Two story mall. It has department stores, food court, and other stores such as Torrid, Lane Bryant, Spencer's, Bath and Body Works. They do have Jamba juice and Wetzel pretzel not part of food court can order from. The stuffed animal machines and other games to win are throughout the mall and on average cost $1 for 1 play. Nice people from the stores I went to while doing some shopping.

Who goes to a mall anymore? What purpose does a mall serve? Granted, I have purchased a tie, a pair of sweatpants and a shirt here. But over the course of two years that ain’t much. If you’re outside waiting on a coach, this is where you can use the restroom if you need to rest in a room. They got a water fountain as well so you can fill up your water bottles.

No place gets a 5 star rating from me. That being said, this is a pretty good mall. A few shops have gone under but hopefully will be replaced. I've always had a special place in my heart for malls. I guess it's coming from the good memories of my youth. Go have fun, spend money and support your mall businesses.

Great shops. Nice layout. User friendly. Accurate "You are here" maps. We like the food. Nice atmosphere. Handy elevators for the upper floors. You could easily spend a whole day here.

I dread going to the mall, but I always am successful when I am looking for clothes. I mean there are a lot of stores I can visit for button up shirts for work. Plus Mrs Fields is a great spot for a cookie.

Honestly,very disappointed. In 2016-2020 people were pushing each other through the mall to get to food courts,shops,fun places. It was Idaho go to spot. Now a few years later and its nothing but hollow,empty and dark. Prices have spiked for everything. $6 for 1 pretzel?!?! Thats just to much. They won't be open much longer at this rate. Very sad

It's a mall. If your reading reviews on malls you shouldn't go. Lol. Guy's...when your family or your better half is shopping...I recommend you hit old Chicago. Cold beers and lots of regulars. Awesome. The mall is bearable with a buzz.

I moved away in the 90s and returned recently. I was excited to go to mall to see Christmas decorations like I used to remember. Sadly there was very little Christmas spirit in the mall. I was really disappointed.

If people don’t support this mall during these pandemic times it will turn into a Karcher Mall! They have only 6 businesses in the food court the Starbucks has CLOSED! About 20 stores through out the mall are empty and for a Saturday night it was NOT busy. Many stores had no customers so you know they won’t make it. This Earthbound was very unique and had lots of cool gift ideas. Please support our only mall in Boise!

We love the Boise Town Square Great, vibrant malls are getting hard to find, but this one has it all. Every visit reminds me of being a kid when malls were in their hayday. Plenty of parking and lots of great shopping and dining options.

WOW, The developer nailed this one from all the shops, restaurants, and the water feature. I visited Big Al's to bowl and as I entered I felt transformed to a family friendly Casino in Vegas in the dining area and walked to the bowling lanes. Once there I saw an amazing collection on the floor above of old style video games. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly. I wish there was something similar in Salt Lake County and I think I might know a few perfect spots

I mainly go here to get my shampoo and conditioner but they keep it pretty clean. I do appreciate that a lot of places don't care what they're building looks like. I know this because I am a cleaner.

Unfortunately some of my favorite places seem to have gone out of business since the last time I visited. Also, I'm not sure if there is regular cleaning staff but clearly with the high number of patrons, the floors need a bit more tending to, but it's not the worst I've ever seen.

The mall is the mall, i love Dillards, Penalton and some other shops, but those little pop up kiosks with the foreign people trying to force gifts on women are annoying af. They were around every 500 yards and about 4 guys in your face. Come on BTS have some class, your rent is high enough, kick the trash to the curb.

Boise's Mall is a great place to visit. They keep it clean and it has all of the stores I love. It is set up very well. It is the biggest mall around to the area.

Great Mall for a shopping experience but the hours changed though which is disappointing. Now 11a-7p. The janitor was standing at door yelling, "We're closed.." There is now less time for evening shopping.

Thank goodness for our tiny Boise Mall, it helps us break up the monotony of these cold quarantine days! They have these little electric cars you can rent for the kiddos to cruise the mall in. Super cute, the littles had a blast and I found it quite amusing watching people having to dodge kids on these things.

The Boise Towne Square Mall still looks great from its last remodel and is always kept clean. The main entrance has a good spot to pick up or drop people off at. Inside the main corridors are wide with a tall vaulted ceilings, two floors of shopping, beautiful floors and large skylights. This makes the space feel very open and bright, even when the mall is busy it doesnt feel small. food court has plenty of natural light coming in keeping it a bright and inviting place to have a meal. Restaurant selection is a bit limited inside but does have several restaurants scattered outside around its main building. There is still plenty of stores to shop at inside including several stores you can only find in this mall. At the Boise Towne Square Mall you can find plenty of helpful shopper options like push carts for the kids, a play area, restrooms, directories, an elevator, charging stations and plenty of benches to take a break at. Outside there is also specific pick up spots for select stores for convenience. With plenty of entrances and parking you can always find place close to the stores you want to shop. There is also a main bus terminal located in the north east parking area.

Mall closes WAY too early, that is ridiculous! Kiosk workers are annoying, if people are walking past you and aren't interested, leave them alone. Kinda pricey. Otherwise a good place to shop with a ton of stores.

Went to the mall!! Had a great time and bought great clothes from H&M as well as Hot Topic!! I also went into Lolli and Pops and got the viral tiktok jelly fruits. Went to Bath and Body Works and got an awesome perfume and hand sanitizer!!

This mall is huge, and they are doing well with the Covid restrictions. The family loved the Game Stores, Build A Bear, and Sees Candy. The food court was rather small, there was not many options as Good Burger was closed so you has like 4 open places to eat at. The mall was not very crowded. Enjoyed walking into the stores. The parking lot was pretty crowded but you can't really tell once you are inside.

Coming from an out of town location where merchandise is sparce, it was nice to see the amount of shops that had plenty of merchandise to choose from. Only a few empty store fronts. Vanns store was at its limit for customers and had a line waiting outside. Other than that shopping was very fruitful.

I cannot believe what we paid for such a fantastic hotel room! The rates were unbelievably low for what we got. The staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile on. The room was clean, sanitized and well-stocked with shampoos, conditioner, soap and lotion. Plenty of soft, fluffy towels. The room included a mini fridge, microwave and single serve coffee pot. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out was 11 a.m.. The pool and fitness area are open 24 hours with a limit of 50 people for Corona virus restrictions. Breakfast was a brown bag that included fresh fruit, a muffin and various other options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great rate on a wonderful Hotel. This location by FAR outdid their sister hotel near the airport.

The parking garage lot is huge. There are many restaurants and lots of shopping. It's clean and safe. We ate at the Chessecake factory and then I stopped at Macy's. It was a fun afternoon. We are sure to come back.

⚠️⚠️This is the best place to shop for clothes, accessories, merchandise, shoes, jewelry and more⚠️⚠️ It is way better than the village, the village is outrageously priced but the mall is much cheaper and is therefore significantly better than the village. The mall has Hot Topic, Foot Locker, H & M, PacSun, Zumiez, and more, all the village has is vans and H & M. And the mall has Wetzel’s Pretzel’s which is bussing bussing.

Boise town square has the department stores you'd expect and some smaller regional shops as well. The food court is small with just barely enough variety for a mall. An excellent feature is the arcade and billiard room, both by Playjoy. The arcade has two locations at the time of this review, one with card play and the other by coin.

It's a cool shopping mall. A wide variety of shops and food choices and a fine layout with helpful signs are most notable. In the few times I've been there it has been rather dead inside, which can really dampen the mood. But if you aren't going for that atmosphere, the shops are great

It's a good little mall. Good selection of food at the food court. It's fun to go there once in a while and to go to the different stores. One problem is that some booths that are stationed in the hallways harass you to try their new product. It's kinda annoying.

I like this mall. It has a good variety of stores. I especially appreciate the variety of things at Dillard’s and the staff are very helpful. The shoe department is great. I also enjoy the old Chicago restaurant. Great appetizers and beverage selection.

This is a mall begging to be replaced or controlled by better management. 20 years ago, this mall was a wonderful place to meet and shop in a rather warm, clean atmosphere. Today, many of the employees seem indifferent to their job, so they won't be going the extra mile for you. The large department stores seem less than what you'd be hoping for, and you'll find the informational signs simply sad.

The mall is a good place to walk in the winter time when it is colder out. That way we are knowing that it is warmer and out of the weather. My wife and me used to walk it in the morning before noon and before it gets busy. I think it is relaxing walking each level all the way around looking at all the stores. Then when I want to look for something that I want to purchase I just check out the store when we are walking by it. It also help helps us remember what stores are in the mall. I also like the atmosphere in the mall when I'm relaxed and not in a rush when we are walking it! There is always nice stores in the mall for the most part that have what I want such as Sears. It is one of my favorite stores that has tools or merchandise I love. I can spend hours in that store just looking at everything! I'm glad we have a mall in Boise! We used to not have one back in the day!

I personally like them all just to get out and look at the new stores to go to my favorite stores and last but not least try to Candy samples in hickory farms samples. The mall is a great place for friends and family to hang out to walk around I like exercising. I've noticed some new things in the mall like the arcade different games scattered through the mall new summer stores

It's a nice facility. Two stories with lots of shops. The massage guys by the Macy's entrance are fantastic. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere and has been adding many higher end brands in recent years. There's a play area for small kids and a lot of variety at the food court. Next time I'm going to try the Egyptian cuisine.

My wife's favorite store here is going out of business. Mall wasn't crowded at all early afternoon. Enjoy looking around but prices tend to be high. The mall does have unique vendors and atmosphere.

Large selection of stores to choose from. Many of the stores have very limited capacity restrictions due to COVID-19 so you may need to wait in line to shop those stores. Parking is plentiful here. Even when busy, it's usually easy to find a place to park. Their food court is pretty limited but there are several places on their campus and nearby.

Great mall with lots of variety! I was sad that the Skechers store and The Body Shop closed down. I really loved the Old Chicago Pizza place & their insanity pepperoni pizza, because they put a nice char on the pizza the way I like it.

The place is very big, has tons of different store options a wide variety of different food places in the food court. Its two stories high and you are guaranteed to find something to your liking. Food options could be better or at least the quality that is. There are some very nice shops there. There is a small area dedicated to kids of the younger ages like toddlers and a few years older which is nice. They do have those rental stroller like things if you like those. They have one elevator and escalators and regular stairs too. It's only two stories tall and they also have a haircut shop...I think it's still there.

I don't normally go to the mall but decided to take my kids. It has definitely cleaned up, very spacious, room to walk around without bumping into others, and almost all shops open! I'm very happy my boys enjoyed it!

I love driving around in this parking lot and looking at all the poor design choices that were made. I especially like the blind corner created by the tall wall by the loading dock on the north side of Dillard's that shields visibility to the pedestrians exiting the store and texting on their cell phones while walking in the vehicle lanes of travel outside the crosswalk. The pedestrians can't see the cars coming and the cars can't see pedestrians. Great example of bad design.

I would love to have more stores here, with variety. Its not bad if you want makeup, or are female and want clothes though. I miss the bookshop here, thw food court got a much needed remodel, and the place is kept well.

This place is picturesque at night. They've got a beautiful fountain that does a water and light show like the Billagio. Comfortable outdoor seating throughout. Movie theater, bowling, arcade, and name brand retailers. During the winter they put up an ice skating rink. It's a nice place to go to for a first date or personal leisurely time. Also, across the street (walking distance) is a HUGE park with a very large pond that you can fish at plus a nice little and big kids play ground. If you're new to the area then you should stop here.

Super clean facilities with a wide variety of stores. Pricing is very competitive with online sales pricing. It's really nice to have all the resources available, with the indoor mall atmosphere to shop. Go early in the day to avoid more shoppers.

Not awesome but not bad. Doesn’t have as many stores as it used to have. Also has quite a few empty stores as well. Prices are as expected if you were to go to a mall, tends to be a little more expensive than what you would see somewhere else. They have implemented rooms/areas with pool tables and some arcade games. Food court has a decent variety of food such as Panda Express, Mexican food, Asian food, burgers, pizza, smoothies, pretzels, etc. Parking tends to be the worse near the entrance so parking elsewhere around the mall may be easier.

I like the variety of options available to me when I visit the Boise Towne square mall. Despite the age of this shopping mall, it is well maintained, clean, and inviting. despite losing some anchor tenants over the past few years, it seems like I can almost always still find what I'm looking for.

For a big City Mall the traffic was crazy. My recommendation don't come here on a weekend. There's a lot of great little shops in the mall, with some great items. It's a great spot if you're looking for several items especially for gifts during the holidays all in one area. Me I'm a typical guy so I can usually wait to do my Christmas shopping until Christmas Eve so if you hit up the mall you can accomplish it all.

I don't care for the cheesecake factory in this mall sadly so I do wish it another none pizza type restaurant attached.

It's the mall. What more can you ask for?? Update: that Grow plant store, while it has some good plants that are way over priced, that place was filthy! I was so shocked. The back room/ area was overflowing with empty boxes and pots everywhere. Lots of plants were dead or in need of serious water. This store needs some serious help. I won't be going back.

‘Twas a fine ordeal. Quick and easy to get scheduled at the apple store and it wasn’t too packed. Not sure mask/covid measures for people walking around but apple had a nice and simple system (per usual) to get your temp checked and wait in line. Beautiful mall with two stories of stores. Cheesecake Factory is delicious. We stopped in for a random day of shopping and had a great time. Parking was a little scarce, but we did visit on a Saturday. All in all, this strikes all my requirements for a good mall: plenty of shops, variety of items available, felt safe inside, and the common areas were clean, well lit, stylish, and comfortable. I wished I lived nearby so I could visit more. :)

Now THIS is a mall and what a mall SHOULD be. It has everything. It also has a good atmosphere. It is light and bustling, clean and nice. All the cool stores, all the places from new to old you seek, and all the great food court smoothies, bubble tea, from organic healthy to decadent, fun choices of foods, too. You gave places sharing parking lots like Cheese Cake factory and Olive Garden or Red Lobster across the way. Inside you have Victoria's Secret, Lunchbox, Spencer's, Hot Topic, Tilly's, Bath & Body Works, jewely stores, department stores, you name it! ' and all packaged in a pretty place you feel is safer and fun to shop.

While the Village in Meridian has some great stores I would say if you are an average American family this is a better way to go.

I love the early morning access to the plaza for walking around or just a comfy place to do homework and have breakfast before the sun's up. Aesthetics are great all throughout the center, most people are super friendly and its an all around favorable location to hang out, grab a bite, get something nice for yourself, etc. The mall has it all!

Huge variety of stores. Great cleanliness and attention to every detail throughout the building. Comfortable chairs and cell phone charging stations to stop and rest for a minute. Even though some stores have closed permanently over the last year the mall still has a vibrant atmosphere with a lot of shopping variety. Most of the kiosks are full with the largest being Jamba Juice at the main intersection on the lower level. The Zagg Glass kiosk is the best option around to protect the screens of your devices. The Apple Store is awesome. Dillards offers a classic department store experience with 3 floors of merchandise. And there's still a Gamestop!

Fun stopping by the mall on a snowy evening to browse the large selection of stores here. Or even to escape the bad air outside during the daytime inversion for that matter. We enjoy a trip or two to the mall for the holidays. So much to see and holiday decorations in the stores. We even find a bargain or two on essential items for gifts. Nice atmosphere to walk and get some exercise while looking at the latest products in the little kiosks in the main isle way.

We liked the Egyptian restaurant. Nice take on Mediterranean I haven't had before. The mall also has a Pendleton store which I've never seen before, so that's pretty sweet if you some expensive blankets that will last you a lifetime. Other than that, it's just your typical mall. The place to go when shopping for gifts. I really like this location, The mall is similar to other malls you can find around the country. This location is always clean and well maintained throughout the year. During the winter the building will open early, about 4 or 5 in the morning to let runners run along the walk ways instead of out on the ice and snow. I believe the mall keeps high standards for stores located inside. The stores for the most part are clean and employees seem helpful. Some of my favorite stores in the valley are located in this mall. I will keep coming back.

This is the biggest mall in Idaho, it is missing a lot of big stores like bigger cities have, and some really cool stores have closed, like debs, and vanity fair, and gauchos emapanadas. Parking here is terrible, so I hope you like walking. The food court is pretty average there isn't anything too exciting there. This mall is usually pretty clean, it is 2 level.

Most malls in the states are falling apart, but not this one. It's super clean and they have a great security team so you don't feel like the emo kids are going to jump you on the way out of the mall. They also have a decent food court that has some healthy choice. And if you have kids there is a really nice play place. Note that Sears just closed so there's a dark spot in the mall now but they'll probably find a store in 2019 to fill the source.

The Boise Town Square Mall. Glad it's here. Always a fun place to explore. The pandemic has for sure wreaked havoc here. Many stores formerly here are long gone. Not a ton left here from what once was but hopefully new places will go in as the pandemic subsides. Not much besides h&m, the restaurants, kohl's and JC Penney we go here for. Alot of the former stores have turned into gaming lounges. Couldn't say about the future of the mall but it doesn't seem overly great.

The Towne Square mall is okay. Still can be a good place to shop, however it seems like there is a revolving door of business in here. Obviously traditional malls have been struggling more in recent years then in the past but I do believe this can still fit some needs for shoppers.

Easy to find, just off the highway. Conveniently located near downtown. This is a very clean mall. There is ample amount of parking. There are lots of great stores. There is a Dillard's and Macy's and JCPenny as well. The food court is nice size. There are two sports stores with team apparel too.

There are many stores to go to, selection for all types of items you’d like. Everyone there is polite and all stores seem to be very cooperative. It is fun to visit during holidays, like Christmas time for meeting Santa and Easter time for meeting the Easter Bunny!! I was the General manager for Sears in this mall. The Boise Town square has made great improvments to drive in customers . I personally dont like shopping here because prices are extremely high. But that is expected at a mall. They now have an arcade and several mini arcades around the mall. They also have mini light up cars you can drive around the mall, they look pretty cool. Fun to window shop here and they also have a little kids play area.

The only mall I have seen in quite awhile that isn't on live support and thriving handily. The Mall security is meme worthy though. Saw two of them chasing after cars in the parking lots holding their holstered flashlights like guns to look more intimidating. Pretty cringy and unprofessional.

Very quiet on the Tuesday afternoon that I went, which was great because I had no problem getting an awesome parking spot and no crowds to dodge inside. Went to the Hot Topic, the young woman that worked there was an absolute doll! Very friendly and super helpful. Spencer's on the other hand was the complete opposite. I couldn't get the attention of any employees. I needed assistance getting some jewelry from a locked case, but no one would come help me so I just left. From there I went to a shop at the end of the mall parking lot called, Body Language. They're located in a shop block next to Pet Smart. The young woman working there was nice enough, however she seemed bored. I did get what I was looking for so the trip wasn't a total waste.

It has quite a few stores to choose from and definitely one of the few places in all of Idaho where you have access to the selection in one place. There are usually at least one to two shops not filled though and it makes me wonder if the property management is trying to charge so much money for the lease, they aren't getting traction to attract new businesses, especially with online shopping becoming the primary way to shop. Food court only has one decent place to eat even with all the options. If you want jewelry you won't be disappointed as quite a few jewelry stores.

I'm from Knoxville. This mall is huge compared to ours. Mall of America it ain't but they have a great variety of stores. Pendleton's sells great, real wool, clothing. Highly recommend. People are friendly. Its clean and the walking spaces are open and clean.

Had to get some plumbing materials. Had a gentleman who helped us quickly find what we needed. But we're also looking for flooring so went over to the flooring department. Wow. They've got alot to choose from. And we had another man, really nice, who took time and answered all of our questions. When we're ready we'll go back.

I love this mall and all the stores we really love build a bear and wetzles pretzels 🥨 so many yummy decisions. Orange Julius is also a favorite of ours. Lots of stores to choose from. The kids love back to school shopping here. Lately there has been sightings of a strange man handing out business cards to young kids and asking them to help him with his shopping. Asking them if they are lonely my friends son experienced it be careful and keep your eyes open

Amazing mall to go and see. They have all sorts if stores and vendors. A great place to get a lot of shopping done. With a food court on the second floor with food from several different places makes it easy to grab a quick bite between stores.

I've been going to this mall for the past twenty years on and off, and it's grown up quite a bit, as has Boise! They have an awesome variety of stores and I was super excited when they got an H&M! It pretty much meets the expectations that any large mall would; the only thing that I find frustrating is that they move the Santa photo experience around the mall *every year, and this year's location was by far the worst. Kind of felt like they were moving it into the dusty dark corner of the mall where the lighting was not good and there was little room to set up a proper line for people + kids to wait their turn.

1st things 1st...These girls work their tales off and give excellent customer service!!! So...I'm only giving 4 stars because I DID have a couple of issues with my original order and I didnt get what I ordered the 1st time I came into the store. Even though there were a few complications with the pre ordering of my Samsung Galaxy Note s10 plus, and additional pre-order items, they were professional, courteous, friendly and more than willing to put in a TON of time to ensure I walked out happy and smiling 😁 When I came into to pick up my phone, one employee (SORRY...I forgot her name!) stayed for 2HOURS ...AFTER closing to help me get my new phone all set up, and helped me retrieve some very important data off of my old phone!! 😉 These ladies were awesome! I'll definitely be coming back again. THANK YOU!!

I don't like the people who have booths in the center of the walkway, or up by the journey's children shoe store that bug you while you try to shop. They do not take NO for an answer until you have to be absolutely rude to them. Year after year I have to deal with them till I don't want to go to the mall. They sell that awful skin care stuff.

Wasn't too busy. Bath and body works is the only store I went to this trip. Parked by the west lower entrance to Macy's. I thought being this close to Christmas the trip would be a bad experience. Glad I was wrong. Macy's was barren of items besides clothing. Bath and body works smells wonderful year round.

It’s a mall, what can I say. You have your regular shops, and mall walkers. The shops are comparable to most malls you’ll go to in other cities. Hot Topic, Forever 21, Sears, etc. The food court has a few places to suit the needs of even your pickiest eater. If you need to shop for many things in one location this is the place to go.

Went into the Apple Store for technical questions. There were long (I mean REALLY long) waiting times to talk to a technician, but the lady greeting us was able to have a technician call us on our time to alleviate the 3 hour wait time in the store. Definitely the way to go!

I typically avoid shopping malls whenever possible, however, with all the shopping around this mall, I don't feel quite so overwhelmed with all the walking involved (I have MS and must use a cane now, and too much walking can be painful and exhausting). And since the few things I need in the mall are easy to access, this is a good balance.

Your typical double decker mall. Only complaint is the traffic patterns and the way people drive make trying to park in the front parking area near the cheesecake factory frustrating and dangerous. I tend to park at one of the upper level parking areas on the hill. Typically less traffic flow and much less frustrating to navigate. The option to enter at either level is a nice construction design and a benefit from the location used for construction.

Let me start by saying I have lived in bigger cities than Boise, the mall in comparison is smaller but has grown over the years. Most shops hire snotty teens but it's a mall, it is kind of expected. The parking is alright and feels like a mall. Like most a lot of stuff is overpriced but whatever. There's a large assortment of stores in and around the mall. If you haven't been it's something to do.

Boise's downtown mall is one of a few in the state to not completely go downhill with the coming of the internet and amazon. You still have to deal with the teenager crowd of kids who are dropped off by their parents or are barely legal to drive, but the mall does offer a good selection of stores and dining options. Our personal favorite is The Cheesecake Factory!

Dillon is hands down the best cell phone rep. He is patient,kind, and really listens to what you have to say. He took the time to listen to the problems we had at t mobile and made sure we did not have them when I switched to Sprint. He is the sole reason I switched 5 lines over. People with personality like that make people happy and want to stay. I will always stay with sprint as long as dillon is here to help me. I give him a 10 out of 10
