They had alot of good selections. The staff could’ve been alot more helpful. I spent $250 in 9 mins doing some last minute Christmas shopping & didn’t appreciate the patronizing attitude of Emily when asked for a price check on a Gold butterfly. She assumed a certain stereotype and I didn’t appreciate the unprofessionalism displayed. I however will be back because I got some really cute stuff from there & I Love love love TJ Maxx but Emily needs to chill .

Excellent! I had returned a pair of shoes I originally bought for an interview. The interview would be held via Zoom. I still had the receipt, tags still on shoes, never wore them, but they were well past the return policy. The manager accepted them back, just the same!

Love JoAnn Fabric, they are busy; and Ross For Less, Ross needs more help though! The traffic is usually always pretty heavy with shoppers and drive-thru diners but parking can be tricky there too.

Awesome place packed with other awesome places. Worth a visit if you're in the area. It's like a minimall, on top of a mountain. And there's a ski lift. If you don't like that then don't @ me

They've gotten a lot better then they used to be... And as long as they don't try to give you a day old pizza... It's a great place to get good pizza for only a few bucks., It this day and time.. its places like these that we all appreciate and will remember when other food chains remember the word affordable and open after dark...

The Spectrum store is a hot mess. It's severely understaffed, leading to long waits. Most of the chairs are too high for a short person or too low for an older person. The Spectrum employees, however, are polite and knowledgeable.

I can't believe they done took CiCi's pizza out for Spectrum!?! Like their selling cell phones now that's crazy. I'm glad spectrum isn't so far out on Hendersonville road but at the same time I wish they kept it a CiCi's.

Ample parking, different shops to go shopping at, plus you can also get lunch after a long day of shopping. Clothing stores, shoe stores, craft stores, and a as seen on TV store, plus cicis pizza. What's not to love, they just put a ATM in the parking lot. Minutes away from downtown, right across from the Asheville Mall. Very easy to find. And it has amazing views

Love all these stores in this village, lots of shopping and then some of the best variety buffet pizza and some dessert and salad, all are great, I love Ross's they have all the name brand for the best price's, even T.J maxx and more is the same way but has a lot of things too, and great price's and so much to look at, everything u can think of. Easy to access, but pay attention to cars around and people walking, especially at McDonalds!! When pulling in from light you don't have to yield, but others will pull right out. Always good for an accident every couple of days! Jo Ann Fabrics has moved out and looks like Ace Hardware coming in it's place.

At first glance I was like overlook village where the hell is this. Was I drunk,& didn't know where I was, but then I was like Ohhhh. The over priced INDIAN restaurant. India Garden I think it was. Just skip the main course, & get two orders of the KEEMA NAAN. Just do it!!!!.

Busy, busy ,busy. Service was good for the amount of staff. Friendliest person was greeter and he went beyond his job by bringing my bags to my car after I was told by him that he could do that The bags were fairly heavy, bulky and I am a handicap 64 year old granny. The shopping cards could not be taken out of the stor!! The prices at ROSS'S were excellent, affordable on a very limited income. I only spent $145. On Christmas presents for 2 grandkids and bought myself and my husband our favorite cologne for our anniversary which was Dec. 18th.

I love all the shops in Overlook! Ross is amazing, Ci-Ci's has great pizza for a good price, and Chick-Fil-A!!! They really have a good combo of shops and restaurants in this location. Plus it's located right across from the Asheville mall! Highly recommend shopping here!

This shopping center has been a mainstay of Asheville since I moved here in 1992. From Phar-mor to Books-a-million, it's seen a lot of changes throughout, but some of the best have persisted, including India Garden. The traffic can be really bad when Chick-fil-A is busy, but if you approach through one of the side routes, it can be easier.

TJ Maxx, Ross and India Garden - a perfect combo! I've been to many TJ Maxx stores and this one is the best! Shop and then visit India Garden for the lunch buffet. Easy access from Tunnel Road and the light before Asheville Savings if traveling south.
