Bath and Body Works. I was a couple days shy of missing the Semi Annual sale but I still found some bargains. I used my online birthday offer and before I left town, I received an offer for a free item reflected from the day's previous purchases. I will visit again in time for the next Semi Annual Sale. Lotions and shower gels were half off, hand sanitizers were 75 percent off and the wallflowers were a couple of bucks.

It was busy because of Xmas holidays but I still found awesome deals for my grandkids. It was nice Christmas shopping stores were clean walk ways and they had plenty of security due to holiday season. I was thankful because I did have a 2 and 1 yr old and I felt safe

It's a decent place to shop. Music is extremely loud. My daughter enjoyed the play area. The place needs restaurants/eateries and places to sit. The indoor tables are all blocked off. The mall is not open very long either. I wish they had a Tanger around here.

This is a nice outlet mall located about an hour south of Hattiesburg. And despite what the name may imply, there are some stores where one can affordability shop (VF Outlet for example, among others). Social distancing was enforced and masks were worn by everyone within all of the stores I went in and passed by. This outlet mall is definitely comprable (if not better) than many of the other outlet malls in Mississippi. One could drive here from out of town and the trip would be completely worthwhile. Plus, the coast is just a stone's throw away.

Went to Pepper Palace because there web site didn't have nasal napalm. Glad I went to the small business, but spent more money than I expected. That's because I was able to sample the extra product I bought. My brother n I will be back.

I visited the NIKE store. Hesitant at first because I thought that the prices would be too high...HOWEVER... They had the EXACT shoe I had in mind that a pro athlete was wearing that was what I went there for...AND it was on the sale rack for $30. AND it was the only one left in my size. It was as if it was waiting there just for me.

Love shopping here! Lots of amazing stores & sales! Every time! Always clean in and around all stores. Clean restrooms. Very helpful and professional employees hired for these stores. Excellent customer service. We did back to school shopping yesterday and had an awesome experience as always. Our son got lots of new clothes and shoes at great prices! Good sales in Bath & Body Works, Under Armor, Nike, etc. Mama even got some new Ray Bans for Sunglasses Hut! This is a must visit place for shopping.

I enjoyed prom outlets. There's a a guide at every end cap of the shop so that you can find out exactly where you need to go. It's always a pleasant visit and you can find everything you need in one of their shops

Several stores were closed or being renovated. It was nice shopping when it wasn't so crowded. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and sales were great!

Went close to closing time. Thought they might be open till 8 or 9 pm, but on Monday night it's 7pm. So, with about 20 minutes to spare, went to Skechers. I hadn't noticed yet, but I remembered they had been BOG one half Off last time and I asked the salesperson. He very kindly advised me the 2nd one had to be $25 or more. Each time I thought of a question, one of the 2 salespeople would suddenly be near and answer it! Found the shoes I needed that fit, and maybe kept them a minute or two past 7:00p, but was never made to feel an imposition. Kudos to those two, and thank you Skechers for such great shoes!

More like 3.5 stars. Not as many stores as other outlet malls. However, there are still good ones like H&M, Chicos, Polo, etc. Note: the food court is closed so you have to drive a short distance to get a meal.

My family and I wanted to get out of the house and get some walking in, this place was perfect! We got to also window shop without having to worry about the 3 kids touching things. So much fun, we found a few things we wanted and got some much needed walking in! The layout of this makes it perfect to walk, also.

Always a good place to shop and or just window shop. Yes, prices have gone up, but with the economy ducking the lat 2 years, what do you expect. Don't blame them, Blame our sorry excuse of a government (both parties)! Only 1 thing kept me from 5 stars that day. The one store I went there for was not listed on the info map! I had to call them to find them.

Okay was looking for specific gifts could not find them in other areas at other stores. So I came to the outlet mall…… Definitely a smart move with so many stores to choose from and so many sales going on at the time we were able to find all that was needed at a very good price!!! Even a couple of hard to find items where located and purchase! What wonderful gift bags for our purchases to go in. The bathrooms that we visited though left a lot to be desired very very dirty needed to be cleaned.

Not all the stores are open I’m assuming due to staffing like everyone else . The atmosphere was good I just hate there’s no more food court . The bathrooms around the side by Levi’s store needed some attention .

Gulfport premium outlets is an interesting shopping experience for anyone trying to explore Mississippi. This is the place I tend to go to whenever family is visiting or I can't find what I need from the promenade or the Edgewater mall. This outlet mall has a Nike store, a hot sauce store, an American eagle and much more. It's a really good place to go if you're looking to get new clothes or go on an adventure with some friends.

Loved this place! Lots of stores to shop. Great prices! I found an amazing deal in Nike. you can easily walk for hours here. Great variety and something for every budget. Toilets are super clean. Parking lot is enormous, you can even move your car from one side to another if you don't want to walk that much.

My wife and I enjoy visiting this place and drive from the heart of New Orleans to do so. The value is great because you can get quality, name-brand goods for an outlet mall price. I recently received 3 Levi pants at 17 USD each, and she got a Vera Bradly purse for 40.

This is a phenomenal collection of outlets, both on quantity and quality. I would highly recommend making a day of it. They had plenty of parking, a food court, and public restrooms available. Cream of the crop: Disney, Vera Bradley, and the Kitchen Collection. The Kitchen Collection had some super cute stuff, like cat spatulas for $2 apiece. Vera Bradley had very good prices on their bags, relatively speaking. Still super pricey, but much more doable. Disney... Oh, boy! It was a magical experience. They had AMAZING prices, super friendly staff, and it was just plain *fun*. We spent a long time in there, and surprisingly not much money considering how much we bought! I got an adorable baby princess lunch bag, and a subtle Minnie Mouse sun hat. No matter your age, I recommend this store!

It’s actually a really nice layout. I like the outdoors aspect instead of just walking in a giant mall, you get to have fresh air and nice scenery while you shop. It also makes every store feel new when you walk in since you go outside after walking to each store. I really come her just to walk around sometimes. Even if you didn’t plan on buy clothes it’s still a good experience, and the food court is okay.

This is a larger outdoor mall with a fair amount of stores containing good prices. There are benches all around the mall to sit down at after a hard days shopping experience. There is a food court with about five quick service mall restaurants inside. Loads of gift cards for sale here making a quick stop for that last minute gift. A small younger child’s playground sits in the middle of the property.

Found excellent prices here. Variety of stores is good. The mall itself was very slow. Outside sidewalk vendors looked unhappy to be there. Some stalls were closed. Food court is always clean and well maintained. The workers in court and stores themselves are very friendly and knowledgable.

Always has great sales, great shopping experience, with decent food options in the food court. The bathrooms are always clean. Most employees are friendly. My one complaint is that the play area is not built for small children and it has sand. No one wants to drag sandy kids around shopping.

Nice selection is clothing and accessories, many stores closed for reasons i don't know. Some stores are very proud of their merchandise. Saving employee expense by not actually having individual food source employees puts a severe drag on service quality.

I like it, several good stores. Under Amour and Nike always seem to have good deals, and better prices verus buying from a mall. They are a few other good stores. Now, the food court drops it down to 3 stars. It is terrible, all of it. Quality of the food stinks. The cleanliness of the food court is not up to any standards any time I have visited.

Loved it over 50 top brand stores, i loved the Kate Spade and Nike's Outlet I got great deals shoes $25 a purse with matching wallet for $99. It os hot so unfortunately I didn't go to even a fraction of the stores, but I'll gradually go visit some more during my stay. There was a big banner welcoming us , we are down for our annual National Bikers Roundup.

Great if your addicted to overpriced clothes and candles, pretty place but lack luster in the sense of variety, there is a Virtual Reality Arcade which is super cool and a card shop and a great food truck on the way out.

My family and I have shopped here twice in the past 2 years. We all agreed that this outlet gives you better deals, discounts than any other outlets we had been to. Also, all the stores we have been to give 10%-20% military discounts regardless of holidays or not. Everyone we have encountered were so nice and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Variety is what makes this a wonderful place to shop. It is an outdoor shopping area with 4 areas for shopping. Each area is color coded so when referring to the outlet map, you know precisely where you are going. There is a food court that is located inside. This area also has large public restrooms and is heated and cooled for comfort. The value in shopping here is that you can save money. The outlet offers discounted merchandise rather than paying full retail price.

Great store selection. Be sure to sign up for the stores emails and combine coupons with holiday and season sales to get dirt cheap deals. We do this about twice a year at Banana Republic and Gap. Levi and J. Crew also run good sales.

There are a number of desirable shops here, the deals are quite attractive, and the sales people are very helpful overall. The facility is also well kept, and there’s bountiful parking. The food court is even rather impressive. It reminds me of a quaint, off handed beach shopping centre.

I love outlet shopping and this Tanger Outlet location was great. It was a nice break from highway driving. The stores had great deals, unlike some outlets I have been to and there were dining places to visit. My only disappointments were that it was not bigger and there was no Yankee Candle Outlet. Great place to shop.

Beautiful outlet mall. I think this was the best Chico's I'd never been in. The food court was very beautiful clean & modern. My complaint I had about I had was two people were working all four or five food courts now that's weird. The Italian place had food out food for about an hour before the place was even open. It looked so unappealing. We went elsewhere to eat.

I went in a girl's trip with some family members. We stopped here to do some shopping. We found a great variety of stores. I was shocked at the selection is places for me since I am a plus size women. Each store that we entered featured kind and helpful salespeople. Talbots, Torrid and Gap Kids had super duper employees. Way to go guys. Customer service can be hard to find sometimes but these stores really know the meaning of those words.

Great outlet mall with ample parking and clean facilities. The layout of the mall is well-though out so that it is easy to get to the stores you want without having to walk as far as many other malls. I gave it four stars instead of 5 because some of the stores in the mall do not appear to be outlet stores, contrary to what one would expect, so there are no sales in those stores: all items are full price.

I had a great shopping experience, although I only visited one store. Tommy Hilfiger had 50-70% off sale and I pretty much went crazy in that one store. After that, I didn't need to go in anymore stores.

The overall was nice, however, my favorite store was not there, Dooney and Bourke, only 3 restaurants in the food court. The covid protocol was sketchy in some stores. Shout out to Nike and Polo.

This was one place I had visited before. I stopped going due to cost and lack of good food. It's a hassle to leave a shopping place just to eat and return. But I was pleasantly surprised this time. Not only were the stores I had visited still there; they added a few new ones. The food court actually had a few great places to eat. I saved money and for Christmas Eve, I still got a bargain. This place has a lot of options s for shopping. They have basically a store to suit everyone's likes. The stores are close together which is nice and the overall cleanliness is very well taken care of. The only down side is the selection of food at the food court.

We normally stop here on our way to vacation on the gulf coast. The stores are okay and there were several sales ongoing this trip. The food court would bey primary complaint this time, not much open and the dining room seating was limited as well. Covid19 is definitely having an impact on these businesses.

The food court was a let down but at least Express had cute last season items in small sizes so that's a plus. The Express outlet used my discounts from the original Express store, so that was nifty. Levi's had a nice selection of work jeans in small sizes for me. Kate Spade didn't have cute bags for my taste at this outlet. Found some items at A&E. Picked up some kicks at Nike and never went to Michael Kors, because who still wears MK bags?

There was this tall young man who was at all 3 stations- pj coffee, Chinese area and the burger area. He was going back and forth trying to get the food out. He did the best he could. Chinese food ... the fried rice tasted frozen and HEAVILY SALTED. DISGUSTING. Not happy.

They have a very good outlet selection for brands that are middle tier in price (Banana Republic, Polo, etc.). Sales are constant. The food court is really cozy with a great selection! I really enjoy visiting here and always strike a great deal!

The shops are organized nicely, but it kinda sucks that the only bathroom is in the food court, which could be a mile away. Be aware, tho, the designation "premium outlet" means you are not necessarily going to be finding blowout deals here. Most stuff is about the same price as these stores in the mall. Sone of the stores are closeout centers for the brand tho, meaning that they get sent loads of clearance items from other stores that don't have room to keep a lot of merchandise, so you can get some deals on clearance stuff.

This is an extremely difficult time with the mask requirements, but many of the employees in various stores were down right rude and seemed miserable - American Eagle was the worst. Lots of great shops around here. It's an "outdoor" mall if that makes any sense, so it's best to come shopping when the weather is nice. Most of the stores are clothing stores, but there's a few shops such as Disney, Play and Talk, Michael Kors, etc that aren't clothing.

Stopped by to experience the amusement rides setup in the parking lot. However, I found the ticket pricing of $5 per ride to be extreme. I may have paid such a price to benefit a charity, but such was not the case. The food being overpriced as well made me want to leave without even considering shopping. I would suggest that, if the mall was intending to use the Fair as an attraction, they subsidize the ticket prices or negotiate an all-day pass that includes some sort of discount. Otherwise, it's a detraction.

Lots of shops and plenty of parking. The shops are pretty big too compared to the other outlets in the area. We went there during winter time so it was pretty slow. The outlet center seems very new and modern the restrooms look amazing.

On a dead end street, behind The Home Depot, next to I-10, this outlet has a good Variety of stores, not a big outlet by any means, but does have a handful of major name brands, I did not like the layout of this outlet mall, stores being in sectioned groups and having to walk from one group of stores to the next, inconvenient in inclement weather.... The yellow buildings with their stripped awnings reminded my mom of her favorite old movie... From another era, ... (or maybe it's just Florida) of course the decor should not effect the "Shopping experience"

Gulfport Outlet Mall is a favorite place to shop when on the Mississippi coast. Can almost always find what I need here. Large parking lot with suitable parking for RVs, plus, they've added a charging station for electric vehicles. If you are not used to walking a great deal, I would recommend a mobility scooter, although there are plenty of benches on which to take a break. The only problem is the need to return to one's car to stow purchases.

When you want to shop yet still enjoy cute scenery and the outdoors.. this is the mall for ya! With it's many well known clothing, shoes, perfume shops, etc. And it's pretty, always well kept landscaping. Shop til you drop and head back outside for some Dippn Dots and nice relaxing breaks on the benchs. Don't worry about finding your fav store as there are cute little direction signs of the stores all around. And parking is pretty much 360 so you shouldn't have a problem getting a spot. I feel like some places you dont get an actual deal, but many of the stores actually carry items at the outlet price. There are a lot of stores so it does matter where you park. And there's a playground for the kids to take a break. Dont go if it's raining. Would be miz in the rain but I'm sure you wouldn't have to fight the crowd then.

Lots of stores. There is okay play area for kids that has climbing stuff etc on the north side west end of the property. The base is sand though so keep that in mind for the return car ride. Most vending machines now accept ncf payments if you don't have cash. There is also a pretty decent food court, also on the north and west end.

I am glad I went into the stores that didn't sell the one thing I went to get. I was surprised to see a few new stores since the last visit about 6 months ago. I learned that I have a original Sega Genesis game cartridge that they are selling for $200! I had No idea that this was worth so much money!! I'm going to be making a trip back soon with all of my games and hopefully make some money for more than one! I priced a service to fix my super ninetendo and it was very reasonable prices and I am very satisfied with the customer service and hospitality in all of the stores I went into. I'm happy to see that it's still a good place to shop and I always make it a priority to shop for Christmas here. We usually have a great experience. The only thing I can complain about is how the heat and humidity is oppressive between stores but there was relief in each store in the form of cold air conditioning. I'm sure I'll be back very soon!

Ralph Lauren, Aeropostlè, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Nike, Bath & Body Works, Rackroom Shoes and Lane Bryant... Just to name a few...there are so many more options to choose from and you will not be disappointed...Trust me when I tell you this mall has what you need when you don't feel like going to the big crowded indoor mall. Even if you're shopping on a budget and you're getting those Christmas and you have several nieces, aunts, sisters, girlfriends...they have this lovely $10.00 dollar store where everything in the is ten dollars!!! I almost lost my mind cus I'd never seen such! Get this everything in the store was cute! From the purses to the jewelry to the clothes and they even had boots!!! We travel in a rather large motorhome and parking and moving about in the parking lot is very easy. I enjoy this mall but the people who stand near the playground and sell timeshares and vacations need to go. They harass people to the point I dread coming. This is a good outlet mall. If you want deals on pricy stuff like Coach, J. Crew, etc... you can definitely find that. If you want straight up bargains, I got reebok leggings for $3 once. Pretty much every store is always having a sale on top of the outlet prices, and I frequently find coupons to almost every brand out there on the Retail-Me-Not app. They also have a Disney Store and lots of kids clothes. Carter's, Oshkosh, Gymboree, Children's place... There is also a Motherhood Maternity (the only one I know in the area). I love the Nike outlet. There are a few local stores here as well and lots more brands that I didn't mention. The only reason it's 4 stars is because the food court sucks. They need to step it up there with some brands people actually like and know. Food always looks old. If you shop here, you will want to drive just north of the interstate for food where there are tons of better options.

A Great opportunity and reason to get away from the city of New Orleans. It is about 45 mins to an 1hr and you have a choice of the route to taje; all highway or scenic. If you have the time I suggest the scenic because you get to take in the Bay St. Louis and the Gulf Coast if Mississippi. Always enjoy the family time! This place left me with a mix experience because the "Play and Talk" store has their gaming stuff WAY overpriced. For example, a Preowned (used) Nintendo Switch out of the box cost $400 while you can buy yourself a Brand New One in many retails for $300 and it comes with everything it needs yo work including a game. Chinese Copy PS3 controllers are $20 EACH here. You can buy 2 of the SAME CONTROLLERS in Amazon/Ebay for around $10. Dont buy anything in "Play and Talk" because a Casual Gamer, i buy my stuff in Amazon or Gamestop, or Steam

I highly recommend Gulfport Premium Outlets also known as Prime Outlets. This is a great Shopping Center full of small shops as well as larger corporate stores like Nike, Ralph Lauren, lacrosse, coach, Pacsun, and many more stores!
