The Ross here is great. Lots of fun decorating items for both indoor and outdoor. Got a wonderful solar powered light windchime. It it just delightful. Can't wait to hang it up this Spring. Then, I bought the most beautiful shoes by Jones New York. Didn't think I could wear them but they have a gel insert that makes wearing a three inch heel very comfortable. Beauty, comfort and the price? On sale for 13.99!!!! Best snag I ever made at Ross! Yes I was a very very happy shopper

In the Windard side of the island of Oahu, town of Kaneohe. Shopping Mall, with big names store, food court, theater and several local shops and businesses. Ample parking and easy to get to from all directions. Great addition to that side of the island, 7 out of 10 for small shopping malls.

Many restraints to pick from, a great grocery store, Ross, pick up prescriptions and everything under the sun at Longs Drugs, Bask in & robins for yummy ice cream and deserts, Starbucks for a Burt's of yummy energy, 2 banks and many 1 of a kind shops! You can spend an entire day and not see it all!!

Starting to look a bit run down. It's Kaneohe, so it's more laid back than town but, it has looked the same way for about 25 years now. Rust is taking hold in the roofs and don't expect anything high end. A lot of the places are the same, though so they're solid eateries/businesses.

Generally crowded. Lots of shopping choices. Getting around took a minute to navigate safely, not knowing the driveway and parking lot areas. I used Google maps to visually assist me thru the shopping center to locate a specific store. Local traffic seems to be very busy in and around this local shopping center. I had hoped to visit more shopping stores and eateries next time.

Personally one of my favorite McDonald's ... service is quick, staff are more or less friendly & familiar. One of the very few McDonald's you can go to & irregardless if you see a long line ~ crew members on ANY SHIFT assigned to the drive thru ~ "handle the lines" providing more or less (08/out of 10) accurate and speedy services to all customers !!

I enjoy Windward City Shopping center for ease of access, available parking and stores available. Food Land Deli is incredible. Star Bucks is very modern and spacious with an incredible friendly staff. Ross is great for some items. I enjoy this shopping center because it is NOT in the immediate vicinity of the mall. Definitely a good place to visit in Kaneohe.

Little Caesar pizza place ready to close for the night, just as we walked in. They took our order & got us outta there so quickly, I never had a chance to get name of manager & assistant but want to thank them for the awesome & very efficient service. Food was great, my family really enjoyed it & we'll definitely be back soon!

I did a few things over in Windward City. Shopping center is the first place I tried Poke. Inside the Store there, I walked by the deli counter. I looked at the many different types of Poke they had. Guy working the counter asked if I wanted some, stated I was just looking & never had any. Gave me a try. Realized that if you like sushi, you'd love poke. I didn't buy any there, because I was still driving & wouldn't be able to eat nor store properly. However, a couple of days later I was able to have some. Will never forget my first taste of poke. It's some great stuff!

Was very upset when AMS closed their Windward City branch. But have used the Kaneohe branch twice now and very happy w/Service. Brooke was so very helpful with an issue I had with a wire transfer. Nice people and great service.

Windward city shopping center doesn't have enough full sized parking stalls and their traffic flow design isn't that great as they have a drive through near the only exit that you can make a left turn out of the center, really congested. They do have a wide variety of businesses but have lost some of their tenants due to covid-19.

I love this Shopping center, its always clean, alot of food choices, kid rides, cotton candy stands, popcornstands, kid train ride, movie theater, clothing stores, game machines. It's a great place to go to get out of the house and have a relaxing time.

I go to 24hr fitness to work out. The people at the front desk are always pleasant, and helpful. The facility is sparkling clean, and wearing a mask is required at all times.

During this pandemic. Flower shops are not considered to be essential. We are lucky Foodland Kaneohe is open and has an assortment of tropical, carnations and roses and various other flowers available to buy. So I was able to visit my parents grave and put flowers there. Thank you Foodland Kaneohe.

I Love it at Windward City Shopping Center. You can get Everything you Need at Foodland and Longs, there are Great Places to Eat and the thing i Love the Most is that 24 Hour Fitness is located there. Windward City Shopping Center is Convenient its 15 minutes from just about anywhere on Oahu. Awesome.

Only been here twice so far, once for Baskin Robbins and once for Starbucks. So far, so good. I'm an urban stealth camper, so I wonder what the panhandling is like here, and what the best spots are. Going to check out the mall first, may come back here later, the food options are decent (Denny's, Foodland, and more). I don't like fast food, but there's plenty of it around.

It has the best grocery store (Safeway) on the Windward side. It also has Longs Drugs , Starbucks, Brick Oven pizza, and Sumo Ramen to name a few highlights. It has plenty of parking but can get busy on Friday afternoon.

I didn't see a listing for Kin Sun Chinese take out at Windward Shopping Center, so this review will have to suffice. I don't live in Hawaii anymore, but have frequented this take out buffet a couple of times over the years and the staff is always friendly and value for the money, this place can't be beat. During my most recent visit, I had the Jai (sometimes called Buddha's Delight) which is completely vegetarian. It has a mix of veggies and glass noodles and garlic eggplant. Everything was tasty and not too salty. This isn't a fancy place. Order your food at the buffet line, sit down and feast. IMPORTANT: THIS PLACE ONLY TAKES CASH!!!!

Standard assortment of restaurants you'd expect to find in a local shopping plaza in Windward Oahu, parking can get difficult to find nearby the stores but you'll likely never be stuck searching for a stall long if you don't mind a brisk walk. Limited entrances and exits for motor vehicles, be sure to drive cautiously while on site, the pace of life slows a bit on this side of the island.

Windward Mall opened up the year I graduated from high school 1983. They have a farmers market on Wednesday and Sunday's. Some of the movie theaters have just been renovated. Great if you want to walk around in the mall as it's air conditioned.

Shopping was fun and I love how convenient it was to get MOST of our Christmas shopping done in one place. However, it is probably my least favorite parking lot in Kaneohe, in general but during the holidays... what a mess.

My main reason for going to Windward City Shopping Center is Alii Coin. Although sometimes I have to wait to be served, I find the service more courteous and friendlier than other coin shops in town...informative and helpful too. Of course, WCSC also has Ross's, Longs, L & L, etc... all of which I find convenient.

Winward City shopping center has a good variety of stores and restaurants. Lots of free parking. I've visited Genki Sushi, Longs, Ross, Foodland, McDonald's, gas station, KFC and they even have a Goodwill donation station.

Ross, Foodland, Little Caesar's (new), Starbucks, Sally Beauty, and a lot more. Convenient location. Downside is the parking lot. Dont stay longer than 3 hrs or you will get a ticket. And is one of the most accident prone parking lots I've seen. Usually cars banging others cars on a daily.

Wide variety of stores. Many of which are so successful they've been open for decades. Just be careful after 2 PM because that's around when the school gets out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. MWF gets out around 3.

One of the fastest satellite city halls on the island. Though it is not much for seating and the customer service is bland, it is the fastest service of the many DMVs I have encountered. From vehicle registration to title transfer. This is the place to go if you are limited on time. Just do yourself a favor and make sure you have all your documents in order and that you have a form of payment. They do take debit or credit cards, but take a check incase the system is down. However, no matter how fast they are, save yourself some time and renew online!!!

Average strip mall. Everytime I'm here my car gets dinged, only been here to drop off at good will and to pick up a cable box from spectrum. Never over a 20 minute trip. Well why go anywhere else when you have everything here, from doing your grocery shopping at foodland to dining at Denny's (great menu by the way) then work that off at 24 hour fitness gym, how about that massage you've always promised yourself, don't forget all your toiletries from longs or checking out new cell phones at AT&T or even get yourself a new outfit or something for the home at Ross.... literally all you need here with two huge carparks either side to choose from...sorted. Grew up coming here and still go to Windward City Shopping Mall when were down Kaneohe. Live in town. Fave place to eat, KJs! I believe that's what it's called, but their fried chicken its sooo good! Hopefully it's still there and going strong, havent been in a while. Have to make a trip and grab some fried chicken and I think I used to get musubi from there too. Anyone know if their still there?
