I was having problems with my mobile phone and getting my number transferred. This is the first time I've ordered a phone over the phone. One person I spoke with told me to take the phone to a Spectrum store and they could help. At the store, a lady told me I would have had to buy my phone there to get help. The people working there were so kind and very knowledgeable. They did help me with a few of the issues. The store seemed nice and the employees worked together to help. That part showed me that they put the customers first, which is what all should do!

I could go on and on and on and on and on about Springhurst just to get more points but I won’t, or will I? It’s a shopping center so it’s all about the stores inside and there are a bunch of them. I could name every store and restaurant and movie theater and liquor store and every other establishment inside of Springhurst, but I won’t. Although that would get me more points I won’t do that, I’ll just say it’s a pretty good shopping center and I’ll be back soon.

A smaller shopping strip but common for Louisville. Among other things, it has a couple of restaurants, a paint supply store and a vision center. It's easy to access and close to 265. The parking area is large but not well maintained. It has large and small cracks and some potholes. The managing company needs to do a much better job with maintenence.

Stopped at Bath and Body Works and was greeted by Megan.. she was the sweetest!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the new fragrances and products. She answered all of my questions and helped me find exerting I needed. She was extremely friendly and didn't once seem annoyed by my asking all kinds of sale and product questions. This young lady deserves a raise! Incredible work ethic!!! All employees not just here but at every BBW could take a few pointers from this absolutely sweet girl!!! Thank you Megan! You made my shopping experience feel like a visit home!

Very nice tours an excellent parking compared to other places with potholes. LOL! Everyplace head very nice and reliable workers when you need something they are there to help! I highly recommend the Shoppes and restaurants everyone is more laid-back and easygoing.

Can't say much about the shopping center as I went specifically to Old Chicago. Went in a large late at night. Our service was excellent, food was great as usual. They have handicap parking places near front door and then easy access inside. They had their patio open for guests to be able to eat outside. Service again, was excellent. Shared an appetizer and medium pizza with one other and still brought food home. Would highly recommend.

I love this Meijer store. It's well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. I shop here two or three times a month...driving 40 miles to do so. Kroger closed their Ruler store in the downtown Madison so that seniors who need to shop must take a bus ride that is about two hours one way...I haven't shopped at Kroger's since.

I love Target, and I love the wide array of shops in this strip mall. I can do my grocery shopping, get a new wardrobe, have my nails done, pick up office supplies, eat dinner, get new workout gear, buy a new mattress, and so much more - all within walking distance. It's super convenient, and I like the choices here. I feel safe in the area, so I don't mind being here late at night, even by myself, and it's never super crowded, except on Black Friday, so there aren't long waits at any of the stores.

The shopping center is in a nice area. There's a very large variety of shops to choose from, both small & large. There's really not enough space to begin naming all of them. It can truly be a go to place to fill all your needs. The only draw back is it's spread out. You're probably not going to walk from store to store, which means you will have to get in & out of the car several times depending on where you end up shopping. If you need a break, there's a great selection of restaurants from fast food to sit down. There's also a nice cinema complex. Traffic around the area is always pretty heavy, but it's especially bad around rush hours. If that isn't enough, there are other shopping areas & restaurants nearby, as well.

Lots of great shops in one place! Unfortunately, I lost a ring that had belonged to my mother (silver band light green stones)t oday 4/3/21. I shopped the following stores: Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Meijer and Dollar Tree.

A little something for everyone. From food to shopping. Sporting goods store, hair and nails. Spectrum has opened a customer service center and a German American Bank is opening right next to it. There are few charging stations for Tesla are available on one end of the Meijer parking lot.

A giant store, with plenty of things to check out. I came in for craft beer singles, and was a little disappointed by the size and state of that section. It was poorly lit and missing many price tags. I expected more, after seeing larger selections at smaller Liquor Barns. It was a little difficult orienting myself in the store due to an abundance of signage, most of them small and obstructing line of sight to the different sections. Took a bit of searching to find the beer area. All of the employees I met were kind, and I had a nice chat with the cashier. All in all, it's a good store and I would recommend a visit.

You got Meyer for groceries and household items, just next to that is Kohl's, and right across the way you can always find some really good deals in TJ Maxx. If you didn't see what you need in household items in Myers there's a Target here also. Household goods has a lot of variety of decor for the home. If you're planning a party or celebration, The Liquor Barn has everything you need including Fine Cigars. This place is also surrounded by a lot of casual eating places. If you need breakfast at Bob Evans if you need daily food in the Schlotzsky's Deli if you just want a sandwich there's Panera if you want a burger you got Steak and Shake and Wendy's if you want pizza Papa John or Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom if you want to wash it down. then of course all the lasted box office hits are playing at Tinseltown movie theater

Parking for trucks between Kohl's and Meijer seems to still be allowed,but guy in security buggy stopped by and said no overnight parking. I like taking my 10 hour break here in this particular lot to shop for supplies and catch a movie. I hope they keep working with us truck drivers and don't run us off because there is plenty of room for everyone. But I fear when you stop and approach a truck to inform a driver he can't park overnight it's counterproductive. Your whole break is ruined because of worry ... Support safe parking for safe professional drivers

I mean, it's a shopping center field with large swaths of asphalt, and some confusing parking lots with unexpected dead-ends (I'm looking at you, Target section). Am I meant to swoon over such things? To its credit, the common spaces stay clean, and the islands and medians are verdant.

Looking for a place that has a wide array of shopping, this is a good place to start. Located on the East side of Louisville, it is right off the expressway. Around this area are several local companies, in case those national chains aren't your fancy. Shopping, eating, fitness. All available right here. Parking is available, though getting in and out of the area is cumbersome.

Great shopping center with a good mix of stores, food and services. Meijer, Steak n Shake Target, Old Chicago, Dicks, Roosters, Hobby Lobby just to name a few. It also has a movie theater, Cinemark Tinseltown. It doesn't do holiday decorations like the nearby Paddock Shops, but the number and variety of retailers is excellent.

This is a one stop party store. I consider it the best in Louisville. I but my beer kegs here because they have the largest selections of craft beers and stock Blue Moon. The liquor selection is amazing and through in an olive bar. Perfect. Tastings and growlers to go.

this is a great place to shop I love going here and parking is always a breeze you can usually find a spot right up front and there's a plenty of handicap spots lots of shops in there and if you can't find it there it's usually very close a couple of malls and lots of eating right by the area and in the area this is a easy place to get in and out of and I prefer going here to do my shopping

I really like going to springhurst there's a ton of shots all around and even when you don't necessarily need to shop at springhurst the shops across the road near Costco or immense. you can find just about anything you like there including there's a very nice Kroger in this shopping center. Cuz your place for pets and places for shipping. Relieving a really good ice cream place here. I prefer going to this Kroger whatever I'm in the area simply because it's always very clean and unfortunately there's not a lot of parking but I've never really had trouble even if I had to park farther away than I wanted to. There multiple entrances from multiple roads and the interstates right there so you can get in and out very quickly. It's a great place to go to do Christmas shopping again across the road there's all those other shops and including a Build-A-Bear and lots of restaurants in the area.

Came here during the holidays when I was searching for the long sold out Stranger Things plush throw. Went to multiple other Target locations throughout the state and had no luck. When I came to this Target location I was told it was sold out as well. But the employee checked the inventory and low and behold he somehow found 3 in the back when there wasn't supposed to be in stock. I was SO happy, I bought all 3 of them! I don't know if it was just dumb luck and maybe a combination of being at the right place at the right time, but he found them for me when I thought all hope was lost. I was pretty much told they were completely sold out in the state of Kentucky. So he saved the day and Christmas!

This shopping center inclueds a variety of stores to meet nearly every shoppers need. A good selection of fast food restaurants makes it easy to eat when in a rush. After you take in a late showing of a newly released movie at Cinemark Tinseltown, you may want to stop by Steak 'n Shake for a burger or dessert. With a large parking lot area, it's always an easy task to find a good parking spot.

I LOVE the bedding and home decor... especially when I can get $300-400 comforter sets, for under $99! It's like most retail stores today, don't expect employees to come running up to you, but if you ask...they'll help.

Nowhere to park. People busy looking at phones in restaurants and parking lots. So what's up with folks who walk slower when you approach by vehicle and they suck their teeth daring you to run them over. You can't find your way around the curbs, random stand alone buildings and awful drivers.

One of the few outdoor Shopping Malls in Jefferson County. You can buy just about anything you need from stuff at Home Depot, Chic-Fil-A to several fashion Design shops. Lots of parking and also there’s a Meijer’s Grocery Store to shop at and their Gas Station to purchase gas if need be. The Main reason we would travel so far from our house to this outdoor Mall was for the Rafferty’s Restaurant that was once open for business, but now closed for business. If you want to enjoy a movie, you can even go to the local theater on the extreme North end of the Mall.

I also work at the center and would love to see the panhandlers gone. The same guys have been out there for months now. While sittling at the traffic light I have seen them hand off their sign to one another, sort of changing shifts. I have also witness one of them yell at a hispanic woman (who was out there panhandling with her 2 children) because she was in his spot. I'm tired of sitting there at the light and them walking up along my card waving at me.

Dollar tree is my favorite store in this complex, but there is just about anything you need here from a movie theater to a Target to a kids dentist even restaurants.
