It's a bit difficult to get in and out. The parking lot is huge but not well organized, missing greenery and walkways. Place lacks smaller, vibrant stores or at least some more retailers with firsthand, non-overstock merchandise.

We visited Ollies in Hoover yesterday and it was not a pleasant experience. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. By the time we got checked out, the 2 open registers were 6 to 7 customers deep.

I've been to Ollie's numerous times but I hadn't been to this location in years. This is a large location but it needs to be restocked and cleaned. Also the cashier was very nonchalant maybe she was tired. She didn't even ask me for my phone number to apply the discount.

This store is a quick pick up of everything you could need. Electronics, clothes, food, toys and games, household items, jewelry and many gifts. My only issue is more vehicle supplies like mats, steering wheel covers,etc.

Went to Ollie's at this location with my sister. I liked how organized this store was considering it was either a Baby R Us and/or a Toys R Us. Lots of merchandise on stock. Missing baby items and clothes and kids clothes for an additional bargain. Lots of toys for great Christmas shopping! Hope they do well!

We went to Dave and Busters. Their commercials make it out like it's an adult atmosphere but it's really just unsupervised teenagers just hanging out. I'd rather go to a bar to get overpriced drinks. At least you wouldn't have to deal with teenagers.

This place is great it has some of everything in it.From Plato's closet where you can sell clothes,shoes,boots,ect. To Ollies discount store which really has some of everything and at great discount prices.So you can go sell your name brand clothes and go shopping at one of the other great stores here.Gotta love it.I also love that it's close to my Dr's office so when I go to the Dr I can stop in and see what's new.

Yup, it's still there. One big parking lot not quite full of stuff to do. It didn't catch on fire while I was driving through it so I guess it did exactly what it was supposed to.
