Reviews of Frontier Mall
Grew up in this mall- lots of changes, no more movie theater or chick filay! But it seems to do the job with what they have now.
Nice mall! Lots of stores. Jumping machine. Cool arcade. I came to this mall to go to the Wild West Store, All Wild and Western, for souvenirs from my work trip as my babies like it when I bring home stuff from other places. I ended up in a couple other stores since I made the wrong turn. I checked out this game store and was delighted to see the different games and game trinkets they even have the POP! funko dolls. I made a few random purchases and went to FYE and got a couple things. I finally found the western store and wow. That store deserves some love. Definitely for the country enthusiast! I learned a lot about the history of Wyoming and also their zip code, 307. :)
Great mall! I've been to many malls in my lifetime and it's so nice to see that this one's is still alive and well! Most malls are decrepit at this day in age. I come here almost daily!
Feb. 2023
Amazing sale/clearance, went to the mall Nd wasn’t planing on buying anything after seeing those prices on Ralph Lauren/ Lauren Ralph Lauren/ Levi’s. Had to buy some stuff and could not be more satisfied with the deals I got.
Wonderful Indoor Mall. Many stores to choose from and restaurants. Very well maintained and clean.
This mall is very clean and professional. The Chinese massage place located inside is however not so much. I went in at 2pm and someone had just gotten there for a an hour massage no biggy guy told me to come back in an hour, so I did and by golly the guy asks me to wait 1 more hour at this time no biggie we will just walk around the front of his shop for the hour and play games but then as I'm standing outside his shop a lady walks in close to the hour doesn't speak to him and when I go to him he says after that lady! Like no sir I'm not waiting any more very unprofessional..... Thanks for wrong my time
Probably one of the last of its kind. Not sure how long they will hold on. Many vacant store fronts. But enough still to make it worth going in ;)
It's a decent mall for a small town. I rosh there were a few more good stores here, but it's okay for a small mall. 40/50 stores filled.
It's a good sized mall in a small town atmosphere. It has a variety of offerings that make shopping easy. Food choices could be better.
Opens @ noon on Sundays kind of a wait for coming from out of town very few stores altho the few they do have are nice to shop in.🙂 …
Lots of closed stores, almost not worth the long trip over there
Well its not the mall ya think it would be for a booming community for sure has its ups and downs but usually pretty good place to a shop
Parked right out front.
Found what I was looking for. Very nice mall.
A lot of empty spaces. And the remaining stores have moved to smaller spaces. No more theater. Food court is half the size from 2017.
I went to frontier jewelry to get my ring size and is an amazing and very helpful man that makes good deals and I will definitely visit frontier jewelry again
This mall has got a bit of everything... show up before opening hrs and enjoy a power walk with the locals
Really fun, a lot of character, a lot to do, and good food. Much better than malls down in Colorado Springs
Not the best but not the worst mall either its just so-so I guess.
Store clerk excellent service perfect fit and comfortable and fits
We just moved here in April and I've heard covid really shut a lot of shops down so maybe that is the case I'm just underwhelmed with the number of stores in side and the variety of shopping you can acquire. Besides that everywhere I've seen is relatively clean minus the food area by the theater.
I wish i would have had more time. Stores change often.
Adopted children were watching Arctic dogs and being blessed with presents, Santa and Elves. It was a special event to observe.
L9ve this mall!! Great variety and tons of room to shop.
Didn't go in the mall. Went to Crumbl for overpriced cookies from a box mix per a Google search. From the parking lot, the mall had multiple nationally known chains.
Sadly several vacant shops but still fun to go to "inside" mall.
I go there to walk and exercise which is nice. I'm glad we have a mall. There have been some new businesses opened which is promising.
Hey this place has stores, unlike casper mall. ( I live in casper so I can poke fun)
Honestly, it's not what it used to be. Not much in terms of shopping. They could easily revive the mall and bring in more contemporary and current stores but they won't. Still a great place to get your steps in though. Lol.
A very nice place to walk and get exercise while window shopping
JAX store is awesome, and so is the rest of the mall!
Lots of choices. You can eat, shop for clothes, children's, teenager's and professional wear, gifts, and decorations of all sorts for your home. You also get plenty of exercise for free...lol
We had a great time at the olive garden. Although, they were about an hour to closing. The waiter and staff were friendly and served us some good soup, spaghetti, and we split the desert. All in all we would go back. Both my husband and I enjoyed the make you own choices. I forgot pictures but everything was very clean.
Like I was back in the eighties. Nice mall. Great arcade!!
It's sad, the mall used to be the place. It is so barren now.
I haven't enjoyed being in a mall so much in years. Great variety of stores and awesome customer service. It was a wonderful experience!
Used curbside pick up #2 at the JCP store. All went smoothly except for the awkward parking lot and daft layout. Add potholes and deterating road conditions to complete the experience. My advice take it slow and chill.😎 …
I appreciate the time, patience and concern that mall management had for me to address my concerns about aggressive behavior in the mall parking lot and the adjacent property and parking lot. These parking lots need to be repainted. Also, the mall seems clean and there are many friendly workers that work there.
I walked to this store, from home. 5.34 miles. It's not open Sunday's. I'm totally bummed out. But, it was a great workout, and a long walk, for nothing. I'm glad I'm in great shape, for a 59 year old man. Glad I don't mind walking.
Good selection of stores for everyone in the family! Fun massage chairs, movies, video games, and several options for lunch when no one can agree.
The tables and bathrooms are always so dirty.
The mall is dying and can get pretty grungy. Weird smells aren't uncommon. Several of the shops have closed down, but I love many that remain-- Renzio's is my favorite. It may be a bit of a dump, but it's nostalgic and it does its job as a mall.
Kinda a sad place for a mall...less stores than I have ever seen...kinda a bit of a surprise as winters are so cold and long it might be nice if we had a mall full of stores for a wonderful shopping experience
It's a typical mall. Has most of the same stores you imagine at any mall with a couple of unique ones. It's not a bad place to run into really quick and grab stuff you need.
Most fun and courteous employees ever
I visited the Frontier Jewelers stand. The owner was kind and honest. He fixed my 1 of a kind wedding ring after it had a ranching accident. It actually looks better than original. I really recommend Frontier Jewelers for jewelry repair and servicing.
Went to shoe carnival, it's a decent store. No issues found some shoes. Did not go into the rest of the mall so I do not have any idea of what it's still available inside
I will recommend this mall! Well organized and friendly people! We had a great time! 😊👏🏻 …
We found everything we needed and wanted. I was sad to see vacant stores but impressed with what's there. We spent a lot of time at Jax and really enjoyed the store with the metal signs. I hope you can keep this mall going as it really is a nice place to shop. Thank you...
Good mall for a road trip break. Not huge but should keep you busy for an hour.
Great Mall for a city this size. At a time when Malls are dying all over the country this one is really doing pretty well. They have good shops, fun places to hangout, and good activities for kids and families. We especially loves the weekend train stop!! So much fun.
While it isn't in the same prime I remember it had in the past with its JC Penney and Sears anchor stores, and the AMC closure last year seems to have a progressive impact on the flow, but it has always been clean and very well maintained.
Noticed a decent amount of available retail space the last time I visited, and the food court shrank by half, can't even remember where the TJs used to be.
Really hope to see this place pick back up and thrive, it's a good building and deserves many more.years of use.
Nice, lots of stores, activities for kids, and looks great inside. The food court has some great places. A poke bowl/ramen with really fresh ingredients and a Greek restaurant with really good food. There is more to explore.
Kind of a sad mall but then the age of malls is likely passing away these days. Lots of strange kiosks and stores catering to odd crafts etc. The food court has some great finds though with Renzeno's and the Poke place.
It was so nice to shop again. Some stores were closed but enough were open to have a shopping experience.
I would give Frontier Mall a higher rating if it had more stores. The last few times I have gone in, it seems like more empty store fronts. Good food venues, theater, nice stores that are in there. Security staff is wonderful to deal with if you have a disabled person, wheelchairs can be checked out. I will update on my next visit if there are more stores. Last visit was 3 months ago.
Has a good movie theater and my favorite clothes shopping store.
I went to JCPenney's to buy a polo and found a fantastic one for only 17 dollars. The staff wasn't very helpful though, they did seem to care I was there and barely answered my questions.
The other clothing store Dillard's was fantastic. The lady there helped me through many clothes was very respectful and found exactly what I wanted even though it took me 20 minutes to find what I needed. She tried her hardest to find what I wanted. Great store with decent prices and great deals.
It's a one story central Florida style mall, really nice to have a Spencer's as well as the Asian gifts store. The finish line has a small selection of Jordans. Really small but still has the basics.
So many variables are therefor food shops now!!
Shopped at Dillard's and found everything I needed and then some! Susan in lingerie helped my mother and I and she went above and beyond to fit us. She was professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful person! I will definitely be back to visit Dillard's and Susan again!
The Mall seems empty. So many empty spaces. More vacant spots than filled on the Jax end. Just a matter of time before the quality stores close and the Mall will be a hulking derelict place.
Not a whole lot to choose from. Stores keep closing. Parking is always available. Need to build onto mall and find a way to keep retail company's in the mall. Good location. Restrooms aren't always clean. This town needs a good mall and this has potential.
More empty stores every day
It's smaller then most malls and doesn't have a lot of name brand stores. They are getting some good store in there here and there. Could use more top selling stores. The bathrooms need better upkeep. They are usually pretty dirty every time we go to use them.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly, professional and helpful.
My family and I come here regularly for just window shopping or different needs. My daughter loves the indoor playground. The stores are good as they have whatever you need really. The only things I don't like are the pet store that they keep puppies in glass cages that are completely too small and the arcade is always overpriced and full of broken machines.
IMHO it's geared towards the younger crowd , which is fine , however I don't see young people flocking there. My fear is that the mall in general is going the way of the dodo.
Decent mall, however, they are always losing stores and are constantly moving stores around in the mall. Its hard to keep track of where everything is and is always disappointing to see empty or closed spaces.
Growing up in Cheyenne, the mall has always been a huge part of the community and was a common gathering spot for many of us in our youth. Its sad to see it changing so much but I hope it is able to continue and grow.
Nice little mall for a nice little town. I work out at Planet Fitness whenever I am in town. It's nice that they also have a movie theater located in the mall. One of the huge store is vacated and the an RV dealer has rented the parking area only around that store. Actually has a nice selection of used and new RV's at reasonable prices.
Plenty of parking. Nice variety of stores. Clean and well kept commons areas. I want to give a special shout out to the Frontier Jewelry. The owner is a great guy and they have a lot of nice merchandise at reasonable prices.
There is some great store and fun stuff for the Kids, but there is a lot of empty spots. Don't know if covid has caused this, or something else. They need to help bring more companies to move back.
A really great pizza and comfortable atmosphere. While most Godfathers are gone, this one is a tribute to all you love about them. Our pizza has always been fresh, hot and just right. Enjoy!
The mall was an average mall...most of the staff we spoke with was super nice, but we crossed paths with the mall photographer who threatened to fight my partner after he made it clear we weren't interested. I was appalled...we had our young child with us who my partner was pushing in the stroller when it all went down. Not impressed.
Nice and festive mall. Unfortunately, the Enchanted Bean has been closed both times I've gone to them...Wonderful 🎅 Santa area... …
I've been here many times over the years, it's clean, well arranged and there's a decent selection of shops, including my favorite, GameStop! They also have a board and card game shop, which is a new addition. The sad thing is that so few people are coming out to wander and shop because of COVID. It's taking a toll on the little kiosk shops that usually abound. No hobby stop, no RC station, or the nail care stands. It's sad 😥.
We've got to be smart about COVID, I'm in total agreement, but we need to keep our society alive in all arenas. Right now our diversity of commerce is suffering, and just like the mom and pop shops of 20 years ago, we'll miss these places if we don't take steps to preserve them.
Great place for the whole family. But the security there where rude and ignorant. Please let them know that they need more information to suspect me of stealing.
Has just about everything you would need
Not crowded! I think we lost east coast pizza in mall! Theater had no posters up! Candy Shop still there! Our economy slowly fading!
Please keep local business alive!
And a T-Mobile which is very shots I was looking for and also five guys which are never going to with a great place to get a burger very soon and very good price highly recommend this place.
Mall is always clean.
They have strollers that look like cars etc., but they're 5.00 or 6.00 but they give you a dollar back when you return it.
They have a playground mostly for younger kids.
There is a movie theater in the mall also.
Nice small town mall, has everything you need. Plenty of close by parking. We only noticed one vacant store, might have been a Sears. Clean restrooms. Food was good. We will be back on our next visit to Cheyenne.
It's gotten sad use to have diversity but raised the rent and pushed out small business owners... was a good place to hang out.
It's cleaner than when I grew up here but so empty. Losing Sears really deadened that end of the mall. Even having Chick-fil-A over there as busy as they get, it's just dreary down that end. Spruce it up or get a decent viable store in there.
Nice little mall. Cute! Pet store, Asian goods store and arcade were nice. Kinda mad the movie theater was closed and the plus size store was gone but it was mostly ok.
There are some empty stores. I really like Jax. Everything in that store in top shelf. The service is great.
I enjoy shopping here, parking is great, food court has a great variety of food, there seems to be a high turn over rate of the smaller retail stores that carry unique items, not sure if it is a rent issue or just not the right audience for those unique items.
Easy to find, easy to park, close to anything else you might need in the area. Has a decent selection of stores for the actual size of Cheyenne, so that was pleasantly surprising. Whole place felt clean and safe overall as well, so that's a definite bonus!
It's a mall - neither good nor bad - just a mall.
I go to Planet Fitness several times a week. It has all kinds of exercise equipment and the workers there can show you how to use the equipment. You can sign up for classes. You can be shown around and how to use the equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. All for a low $10 a month fee. It's truly worth it!
Has your typical mall stores, like Jax, Dillards, still have a JC Penny's, food court to include 5 Guy's, Chili's, and Olive Garden, Chipotles, a gym, and JoAnns fabric and crafts store. Masks are still required unless your eating or drinking.
Not a huge variety of stores. Ulta is a fantastic addition. The music selection at F.Y.E. since they moved is significantly less. The arcade is over priced. The staff at Justice is phenomenal, great store if you have kids. Regis is one of the best salons in town, with an amazingly friendly staff. The rest of the stores change so often it's hard to keep track.
I don't go to this mall to wander around and pass time because there's simply not much to see. The food selection is pretty good, but there are really only a handful of stores besides the typical department/clothing. Massive chain businesses in every corner and failing local businesses in between.
Social distancing makes things feel different in the mall. So many businesses keep closing. I mostly visit Bath and Body Works, which I always enjoy.
Good food options, and most of the stores are okay. But it is not a fun mall. If you're there it's because you had no other option. Most people get food on one of the outside facing restraints and never wander far into the mall.
Not the best mall in the world but it's the only one we have in Cheyenne. I wish they'd stop closing stores and moving them around so frequently. They even closed both of the baby clothes stores I frequented. I don't go there for very much, but if there's something unique I need from there, I'll go. Save the trio and find it at Walmart instead.
I have always tried to support locally, and I love our little mall because you can find anything you’re looking for without having to drive out of town to Colorado 👀👙🩴👓🧢 …
Retail is not quite dead in cheyenne. If u want a department store they have dillards and Penney's. There are the usual food places and a western decor store and a few clothing shops. Most of the store spaces are still filled.
Its a good little mall, but I just cannot give it 5 stars when the only kids stores in town have left from here. I imagine the mall isnt to blame, and theres plenty to like about it overall. 95% of spaces are occupied and the stores and building are clearly kept clean and nice. This isnt one of those malls where you walk out feeling like you need to bathe the germs off your kids or wash your hands for 5 full minutes, which is really nice and I appriciate it as a mom. They have the main staples like dillards, jcpenney, bath and body works, game stop, etc, but I think where the mall really shines is their food places. Along with the restaurants on the outside of the mall, their inside restaurants are equally good. Their pizza place is out of this world, and the folks there are SO nice. The chinese food is excellent and its always freshly made when weve been there. We all like chicfila, so its nice to have when you dont want a burger. The movie theatre is nice and having a joanns fabric store in the mall is odd to me (im used to stand alone stores or strip-mall ones) but its cool to browse while family members shop elsewhere for your christmas present ;) i would certainly reccommend this spot to a friend...but i do wish they could entice a kids clothing shop back into their line-up, since there arent any others in town. :)
Nice mall to shop away from big city
Sad too see so many stores closed inside. Seems that's the way Malls are headed today..The 80s are long gone. I still like to go and visit the Western Store.
Never been here until recently, but being a colorado native I really enjoyed the mall.. especially since it's in a different state. They also have a small arcade, which is always a plus.
Love the Frontier Mall, they have really placed in some new upscale stores to please everyone. It's no longer a teenage hangout anymore. I watch adults purchasing products that not in the to near past we would have had to go to Colorado for this quality!
Wonderful mall so happy clean good stores and handmade fudge made with love Go support Wyoming You will be glad you did
Standard mall with pretty good selection of stores and things to buy. Well kept and location is great. Right by lots of the great restaurants in town. Food options here aren’t that bad either.
I walked the mall with a friend and only stopped briefly at Bath& Body Works
Then we went into GNC, which the clerk was very friendly and helpful. There are at least 6 or 7 former businesses that are ckised or out if business.
This is not a pretty mall by any means, nor does it have a good variety. Typically there's at least 2 vacant stores as well. Its fun to go see a movie here, however, and it's a nice place to walk around.
This mall has been around for ever. 20+ years. It could do with some renewing. There also seems to be quite a few store fronts that are empty. It would be nice if the mall was full of stores to shop in. Maybe then people wouldn't do so much online shopping.
Unfortunately a ghost town of a mall
I only ran into Ulta, but it looks like a very nice mall from what I saw of it.
Awesome stores! Nice food! Just a heads up the vending machines don’t work
Needs more store front options
Ok small mall. Easy to find and easy access.
The mall is going through a transition of shops. I can hope that it will update with quality businesses. Thanks to Riddles! As usual, the staff, thsnks Michele, are awesome! Highly recommend them.
Great mall, I do hate to see the downfall of the American Malls because they are the real backbone of what was once our retail experience. I am very glad to see Frontier going strong......
Love taking the famiky
Love the 65% discount on almost all the items.. Great deal.
Do not go to ka ka joes it is such a rip off. I went there and spent 50$ on games. Because of the card you have too put the money cards. Overall though the rest of the is is pretty cool. And you have too stop at riddles best place ever to get rings and jewelry.
Easy to find easy to park and there's a quite decent selection of stores. Frontier mall is close to a lot of other little malls where you can hit Target and Ross and Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohl's and Home Depot so you can do all of your shopping with in about I'm one mile section of Cheyenne if you're into the more commercial non Boutique kind of shopping. For that you have to hit downtown Cheyenne or head into Laramie.
Nice little shopping mall.
For what it is in a small town such as Cheyenne, Wyoming, it is good and I get good customer service at most places. Generally not crowded. I am just accustomed to larger shopping centers, so it can be frustrating not finding what I am looking for.
So many memories... I grew up in this town and many times I hung out with my friends here and it was always fun... This review is mostly for nostalgia. But I do feel they need a better arcade here.
Tesla charging stations were convenient. Average chain restaurants and stores. Never very busy. Clean and easy to locate.
Tracie center, as travel centers go is about average. There is a burger King there and the store is kind of small.. that's all that I noticed
Not too many stores here. I did enjoy the fact it wasn't crowded as well very clean.
The Frontier Mall in Cheyenne is almost an iconic institution. I had not been through the mall for several years and this most recent visit and walk through reminded me that it can be a great place to shop.
Be sure to wear a mask or you won’t go into the stores. They don’t care about health issues or anything else #NO MASK NO ENTER
Excluding Jax!!! They said nothing thank you.
I always have a great experience each time with every bud tender.
good place fun to shop but if any employee or owner reads these reviews
Get rid of the g.d. camper display! PLEASE!!
No place to park with that annoyance there!
What is the place is like something unfamiliar like a place that you can go to with your buddies on a weekend night a place where all your imagination can come to life and no I'm not talking about Disneyland I am talking about the Frontier Mall the frontier mall has all the selections of anything you want from A to Z anyways without further of notice, say that the Frontier Mall is the best place you can ever go to and that should be the first thing you should check out if you're visiting Cheyenne Wyoming
It's a typical mall with typical mall stores. There aren't many stores because so many are closing. There also aren't huge crowds. It's fairly easy to find a place to sit and stroll without bumping into others.
Actually went to Olive Garden, and it was as delicious as usual. Great food and service! Duane, the manager, even came over and chatted for a few minutes. Wonderful place!
Nice selection of retail outlets in a variety of price ranges. Entertainment and food on-site, both in the mall and stand-alone in parking lot. Not too crowded. Clean bathrooms.
Lots of shopping opportunities in a great local mall. In a world of struggling make, Frontier Mall seems to keep making it work. Losing Sears as a large anchor was a rough time, but adding Joanne Fabrics brought more traffic to this area of the mall. Wine here, check out Renzios!
Stopped to charge my Tesla. Enjoyed shopping the stores in the mall while charging.
There play area for kids is really nice one the winter, but other than that it's just a mall. The series are typically overpriced, the selection is not that great . . . You know, like every mall in America.
Stores are still open!!! Such a nice experience since most other malls are practically empty! Lots of options!
Decent amount of stores and a decent place to shop. The restrooms are pretty run down and benches and games around the mall could use a thorough cleaning.
I go to the mall to walk in the morning when I can't it's convenient and people are very nice. I went almost 6 miles this morning. It starts at 9 during the week.
Best mall in Cheyenne, also the only mall in Cheyenne. Love all the stores!
Good mall. Enough stores to find stuff you need and great place to relax on a rainy day. Pet store is moving and going to be HUGE! That's awesome!
Is still a full mall with good restaurants, nice pet store, and plenty of shopping. Has a kids play area. The theater needs updated tho
Typical mall prices. Mall staff are pretty friendly though. Selection of stores is okay, although if the mall lowered prices for rent I'm sure we'd have more and maybe even better options!
Wish they had the shops for kids and it would be awesome either to have more of a variety to shop out of. Build a second floor. Put Hot Topic in. It would really be good when CFD comes around.
A sad place for me at least, so many stores closed and closing. The vendors are friendly. Penny's is practically vacant of clerks but the ones that you do find are friendly and helpful.
It’s a mall, I mean they’re dying nationwide and this one is no exception. There’s some nice shops in it but otherwise I’m lucky if I’m there more than once in 90 days.
Has been a while since I went to the mall. Bought a belt.
So fun to go and shop
Not the best of malls, needs a few more stores, and some variety...
Vary versatile and fun to walk around, they have everything you could need and everyone is very nice.
Great selection of places to eat, good amount of clothes stores, an f.y.e which is nice if you want to check out some new movies or get a vinyl, and a few other things that are worth checking out, like Asian Gifts or the small candy shop, with a decent assortment of candies and stuffed animals.
It's a mall. Teens wandering around being silly. More clothing stores than needed for a smaller mall. Not much variety. Theater is nice.
Very clean mall. About the size you would expect out of Cheyenne, but had everything I needed.
I really like the shops they have here.
As balls seem to decline in importance, I still like this one. Great stores, comfortable atmosphere and access to a variety of restaurants in the food court.
It needs more stores that will last. Overall good place to shop.
Seems like most locations are empty. Many stores open late and close early
It’s a good place to entertain yourself but it’s lacking in variety of shops. A few years ago it was better but it seems like as the years go by it’s becoming a lot more vacant and dull.
I go to kays jewler the mall is good we don't have one in Laramie just wished they had more stores in the mall the puppys are great to look at.
If it in Cheyenne it's a convenient location for entertainment as well as wholesome shopping stores include Spencer's, F.Y.E, Zummies, J.A.Xs, Macy's, and many others.
I like this mall. It feels, quaint but the shops are varied. It is always clean and wheelchair/stroller accessible, including the facilities.
I'm just glad Cheyenne has a mall.
Not much going on here anymore
It's a decent mall that's gotten better with time. The theater is bit outdated but still nice and there is are some excellent stores throughout the mall.
Nice & clean, & lots of neat stores. We loved it here!
Think we were at Stargazer
Amazing it great because it has many store in it so you can shop for clothes or candy or even animals they also have a nice foods court it has many places for you to eat
Great stores here
I've been there several times do appreciate all services and people that are essential workers thank you for your job well done
♥️
Mall had a few stores worth visiting, however the asian massage place is gone and it makes me sad!
Not a ton of stores in it anymore. The amount that were in there were clean for what it's worth.
Frontier Mall has great stores and hours. I like the shopping atmosphere when looking for something specific, especially during the holidays.
There's a couple good places to shop and eat here but they need a better selection of places to shop for sure. Would be nice if they could upgrade it a bit.
Loved this place reminds me of Longmont old mall has lots cool stores and lots for kids to play and shop and eat.
Very clean. Only visited 1 store. The map was right at the entrance so that we could get where we wanted to go efficiently.
Some stores are great but the security officers are a$$holes for no reason
Service was good, quite a few stores closed but excellent gaming room.
This poor mall is struggling. No mainstream children's clothing stores anymore and Sears is leaving. Best part is 5 Guys and Renzio's.
Frontier Mall is fun for shopping and walking. They have food drink movies video games and everything a person could hope to find in merchandise.
With more and more moles going back to outdoor entrances Frontier Mall still has an interior hallway with storefronts.
Much better to shop store to store out of the weather.
Very clean and nice
It's a nice place to take a walk in winter, and there are some nice shops. Don't forget to go to Chick-Fil-A for icecream.
This is a nice mall with a decent selection of stores. It seems very clean and up kept.
Awesome place to shop
I often find what I need in the mall, but I try not to make eye contact with the kiosk vedors. The mall is always tidy and clean and it's easy to navigate.
Malls are a dieing breed. Good luck to this one, it's got some good stores and the food court is delicious.
I like the variety of stores, especially Bath & Bodyworks, wherw U cab sample the new colognes, litions and even get tin wash my gands theretrying the new liquid hand soaps, and scruuubs and thedmln use the frragranceeed hand cteam tto soften my hands. I alsi love ths fact that you can use
your email to get coupons and and sdpwcial deals. I alsdo like thd chinese testaurasny tyherdn calkwsx thedChina Wok, and Chik-fil-A.
We enjoy just cruising the mall, the Sherman Hill model Railroad is a great place to see and take the kids.
Always enjoy walkn thru the mall, we did our family pictures recently nd was able to have a choice n our dinner choices. 👍 …
Like the mall and spend a bunch of time at the Sherman Hill Model Rail Road exhibits.
It's a mall. Always clean. Come looking for something and most likey you will find something close.
Truly a magnificent mall for the local community of the Cheyenne Wyoming members of society very nice movie theater that I was successfully able to evaluate friendly staff an affordable shopping discounted deals.
It's one of the only big malls in Wyoming and to be honest some of my favorite memories have happened here.
A nice mall with some popular stores, but nothing to make it stand out from other malls. The kids area is decent and usually clean.
It is dying like most malls but the theater was clean, comfortable and the employees were very polite.
I enjoyed the relaxed and courteous pace and safety adhered here while shopping.
Clean mall, dated stores ie. JC Penny. Convenient stop when charging my Tesla. JAX is coming in early 2020.
Decent mall. Pretty quiet with an ok selection of shops. It's clean and comfortable.
A lot of the stores fluctuate but they are improving. There are a few more additions that make it worth a visit now.
Its the mall in cheyenne, its what we got and its nice for what it is. It was alot cooler when i was a kid. Kinda weird theirs a gym in it now though, sweat smell in the mall ?
They have a lot of great shops, good fast food restaurants and a comfortable movie theater and Olive garden is in the parking lot.
It’s a small mall but nice. Not all stores are open during business hours.
I enjoy going to the mall, however it has very little to offer. After going there once or twice you've seen it all and gone to it all.
Best mall in WY. To be honest, the entire state only has three actual malls. They are located in Cheyenne, Casper, and Rock Springs. The Cheyenne mall is the largest.
Nice mall. Lots of great places. Sunday stop anywhere just walked around but would come back if I ever came back to Wyoming.
Has pretty much all you need. A lot of cool shops to browse through. Somewhat crowed as it's not the biggest mall.
this mall is great, i visit frequently and it has some pretty nice stores inside. this mall by far doesnt get the credit it deserves
Always fun to shop at, however people have absolutely no respect or manners towards others. Think about who you're hiring!!
Kids can play pool and darts here, great for teens.
Great mall. However, they have high prices and they are slow to restock after the holidays and after Christmas sales. Several stores are empty.
So far as malls in Wyoming go, you don't have many options. The Frontier Mall is OK. They have a few vacant store fronts and it's not generslly busy.
It's kind of expensive. Generally, there are quite a few people, so social distancing is pretty much non-existent.
This mall (as many are) is dying a slow death. The only thing keeping it alive is the fact that the next good mall is 100 miles away.
The baby strollers are 5$ to rent and that's way to much
Very nice clean mall!
Much busier than I thought it would be. Only complaint I have is the food is scattered throughout the mall, instead of a convenient food court.
Really nice mall great stores doesn't get to busy, fun place to go shopping
Great place to visit. Lots of selection.
Lots of choices of places.2 go. Its always interesting 2 see new shops.
Plenty if places 2 eat an snack.
Its okay could use better stores.. But great place to walk around or foe Halloween. .... And the pretzelmaker is good
I wish it had more stores that had kids clothes or maternity wear. A lot of the best stores closed. Super disappointed
All you need in one location food games movies and music. Pleasure to visit very clean and easy to navigate
Only mall in Cheyenne . It's not too small but no large either. A few nice stores but pretty limited.
Nice mall, tbcy/Pretzel Maker's employees were pretty rude, Dickey's BBQ is amazing!
Great place for exercise in the morning as you're waiting for the stores to open. I like Jax and gamestop the most.
Smaller mall but has basic needs covered. It was clean and had what I needed.Pro Image is a great sports store
Descent mall for a city like Cheyenne. If you're from a bigger city you will find this place woefully disappointing, but I have always enjoyed my shopping experiences here
I love it though for a mall it has little amount of stores but its a small town. Has a food court and movie theater
Lots of new shops opening and they do have most of what we shop for there. Never a bad experience there.
First time visit there I like a lot cool stores, I am staying in greeley colorado their mall is nice with so many store.. Like like
Wish they had more stores seems like everything is shut down
Its a small town mall. Theres kids running around often... but that seens normal and safer than running the streets. Not alot of business there though.
An anchor store like Target and a better food court would make the place more appealing, otherwise its good.
Nice mall for a small city. Just wish they had more stores open amd variety.
Love going to this mall with kids. Great safe enviroment great shopping centers food and entertainment for kids as well
Clean and plenty of room to walk with strollers. Not busy. A lot of empty/closed stores.
Sears personnel we're not willing to provide customer service. Hickory Farms and the game store were great.
Active mall. Lots of people
Is alot better than it used to be! Nice selection of stores. Still small not too much of a walk.
Been awhile since I have visited a real mall. Lots of stores to choose from and friendly people.
A great mall, excellent choice of large stores and more specialist shops. Good food choices too.
This mall is alright given it's located in such a small town. It's got a decent selection of stores although it's not great. The place is in major need of an update.
Love this mall, since ours is pretty much nonexistent.
It's clean people are friendly and the food court had great places to snack. Everything in one stop.
Great little mall. Wish they could fill all the stores. Kept up and clean.
Has good stores in it. My main reason of going
Great food and shopping options, even a theater with movies for 3.99! Usually good foot traffic.
It's not bad, lots of stores closing but they keep getting new stores in.
The farmers market is awesome! The mall has so few stores now.
This is your classic mall. I found many great deals and hidden treasures here! Don't discount the mall for holiday shopping!
It's a good selection of stores to round out under one roof .
Great company great Burger
It is a nice mall with some pretty cool shops. I recommend you stop in their
For the area this mall offers a great selection of stores and is a nice quiet place to spend time shopping.
It's s small mall not a whole lot to do here. There is a few fast food places thought out the mall tho
Even though this mall is fairly small, there are a decent number of places to eat within walking distance of the mall.
It looks like the mall is dying. So many shops are closed and not many people are there.
It was a really cool place. Definitely check out the puppy store. They're cute
Such a great small town feel with some really nice shops, as well.
It has a variety of shops, has a pet shop that the kids can enjoy, small food court, bathroom and a play area.
Always a new thrill walking into the different stores and how there are always new stores too😁 highly recommend it …
So many businesses gone. Covid really hurt so many. I love drive ins.
It's a dying thing, Malls and all. Me I remember when it was in the middle of nowhere. Del Range was gravel. Maybe u should ask a kid not a 45 year old.
Its okay seems like a lack of good food but if your looking to get stuff to renovate your home there many great services there
Nice mall with a good selection of stores. It is almost at full occupancy. Good parking.
Not a bad little mall for a small town. It's got the basics, a movie theater, and several places to grab a bite to eat.
A nice little Mall. JC Penney, Dillards, Rue 21 and more
Was that Jax's sportings good
At frontier mall really nice sporting goods and got a lot of stuff in there it's also a ranch ranch and farm store
Service was great. Got our food quickly. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The food is very good!!!
It is good to see that this mall is not dying out like many small malls are doing these days.
No hot topic, and several other shops were closing. The red head in the Asian gift store is knowledgeable, and excellent to chat with
You've got to try Claires, shop till you drop, save money, many awesome choices, and very interesting!
Always have liked this mall. Good stores and great people.
It's like any other mall but still good
There just isn't a very goid variety of stores anymore.
We love the mall nice stores good environment very clean good customer service
Good for a city like Cheyenne but, they close between 7 and 8 PM (very early for me).
Love Rue 21 Was disappointed Victoria Secret was closed tho. But to be expected Cuz of the COVID.
Better than I thought it would be. Not completed updated but a lot of the stores were. I would definitely go back.
There is a mall here, but it is nothing special, except the pet shop, that's pretty good.
My favorite stores are Spencer's, FYE, the Chinese store, and Game Stop. (And of course Victorias Secret)
Looks pretty much the same after 6 years . Bathrooms are clean employed are nice
It was a nice place but a little expensive. There is a good variety of stores and plenty of places to eat.
Clean. Like all malls there is a lot of empty stores and weird pop ups.
The photobooth is something I enjoy coming here for. Its kind of silly and and older thing but the printed pictures are great
Nice to see a mall that is still thriving. Five Guys, Dickeys, JAX and Planet Fitness.
Nice outing with my daughter. Seemed clean and busy. Good to see.
I go there cause its clean and has alot of stores i like to shop at
Fun to walk around and I got more then I needed to get lol
Lots of empty spaces
This is a small mall in Cheynne (although biggest in town). Did have some larger stores. I went there for Chick-Fil-A. Would go there again.
Always a great experience. Love how they respect our former and current veterans in various ways.
Basic mall, it was clean, I felt safe, they have a movie theater inside as well.
The new evolution kiosk have amazing flat irons and hair products ,great prices and amazing customers service!!
Old-school mall. About half the shops are closed. Seems like it's on its last leg. But WY is always 40 years behind the rest of the country.
Commonly needed goods available. Acommodates walking or eating variety of goods. Benches for resting, people watching and texting.
Nice little mall with plenty of local shops
Friendly helped me and Frank when we were there.
I love that they have carts available so my little neice isn't running around.
I am going to miss this mall when its gone, it couldnt compete, it usually felt empty and sad.
Went to Jax a bit spendy but convenient.
Good little mall with a good amount of selection when it comes to stores
The mall is super nice! Lots of cool hand crafted things
Mall is spread out in many different locations. Be prepared to drive around looking for the store you need.
Nothing extravagant. Lots of places are shut down. Most things are over priced. Did like that they added an Ulta though.
Has had lots of changes over the years, but it's still the best place to shop with a variety of stores in Cheyenne.
This site has been taken care of. Plenty to shop for.
A lot of stores, great location and prices, as well as plenty of activities.
Every time I've been here I've had a pleasant experience.
Fun place to shop with my GREAT Granddaughter!
Great mall good atmosphere good stores fun place to shop and take the kiddos
It's a nice place to shop could use an actual food court
Nice mall. Pretty small but good selection of stores.
A happy place! Great music as you shop. Could use more seating
Mall very clean People are Really Friendly.
Awesome mall very clean . Loads of stores to cover everyone in the family
Many items are marked and security keeps things going. Lovely shopping experiences every time
Good shopping and restaurants. It serves an important role for Cheyenne business.
They have five guys so i luv it
Empty and my voice echoes. There's massage chairs and wifi
It's a decent mall, well monitored and clean. I wish it had a food court.
Too many vacancies. I know malls are a dying thing but still there shouldnt be that many empty spaces in this mall
It's a mall. Nothing more, nothing less. They do have a play area for small kids.
Kept clean and well decorated. Store selection is ok and the vendors are always cheery and helpful
Your typical run-of-the-mill mall. But it is a good place to get some exercise - 3 times around is a mile.
Definitely a more quiet mall, but the shopping selections are great!
Small mall but had everything I was looking for. I was surprised by how easy it was to navigate.
Good amount of stores I like. Clean. Decent food court
It's the only mall in Cheyenne. Has good fast food places and a movie theater.
Just about everything store is open wait for the movie can't wait
Would love to see some shops with kid's clothes
Well its cheyenne so be thankful anyone would build any sort of mall there. Youre a town of 60k thats not a very lucrative market
Lots of different stores inside and has a lot of things to do. Would like a little more entertainment.
I didn't go to the Mall. My doc's office is around back. I went to the doctor!
It's getting to be a decent mall again.
Great sized mall but has a lot of empty spaces..are malls going to die?
I love Cheyenne. The Frontier Mall is a great place to eat, shop, and spend some time.
Tesla Supercharger located in a nice spot close to the mall and Olive Garden!
Mall looks like it needs some love or to be taken down. Either way it's a classic!
Did some after Christmas shopping. The stores were staffed appropriately for a fairly large crowd.
Enjoy shopping here. Wish we could get more businesses here.
They now have mall security. I feel much safer bringing my family here now....
