There's a whole lot of stuff there. I usually go there for whole foods and PetSmart. Nope. PetSmart is at the bottom of whole foods so you have to go downstairs and another set of stairs to get there. There is a parking lot so it's still accessible for people that are like in wheelchairs. But everyone there is really, really nice and helpful. So don't be afraid to ask

Put on your walking shoes if visiting the spacious, well stocked Whole Foods store there. I also went shopping at Marshall's for bath towels. It was the early part of the day on a Tues and I was surprised to find the towel selection sparse. Could be that they hadn't restocked from the weekend. I was accustomed to seeing more choices. Overall Southgate is convenient for shopping variety with DSW, Marshall's, Whole Foods, Michels, Starbucks and Panera (love that Broccoli Cheddar soup)

Parking is not for the faint of heart. Every retailer has a separate parking lot. Good shopping, better grocer, other amenities, etc

This is an awesome little shopping center. It has a lot to offer. Notably, Whole Foods and Marshall’s. Parking isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. There is metered parking in front and there are several floors worth of garage parking. Most vendors are willing to validate. It is never really crowded either which makes for a better shopping experience. I also have never been here and the facility looks or smells dirty.

Only visited Whole Foods to make a drop off at the Amazon Return area. No issues with the store or the drop off service. Amazon employee could better appreciate customers whom she serves. The covered lower level parking at Whole Foods is too dark.

This market is great, the Whole Foods is my favorite part of it but there are tons of cool stores. The only thing that's a bit hectic is the street parking if you want to run in, the street is busy but you might find a space if you drive slow, otherwise just got for the garage.

For the most part, Southgate is fine to go shopping. I don't care for the parking fees, but places like this are setup this way to get people to get in and get out. You can get parking validated in all of the stores up to 3 hours, otherwise you may feel like you are downtown.

A few different stores in 1 spot, really nice workers that will help u find where your trying to go, just weirdly set up. For the petsmart u have to go in the grocery store take elevator down then walk down stairs its just hard to find if the workers weren't standing at the front door

Plenty of parking which you can have validated at any store. Great shop variety, my favorites include the craft store, Whole Foods and Marshall’s. Least favorite is definitely La Fitness which is small and wayyyy to busy.

There are some good stores (shoes, pop up Halloween, crafts) but the space itself is not very inviting (poured concrete) and the parking garage was very confusing the first few times I visited. I almost find the shops across the street to be a nicer "mall" . Nonetheless we still visit for a few specific things every once in a while.

The optometrist is great, very kind and personable. The eyeglasses are super expensive as there are tons of co-pays even with great insurance! I'll be headed to Warby Parker with my prescription instead. For $100, I can get what Visionworks tried to charge me $235.00 for.

What a great little gem I the south loop, such a shame that the pandemic has affected it so badly. At least the Wholefoods and Petsmart seem to be busy. Hopefully it will recover when the pandemic is over and we can all return to normal life.

This is a decent-sized shopping plaza that has stores located on the inside and you can walk outside to visit many more stores. The parking is validated, and overall it's a nice mall in the Downtown area of Chicago.

Panera Bread is in the 1101 S Canal building, and Panera is my favorite bakery. If you haven't eaten sweets from Panera, you don't know what you are missing! It puts Dunkin Donuts in the pooh house. The only reason I don't give Panera 5 stars is because they ignore the coffee after the morning rush.

The LA Fitness is clean, not too crowded in the evenings and it stays open later than others. There is plenty of free two-hour validated parking available in the parking garage or open parking in front of Whole Foods.

We go to La fitness, panera bread, while foods and jimmy johns. Validated free parking available. First floor is mostly reserved for handicap parking. Elevators are there. Whole food market has separate parking and this place has lots of amazon prime deals. Panera bread is little bit crowded. There are Marshall, micheals too.

Went to Tjmaxx, Marshalls and whole foods. Brought some groceries. Found a sleeper for my great nephew at Marshall's. It was on clearance. Found chocolates at Tjmaxx. Both stores had clearance on Valentine's items. Didn't have time to go to Nordstrom off rack. It's a nice area to go shopping and to eat.

Many options to go for. Validated parking makes life better in Chicago. I also have an la membership so I was able to change and go back to shopping. Nom nom nom. However la did have one area that smelled of pee. I couldn't tell if it was sweat built up or if it was someone legit peed. But I am giving a5 star because the mall itself went pretty well!

This LA Fitness is lacking of cleaning crew I think shower an toilets are dirty, pool is showing residue on bottom floor is need to be clean as well. I was I many different LA fitness gyms and this one so far needs improvement on cleaning

Handy place to shop if you live in the South Loop or Hyde Park. You can self-validate parking at DSW and Marshall's which is convenient. There a starbucks accessible from the sidewalk (you have to step out from street level by the elevators). Whole Foods has a separate parking lot which is a little confusing. Essential south loop shipping location.
