Good little suburban shopping plaza tucked in among office parks. It has many good dining options and some novelty shops as well as some high end merchant chains. I was pleasantly surprised by the very active pop up farmers market last week. It had a large variety of local merchants and small businesses. Very impressive.

Is a Gorgeous Shopping Plaza in Burlington, that has Stores, the Burlington Mall isn't too far, as well as Delicious Resteraunts. Burlington is also a nice/safe area for people.

Small, clean, great parking, beautiful landscaping. We had nice weather to sit in the courtyard and enjoy ice cream and the Maine Lobster truck that visits sometimes.

Only visited LL Bean here but it’s a great store. Clean, well spaced out with a very good range of outdoor clothing for lots of outdoor activities

There are a few places I like here, but I enjoy walking around. Starbucks is here along with Not Your Average Joe's. Also, Seasons52 is fantastic! In the lower parking lot behind L.L. Bean is Capital Grille. I could not recommend The Treasury since our lunches were cold and it was overpriced.

This is an open air mall with a variety of shops and resturants. LL Bean, Seasons 52, Not Your Average Joe's and Eileen Fisher are just some of the stores here. There is also a Bundt Bakery, a West Elm Furniture shop and a Talbot's.

Actually I went to Wayside mall for a mobile/traveling food truck 🚛 called Lobster Cuisine and it was the BEST LOBSTER qusideillia and the BEST LOBSTER 🦞 ROLL which my other family members ordered which was filled with huge pieces of lobster. We're definitely going to track their location so we can indulge in savory lobster treats again. The only down side was we had to eat in our 🚗 car because it was 15/20 minutes away. Also not a great selection of drinks so bring your own or eat at 🏠 home. Oh, if we'd have seen it ahead of time we would have gotten our drinks first at Starbucks.

This shopping center has some good stores and a couple of good restaurants. We particularly like Seasons 52. Also, we like shopping at West Elm for home accessories. Finding parking is always easy.

Visited West Elm furniture store, very tasteful and current. Paintings, by artist Yvonne Sierra, were insightful yet fresh, original and worked well with the stores clean, casual yet on trend collections. Took her card, very interested in one of her pieces.

It is a franchise. food is typically indian. Nothing new. Greek food option but nothing surprising. Tables had paper on top but dirty with food stuff underneath. Bad smell if you are seated near the bathroom entrance, like we were. Not worth the high end decore and charges.

Seasons 52 110% food and choices, all fresh and under 600 calories. Great service, clean, and upbeat atmosphere. A bit on the pricey side but worth every dollar. Great for special occasions.

Great place to shop for a variety of things. It's never crowded, except in LL Bean, which makes for pleasant shopping. Everything looks new and clean. I come to these shops as my first choice because it's so much easier than the crowds at the mall

A very clean place with selected restaurants and shops. The Paper Source store is a unique shop that I haven't seen much. Relax the back is another store to try out! We usually go for cold stone creamery and/or Starbucks and sit outside where there's pretty tables and chairs and a small kids play area.

Great options for clothing shopping. If you want lunch that won't break your budget though, go elsewhere. The restaurants are crazy expensive! The only reason they are getting 4 stars and not 3 is because there is a great ice cream place (cold stone) and the staff at Carter's is amazing! So is the staff at Lane Bryant :)

The parking situation here is pretty reasonable. I usually visit the LL Bean here and in general am able to find a parking spot pretty easily. I like that fact that LL Bean is here. Before this shopping plaza was built, I needed to drove many miles north to visit LL Bean. Also, I am now buying mail order LL Bean stuff more often because the convenience of coming here to make returns if necessary.

I visited LL Bean and the Oak Furniture store. The plaza overall is more upscale stores. Easy access to and from Route 128. But don;t visit during rush hour. This section of 128 is always slammed with bumper to bumper traffic

This is an upscale outdoor shopping mall on the other side of the highway from the more general Burlington Mall. Although prices are expected to be higher, there are some good stores here that we visit often such as LLBean and Carters. The parking lot is almost always decently filled with cars but I've always managed to find parking not too far from the stores we were aiming for. The restaurants here are also pretty good.

Great place to buy quality products. A bit on the high end but if you catch the sales, you can get quality. I go to Carter's and find their prices quite reasonable. Both have great customer service. LL Bean has quality products that last for generations! Glad to see Coldwater Creek is back! Overall my experience with the above stores has been very positive. Also glad the Back Store is still there.

Great place to shop at smaller stores and get speciality items here at the wayside LL Bean great quality clothing and shoes. The Paper Source store many gift and cards and wrapping paper. So much worth the stop!

Seasons52 and Starbucks in the same place can get any better. I love to have a quick meal at the bar of Seasons52 and when done a quick walk to Starbucks for my doppio macchiato. There are a few more nice stores to visit as well. It is an open mall, so not good rainy days.

There's a good selection of stores and Foods at this location is an LL Bean a season 52 Lane Bryant Starbucks European Wax Average Joe's Potbelly Capital Grille.... Only issue is parking and sometimes this problem mostly during the Christmas season or if you're trying to park near Capital Grille

Great place love Omaha Steak store great bargins and great staff. Never know what you walk out with one think for sure is great flavor. They have a wide variety or choices too. Why wait for the mail when you can drive to Burlington or Needham store the both run special of their own also.

Generally not too bad for a quick visit. Starbucks and LL Bean are the highlights. There is a West Elm and Ethan Allen as well; though the lackluster staff at the two keep me at bay. Some recent closures give the commons a dying vibe; waiting to see the Bonefish Grill replacement and more outdoor seating options.

Cozy, Quaint and Historic. A Plus is that just outside is the small red schoolhouse where "Mary" of Mary had a Little Lamb fame....went to school each day ...her Lamb was sure to go !

This is a decent plaza. There is plenty of parking but the lot layout kind of sucks, and the light at the entrance can be confusing. The Target is tiny. There is also a liquor store, large CVS, Marshals, and a Michaels.

Upscale outdoor open shopping mall, setup as a rectangle enclosing the large parking lot. Nice looking store fronts and design. Some nice restaurants like Capital Grille. Quant gazebo in the parking lot, to hang out in the warm weather, maybe eat Coldstone's ice cream. Not many stores that interest me, and a bit too expensive for many.

Wayside comes has all the shop that I would want and decent places to eat as well with LL Bean and West Elm you can't go wrong. It is right off 128 easy to get to and has plenty of parking available

To be honest, we only went here to go to Starbucks while traveling on Rte 95. Some places have Starbucks on every corner, but around here you've got to seek them out.

The plaza has several nice stores, a Starbucks, 2 steak houses, a bank, plenty of parking and a nice place to sit and relax in good weather. Several restaurant s to grab a quick lunch.

nice place but really expensive stores it has pretty much stores like you would find at the nearby Burlington Mall although it is somewhat a little bit less high end but its in there. the restaurants here are ok nothing really all that great but i hear that not your average joes is very good though i wouldnt eat there doesnt really catch my eye maybe for an ice cream at coldstone creamery and the starbucks cuz i love their frappes but thats it nothing beyond the high price range you would at the others. this place at 1 point went from being the old Raytheon Building back in the day ( demolished around 2006-7) to now this i like what they put but me? i would skip it theres more to do at the mall and its just 5 minutes + there is a Kohls directly across the street so keep driving however i love the LL Bean Store that place is awesome and the only one in Mass! they should really add more bottom line its good if you have money but anything beyond 30-45 minutes your done its not as big as it looks either just one big loop.

Wayside rd. Has always been a busy street in Birlington... One year i was walking down that rd. To go to Royal Hawwiian Rest. To get drunk and the the whole rd collaped under my feet!! Wayer gushing dowm the street onto cambridge st! Wow! The year was 1989 i think! Raytheon was a vancant lot!
