The setup, area, and layout of this shopping center is nice but the stores that are at this area have dwindled. There used to be more and a nicer selection and variety of stores at this location but it appears the pandemic may have affected the ability of many of them to stay in the area. There are many restaurants available in the center and around it and they have seemed to stay and add. The IMAX theater is still here as well. Hopefully it recovers well post-pandemic and more stores come to or back to the center.

This outdoor mall is so stunning. Very clean & perfect for afternoon and early evening walks to shop, dine, & even people watch! If that’s you’re thing. The stores here are Boutique clothing stores along with a few chain stores like Sephora, Victorias Secret, Urban Outfitters, and more. I will say this: While the Boutique clothing stores are nice, it pains me to see all of the cheap & poorly made clothing from China with 300% markup price tags. This brings an ethical debate to mind each time I think of these stores. Hear me out! I’m all for supporting Small Business Owners, Women Owned Businesses & Black Owned Businesses. What I’m not about to support is someone purchasing clothing from China to sell for 5 times what was paid for it. That right there is true American Greed, people. Make the clothes yourself & Im more than willing to pay the price, but clothes from China, marked up to Rodeo Drive prices? Nah, I’ll pass, because I can guarantee you I can find your Supplier & pay what you pay. 🤗 Wake up people!!!

Little Rocks most attractive shopping center, it’s similar to the Outlet mall, except they don’t call it a mall. Nice scenery, but the weather is probably the biggest factor weather you want to go or not. It has a great variety of stores including the only Apple Store in central Arkansas and a healthy amount of clothing stores and food. I’d strongly recommend Big Orange it’s a burger restaurant, but you really can’t go wrong with food there.

The Apple Store is a great location with a great staff. I was greeted immediately at the door, even though I was just there to browse. The displays and store were stocked, clean, and ready for demos. Always love killing some time here. I’ve purchased multiple devices from this location, and have always received excellent customer service.

While there are still some cool stores open a lot of places have closed. Unless businesses move in to take over the empty spaces I am afraid this will go the way of most malls. The one saving grace is the restaurants. Local Lime, Big Orange, and YaYa's are all delicious and worth the drive to eat there.

I don't like feeling like singled out by police patrol there and no where else here at home in Little Rock...but....its a great place to take pictures, actual outdoor portraits and some nice higher prices stores. Good restaurants Big Orange and YaYa's are home here.

Is a nice open air mall with a movie theater home goods Apple store a nail salon many eating establishments a children's store and many other shops. Up close parking is often difficult. Our first time here for a movie, we used the kiosk for our ticket purchase which was cool. Had to ask someone where the movie was being shown because we overlooked the number on the right side of the tickets... Duh but we're older, so there! Great experience and will return

Outdoor mall that is kept clean. Big name brand stores that includes an IMAX theater. Even though it is outside in hot weather you have a choice of 2 different frozen treat spots. Will definitely be back to see more movies

I'm not much on malls, but this one really is great. Apple Store, lots of clothes options, good dining options... AND many of the shops allow dogs!! Some of the shop staff will even have their dogs with them! How cool is that!?

There is a very nice selection of stores but a lot of people that don't know how to drive. I was cut off five times by people not paying attention to what they were doing. There are stop/yield signs at the main crossing areas, but driving through the outskirt parking, people will just drive right out of those parking lots and onto the road that goes around the Promenade and not even think somethings wrong. Driving through there is dangerous.

This place was HUGE! Of course I went during a Christmas season so parking was challenging. But this is a very cool mall. Visited the apple store. These Apple stores are always busy and the techs are super nice. Bought a couple of ipencils for iPad pro. Awesome!

Constantly amazed by this team of people and I learn something every time I walk through the door. You just have to learn how their system works! I've learned never to just walk in with a technical issue on the weekends, but weekdays work better. It's always best to schedule your appointment on the website, you avoid having that wait. Lots of people complain about the wait time, but you have to understand that it's a first come- first served system! Amazing customer service, and brilliant people. No place like the Apple Store anywhere else in Arkansas.

I love coming here! My only complaint is that most of the stores are geared toward women. Would be awesome to have more variety. If you are ever in Little Rock it is a great place to go and eat. I took one of my friends to Big Orange and he loved it! It was his first Hamburger in America. :) The other restaurant I frequent is Bravo! Jorge is one of the best servers. Make sure you see him. There are so many other places to explore! Make this a stop during your next visit.

Very nice shopping center. Other than Apple store, really not much else in electronics general merchandise etc. Mostly clothing, jewelry, food, etc. Some really good restaurant choices. NIKE store typically has some of the best deals around and has clearance items that are cheaper than outlet malls.

Great place to spend a day! Great shopping for medium to upscale clothing and shoes. Fantastic dining, including Chinese, American (seafood and Burgers), Tex-Mex, Italian, and more! And even a theatre. Kid friendly, beautiful construction, and sometimes events and live music.

Lots of great places to eat all in one location. Not to mention plenty of shopping locations and a movie theatre. Several of my favorite places to eat are bundled together like Local Lime and Big Orange. Traffic and parking layout is good as well with avenues running throughout so you typically don't have to park a mile away from where you want to go unless you're like me and would rather park quick and walk a little bit than mess with pedestrian crossings and other drivers trying to get a spot right by the door holding things up.

We had a good time walking around and shopping in stores. The Children's Place and the Nike store both had great deals. DSW & Paul's Shoes stores were nice as well. The environment of the area was nice as well with pretty fountains and music playing. My kids made wishes in one fountain that had a sign stating that the coins go to the Make-a-Wish Foundation. I thought that was nice. We also liked the store window displays. They were all very creative. The restaurant YaYa's had live musicians playing in their patio. Not to busy on a Saturday and found up close parking. Of the 3 times that I have been there - I have always found up close parking.

Nice upscale mall. The stores might not interest every single person (especially if you are a male) but they have nice restaurants and a theater. It's nice to even just walk around with family and people watch. It's very safe too. One reviewer gave this place a one star and said it was because there were several businesses in the mall and so he could not give an accurate rating. Are you kidding me? Perhaps the theater here may want to play the movie "Idiocracy", cause that appears to be where we are headed.

This is great place to shop for clothes and assorted times. There is the Nike store, but most places here are tailored towards women. Any restaurant you go to is excellent. I highly recommend eating at Bravo!

Love the outlet there and just the while atmosphere and when fall come it's really pretty. Gonna movie theater back open. The ice cream shop that's is there it's a little pricey they tend to charge for every little thing you get.

I like the food options and window shopping in this shopping center. They have a lot of mainstream stores that are nice to go; however, the boutiques are fairly judgemental of the clientele. I understand to a degree this mindset since the Apple store and Victoria Secret get robbed fairly frequently but you shouldn't just automatically judge someone. Especially in today's market where more people shop online, I will continue to do so as well. I only give this shopping center 3 instead of 1 or 3 stars because of the food options. The boutiques should really watch out for how they treat people in the promenade since so many stores there have failed to thrive and have gone under including many boutiques.

We went to see "Rise of the Skywalker" there, it had big comfortable reclining seats, a huge screen, and really good restaurants within 100 yard walking distance. Definitely going back!

We love the Promenade at Chenal! We recently went to a fashion show at the Justice store where my girls modeled clothing from the store a d it was such an enjoyable experience. We also visited A.W.Lin's Asian Cuisine restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! We plan to visit again soon!

I love this out door mall!!! They have almost any store you want + great restaurants as well!! They also play good current music piped throughout the mall with speakers every once in a while. Sidewalks are wide enough for more than four people to walk down at a time, unlike some of the strip malls in Branson!!! If I were ever going to move back to a big city it would be Little Rock!!!

My favorite shopping center in Arkansas. Someone needs to build a shopping center like this in Downtown Pine Bluff Arkansas! Not on the outskirts, DOWNTOWN. Classic style. Beautifully designed. There are so many empty lots in Pine Bluff Arkansas that it wouldn't be hard to build something similar!

February 27, 2016 I had a 12:40 appt. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get here. We walked in, gave our name. We received direct communication about what to expect next the entire time. When it was determined that a repair was needed we were given an hour check in time and we went shopping in the other stores. We came back 5 minutes early and our phone was waiting on us. I will use this store every time i need Apple to help me with their products. Excellent customer service.

Went and watched A STAR IS BORN here! The lady at the front was very sweet. She really made the night great! We sat and tried watching the movie. The movie was amazing. what wasnt amazing was three drunk gentleman sitting next to us talking the whole time and texting. And would laugh at very inappropriate moments in the film. So aside from not being able to enjoy the movie. what we did experience from the movie and the employees was nothing but amazing. I just wish we could have enjoyed the movie.

Wish there were more of a variety of stores to accommodate a wider range of incomes. The need for this part of little rock is struggling to keep it looking more upscale when half of West little rock just want more trader Joe's and less boutique olive oil shops.

Just a beautiful place to park, walk and shop. If you are there don't miss stopping in YA YA'S. Everything they have is divine. You have to try the brunch on Saturday or Sunday. A bit pricey, but well worth it! Staff is very friendly!

I don't go out often, but It really has a great hang out type of atmosphere. Most of the restaurants' offerings are quite delicious. We visited Bath & bodyworks before going to Bravo's for dinner. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The fire was blazing and it seemed like everyone that was walking about the Promenade felt safe and just enjoyed this Little Rock locale. The food had my daughter reminiscing over her meal days later. Great place to meet with your girls, have a date night, or get a family meal.

This is one of those pretentious ‘fake main street’ malls that are popping up all over the nation.... Don’t get me wrong, they have all the perfect stores and perfect places to eat.... but they lack any depth of character, or have anything actually interesting.... This one particularly is absent of that sense of community. Did you know this is private property and you can’t even walk a dog here? Meh.... I was just here for the Apple Store.

My favorite store is the new honey bee store next to Bravo! The employees are super sweet and the honey is top quality and absolutely delicious, plus they have great bath products!! I think they are called The Honey Bee Girls!

Fantastic amenities, great atmosphere. You can really spend all day out here. From breakfast at Gandolfo's, shopping at Homegoods, a workout with Lululemon or Cyclebar, lunch at Ohia Poke, movie at AMC or dinner at Bravo, Big Orange, Local Lime, or Ya Yas and then dessert at Maggie Moo's or Menchies. I've been really impressed with how helpful and friendly everyone is. Especially the onsite security.

I had to spend the night for a sleep study. To keep my husband from travelling all the way back to PineBluff, they let him Stay the night in a room next to mine., after a patient cancellation. This is a remarkable and expansive mall! There are some excellent restaurants here, such as A.W. Lin's, and an amazing coffeehouse, Café Brunelle. Then there is a fantastic "fast casual" chicken and fish joint, Boneheads Grill, and of course, the Apple Store.

One of my favorite places to shop in Little Rock. There are national chains and local shops throughout and many wonderful restaurant choices there as well. I would recommend YaYa's. There is also a nice movie theater anchoring the shopping center.

A prime example of "It is what it is". In this case, the Promenade is an outdoor mall in a well-off part of West Little Rock. It has a few highly useful anchor stores, including Little Rock's only Apple Store and a Lululemon that seems to be successful. There are also some solid restaurants, including Big Orange and Local Lime. Sadly, the movie theater is currently between owners and closed, and the coffee and pastry shop is closed as well. In addition, The Promenade is metastasizing - adding restaurants and stores to the parking lot, since most of the footprint of the original mall is filled. This adds to the cluttered feel and hurts the overall feel of the mall.

This is a great outdoor mall with shopping and plenty of good eateries/restaurants. My favorite place to eat here is Ya Ya's Bistro, great environment and ambiance, great chef with a fantastic menu. They also have an outdoor seating area which is great in the spring or fall because they host live music. Other restaurants include, BRAVO! Cucina which is an italian style restaurant (think macaroni grill), Big Orange burger Co. and their gourmet burgers and milkshakes. There's also a Maggie Moo's icecream shop, a Pei Wei's, and asian cuisine restaurant along with a Sports bar on the west end. One of my favorite mexican restaurants which puts a spin on urban latin style cuisine would be Local lime, it is a fantastic place, with awesome food for the carnivore or the vegetarian in your life. If you enjoy margaritas then you can thank me later! There are tons of places to shop, but two of the main areas would be the Nike store and Apple (this is the only apple store in West Little rock. Great place with a lot more to see aside from what i listed so check it out for yourself!
