I visited yesterday and enjoyed the nostalgia of walking through a mall that isn't on its last legs. Almost all the stores are still open and there was a decent amount of people shopping there on a Monday morning. Surprisingly I didn't seem to see any type of food court and all the food options were spread out around the mall, but it's not too long of a walk end-to-end, so it was more of an interesting observation. If you want to visit a full mall, visit Westfarms!

Been coming here since teenage love this mall still do. Great shopping mall. Can be congested before Christmas. I like to go shopping so much stores. I seen changes as I was going there when I was a teenager in high school and now as I'm older. Store open and closed so many great year memories.

The Santa experience was quite pleasant and easy this year. Staff was helpful, and being able to schedule an appointment was a life-saver, especially with 3 small children. The photos came out great and the price wasn't super expensive either. As a bonus, Westfarms had a multicultural Santa day you could schedule for as well, for increased representation. Good on you, Westfarms. Of course, parking and access was just as you'd expect at a mall in December, but not as frustrating as I've seen.

This mall has a wide variety of stores and has a lot of parking. There's almost every store you could think of (American Eagle, Arie, Lush, Tiffany, and so many more). It was beautifully decorated during the holiday season and the bathrooms are clean.

WestFarms mall is one of the very few malls that continuously strive to improve a visitor's experience. They're constantly improving the quality of the stores residing there, in that there are very few vacancies available on both levels. When one store leaves, the management is very quick to have a replacement store already lined up. The proper mix of both high end and above average retailers, along with an eclectic mix of dining options always ensures that a visitor will always have a great experience there.

My trip started out bad (I went in for new bras). Macy's prices were outrageous so I went into Torrid. The service and help I received there was phenomenal!! Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Only came here twice. First time was for a job interview, and the second time I was returning an item to the only store in the state which was at this mall. Smaller than I remember, and more crowded than I remember. Christmas time is the worst time to shop as I had to park all the way to the back of the mall. Hard to find stores. Great selection if you make 6 figures a year x_x

Awesome place to shop, their is a store for everyone. Very clean and organized for easy navigation throughout the mall. From shopping, relaxing or eating you will notice its a must visit Mall. Security top notch, visible from parking lot to all levels of the mall. Keeping shoppers safe a priority during the holiday season. My Star Wars family was their this year. I was able to take a several pictures. Never a dull moment at this Westfarms Mall

Not my go to mall, too crowded for my likeness but that's all personal opinion, all in all plenty variety of stores for your clothing needs, it has sbarros pizza which is a mall favorite. Mall staff are very friendly and helpful.

it's been a long time since i have gone to the westfarms mall. went to use a 50 dollar gift certificate i had. actually used it a JC penny's because they were having a huge sale. we walked around the mall after and there are a lot of high end stores. way over my price range

Black Friday was crazy in this mall. However, folks were great. I especially liked the tv area and the wellness spots so one could rest. Very cool indeed. The Santa section was great for small and big kids. It felt like Christmas as a kid would remember it.

Don't usually rate places like this but it keeps popping up in my list on Google. Basically it's the best mall in Connecticut. Very walkable lots of good stores and decent choices for dinner.

Went to Westfarms yesterday and really enjoyed our shopping experience looking at some high end designer products in a beautiful presented setting especially at Nordstroms, we noticed the lower stock level in most of the stores but find the less options actually made our selections easier and more enjoyable, we bought a few luxury items for the first time in a while and had lunch at Brio that was quite pleasant.

I had not been to the mall in three years. Went on a Sunday and it was crowded. Almost every store is occupied by a business, glad to see! Many upscale stores and the old staples like Macy's, JCPenney, Verizon, Apple, and Loft. California Pizza Kitchen is still there!

The kids went in the virtual reality egg shaped chair and luved it! My son luvs horror movies so he decided to watch the scary one!! It was really scary he said and by the looks of the next 2 children it seemed scary to them also...It's such a great idea to have something like this for the kids if they are coming along. My son went in it 5 times!!! Angel's son only went one time for a second. He wasn't fond of the scary one. But he liked the roller coaster one he said it looked real! My son took the seat once he decided to get out of the realistic scary one. Needless to say I'd most definitely try it out There's 56 to choose from and the man there will tell you if it's a good one!! The man running the machine was very kind! Good with the kids also!! We've been there 3 times. All three times we went it was like we knew him for a while he was easy to talk to and the kids got along with him as well!! 5 🌟's from me..

This is probably the premier make in this state. It is clean and modern. As well, as a good selection of stores and vendors. There are. Businesses here to fit all budget types.. As well, as the super high end Louis Vuitton and Coach. There are several places to sit and rest your feet or charge your phone. The food city is rather point, but who wants to pay double to east in the mall anyway. Otherwise, great experience.

My family 👪 love to go this mall. One of the closest shopping 🛒 center in West Hartford. Lots of things to do but unfortunately this mall don't have play station for kids which is very frustrating 😤 to take my kids over there... I don't like there security system because few weeks ago my wife lost her Michael kors purse from the main lobby where everyone love to sit there and enjoy there good time with family and families!! And spend some time with tired of shopping and little snacks break as well. My wife wad sitting there and enjoying her breath.. Within 15 minutes someone took her purse 👛 and security cameras didn't locate the purse. The mall need to install more cameras and improve security system. It's very serious issues I'm trying to mention. Pls pay attention!!

A really huge mall that has just about every type of store you could imagine. From high-end fashion to children's goods, toys and games, underground fashion & collectable, and even both food court shops and full-sized restaurants. The lounge areas are spaced appropriately, and are necessary because of the vastness of the mall, especially being two stories by default and with some shops stretching three! The bathrooms deserve special recognition, as they have vending machines, lounge chairs, and even a dedicated family bathroom! Bravo to this mall for attention to detail to accessibility! I will definitely go back, but only when I'm prepare for a very long walking day!

This mall is phenomenal! If I could give it a 10 star rating I would! I had the exciting opportunity to visit a Tiffany's store for my first time ever...I was waiting for Audrey Heburn to appear. The store is amazing, lovely sales people and exquisite jewelry on display. I can't wait to visit the original one in NYC...and have breakfast there! Vineyard vines is a super fun place, colorful, welcoming ...think of it as a beach in a store!!! Shep and Ian really had a great idea in mind when they created their clothing and the shops! I guarantee you will love it there, a mini vacation spot! All sales people were fantastic, esp. Whitney, who really took care of us and treated us like friends, as opposed to just customers.

Mall was not crowded. Many stores closed at 7:00 pm. Retailers appear to be all high end. Many familiar mall stores from the past have left for strip malls. Lots of jewelry stores, phone stores and high end clothes. Malls have changed.

Overall a 4 star, Mall have a big central Starbucks coffee/meeting place to sit down/relax chat with your friends and family. Macy's is internally connected to the mall. Have nice options to eat fast food/ice cream but they are scattered all over the mall they don't have a food court which I prefer normally that's why a 4 star. A good place to visit for shopping as they have Macy's and Lord & Taylor next to it. Also, they have couple of good restaurants internally connected to mall PF Chang, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. Place to shop and dine in with family.

Stopped by for our yearly Christmas shopping. One of the cleanest, well kept malls in the area that I have seen. Almost every storefront is occupied, offering something to appeal to just about everyone. I would say this is more classy than Buckland as they don't have as many 'pop up', dollar or random seasonal stores sporadically laid out. The Santa photo area is quite large and looked like the kids were all having a great time. Well done

Westfarms Shopping Mall has continually changed since I was a boy. I miss the movie theater and record stores. The present stores do have lots of opportunities for clothing and sunglasses if that's what you need.

My mom and I over stayed our welcome at the Macy's in westfarms mall. The guy who check us out Jacob Matos was polite, charming and working hard to cash everyone out very close to closing. The mall has changed. Inner stores close early and the variety of stores seems out of balance. Certain sections of the mall are packed while others are empty. The random stuff being sold in the middle is distracting and I wish they were all located in one area.

There is a saying that goes like this “there is no place like home”. This place is almost similar to that, although there are no beds to sleep or a kitchen to cook, this place offers you a place to eat, a place to relax, and time to spend with your loved ones. By experience, I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, my mother bought me clothes and food from here. Now I’m grown and I’m still going to this Mall. All I could say is that this Mall brought so many happy memories to me, I hope your loved ones will feel the same way too!

A few stores "adjusted hours due to the pandemic..." 10A to 6pm. What!....all this money walking by and no sale. How do you make overhead when you are closed. Adjust later, like 2 PM to 10 PM. What a concept. I'd love to work 2-10. However, it was a productive shopping exercise.

Being mindful of the pandemic, you'll notice staff constantly cleaning up around the mall. It is rare to see any individual ignoring the mask mandate, and the crowds are certainly thinner. Each store has their own capacity limits and are doing a great job of enforcing them. There are also still areas open to take a break, and even some tables still to eat at. Parking has been great also and the glass elevators are always fun for the little ones to check out

Love this mall. Very clean, well laid out. There are directories at most major entrances to help you get around. Before you come I think it is best to look up the store you plan on visiting because the place is big. I have made the mistake of parking at the wrong end only to have to walk across the mall to get tot the Apple store. They have great food and beverage options and plenty of setting. There is visible security which is nice and a lot of great shops. I usually go here for my glasses and to the Apple store but have visited most of the shops. Great mall but the parking is tough sometimes. Good luck shopping, I’ll be back sometime soon I am sure!

Beautiful mall with many stores. A few things that stood out to me: Disney Store, Build A Bear, the beautiful & improved Bath & Body Works, & the size of all of the stores! The only downside in my opinion is that there isn’t really a food court. They’re like 6 different places that you can buy food, and a lot of areas where you can sit, but there’s not really a lot of options compared to other malls I’ve been too. I still think it’s worth stopping by though 😄

Hollister and Abercrombie were the 2 stores we were looking for near Manchester CT and we found this mall. It was super crowded on the weekend. Huge mall with a lot of stores. Shopping and dining is available. Parking lot is huge but even then sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot. We also liked it because it has PF Chang's restaurant.

So many nice stores here. Only seen one spot that was available for rent which tells me a lot of people come and shop here. It’s nice to see a place like this that is super clean and a lot of different styles to choose from. It would be nice to see different restaurants that have more healthier Choices but overall a nice experience. This place does definitely get busy on the weekends but I would say out of all the malls I’ve been to, this one is by far the nicest.

Love this mall! They've got an awesome array of stores to choose from and a decent amount of restaurants. There's no shortage of kiosks. You'll always be able to find something your looking for when you go here, even if you're not necessarily looking for anything in particular. It's very clean as well, and has many lounge areas and charging stations. On weekends it can get a bit busy, but let's be real, what mall isn't like that on weekends?!? The only thing I don't care for is how uptight a lot of customers as well as employees can be, like they're looking down their noses at you if you're not wealthy.

This is no doubt my favorite Mall in Connecticut. They have everything you can possibly want, even high-end stores and tons of parking. The mall has a nice flow to it.. it's easy to navigate.. everything is kept so immaculately clean. The air actually feels clean and fresh here. It's like they pump in oxygen like the casino's. I would highly recommend this mall.

Dear Mall, In response to what you can do to improve the mall....fill the empty stores . It is limited now. This is the cleanest mall and I thank you I love going here. I did encounter a problem at Starbucks very odd rude behavior. First I couldn't be served because taking only mobile orders that was a lie I called headquarters. Second time they achieved their goal to serve me dishwater. It was that bad. Third they couldn't figure out how to ring up something I wanted to get only to have the line grow and they made me wait for over 25 minutes that accomplished nothing except waste of my time and being humiliated in line. This is not acceptable. How can you improve this? I avoid Starbucks but I don't want to. All other stores are very nice even dunkin.

A very nice mall. I LOVE the family restrooms. They make a huge difference when you are visiting with small children. I found two different family restrooms (there may be more) and they were each different. One had a child sized toilet and sink, while another had an adult and child toilet together. They also had a baby changing area with a built in sink. What a great idea! See photos.

It's very clean and I had a nice time, but I wish they had more variety in stores. It's mainly designer or higher end shops that I'd never shop in. That being said, the food/beverage places are also overpriced. Probably wouldn't pick this mall as my favorite. It needs an F.Y.E or rue 21. Glad it has a new tea place though, added some good variety to the mall.

Definitely one of the better malls I've ever been to. The stores tend to be a bit more upscale. The mall is always very well maintained. This mall doesn't seem to be suffering like many other malls nation-wide are. Most all of the storefronts are occupied. There is plenty of parking available for the most part, although during holidays and peak shopping seasons, you will be hard-pressed to find a spot. There is no formal food court here, food is available mostly near the various entrances.

Our family visited this mall twice when in CT. It has great stores and a nice ambience. Unfortunately the food court is very bad and not too many options, specially if you are lactose intolerant. On our second visit they had a lot of policemen surveiling the mall due to some people stealing (or so they told us). We got scared because we thought it was some sort of shooting when seeing stores running to close their doors with clients inside. Other than that the mall is good.

Love, love, love! I’m of course a little biased seeing as I’m the GM of a restaurant here but the people make this place great. From The people in the mall management office, marketing reps, security etc everyone is great, always looking to improve the mall as a whole and make it as “guest friendly “ as possible. I don’t know many malls where the security team will pull cameras to help people remember where they parked, give guests and employees rides to the mall from the garage if they see you walking, jump your car if your battery dies, or any other simple “acts of kindness” they can provide. Its always clean and there’s always a team of friendly faces walking around creating a safe, yet healthy environment. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be based out of. Btw next time you see a “Westfarms person “ say hi & you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about. & yeah there’s great stores here like any other mall you can go to but the people who make up Westfarms is what really sets it apart.

Very nice mall. They captured a niche for high end shopping, which is the reason for its success. Location is a factor of this as well. You'll find several shops that have their only location in Connecticut here. This is the closest mall to me, so I've visited more times than I remember. Started doing weekly walks in the mall a few years ago. The mall has a charm to it, and is always maintained. However, it loses a star for the snooty clientele or those who think they are important by carrying a bag from an expensive store with their nose up in the air. Also, a turn off is the center aisle kiosks on the bottom floor. The majority are fine, but the hair service kiosks are staffed by pushy reps who have no shame and won't take no for an answer. They either bother you or those walking around you and its unpleasant. If that wasn't bad enough, the newer Xfinity desk where Customer Service used to be is also very pushy. They say hi to shoppers, but only to then ask what cable/phone provider you have. I miss the Service Desk. The employees were always very nice and inviting to the experience. Other than those shortcomings, glad to see the mall still thriving with new stores always being added.

The best mall I’ve been to during my visits to Connecticut over the years. The shops they offer vary from high end to low end. You have Nordstrom, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Victoria’s Secret, etc. The shops are nicely spaced so things don’t feel on top of each other.

Excellent service, fast, and friendly. Good food, appetizer was quickly brought out. The Citrus Tea was delicious. We ate their for lunch, and the portions of food we're just right. We left feeling full and happy. Would definitely go again. Price was reasonable.

This mall has a nice blend of large and small stores. The food choices are limited. It is hard to navigate if you are looking for a specific small store. I wish there were more small, independent stores but they probably charge too much in tent for small businesses. Due to that fact, you can find nice high end goods but very few unusual items.

It is always clean and parking has never become a predicament for us because we always show up when that mall opens. Great place to go shopping. Grab a bite to eat and of course you can't forget a large strawberry banana smoothie from Surf City Squeeze. Its usually not crowded throughout the daytime. The evenings get a lot more crowded. I love this mall. It has Lots of parking which makes it so much easier to visit. This is the best mall to go to in CT, in my opinion. This place has a diverse range of stores, it's not overwhelming, and it is always populated. The mall has a nice aesthetic and doesn't looks dated. There are plenty of ways to go up and down levels, and a good amount of places to go sit. That being said, it may take you a minute or two to find a parking spot, especially during peak hours. Go hang out with some friends and do some shopping here.

What to brio for lunch for the beef carpaccio. This dish is outstanding and it was good this time too except that for the amount of carpaccio you get there should have been more capers which I had to ask for. No problem they brought it. Food is very good here. Prices are very reasonable. Since reopening recently it's not quite as busy as it used to but hope that it picks up soon as it is a great restaurant. Then did a little shopping at Anthropologie. Such great clothing with great quality comes very high prices. But if you're looking for something special unique you will find it there.

This mall has slowly turned so upscale that they have forgotten about families. I used to be able to bring my children here for many different stores that could cater to them. Now there are only a couple. There is nothing for entertainment. This is purely high-end shopping. The one thing I will say is that I like the furniture and the different areas that you can sit to relax. The frozen yogurt store is one of our favorites.

Bought a nice cologne for myself and a bottle of light blue for my wife from the fragrance kiosk for Christmas and have gotten nothing but compliments and it was cheaper then Macy's and the service was excellent also I will be back for more next year thanks again.

I find it sad to going to the mall today. The mall used to be such a fun unique place to go. Lots of different shops with a good variety. Now the modern mall is full of the same cookies cutters chain stores that offer nothing but a high price tag. Every visit seems to find more and more empty stores.

This is a pretty good mall, with some higher end stores than other area malls. Not much in terms of a food court here, though there is a restaurant or two with outside entrances. Parking can be crazy, but there is a small garage attached to the mall. The map itself is located very close to highways so at least it's convenient.

Overall, I'll give individual stores a 5 star rating, each store that I've been into has helpful employees and I've enjoyed shopping here. I'm hopeful that the mall owners will strongly consider bringing in a bridal shop, the mall still has some empty stores. (& guess what, they did! It's called Andrea's Tailoring and Dressmaking- located where Motherhood use to be, close to JCpenny lower level) I added a pic of a dress that caught my attention! Please be aware , ppl are bringing in their dogs to the mall ,per the website "pets are prohibited; except service animals such as dogs" The mall itself can become extremely crowded during the weekend. I will point out that I did see mall cleaning crew constantly cleaning as I walked in the mall.

Ill never understand why this mall is more expensive then every other mall. I shop at the same stores and West Farms is at least 13% more expensive across the board. I'm glad they are always busy and love their restaurants but eventually you got to level out the rent to stay competitive.

The mall has a variety of stores as well as high end stores. Clean, safe with pretty good parking. Downside is there's no food court only dessert places. If you enjoy eating sweets after a long day of shopping then this mall is a sweet tooth person's dream. If not then it's disappointing. Update on 1/3/20: owner responded to this review and gave a list actual food places in and around the mall to get something to eat. Koddles to the Westfarms mall owner for not only taking the time out to provide Restuarants to eat at while shopping but also read and respond to concerns that customers may have for that alone you get 5 stars!

Westfarms is close to home, so it is convenient. I enjoy going to the different shops to look around. I often leave without buying anything because the prices are sometimes more than I plan to spend. I haven't been here since to 80s and I was disappointed to find so many stores now missing! GFox, Kaybee toys, Keonig's Art Emporium, Tape World, Sam Goody, The Piano store is now kiosk. At least JC Penney was still there. I had almost nowhere to shop! Still the best looking mall in the state!

It has a wide variety of stores, unlike other malls that are just over priced clothing. And the decor isn't too little or too much. They also don't leave empty spaces and fill them with relaxation of a chair and a water wall, or a coffee stand, and more. They keep the what could be empty with a sense of busy. They have a strange policy of no videos though, which is odd, since it is the stores, not the mall, that sells. What are they hiding? Too many pretzel stores. While it may annoy some and make them think "A sign of failure", I like them.

They didn't have the tapioca bubbles like in their signs and menus. I'm not sure they ever have them when I've been there. The drink was fine but a little bit of a stronger matcha taste would have been better. It is still worth trying even though. They have some cool looking drinks.

It's a relatively large but comfy mall with a fair variety of clothes and food stores, an Apple store, good parking and is in a nice area with other OK stores (i.e. there's a Best Buy and a Chipotle across the street). It's a nice place to meet with friends and have coffee. Um... I like it.

Pretty basic as far as malls go. They've got some fancy places such as LV and Tiffany's. Typically it's very clean and well maintained. They've also been working on their food options such as adding a Cinnabon which makes me drool everytime I pass it on my way to Sephora and PINK. It also houses 3 or 4 different department stores which makes it key if you're looking for variety or gift shopping for the holidays.

My son is very interested in the Virtual Reality egg shape chairs and usually watches a few per visit. He can never decide and this is a must EVERY visit to the mall. My boyfriend's son isn't that interested as much but will watch at least one when we go. Not only do they like the mall their getting much needed exercise without even knowing it 😉 instead of playing fortnite from Sun up to Sun down unless there's school. I like to look at all the different items in the middle of the mall the ones where you walk by the people asking you to try their products. It's always an adventure when going to Westfarms.

Definitely my favorite mall in the greater Hartford area. It has great stores, and a lot of options to choose from. Their parking lot is huge too so no matter what you're not going to spend 10-20 looking for a parking spot.

Lovely Mall. Lots of shops for all pocketbooks, extensive bright and cheerful elegant walkways. I enjoyed shopping inside the stores. I am not comfortable with the harassing behaviour of the fake friendly sales people in the kiosks. While I met a lovely young lady( whom I approached and from whom I purchased something), the sales people in other kiosks started running after me and trying to shove unwanted samples in my hand. Perhaps they saw I bought from one kiosk and thought they could snare me, too. One foreign salesgirl told me she was from Italy. When I started speaking to her in fluent Italian she blanched. Not Italian at all! When I went to Mall today I did not go on that kiosk level again...nor will I in the future. The Kiosk sales people are not representative of how refined the Mall is. Really! I felt like I was being chased down in a Third World Shuuk.

The mall itself is beautiful. I stumbled on it by accident and I enjoy going buy I have trouble buying anything from this mall. I get its in a more "upper class" neighborhood but it's too upperclass. I can't logically pay $300+ dollars for a pair of black flats from Nordstrom that I can get from Payless for maybe 20 or 30 dollars. It's a bit obnoxious. I know it's in their nature. But regardless!!

The only real Mall in the state of Connecticut. Good selection of stores. lots of parking. Convenient right off the highway. There's also a lot of decent stores on the same street nearby. The only issue I would raise with Westfarms Mall is the choice of eating locations, they're not the best. Too bad there isn't a Cheesecake Factory or something like that. I'm not into pfchangs so for me that doesn't count as a choice.

I like Westfarms Mall in Farmington,CT because I like going to Macy's department stores and Macy's in Farmington has 3 floors and I like going there when they have sales on certain times of the seasons Macy's store hours at the Westfarms Mall in Farmington are Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm but the Westfarms Mall hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm but one time the malls were Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Great place to get tea ,coffee, sports wear, food, and mainstream clothing. On the other hand if you're looking for alternative clothing and assesories like I was, you find a graphic t-shirt at the back of Forever 21, Hot Topic, or Gamestop. There's no Spencers but a Hot topic. All and all the workers are nice, security is always on duty, and the tea is good. Would highly recommend for people into fashionable summer wear and just having fun with a couple of friends!

Westfarms has stepped their game up since I have moved to Connecticut. They have plenty of high end stores... but it does leave a bit of bittersweet taste in your mouth if you are not looking to spend tons of money.... although you wont be disappointed with the selection of places to stop and spend your money.

This mall is not for a person that likes short shopping trips (30 min - 2 hours) aka me. When I got here, the maps are scattered around the place (and some areas look the same) so I got lost for what felt like an hour, before i could find the store i was looking for. But maybe that's because I'm really bad at navigating maps. My point is, you'll get lost here pretty easily if it's you're not used to the layout of everything. They have a decent selection of stores here. It's like a mini Berlin turnpike lol. Food on the other hand, ehh. Don't think you'll find that many here.

Westfarms is a lot cleaner and newer looking than most malls and has a few major department stores like Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, JC Penney. It has a nice variety of store categories including jewelry, shoes, clothing and apparel, designer handbags, etc. There are also some must-have mall food/beverage places like Cinnabon, Taco Bell, Sbarro's, Subway, and others like California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang's. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

Westfarms mall is very clean and has many charging outlets but that not the reason most of us go to the mall. The stores are mostly attire and clothing accessories. Apple store and Banana Republic are the only two reasons why I go there at all.

This is a large, safe mall with many unique stores not found at other malls near me. The stores located here are more upscale than at Eastbrook Mall or Manchester Mall. If you want to go to Apple, Lush or Nordstrom, then you have to go to Westfarms. It has plenty of parking in lots or the parking garage. You can get to it quickly via Route 9 or Route 84.

Very large mall that is easily accessible from the 84 freeway. A lot of the staple stores as well as a decent number of more unique shopping options. There are also many other shopping and or restaurant options nearby.

Better than Buckland hills mall. It's got a bunch of expensive brands like Louis Vuitton and Tiffany for all the wives of white Connecticut doctors, lawyers, CPAs, engineers, and insurance company executives. It's also great for kids with Macy's, HM, forever 21, Claire's, and many more. Would recommend for anyone. The environment is clean and the foot traffic is always pretty high. For Christmas they always have a huge Santa decoration in the middle. Sales happen pretty often too.

WESTFARMS MALL IS GREAT!!! However, I had the WORST Experience today at a MASTER CUTS salon. Well let's just say bad enough to motivate me to write my first review for a place of business period. I called in 15 minutes ahead for a wash/blow dry, was told over the phone by Employee A, that someone is open to take me immediately. Therefore, I arrive with that expectation of being serviced relatively quickly, its MONDAY, the salon was empty. After waiting 5 minutes, Employee A, finally acknowledged me at the counter. I asked if she was alone, response: no. Employee B & C are in the back, the chatter was audible. Now its 15 minutes in, Employee A went to grab a stylist. I am still waiting. Employee C enters the area, gives me a FAKE smile and no greeting of any kind and began unpacking her things, major attitude. Employee B, comes to me at the counter with some decency, after I explained that I have been waiting for someone, she insisted "have a seat and wait." decency-gone. Employee B (who had an appt.) stated that Employee A was going to do my hair after all. At this point I'M DONE with the B.S. 25+minutes since I walked in the door, I am still waiting for a stylist. A quick apology that things are little crazy, didn't help anything. This company's Regional Manager needs to step in and fix this mess! I left feeling disrespected and mad as hell! This location lacks promptness, customer service skills, organization & friendliness.

I'm from Springfield and compared to the malls up here it's much better. Only downside to the mall is that the Natic mall is about the same amount of travel time and is twice as large. The shops in westfarms mall is great and one really big benefit is that it's right next to west Hartford which is a really nice place to unwind because they have a lot of nice restaurant there. My personal favorite is the cheese cake factory and whenever I go down to westfarms I always make a reservation at one of the restaurant so after I finish shopping I can go relax and have a bite to eat.
