Although the reputation for this plaza being ghetto is still strong, it's probably not as bad as it seems. There are a lot of homeless-looking people milling around the parking lot, but that's probably due to the thrift store, grocery store, l&l drive in, and close-by fast food joints. I wouldn't feel safe leaving anything in an unlocked car at this spot.

Want to the rent a center to handle my contract. I love working with Nicole, she knows my family by name and face and always tries to accommodate when we're having a hard time plus she cares about her customers and workers. She doesn't take the spotlight she's very down to earth. I always go back to this rent a center because they truly with with me instead of trying to have a "earn like commission" personality. I don't have a lot of money but getting my necessities at an affordable payment plan works for me. Brian the other worker is outstanding at his job and knows how to make customers feel important. He listens and is efficient at handling accounts. The 2 delivery guys that came to bring my stove and bed a while back, I'm sorry I forgot your names, were quick in setting things up. They were professionals and knew exactly what to do when things didn't work out right. Electrical plug didn't fit right so they had to replace to my apartment plug. If I could I would enjoy to have them deliver all my family things when ever I have an item with rent a center. Thank you rent a center for having professional, intelligent and caring workers. I would definitely buy all my necessities from them 6 months same as cash deal.

Smaller strip mall anchored by Foodland grocery and Savers second-hand store; other commercial business are in this complex. Free parking in front, but can be busy mid-day. Be sure to remove valuables and lock your car when parking.

This place is huge it's hard to find things it's not very organized. They have 25% off on Mondays which is cool. Their prices are mostly ridiculous and I find that I can get brand new stuff at Ross for less.

I love this place! I love it from one end to ghe other end. Did you guys know between Rent a Center and Sav÷rs there's a elevator that you can take to the 3rd floor and they have a place that will help you with just about anything for free? Like jobs, training, refurbished laptops, computers, or if you have a problem with your own maybe ask them if they could help you fix it? I'm not to sure about phones bcuz if you're low income??income? There's always Lifeline where you can get a free phone and service. I haven't been there in over a year so if you go up there please leave any information that have changed. I know there were hundreds of 8X10 papers on the wall with all kinds of help information for everything's and I'm pretty sure they can help you get a case manager. Bug besides that "Savers" is my favorite place to shop for new clothes and some used very well and cheap clothes. The prices and daily discounts are unbelievable. Anything you need I'm pretty sure you will find it there. Then theirs my favorite "Foodland" another one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at bcuz anything Loco they will have. It just a all in one place to shop and so many different places to eat fast food at. To bad Sizzlers is gone. Office depot. Everything for you home or business needs anx join their points club. And email for special discounts. What more can you say about this little shopping center that been on Dillingham forever. 💞

Parking lot in need of some help. Landscaping, Repaving of lot. Lot of the Offices are such in a Maze. Restrooms are Super far from some offices. Unfortunately lots of office space is vacant. Don't know if it was due to the Pandemic.

Pretty good deals, they don't check everything that comes in so make sure that you do. There's a small table to check that electronics work. Most of the store's square footage goes to clothes. *Make sure you go on a Monday for 25% off everything with a membership.

Love the Original Pancake House there!! My favorite foods on the menu are: Forty-Niner Pancakes, Ham and Cheese Omelette with buttermilk pancakes, Seafood Omelette with the sauce on the side, and their bacon, bacon, bacon! 💜 These have been my favorites for years. My friends have eaten other items...just mentioning my favorites. 🎉 Oh, I forgot to mention the coffee; oh my goodness! Hot and not bitter...wish they had the flavored creamers, though. Your waitress fills your cup constantly; rarely see the bottom of the cup!! 💞 The waitresses are friendly and attentive and the busmen make sure that the tables are clean, just waiting for you to sit down. The hostess tries to seat you as soon as possible; there is always a wait. Great place for breakfast or early brunch!! 💜

Good chicken. Had to wait for it. While everybody else behind you gets their order and the drive thru. Just because I wanted 3 mild breasts of chicken. Cashier said,"2 mins." It was like 20mins. Mild goes fast. Had the spicy chicken sandwich. Tried it. Don't know if it was hot. The spicy sauce was the heat. WOW!!!

Older strip mall with a couple of anchor businesses namely Office Depot, Foodland and Savers. The parking lot has multiple entrances from the two streets that flank it. Looks like they could use a makeover. Sometimes the patrons can be a little sketchy but it is no reflection on the businesses or the folks working there.

Nice plaza. Went specifically for the Original Pancake House which was phenomenal. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. And the food here was delicious. I would recommend the pancakes with coconut syrup or the specialty fluffy omelettes.

Took someone to an appointment on the second floor where there are offices for the State Disability Doctor. Downstairs on the 1st floor there are a few large stores with in the building. Ross's dress for less is one of them. Infront of the plaza on Dillingham Blvd there is a Popeyes Fried Chicken and Burger King.

This is a great plaza, parking isn't always the greatest, but there is usually parking spaces to be found after some driving around briefly. Wise to check on your vehicles if you plan to be there more than an hour.

They used to check my handbag to see if I stole something. I still feel bad though. The Ross discount home furniture store was fantastic, some items seriously overpriced, but very unique Hawaiian art which was so cool. Savers is also located here for those bargain buyers. I got a 40 inch TV for 50 dollars, flat screen and quite nice.

Parking lot is messy. No public restrooms. The stores located in this plaza is good. I have frequented Foodland which is a local grocery store and Office Max - office and school equipment/supply store. Parking stalls are very small so most people take up 2 stalls. If Foodland didn't have delicious "poke" - I would avoid this plaza.

Actually visited across the street at Popeye's Chicken. Then parked on the other side of Burger King, parked under the shade of one of the trees to eat our chicken in the car. A nice little shopping center in the middle of Kalihi. You can get your groceries (Foodland), office supplies (Office Depot), or grab a bite to eat at one of the handful of eateries in the area. The discount furniture store is also a thrifty choice for furnishing your house and visit Savers for second hand items and Halloween costumes!

The 2nd floor is basically all public social services. If you need help with anything you'll find it in the 2nd floor or at Oahu Worklinks. The first floor has good eateries like Yummy's, L&L, Honu Sushi and Foodland. It also had Ross' furniture outlet, Savers and an Office Depot! Parking is free for 2 hours so you have time to shop, eat and find services!
