Great place for variety of shopping. Stores like petco, bath and body works, hobby lobby and many more. Plenty of choices for food - Pei Wei, chick-fil-a. Heb close by in the same area. Plenty of parking.

They got all sorts of shops for everything and anything you could possibly need. And above all else there is ample parking even on the weekends. Yes, I repeat, ample parking even on the weekends. The infrastructure is new amongst other great things about this particular area

Center at Pearland has plenty of eateries and exploring them has been an adventure. The part I enjoy most is the outdoor sitting arrangement. Nice clean and light outdoor furniture with shade is ideal to take my dog with me. She enjoys watching other patrons too.

Garlic noodles and shrimp was a very yummy meal. The shrimp were big and the noodles were so fragrant and were delicious but I have two complaints about this dish. #1 They did not clean the shrimp and that is gross! #2 They left the shell on when they fried it. The picture on their website shows the shrimp with the heads and shells on but I thought they were boiled but apparently they were fried. So at least they removed the heads but I had to peel and clean them before eating.

Visited Ross and found some great deals. Went looking for some curtains to match the curtains I found in the Broadway Ross. Mission accomplished. Very nice workers so I'll definitely be back to this location!

The shopping center is so beautiful. I love how nice/new this area is. Businesses are doing well on understanding people's situations on people coming in with or without a mask. But I would say, we need people to care a little bit more about our buying customers. Just wanted to be appreciated and people do drive crazy this is a parking lot for some reason. Don't drive FAST we love our friends and family!!😅 But the nice part I do see police officers hanging out to keep us safe. Anyways, Thank you for reading. 😊

I have never seen anybody go into the shops here. I think it's just an art installation titled "The Center at Pearland Parks" and it's about suburban dystopia or something.

I usually go to the academy in the shopping center but it's always very clean and very safe I've never felt that this place wasn't safe I don't worry about my car being vandalized or broken into and it's never super crowded so overall it's just a nice shopping mall.

The chicken salad was good. Lots of different choices to pick from incase you need to get lunch or dinner. I got a wedge salad, very fresh and plentiful. Fast in and out. Very clean no issues parking either.

Pearland H.E.B. off of 288 Customer Service was acting special today. I shop there frequent especially for the fresh squeeze orange juice. I was returning a Peach tree that didn't do well. I have a green thumb. Deanna telling me the receipt had expired. I hardly ever buy plants from a grocery store. I was told later by homefepot that a Fruit tree need another fruit tree with it. I have planted lemons and maderin tree. They did well. The February freeze killed them. It was only $29. I had my receipt and everything. I spent more than that almost every week for the orange juice $8.98. Spoke with David and Isaac. Still nothing. A gift card would have been nice. That's it for H.E.B. they lost a loyal customer since 1980.

I'm a breakfast person and have enjoyed every dish I've had at First Watch. The menu is small but divers enough to meet most people's palate for good fresh home style cooking. For those who prefer the lighter side of meal options, First Watch has you covered and even cary fresh juice elixirs that are delicious and pretty. The only thing I have not liked is their coffee. To me it taste burnt and heavy, and needs lots of cream and sugar. It isn't a smooth bold taste. It may be the way they prepare it. But I don't chest hair growing coffee to get me going, lol

We always find everything we need for our granddaughter ☺️, we love the fact that you can do some shopping at academy sports and outdoors and you can also grab a bite to eat from the different places located at the shopping center, chick fil a l, Panera bread, chipotle, Freddy's, Mod pizza amongst others makes it all very convenient.

Sometimes they have low stock stock on stuff, but I find myself going to Kroger more often to get stuff heb is out of or doesn't carry anymore. I think I'm going to make Kroger my primary store. They always seem to have everything

Nice clean well lit strip center anchored by a pretty good sports bar and a liquor store. They have a handful of eateries here, from Subway, to a pizza place, to Pena's Grill. There are also a couple of cell phone store s and a Starbucks that is still closed from Hurricane Harvey damage. Traffic can make it suck getting in and out of this place sometimes, but overall it's not terrible. Plenty of parking here too.

This strip center is off of Pearland Pkwy has a lot to offer.Some of everything for everyone. Clothes,Sporting Goods,Pet Supplies, Food Places, Nail Salon, Hair Salon.There is a HEB to shop for groceries a fuel center for gas. Just drive through and pick store that suits your needs.

This strip is super close by to me, it's where I work, and it has a bunch of places I used to have to drive to the other side of Pearland to get to, so I absolutely love it! If I could change one thing though it would be to put a steak house over here. A Texas Roadhouse maybe?

They had heb and mod pizza and chik filla a and Panera bread and pei wei etc. They even have an h and r block tucked away at the corner. I even ran into an makeup and hair studio here. You just have watch out from traffic esp when you come across the stop signs (people tend to roll past them)

Very conveniently located near my home. This Shopping Center is my go to place for HEB, Petco, TJ Maxx, Payless Shoes and Marshalls. I'm happy that the City reconfigured and added an additional turn lane for Pearland Pkwy to Broadway.
