This is not a dining mall, JCPenney's is live and vibrant in Dillard's as well as full of customers. Even outside of the holiday shopping. Even though this mall is not as busy as it was when I was a youth it is still way busier than most other malls I've ever seen. Clean and well lit, friendly and positive employees.

Lots of the food places constantly rotate. Flaming Wok, Bob’s Pizza, Neon Pretzel, and Mountain Mudd are the only ones who haven’t shifted some in the last 10 years or so. Sometimes there’s fun events for family and there’s a decent selection of clothes, toys, shoes, and accessories around.

I shopped in Dillard's and I had a five star shopping experience. I was shopping for shoes and Isabel waited on me. My experience with her was a five star experience. Isabel was able to answer all of my questions in a pleasant, friendly manner and she was a lot of fun too. I'm glad I met her.

Very nice small mall without shopping limitations! Lol it's clean, the staff at the shops we're friendly and I just browsed most of the time. Only one thing to mention for a big lack of being clean is the outside around the building is a Big mess. I was disappointed because most of the time the mall is where everybody goes especially visitors from out of town and the landscaping is pristinely taken care of but for whatever reason for this negligence, the Administrator needs to address this issue, Now and don't wait until Summer to do it because the longer that you leave it like it is the longer patrons will view that mess and possibly not come back. A businesses reputation relies heavily on Appearance, you can add a clean up to construction contracts if that's the reason and there's been so many nice days and that work could be done, the snows melting! Just saying, maybe you can put more emphasis on the outdoors of the Rimrock Mall. I'll be going back, I didn't have time for all of the shops even the quirky type! Lol, ya'll have a great time at the mall. Oh, let me know how the food is, I didn't have time to eat. Thanks!

I wish it had more bathrooms, but over all great shopping center! Extra points, it has Torrid! O lt reason we went in the 1st place!

The owners have really put in a lot of time and effort to bring this mall up to date. It was a great experience with a very modern vibe.

I love this mall it's always clean, no drama great security and the selection is pretty good as in stores! They have Gymnastics which we attend and a new play place for kids with rides! The food court has a good selection and as always there is City Brew coffee and Cinnabon!! We go to the mall once a week at least!

Random mall. There's a huge Dillard's. I love the h&m. The food isn't so great, but they have a Cinnabon. There's a candy store and lots of shoe stores. Not the best selection of clothes stores aside from h&m

this malls stores are great, its just they dont have a lot. for me to keep shopping there I recommend them adding more stores such as Sanrio, Miniso, and BoxLunch!! that would be awesome omg!!
