Thank you for replying but unfortunately, Victoria's Secret wouldn't let me take my daughter to the restroom when we were shopping there and told me that I can go across the street to City Silo to use the restroom. Love this place but they should have added public restrooms since most stores there don't let you use theirs.

Upscale shopping destination in Germantown. Apple store, Lululemon, Mk, all big and fancy stores are here. A big parking lot is there to accommodate a lot of people. The crowd here is always Rich and upper class.

This is a shopping center with class. Has outdoor couches and fireplace in the winter, water feature, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. From Anthropologie to Victoria's secret, Chico's, and Athleta, they've got quite a bit. There is something for everyone at this outdoor mall!

We went to Jos. A. Bank today to get my husband a new suit and the staff were very friendly & efficient. They catered to what he needed in a suit and although they were very busy, got us checked out in no time. :) A wonderful experience over all!

This Upscale shopping mall is refreshing. I love how vibrant and clean the mall looks. And made it so easy by it being an outdoor Plaza as well because sometimes you don't always want to walk through a mall just to get to one store. I was able to walk directly into Victoria Secret among other stores.

What I like about the shops of saddle Creek is that it is an open outdoor mall. I believe it is separated by Germantown parkway. There are a lot of pretty good stores to choose from, like j crew, Victoria's secret, sephora athletica, etc. I feel like some of the stores are definitely higher end and some of the stores are more normal type Mall stores. I tend to frequent the j crew and I am extremely satisfied with it. The area is kept very clean and feels very safe. I prefer this small and the carriage Creek Mall in collierville. Quite frankly, I don't step foot into the wolfchase Mall. there's just something about being able to shop in a place where the storefronts are located outside.

They have an Athleta (which i love!), Banana Republic, anthropologie, Fabletics, WhiteHouse BlackMarket, Victoria's Secret and a variety of other stores. Nice quiet area of town, too.

We took our two little girls and the rest of our family to Saddle Creek Mall with us shopping. But much to our surprise, they had Santa, a mini-train ride, food trucks, an unbelievable outdoor bathroom and the outdoor movie screen showing “The Polar Express”. What a fantastic night and a great way to get the entire family into the Christmas spirit in this post Covid crazy world. What a perfect night for an outdoor movie and train ride while we were busy shopping - very well done. The shopping was great without having to suffer the masks and the Santa was magical. My little girls put on the Polar Express as soon as we got home, and my teen was still dreaming of the video kid working the movie screen. Merry Christmas to all!!!

I love this restaurant at every angle. I finally got my husband to go for the first time. He was impressed. They still have a wide variety of food selections as well as various 🍸drinks. The staff is very personable and patient in going over ingredients, etc. I wish I would have taken a picture of my chicken Thai salad. It was literally mounded on my plate. These show the wide variety of cocktails.

Parking could be better the spaces are very small and the drivers don't mind parking close to where you can barely get in your vehicle. I went to a few stores, Michael Kors customer service was phenomenal. ALTAR'D STATE (A Beautiful Soul) customer service was Top Notch Thanks Camron for the assistance! Pandora customer service could have been much better. Considering the price of the items and the money being spent. I will also leave a review on each store I visited individually, but nice and very safe shopping experience.

There is never any parking here during the holidays. They could easily convert 10-15 more spaces by getting rid of unnecessary floral/tree medians. It's nearly impossible to find parking for employees during Christmas season. But overall there is a security guard driving around at all times, as well as a valet during the holidays. Good lighting in the parking lot, and plenty of cameras. Just wish there was more parking!

Very awkwardly laid out shopping center. Don't try to walk from store to store, the parking lot is a drag strip. Miss the old fountain on the corner. It was a classic landmark, froze up beautifully in the winter and us now replaced by, of all things, a sleep number store and an AT&T store. Don't miss the Memphis Pizza Cafe location!

Attended a function for support of breast cancer at Kendra Scott boutique. The jewelry was beautiful and unique. the gift bag they provided was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you and Baptists hospital for making us feel even more beautiful

Talk about a swanky facelift, it's the new center of Germantown. I use a few of the stores, but it seems to have a lot of new clothing joints and fancy eats. Good place to spend a couple of hours if you want to eat and spend some money.

Good stores with good selection of merchandise. Sales people are variable from store to store. Some are way too pushy, some don't acknowledge your existence upon entering their store. Probably one of the better shopping areas in Memphis for national chain stores.

apple store isnt bad but lately they have been reluctant to replace your phone if something is wrong with it. i've been there 3 times already and all 3 times our iphone is still acting up but when its taken to the store, no one wants to help. after making the appointment and burning the gas to go up there, we have decided to pursue another device. it may most likely be andriod.

Good selection of shops and restaurants ...I love the stores from Apple to Talbot's to Starbucks and Grimaldi's pizza. Stony River is a great restaurant for business or pleasure. Now there is a sleep number bed store and an ATT store as well.

This is one of the safest places to shop in West Tennessee, and also one of the more modern and trendy ones as well. Make Shopping Great Again for sure.
