Date of visit: Easter Sunday April 17, 2022. Since it was a holiday I didn't expect much to be open. This was actually my second visit to the Shops. The first time was back in 2009 when I worked at the golf tournament. This shopping center has a great variety of stores sort of something for everyone. Back then I remember visiting LL Bean and Fresh Market. This time I visited Fresh Market and bought a pre-made sandwich to go. It was quite filling and good value for the money. If I had more time I would have explored more. The market is my favorite store here. If I am ever in the Saucon Valley I will stop in again.

I love this shopping center! It has bounced back after COVID. This is a well maintained and safe shopping experience. It has a lot of high end retailers, lots of interesting boutiques but the best are some of the restaurants are absolutely wonderful. Location is off form route 309 and I78 so it’s easy to get to. Parking lot situation is ample but it’ll be difficult to get a space exactly in front of any retailer that you’re thinking of getting into. Overall it’s nice to still have a place where you can browse and window shop on any type of day.

We visited Jos A. Banks to purchase a suit for my son, to wear to a friend's wedding. We were provided with excellent service. There is a wide selection and great tie choices. We went with a lavender shirt, purple tie and Grey suit. Lovely combination. They also have menswear specials.

My friend Carolyn and I went to the Red Robin restaurant and at the handmade mystic shop. At the Red Robin restaurant the food was excellent the service was very good prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. The Handmade mystic shop the staff is very helpful everything is reasonably priced and they have a wide variety of crystals

I love going to the Promenade with my niece and nephew. There are lots of shops, eateries, a grocery store, a liquor store, and a bar. We enjoy walking around, grabbing something to eat or drink. It fun for all ages.

I had no clue this outside mall existed! I just moved to the area and found this mall when I visited bath and body works. I’m so happy I found this mall. They have everything in it. I’ve visited other malls and they were nothing like the mall I used to go to in Jersey. This mall was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This will definitely be my “go to” mall!

Great shops love the outdoor shopping mall. They have something for all ages, kids,teens and adults. They have restaurants also so if your in the area I highly recommend you stopping by and check out some of the stores

Nice selection of upscale shops and restaurants. LL Bean at one end, AMC Theatres on the other, even has IMAX! Park and walk, you can even bring your dog! Very popular!

Expensive stores that sell things you can probably get online for much cheaper but if you love these types of stores, all the power to you. The movie theater is good though, and very clean. Also, it's almost always pretty empty even on an premiere night so it's a great place to watch a movie in peace and quiet.

Whoever decided it would be a good idea to have an open-air shopping complex in Pennsylvania (bad weather more than good, and who wants to shop on good weather?) deserves to have a struggling complex - so many empty stores, too many expensive stores, really not worth visiting of it weren't for the AMC movie theater and restaurants.

I can’t believe all the people leaving low reviews because “mY soUp cAmE iN a sQuaRe BowL” - wouldn’t that actually make it EASIER to sip?! This place is solid with decent food. Good atmosphere and friendly employees. We were maybe a little difficult because we thought the Signature Hot Dry Rub on the wings was impossibly salty but then they came out the 2nd time around with less rub and they were delicious.

A lot of the stores before Covid are not there, and the experience isn't the same. We were told by those that used to work there the rent was too expensive so many vendors left. They still have the theater there along with Red Robin across the way from it.

I miss the upper deck that belongs to the steakhouse now. But you can relax here and every bartender is skilled & friendly. No rip-off in plastic cups here. Beautiful decor - multiple attentive bartenders - large menu - special order is easy to these pros. Highly recommend! ❤️ I had their house cocktail and added Elderflower Liquor. It was no issue. A HUGE drink for 13 and fresh fruits and special liquor! This is like 2.5 drinks in one as a former mixologist. Go for it! Their bartenders make it happen! Excellent & friendly! It was like going to "Cheers" but with class.

Rents too expensive at this mall based on how many retail businesses turnover and the vacancies. Good restaurants here. Fresh Market and ll bean are solid anchor stores. Nice Barnes and Noble. Seems like smaller stores can't sell enough volume to pay the high rents.

Gorgeous Promenade, no debris well kept. Plenty of shopping for the home, kids and our 4 legged family members. There's numerous eateries to choose from and a movie theater as well. Look forward to going back, asap.

Sad to see how many small businesses have been forced to close. Hope things improve as we start to reopen. I think better signage at the ramp entrances would help stem confusion on who has the right of way. Thanks to excellent management, the Paxos restaurants continue to thrive. And things seem to be stabilizing in general. Still the New Balance store closed its doors a few months ago and as of this writing nothing has taken its place.

Big place. Parking lot was clean and secure. Roving security, at least at night. Good beer choices at Torre and Bar Louie. Food at Torre was awesome. Service at both places was exceptional. Not a particularly large crowd on a Sunday afternoon.

Unfortunately, for me, there is a little bit more to be desired than what is here. Not sure if it was covid, the shift of in store to online shopping, increase in costs etc, but it’s just not hustle bustle as you’d expect a place as such to be. I’ve seen this place since it opened back in 2006 and comparing it to now… just see a lot of turnover. I miss Pita Pit and a few other miscellaneous places that drove me to want to walk around and shop accordingly. Best thing here to actually come out for is the movie theatre. They have a few unique dining experiences like Torre, Bar Louie, Kome etc, possibly a reason to come for random visit. Overall shopping however is dull. My main reason to visit is for European Wax Center as they have just opened this location several months ago. I’m glad to see they became a tenant at the Promenade Shops! Beautiful place with the fire pits and such, overall lacking the will to want to go, however. Lol

The walkways are beautifully lined with trees that are decorated with tiny little white lights. Just window shopping is a pure delight. Safe & sophisticated. Perfect location for a stroll with your friend at night. I gotta go back & take some pics. Haha

Still one of my favorite places to go. They have plenty of shops for all ages. The AMC theater is always clean and friendly for an afternoon vist. The whole strip mall in the winter turns into a wonderland. Parking is a bit awkward otherwise I would probably be there more often.

Visited the "Promenade" to have dinner at "Melt". Dinner was excellent and the service was superb from the beginning to the end. Our waitress Morgan was extremely nice and well versed in all the items on the menu. She made you feel very comfortable. To sum it up the atmosphere along with the service and dinner were fantastic and together made for a great evening of enjoyment. Without a doubt we will return.. Ty

The promenade looks like it's recovering from covid shut downs. Several stores/restaurants are closed and a few pop up type shops in their place. This was a destination when it was first built, I truly hope they bring quality stores back in to keep this place going. It's not at all "going down hill", there are still fantastic shopping and eateries here, but with several empty stores between them. I still like walking through from one side of the lot, stop at sbux on the way to the theater and window shop!

I enjoy the Promenade at Saucon Valley Playa Bowls is my personal fav. The beet bowl is rad! The Promenade is also such a great place to walk your pups. I take mine around the perimeter and they have a blast! It’s very convenient and easily accessible. We recently came to see one of the summer concerts. It was so much fun!

I’m a big fan of the outdoor shopping experience, and the Promenade Shops definitely deliver! Great scenery, a great mix of stores, coupled with a really nice splash pads for kids during the summer months, make this a very enjoyable experience. While there is a good selection of stores, they are not spread out too far, making it a nice leisurely walk. Add in the mix the various dining options, and you and the family can really make a whole day out of the trip! Highly recommend! Happy shopping!

If you're made of money, this mall is for you. While I love an upscale mall, it would be nice to have some moderate priced option. Nobody is asking for a Dollar Tree, but aside from a few retailers, the eye glass store, the movie theater, and Red Robin there's little in the moderate price range for clothing and other items. There's a reason there's many vacancies.

They are dog friendly. The shoppes are clean and well kept. The staff in the stores are super professional. Everyone is courteous and kind. There is a lot of stores to keep you busy browsing for a while.do keep in mind though that it is a hang out spot for teenagers. So it not the most peaceful place ,but it is a cool place to come hang out with your family.

It's a nice outdoor mall, I rate it only 3 stars because there's nothing incredible about it. It's nice, clean, upscale-feeling, decent selection of shops and restaurants. The center area by the Starbucks has lots of out for seating which is pleasant in nice weather. It's hard to find parking on weekend nights, go early!

I love the Promenade Shops! The location itself is easy to get to from Rt. 378, 309, and 378. Plug it in to your GPS and you wont have any problems. The layout of the Promenade is easy to navigate and parking is never really an issue. Parking on the street near the shops themselves is relatively limited but I've never had much of an issue. Lots of big name, name brand stores here. The location itself is extremely clean and regularly patrolled by security. Shopping here is an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Chances are that you will find what you are looking for here. There is a movie theatre, restaurant/food stores, coffee shop, clothing stores, toy store, sporting goods, you name it. For as nice as the location is as well as the stores themselves you might expect it to be on the pricey side but its not. Lots of good sales an very reasonable prices. Definitely one of my favorite shopping locations.

It's a lovely small mall beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, due to covid, there are several empty storefronts. They have a nice seating area with a fireplace which is very nice. The area by the Starbucks is very nice and has a good outdoor seating area.

The Promenade Shops are always a nice place to check out. My only qualm with the place is it's a bit pricey and not ideal if you're on a budget. But they do make it up their free movie showings in the courtyard a few times each month in the summertime. Amongst other seasonal events that are totally free to enjoy. Plenty of parking, options in stores are diverse. Incredible restaurant experiences. Have and will be recommending to friends and family.

Went to the Hibachi restaurant, Kome. Our visit was extremely entertaining and fulfilling as well! Table service was informative and excellent overall. Our chef was experienced and energetic and really got everyone into the excitement! Extremely pleased with our visit today. I would certainly recommend this location. Can be pricey however the show as well as the cuisine make it well worth it. Thank you, and enjoy!

It's always clean whenever we go and the bathrooms are always well kept. Parking is fairly easy to find near the stores we visit but there's lots of parking around if not. Great variety of stores and there's a Starbucks in the centre.

Good place to spend an afternoon walking around. Variety of restaurants and shops. Some minor construction. Kids can play at the splash pad in front of Starbucks plenty of places to sit. Movie theater is also nice.... They have outdoor movies by the Barnes n Noble during the summer.

What a great open air Mall. Perfect location directly off of interstate 78 and Route 309 in Saucon Valley. There are plenty of landmark stores here and great upscale eateries along with some fast food types like red Robin. Great place to spend a nice sunny day just walking around checking out all the stores.

We really enjoy this set of shops. We do not go here often, but there is a large variety of dining options. The theatre has all stadium seating. There is a very nice Barnes and noble and Verizon store.

We stopped by coincidence while traveling to upstate and did not regret. Very nice and elegant design with open mall concept. Nice food and open parks along with cafes and most of the major brands. We were surprised to see this beautiful mall in that area.

It's unfortunate that the pandemic made things worse for this location with stores closing and less people being around but before the pandemic stores constantly were coming and going, food store were changing rapidly and I began coming less and less. It was busy and bustling initially, but things have kind of died down. I hope that it begins to come back up some day as it is a nice area and is dog friendly which I love, but it needs some help.

We had my daughters Birthday party there and boy did they go above and beyond. I am greatful AND i look fwd to going back. My only withdrawal was that I forgot to register my reciept to my rewards. I tried to do it when I ordered but wss told yo do it at the end. But in all of the excitement I fogot to do it at checkout. The food was worth it though. And who can go wrong with bottomless fries!

Enjoyable outdoor shopping experience. Parking can be cumbersome. Best to go to the outskirts and walk inward. Food selections tend to be few. Mostly upscale. The quicker choices tend to open and close quickly. The outdoor fireplace with Santa is a different experience for the children. Barnes and Noble or Starbucks could be a good warming up spot. In the summer, one can get a lot done with longer daylight hours.

Place is nice. Dog friendly. However the majority of stores here are super upscale and lame. No one really comes here to go shopping. There are a few good restaurants. The only reason to really come here is just to walk around while you wait until your movie starts at the theater.

Not to mention, they have a Cineplex if you'd like to take a longer rest and refresh yourself with expensive junk food. There is plenty of free parking. The walkways (aka sidewalks) are kept clean. There is also a large outdoor fountain and another gazebo-like area (on winter nights, they serve hot chocolate and have a roaring fire). I'm not one for shopping, but my wife is. I like to get what I came for and get out while she likes to get what she came for and look at every other item she can. One thing we can agree on, if you're shopping, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is a wonderful place to go.

Good experience, best if your looking for a long walk as stores are very spread out and the main knock is parking, you will not have good luck trying to drive from one end to the other as its hard to find parking close to where you need to go. Stores are pretty different so you won't find many cross overs between stock, however most places are high end and very specific.

Parking is chronically a problem it's probably the biggest minus of the layout of this mall. They do have one of the better state stores, the Fresh Market is like what Whole Foods could be if they dropped the snobbery, I live near Whole Food by prefer the F.M. They have many brand stores you can't find nearby. The restaurants are generally good. It's another palace to the retail Gods, ready to separate you from your money.

Peeps and company has great candy and Sweet and Sassy is a favorite spot for my daughters. There are a multitude of stores here that cater for any shopper. They have a water fountain for kids to play, a few restaraunt and bars, and there is a movie theater, so would be a great date location or something to keep the kids busy while you shop. Stopped on the way back from the beach to grab lunch at the crepe place which was delicious and was really surprised by how cute everything was Great place to stretch our legs a bit bit not so large we didnt get to see what stores were there.

The place definitely provides upscale vibe and the restaurants (Komé, melt, Bar Louie, Torre) within the area are very nice. The presence of the theatre makes it quite a popular place especially during the weekends. The place also accommodates quite a lot of clothing stores, a Barnes and noble store, the fresh market grocery store and a Wells Fargo branch to mention a few.

I really like the Promenade shops. My family and I shop at many of the stores and enjoy eating in the restaurants, and sometimes catch a movie as well. I like the variety of shopping choices, the attractive layout of stores, seasonal events like pictures with Santa (They chose a local camera shop that took some great photos with a very friendly staff), and a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. The movie theatre is a really nice bonus as well!

If you're a dog lover then the Shops are a must visit! The majority of the stores are marked with a clear decal that lets you know if your pup can come in. The list is pretty easy to find online too. I was surprised at the amount of high end places that allowed furry friends. Very decent selection of chain stores and some local color. I wish I lived closer.

We were mainly here to go to the AMC theater, but the Intriguing layout of this mall and the nice shops that are available called us to walk around. The layout is really cool, parking is very abundant and there is always a space that is close to where you want to go. There are lots of excellent restaurants to choose from and if you have to wait for others to arrive, there are great places to sit where you can see the beautiful e i pleasing architectural layout of This Magnificent place. Access from Route 78 is very quick from the rt 309 exit and in recent years traffic patterns have been adjusted to make this place both easy to get into and easy to leave.

You'll find your own specialies while mine include their fresh breads (the banana/nut bread's good) & be certain to stop at deli for what makes your mouth water. They carry a wide array of nuts close to checkouts-check them out. It's a truly special store-give it your time! Other stores widely vary-get a directory & check out what calls to you. It'll take multiple stops, I predict.

When we lived in the Allentown area we used to visit this shopping plaza all of the time. It had a great selection stores in a large variety of different types of stores. Fast forward five years and it seems that the internet shopping craze has taken over. The selection is still there, however there is a lot of open storefronts in the selection of variety seems to have subsided a little bit. We still love coming here, however, when we do visit this area.

The 'Nads, as I like to call them, are a great spot. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shopping. It's also fun to just walk around or grab a movie. The hidden outdoor speakers are a nice touch. The crowds there are a bit more affluent than the nearby mall and this is undoubtedly on purpose.

This is a very upscale mall with great stores and plenty of high-class (and -dollar) restaurants. Parking is absolutely atrocious, so make sure you arrive early if you're meeting someone. But if you're going to blow a paycheck, this is the way to do it in style!

One of the smartest new age shopping centers that we have ever seen, it is well laid out with great restaurant options, tons of great stores and a state of the art movie theater. We love this place. Our favorites are L. L. Bean, Gail Gray, StarBucks and Kome Sushi. The center fountain area gives the center a real heart and focus. The playful fountains are a favorite of the kids and the surrounding amphitheatre makes for excellent people watching.

No expense has been spared to ensure free, easy movement of customers from their cars to the high-end stores leasing space at the Promenade. Notable: a state monopoly liquor store, "Fine Wines and Good Spirits Premium Collection", a North Carolina-based upscale food store with good butchers, "The Fresh Market", and more. Notable for its absence is an Apple Store - it's on the north side of Allentown at the lifestyle center of Lehigh Valley Mall.

It's a really nice place to walk around. You will spend a little more in the stores there but it's the same as if you were at an indoor mall. The Promenads Shops is a lovely shopping center in Center Valley. There is a good mix of high end and fast casual shops. The outdoor setting is best enjoyed on warmer days as it allows you to enjoy the outdoor seating, lawn games and water fountain; though the decorations around Christmas are also beautiful. There is a good selection of resturants. Note that most resturants are a bit higher end; due to recent closures there is a lack of fast casual dining.

These are the classier stores here so if you don’t bring a decent amount of money don’t expect to purchase anything.

The Promenade has many shops especially if you like interesting things as well as the huge AMC theater is located there we went to see the Joker it was slamming enjoyed it very much thank you AMC Theater easy parking as well

Always my go to spot if i actually want to shop or just window shop and enjoy the atmosphere. They have high end stores as well as unique places to shop and eat. The Carmike movie theatre is the best in the valley and the only theatre i'll bother going to. The sound system is better, the seating is better and the upkeep is better, as well as more theatres, more movies and showtime options. They have three different salon spa's. The two higher end one's are great and one is unique and privately owned. The third one is more of a nail place but offers many of the same services for cheaper. There's not one but two starbucks, one smack dab in the center and one at the Barns and knoble. The Fresh Market is a great place to stop, not a huge grocery store ao it can get a little crammed at times but it's a nice place to treat yourself as they have alot of premade meals and dishes which are awesome.

The Promenade is awesome! They have badically wverything you need within 3 feet of each other! The AMC theater has never been better with the candie shop right across from it. Kome has awesome Japanese food (as always) with a Barnes and Noble not to far from there to pick up a book for right before bed that night. I would recomend this place to anyone and everyone who loves shopping, movies, and food!;)

Many restaurants here are also very expensive too. Even though some stores and restaurants may be expensive, the promenade are a great place to spend the afternoon or night walking around with friends.

Pretty great place. May be a little less welcome once it gets cold, but if you still bundle up, its a nice place to walk around outside and to various stores. I personally wish the game stores that pop in and out of there would become more permanent (you know, they're like the games/toy section of barnes & noble, but just the whole store and a bit more varied). I guess since they don't stick around means they don't do well, so i'm probably in the minority on that one. in any case, grab a starbucks coffee, browse barnes & noble, grab a veggie pita from pita pit, and take a look at l.l. bean. before going home, shop at fresh market. you can pretty much do most things there. movies, food, groceries, shopping...

We went to The AMC movie to see Jumangi in 3 D.... The seating was roomy and the sound was great... My first 3D and truly loved the movie. Check in was a breeze having previously ordered tickets from on-line Fandango. Later we drove around and walked checking out some shops, stopped at Wine And Spirit's it having a huge selection of wine ....the largest shop we have been in. Lunch at a local place had drinks and great appetisers.... stopped at The Plow and Hearth checking out Wood stove items....nice gift ideas.... And if you love faerie's they have them and faery homes and gardens and garden supplies too.

These kinds of malls are great in the late Spring thru early fall. They are made for southern regions more and it's sad indoor malls are being turned into this. I know it's to *save the environment* but it's not even doing that and in regions of extremes it just makes it harder for you. Plus you still have to drive around if they wanted to stop global warming at least make a cover and have people park outside not in front of the shops that just encourages more driving around wasting more gas then going to an indoor mall parking in one spot. What should be done is have at least a cover since in PA it will rain or snow quite a bit a 30 inches quite a bit on average. Sometimes more and the trend to destroy indoor malls and make it be more like Europe is laughable at best and very much money wasting. In Southern Cali outdoor malls make perfect sense and are needed there over here in Central Oregon Bend use to have 2 indoor malls and they got converted to outdoor malls and hardly anybody except the rich tourists ever shop there as it's too damn cold in the winter which lasts to April or May and starts in October unless your lucky. Salt Lake City tore down their ZCMI center and made it outdoor except SLC also gets 60 inches of snow in the winter and is below freezing a good chunk of it and you still have to drive around from one end to the other in those conditions unless you enjoy freezing your arse off.

've been to this Aveda several times now and have personally loved every facial I've had. I had both Christine and Wilma and found both of them to be very professional, experts in their field, and were communicative during the facial. Be sure to let them know any skin conditions, preferences, etc. Sometimes the booking service can be a little glitchy so just make sure that you are confirmed.
