throat's been there forever I think their food court could use some work I mean they got the pizza joint there and Cinnabon but like I don't know used to be a lot better so yeah it's safe they got a GameStop I got lids that place with all the weird presents over in a corner dildos and stuff I can't remember the name of it that store with all the cool stuff that place cell phone places they got that video game 3D video games if you go to the food court they got that candy place where has all the different kinds of candy it's like 699 a pound you can get like four different kinds of candy

An average-sized mall with a lot of options for clothing, food, housing items, and more. The food court features everything from Five Guys Burgers to Chinese to a salad bar to Italian food. Plus the Cinnabon store, of course, is always a must. :)

Decent mall. No issues other than sometimes the sneaker selection is lacking causing us to take a trip to Mayfair Mall. Other than that, Brookfield serves our needs just fine.

This is the mall to go to when in Milwaukee. They are opening some more outdoor space/restaurants as well which is becoming really popular. Probably one of the nicest mall in the area.

Currently Brookfield Square cant compare to the diversity and satisfaction of Mayfair but with all the new additions they are currently adding, soon Brookfield will be a strong contender for a day to spend at the mall.
