4 stars simply because you have a Costco, a City Mill, and a handful of places to get a quick but diverse bite to eat! 🤙✌ 12/2022 I had to point this out, but wouldn't you know, I was a few steps too late. The Tuxedo Mousse Cake absotively rocks - period! By the time I thought about mentioning it in a review, it was almost gone. For the price, value, taste, and how much it can feed (my estimate is up to 12 pax), it is an awesome idea to bring to a party or serve for dessert. Do it, do it now, and you don't even need an occasion. Btw, for this sole reason, I've bumped this store up to 5 stars. 😃🤙✌️

Parking available if you park further away from the shops. Been coming here to shop at foodland and eat at Pieology. Gets really busy here after work during dinner time. Flower section at foodland was being replenished that day. Picked up some baby arugala to eat with pizza. Line got really long when ordering pizza.

Their is a nice variety of places to eat. From Milly's Thai to Tex 880 BBQ. You can get your food to go and sit out by the marina. There are tables out by the waters edge. Very nice and peaceful.

Not too shabby on this side of the island. Lots of restaurants and it has a gorgeous marina view if you want to do takeout and at the tables and chairs behind the main stage. The view is spectacular and there are many takeout establishments to enjoy. Parking is ample and definitely free, which is always a plus.

There is always parking, the atmosphere is clean and classy, and there are many great shops in this center. There are many outdoor dining tables and there is a courtyard area that has a breathtaking view of the water. Try grabbing takeout from one of the food establishments and then eating by the water. The tables are all very out in the open, and the ones up by the water don't have any shade, but if you don't mind a little sun and don't require privacy, it is worth it for that view.

We had an anniversary dinner here on our first trip to Hawaii. The food and service were superb. Be aware, though, that this location is very far from Waikiki and transportation via Lyft and Uber is very unreliable.

Costco is the anchor tenant for the store side of the town center. Ross, Panda Express, City Mill are the stores I frequent. More than 1/3 of the stores are waterfront but most shoppers enter the shops on the parking lot side. Along the waterfronts are tables and seats to eat or just watch the boating people go by. Very pleasant space.

Nice clean town centre with good parking. I frequent this area for Costco and Ross but there's also a few food places worth investigating. Toilets are currently being renovated which is a good thing, so it's porta potties for now ( not such a good thing!)

A few great shops and substantial parking spaces. The pho place is amazing and island covers is great. Of course we use Safeway and longs, as well. The new find is the cleaners next to Safeway. Love it!

Got to Costco about 2:35 during the Holiday Season. Costco is always busy no matter what Season it is. Checked out pretty fast. Better to go to Hawaii Kai than Iwilei if you want a faster line.

A very nice and not too crowded shopping center. If you're looking for a spot just to relax and shop this will be the place for you. At the back of the shopping center is a marina with a great view. And Costco is also right there pretty much everything you need is here.

Love the friendly Hawaii Kai district. Always busy and crowded because of Costco. Wish there could be more entrances into center. Takes so long to get in & park, plus parking stalls are so tightly close, cars park crooked all the time & you might find a ding on your car. Hope they remark lines to fit big cars. Great shopping center is it very busy and they do charge for parking. Found a lot of shops I enjoyed. Even if you're not shopping you can just walk around and theirs also a lot of street entertainment around. And lots of restaurants around. Some of the stores are expensive so heads up!

We ate at Roy's. The service was excellent. The food was fantastically delicious. The dessert was sinfully good. The only drawback was it was hard to find. It is located in the parking lot next to Outback, but does not have a sign on the side of the building.

To begin with the Burger King is gone, torn down I'm talking boom no more. The rest of the area is thriving. It's a clean mall and the backside is a view of Hawaii Kai Bay. Gorgeousness. Sally's is the main reason I travel to the area and always grab a taste of yogurt which is 2 doors from Sally's Beauty Supply

The Towne Center is very busy. A lot of traffic in the area. There was a nice quiet area to relax and enjoy the scenery. I enjoy visiting Hawaii Kai because I'll probably never be able to afford a home there. The homes may be expensive but the community demographics makes our visits enjoyable.

Storage facility, municipal & medical offices, a dog groomer and a gas station. 14 eateries for any budget, including the famous $$$$- Roy's HI Kai. Open waterfront seating with community stage, main community events center throughout the year especially during Christmas. Indoor bathrooms.

A little far from Waikiki as you'd need to drive for about 20 minutes east from Waikiki. Not a big shopping area but there is Kona Brewery. Great view of Hawaii Kai bay during the day... Must go for lunch. At night there is nothing to see. Food is good beer is awesome. There is a COSTCO as well. If you have a membership from your country, you can receive a day pass to shop.

An outdoor strip mall anchored by CostCo with ample parking. Seema to be kept clean and has decently wide covered sidewalks. Also has a $tarBuckies so makes it easy to grab a cup on your way in to do your CostCo shopping. While a bit longer drive from Waikiki; for me I find it is a nicer drive, typically more relaxed (unless you get caught in return traffic that can bunch-up sometimes in the late afternoon) than going the opposite direction to the other CostCo north of Ward (no nice surrounding scenery and you are just inching along grinding from stop light to stop light going to that other CostCo/HomeDepot).

Let's see, went to City Mill to get a locked mailbox, then you have to go Ross!!! Bought stuff the puppy and bedding items. Out $55. Then the last stop is, of course, Costco before they closed. Restocked on meats for the week. One pit stop to get almost everything you need.

This is a gem in Hawaii Kai. The shopping center has several awesome stores like Ross's and Sally Beauty Supply but the real treat is grabbing a bite of food or a drink and sitting at the tables on the marina waterfront and enjoying the gorgeous Hawaii sunshine. Hawaii Kai is beautiful. Worth driving from Kailua or hawaii Kai. The drive up there is beautiful and the views are unbeatable. You get ocean and mountains and see the water change from teal blue to deep dark blue. Hawaii town center has a lot of shopping, food and ice cream places, then you can drive up or walk to Kona brewery for some beer tasting or glass of wine and some appetizers
