This apartment complex is great! The have common rooms in the floor for entertaining and private rooms for you to use your computer at. The pool is wonderful with the waterfall and great size, too! It's heated. So, it's a pleasant experience. The staff still hasn't decided what the ideal temperature should be. We say 85%. But others say, it should be lower. It's too hot. But for us, 76- 80% doesn't do it. The apartments are beautifully done!

I have always enjoyed this mall. The environment is fun and lively. The variety in stores is good. I do wish they would open up some new ones though. They have good retail, food, and entertainment options. The park/ play areas are great for kids. On a nice day, this is a good place to shop!

Love the variety of shops and restaurants in the Orchard Town Center. As a plus sized/big/BBW/fat woman I love that they have both a Lane Bryant and a Torrid. It makes shopping for clothes super easy. There are a number of specialty shops as well- Hickory Farms, etc. There is also a movie theater. The shops and restaurants are family friendly and some are great for a date night as well. Its well worth the 30-45 minute drive. **Also there is an outlet shopping center very close by.

The Orchard has everything you need. Great place for a date, for family activities, and for solo "retail therapy" :) Nice restaurants, excellent major retailers and fun concerts and events year-round. It's very walkable and doesn't feel like a mall, it's more like a Disneyland of retail. I'm from L.A. and would compare it to The Grove in the 3rd & Fairfax area. Stop and enjoy the outdoor fireplaces! It's a pretty magical place at the Holiday Season as well, with beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, not to mention a lovely Hannukah display. The property is clean and well-managed, and there are increasingly more local businesses in the center, which is nice to see. My only complaint is that the streets are a bit narrow and very circuitous, which is really annoying. I feel like I'm gong in circles if I drive around too much. Certain shops can also be difficult to find because of that. That said, there's ample parking. Pay a visit!

The Halloween event here on the 15th was awesome. Tons of great artists had some really beautiful and unique art in their booths . The whole even was pretty awesome for the kids with a huge turnout . Definitely going back to a couple stores just from the glances from candy grabbing.

It is a nice over all mall. But cell reception needs to be improved drastically. Went Christmas shopping with my family and we could not contact each other (even via phone) was not sure if my wife and mother inlaw were ok or not.

The sidewalks were not shoveled enough. Not salted either, so there's slippery ice everywhere. The shops need to be properly stocked. Could not purchase several items there.

The Orchard Town Center is a great place to take the family shopping- you’ll find a store or restaurant for any taste. Outdoor music is played through the shopping alleys and they have a great area to hang out in the center with a playground kids. You’ll find events throughout the summer weekends and holidays.

This mall used to be so amazing! Over the years stores have left (due to rising rent) even though there is so much housing literally within walking distance. Happy lululemon is here! But please fix the wifi/data receipt around here!!!

This place is amazing! It is like Bel Mar (in Lakewood) on steroids. There was very store, restraunt, boutique, lounge, or anything else you can think of. This place seemed to go on endlessly and I can’t wait to explore it more! As well for those of you with children, there is a very nice shaded playground here with an excellent splash pad next door!

America's Best at the Orchard was a good experience. The people there was friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of frames to look at. The place was clean and uncluttered. Lots of room to wander around. Close to restaurants for lunch after you pick up your glasses. :)

I love the Orchard Town Center! This place has everything! So many different stores, wonderful selection of eateries, bands during the outdoor concert summer series and so much more! During the summer, the kids ride the train and play in the splash pad. We've created wonderful family memories here!

I don't get here as much as I could. I shop at jc penny's. It was a surprise to see not the normal amount of clothes they usually carry. Regardless, I came home with around ten tops for the summer season. Tried to buy Hawaiian shirts but did find any. Had a great time! Love the O.T.!!!

Only went to Elevated Q for lunch. Good fried chicken salad and bloody Mary's. Server really encouraged my friends to purchase the larger portion of their choices. They went with regular size which was enough. Not everyone who is overweight needs the WMart size.

What a fabulous wine shop! Try the very eclectic Di Portofino rosé from Italy. It is a dry wine bottled during second fermentation for an added fizz! Proof that you don’t have to spend a lot to have a wonderful wine!

I am often puzzled by behavior of Google Maps workers thinking that a shopping center is the same as a shopping mall. Asking us local guides whether there is a public restroom, a concierge, a handicap access ramp, and things of that nature are irrelevant. While the Orchard Town Center does have some big box stores common to old school shopping malls, this place is basically a town center retail conglomerate, all of the shop doors lead outdoors. I'm fine with this, I haven't enjoyed a shopping mall since the 80s. I have previously shopped at the JC Penney and Target, seen movies at the AMC Cinema, and dined at three of the restaurants. On this particular visit I was only there to go to REI but I bicycled through the entire parking lot to get there. The parking is inadequate in some areas and that is my only complaint about the place. Easily solved for me, I just bring my bicycle right indoors ;)~

This is a large shopping center with many choices for restaurants and shopping, including a movie theater and kids' play area. They have level 2 and level 3 EV chargers (in different parts of the parking lot). They have music playing outside, host music throughout the summer, and fun Christmas activities (even Santa!) My 4 star review is because the cell and internet coverage in this whole area is horrible! If you are directly in a store or restaurant that has their own wifi login, you are ok. Otherwise, if you are driving trying to use maps to find exactly where something is, or to make a call, you are usually out of luck! Thise goes for the shopping center on the north and the south side of 144th. OTC, please make this area more accessible for internet and calls.

Traffic is an absolute nightmare here. Don't fool yourself in to thinking it's a quick stop off the highway or that it will be a convenient jaunt to the neighboring outlet mall. Outside of that, it's a cute area with a good mix of stores, entertainment and restaurants. They typically do a good job decorating over xmas too.

Like most shopping areas, Orchard has empty spaces hard to fill. We love the convenience and closeness to our house however. There are new places going in all the time!

This is a fantastic outdoor mall with neat shops and eateries. I workout at Lifetime Fitness and then will stop at Lululemon,Target and Bath and Body Works. I bought a pair of violet tights which are to die for and some nice smelling lotions from Bath and Body, The mall is very walk-able, but the weekends are crowded so parking can be a problem at times. I would definitely recommend shopping here. It's laid out nice and chic with the type of stores available.

This outdoor mall is always clean with plenty of parking. It can get a bit busy, but never really feels crowded. Great selection of stores, plus a movie theater and a few good restaurants. If you can't find what you need here, then the other 2 nearny shopping centers might have what you're looking for. There are also outdoor tables & seating, a mostly covered playground and well maintained grounds that are monitored by a security team. The plants, trees and flowers are a major draw for our family as it has become our favorite morning walking spot. They have so many places to sit and even charge your phone. This mall also has the water fountains in the sidewalk to play in, although I have no idea when they come on.

I love the Orchard Mall. It reminds me of "The HUB" in Fremont, CA where I grew up. Each store is seperate with an entrance and not lost in a huge Mall.The Orchard Mall is so fun. I love going there with family as there are so many fun places to shop, things for the children to enjoy, restaurants to dine at and it has an outdoor water splash area in the Summer months for the children. We can play in it too. 😊 I had to move to Lafayette, CO from Broomfield because apartment prices are so high now in Broomfield. I work as a Jr Kindergarten Teacher and make less than $38 k a year. I have a BA in Education and should make a lot more. My girls and I will buy a home soon in Broomfield if we can find something under $500 k or we may have to move out of State.

Very nice shopping center. Some real up name brand stores available in a small area. The area actuay has a ritzy feel to it. Even the parking lot is nice. Only problem I noticed is the locals are very pushy drivers and make out of towers have an unpleasant experience trying to navigate the routes around the shopping center.

This location seemed to lose several tenants during covid. However, it seems that it is finally coming back. This outdoor mall is beautiful and a decent size. There is a playground for children and even outdoor fireplaces to warm up during the winter. There is ample parking along with several restaurants. I enjoy this location and hope for a full and vibrant mall this summer.

From foot ware to cook ware they got it. There is easy access from I-25. So you can shop and go. The dollar tree, famous foot ware, Ross and Macy's is there. And lots more stores. Of you want downtown without the traffic and trash. Go here for an clean shopping experience!

Love that shopping center. It is kept up so nice and clean. All the murals on all the walls are great for all ages. They have some for ages toddlers all the way up to the elderly to enjoy. Went into the best toy store ever, The Grandrabbit's Toy Shoppe! I can honestly say best store ever if you were looking for any kind of toy or game go there.The employees working there are so helpful and so kind and considerate. The store is enormous and gives you such great selections from infant all the way up in age. I was looking for something for my adult child and found exactly what I was looking for definitely two thumbs up for this place

I don't go to the Orchard very often mainly because I do not like the layout. Unless you are a frequent shopper to the mall it is very hard to find a particular store. Seems I spend more time looking for a store I want than I do in the store getting what I want.

I love this strip mall! It has everything and the concert series during the summer weekend evenings is awesome! Lots to eat, lots to see, and lots to do! Definitely a place you can bring your kids of any age. They have a small play area and the facilities are always clean.

The multiple store selection here for shopping has saved me more than once. Although there is terrible wi-fi service here there are plenty of options to walk around and find. I would plan ahead because you truly are unable to search for anything to compare while doing so.

I went to JC Penny's, they are still open. I got some really good deals there. Just walk around the store. I believe the east wall has incredible sales. But those sales are final, but you can still try them on before you buy them.

This is a great attraction, even though they are a shopping complex they have also become a community staple. Summer outdoor concert series is great, the water spout play area for the kids, the kids play area, the theater and plenty of good restaurants, even good security onsite. Good selections of shopping as well, though our family mostly goes for the activities.

I love this place. Plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. Lots of parking. Has a theater (AMC), a stage for live music, a cute outdoor park with splash pad, and plenty of seating. Can definitely get crazy during the summer months. They put on lots of awesome events. We never miss the Halloween trick or treat trail and are always sure to go check out the Christmas decor and Santa's workshop. They have a small farmers market during the summer in the office max parking lot that we like to check out too.

Not a bad mall. Pretty small and not enough stores to my liking at least but a decent amount to chill with friends. I've liked what they've done over the years and adding more to the mall being a former worker at the JCPenny at the mall. Lots more to do outside now so during the summer while you're out it's not just shop at stores and walk around in the heat but you can enjoy the environment of people walking, kids on the playgrounds and a stage for performances too outside was built. Good choices of restaurants around the area as well. You got choices of you want something fast and cheap or if you wanna enjoy a nice fancy dinner.

Had lunch at the Rock bottom brewery. The wings were amazing! The shopping selection is great. Its super nice to be able to get the mall feeling and fresh air at the same time. The parking is limited, so we had to drive around for a bit before we could park. Even the back parking lot was full. We didnt see anything going on, but we could have just missed it. The park in the middle of the center is so much fun, and is a really nice break for the kiddos! They have a help desk and they are so friendly and helpful!!

I personally really enjoyed eating here, and it's one of my favorite places to eat with friends, if we're wanting yummy fast food! The food is always served warm and fresh, and the customer service is delightful. I suggest stopping here for a quick bite, if you're wanting to!

This place has everything! One of the few shopping centers I’ve been to that has a TJ Maxx Home Goods, Mashalls, and Ross! It also has Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Old Navy, and Petsmart!

A terrific, beautiful outdoor shopping mall right off of I-25. The layout consists of a well structured selection of places to eat and shop. Also, neat events happen during the summer months that are often free and open to the public, including live music. Lots of parking and very clean, well maintained grounds.

It's awesome. From the outside, everything seems really spread out and open because there are so many stores on the periphery, but when you get to the center of it you see this whole little village! There are blocked off walking areas, there's a playground and a splash pad, and even a place to have mini-concerts! Plus there's a great selection of stores and restaurants.

Great shopping mall. They have a ton of stores. It's the perfect place to take your girlfriend. But be careful because she will want you to buy her a lot of things. My favorite place is the movie theater. It's my favorite place to watch movies. It looks really beautiful during christmas as well.

All the latest and greatest shops here. Also a few I didn't even know I wanted to check out, but I did. Went to Tilley's and bought a few things for my grandson. Got some pretty good deals. But....it's very crowded there. So put your patience in your pocket and try to smile in the parking lots and then you'll be fine!

I love shopping at the Orchard! There are so many different stores it really is a 1 stop shopping experience for the whole family. There are quite a few food options too. Is always nice to stop at the play area to let the kids burn some energy between stores. There is also a seating area near the outdoor fireplace and water fountains the kids can cool off in during the summer and a train!

We love this Town Center. Great shops. They always keep up the landscaping and it's very clean. The train for the kids, the splash pad in the summer, and the playground are great amenities. They are currently decorating for the holidays. They have summer concerts which people enjoy because it's packed.

The experience is fun it is alot of walking outside and looking at and going into stores to shop. The parking is sometimes a little bit of a joke,you park on the side and have to walk into the center. Not bad but it is the rest of the people driving around to get a parking spot do not always look at the road and come close to running you down.

We really like the shopping center it is very convenient. Lots of good places to eat and Shop. My only criticism is sometimes it's hard to walk around to all the places you want to. You almost have to get in your car and drive because they're so spread out. Or else have a good plan in mind before you come. We visited JCPenney's and The Lazy Dog Restaurant today. I would definitely come here to shop other days.

A great place for shopping. There are a variety of stores. This is the prime location for going to the movie theater for our family. Parking is spacious, but I don't mind the walking. I do not understand the parking meters, perhaps those are more for the desperate people who want to park in front of a shop. My teenage children shop here, and sushi is recommended here by family.

Lots of food choices and my kids (7 and 8) enjoy the play area. There is plenty of parking so it makes the experience pretty nice. The open areas are always well maintained, and the warming area is nice in the winter.

This is a really nice outdoor mall with good stores, AMC theaters and great places to eat. There is also a small spray park which is nice for kids in the summer but no where to change them, a small play area with a slide and a train that runs most of the year, I think that's $2 for a ride and you can get a punch card. They have awesome seating all over the place, where you can relax during shopping. Just love sitting out there with coffee or ice cream. Unfortunately, they do not have any good coffee shops and the last I went the ice cream shop also closed down. It's not too big, so easy to walk around. There is free parking towards the apartments in the back and metered spaces on the streets.

I do wish there were some more clothing stores similar to J.Crew, Banana Republic, Loft - but you can still find some great clothes at the other shops. Even when every store, restaurant or business here is closed you can still hang out in the main strip where there's a playground, fire pit, lounge area and even a mobile charging station. Everything is beautiful and the atmosphere is perfectly pleasant for everyone.

After dealing with terrible customer service at the Spirits Halloween store on 120th location for a size exchange they were not willing to do. I went to the orchard spirits store and had the best customer service no hassles no issues or questions. My needs were meet with the most professional attitudes thank you orchard spirits halloween store for returning my trust in your store. As for the Orchard mall it's self has paid parking which is a great inconvenience and the public parking is a decent walk to various locations. Remove the paid parking and it would have been a beautiful experience.

Love the kids play space at the Orchard Town Center. The floor is soft and there's lots of things to climb on and space to run. I'm not a fan of malls, but with the play space and some nice restaurants at the mall, it is now a destination that my family and I want to frequent.

As an outdoor mall I like The Orchards for the mere fact that they have a lot of different shops, food options and a movie theater. There are a couple of things that in my opinion are downfalls. The layout is not easy or convenient to navigate, so much so that at times it's easier to get back in the car and drive to another store located there. There seems to be more turnover in stores than other outdoor malls with something always being under construction. That said, they do have interesting promotions going on most of the time like outdoor concerts in the summer etc.

There are various places to shop, the outdoor seating and stage are very neat. The people driving on the other hand are scary, the number of people not stopping for pedestrians on designated crosswalks is appalling. If there are any first time drivers, don't even try going here.

My daughter loves the train and all the kid activities in the mall. The restaurants in the vicinity are great for families. It's all one giant mall. So be prepared for lots of people, lines, over priced products, and everything else that comes with a typical mall

There are some great shots here and it is all kept clean and well maintained. There's a nice public seating area with a fire place, live music at times, a nice playground for the kiddos and it's very festive during the Christmas season with a lot of fun activities for kids - very family friendly!

Good variety of shops and resturants. Easily accessible and walkable. Directories are available to help guide shoppers to the correct location. Parking can sometimes be limited however but anywhere you park you only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to where you need to go. Can be very crowded at times and this makes driving from shop to shop difficult. Defenetly a walking outdoor mall.

Great little outside mall type area with great shops, dining options, movie theater, and live music during the summer. It also has a great sprout fountain in the summer and places for kids to play. There is a fantastic place for "paint and sip" called Whimsy and we often hit up the sushi place Happy Sumo before a girls night at Whimsy. There is a farmers market during the summer months and a traveling carnival a few weekends as well. Last winter they transformed the live music space into an ice rink and had the outdoor fireplaces blazing. It's a really nice little place to hang out year round.

Great little restaurant and shopping area. Still pretty new and having some business turnover to fill spaces with non-overlapping business...a couple of brew pubs and restaurants had short lifespans due to nearby placed competition. Kids love the splash fountains and jungle gym, not to mention the amazingly priced choo-choo train ride ($2 for adults, kids 2 and under free). Good little lunch time activity for the kiddos while getting some shopping in.

Nice place to walk around and window shop, lots of Pokemon and Pokestops for the kids. Department stores have less selection that the malls but some nice restaurants. Concerts in the summer, a movie theater, and a year-round playground make this a family friendly place

A friendly and quaint outdoor strip mall. It has a nice variety of food establishments...including a Mongolian grill and an excellent sushi place. It comes with a theatre with reclining seats..a must for the avid movie go'er. It is close to I-25 and has a nice hotel right across the street which my visiting family has stayed at many times. They hold small music concerts every year and has a variety of upscale shops. If your traversing I-25 North of Denver or south of Erie...I'd recommend a quick stop.

Ive always had good experiences at orchard, its my favorite place to shop because of the variety of different stores. It does tend to get extremely packed weekends so parking is the only real down fall. You do have to pay to park close, but if you dont mind walking a little to get that exercise in, its not bad at all!

Love this outdoor mall, my wife has a few places she likes to frequent. Myself, I do not have many shops in this mall that I like to shop. It needs a grill store and maybe something with electronics. As far as dining options, my two go to's are Lazy Dog and 3 Margharita's, but there ore options there for just about anyone's taste.

The stores were great, even in the chaos of people doing holiday shopping. Plan to search for parking spots around the holidays or park a little farther and walk, but at least for us it was well worth it for a fun date nighy at Bad Daddys with shopping afterwards

Great place to live, shop and dine. The Orchard Town Center has nearly everything you could ask for in a 'small mall'. Has a decent variety of shops and dining locations for you to chose from. The security they've hired also patrols the property to make it even more welcoming. Will continue to shop and dine here whenever the opportunity arrises, and would encourage others to do the same.

"The Orchards" has a wide range of retail, making it an ideal spot to get most of your needs covered in a single area. They have some family-friendly features (splash pad, small play area) and it seems like almost every weekend there's some fun event and/or live music offerings.

There are several popular places to shop at this mall. Several high end stores, a variety of restaurants. Two of which are Panera and the Lazy Dog. Across the street from the mall, is one of the best hospitals in the Denver Metro area. The hospital has a great gift store a a very good cafeteria. And down the street is Walmart, with a good variety of restaurants and retail stores. It's a good area to live and visit.

The Orchard is a great outdoor mall. Plenty of modern and fashionable stores for everyone. Plenty of restaurants and other forms of entertainment. In the summer they offer a free concert series for all different tastes and styles. During peak times traffic and parking can be a bit messy but not impossible. Easily accessible from I- 25 and other surrounding neighborhoods.

There are a lot of different attractions that make this town center worth a visit but there are also a lot of poorly lit areas that make for unsafe zones. The distance between some of the stores is so long that walking takes 5-10 mins.

It is an outdoor mall, love the shops but is layed out choppy. Its a little confusing as to where the stores are and where to park. I prefer an all enclosed indoor mall due to the crazy weather here. At least in an indoor mall, if you end up walking to the other end, you dont dont have to deal with cold, snow or rain. During warmer months its great.

This beautiful outdoor mall gets busy on weekends, after Thanksgiving with Christmas shopping and also on Friday's and Saturdays during the summer for their FREE outdoor concerts! You may have to park in the west lot behind AMC or east lot Ross and JC Penney. The north lost get full fast It's worth the short walk!

There’s a shop of some kind for everyone here. And parking is fairly accessible. Lots to see and do, yummy places to eat, and it’s quaint. It can get crowded during holidays, and during the summer concert series; so just be aware. No smoking!! Thank God!

My only complaint is how early everything closes. Sometimes shops will close an hour before their store hours say. A great place to hang out during the day, but in the evening the only things open are some restaurants and the AMC.

Nice enough, almost ridiculously huge by the time you see the Entirety of what's included. Think indoor 2-story mall that has a theater, split open & neatly sprawled out through open, outdoor access, stripmall style buildings. Big, bit confusing. Construction atm, I think a new/different building & a bit of roadwork around it as of mid/late October 2018 made the confusion worse, but then I Loathe round-about/rotaries however you call them so Mildly biased on that part.

A lot of people , lines to get any store about 30 min . Because stores have rules now , it’s can’t be occupied with more than 10 people , 20 or so . It’s make you think you HAVE to buy something , look like tomorrow again all will be lock down and no shopping again ;)

The DJ/entertainer was sto good with thr kids and they had SO many free activities for the kid which I thought was so cool, dave painting, balloon characters, scavenger hunt, tatoos, football toss, and much more. I saw a Wonderwoman in IMAX 3D at the AMC out here. I think the theater is pretty good. The IMAX screen didn't seem to be too huge, but larger than regular for sure. The seats were comfortable and I like that you can reserve them ahead of time. I did have a hard time finding the theater and parking. but I get turned around easily.

Don't go to Orchard Mall to Happy Sumo but get back in your car and drive South 4 minutes to Go Fish on 136th...always fabulous sushi quality presentation, drinks etc...Happy Sumo at Orchard is consistently disappointing and I've eaten there about 30 plus times as I used to live at the townhomes there...drive to Go Fish as it's awesome...always!!! You will never be disappointed there. I found them after I moved and now drive 20 minutes from.my new home for their sushi..yum!!

The orchard mall is a wonderful places for all kinds of people to shop! They’ve got stores with great deals including JCPenney and Macy’s. Then they have stores that are great for youthful people as well like HotTopic, Zumiez, Tillys, H&M, and Forever 21. The food choices here a great as well if you want to stop for a bite to eat during your little shopping Spree. I highly recommend the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for those with a sweet tooth! Overall this is a wonderful place to shop though I might say that the parking situation could be improved a smidge. It can be quite difficult to find a parking spot if you show up during a busy time of the week.

So many wonderful places to eat! We love Happy Sumo. We eat at Rusty Bucket too. We really like to go to Hu Hot because you get to fill your bowls with whatever YOU love for the grill. Red Robin is always a last minute choice and food is good. Got to love them fries! This center/mall is kept very clean. They have plenty of activities all year including Christmas. The movie center is nice just no recliners. There is a variety of stores. REI, JC Penney, Charming Charlie's (My Favorite) Hair and nail salons! Shoe stores. Lane Bryant. Chico's Kids clothing store. Just so much! Ice cream, pizza and coffee. Starbucks Dollar store I also think there is a payless. Go check it out! Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

The AMC is there. And I suppose Marcos Pizza gave me 2 free slices on their opening day. But security once got on my case for riding my Bike and playing Pokemon Go. It was 1 on a Tuesday. The place was more deserted than 24 fitness at 3 in the morning. But noooo, I was some kind of potential hazard to the 4 other people there? The pokestops didn't have anything so it was a waste of time anyways. They never have anything, just that one Kabuto I found there on like day 5 of the game, and after that, nothing. There's a cute kids train that drives around the mall, which is pretty neat. Terrible parking though.

We went to dinner at Hu hut. It was dirty, and the chairs were shaky. Normally, when you come during the dinner rush, you expect it to be a little messy but we came in for an early dinner, and we were the first in. We had a time trying to find a clean bowls to put our food in. 3 out of the 4 meals were cooked ok but the 4th was not, it was given to us still needing to be cooked longer, it was a chicken dish. I can't see us returning.
