Was very crowded, everyone was trying to check out at once, and the self checkouts was not accepting cash and some was even broken. And only 3 cashiers on line registers. There were elderly people coming in through the exits and blocking the doors. We were stuck inside waiting for the older greeter to tell the elderly women who couldn't hear to kindly scoot over and away from the door. Just to have them stand there confused. It was a experience for sure.

It was the best Walmart I use to love going to but just don't like the way they treat you, it was awesome a year ago, now it's ugh! But I still like going here, just wish they would greet you a whole lot better.

No register's was open but self checkout this is VERY frustrating I wait 30-40minutes to checkout

I luved looking around their gift shop. I haven't been their once, that I haven't found some hidden gem, or item that I have " just had to buy". Terrific for special birthday or holiday, one- of - kind gifts....with a wide variety of items. I always check it out, as it changes every visit.

Love the Walmart for food and accessories I need for my dogs! Their prices are great when in stock. I can pick everything up at one location in stead of going to multiple locations for food and other items too!

Place was awesome, I explained to the waitress that I don't do animal, I'm vegan so they made the we fried rice without any eggs or other animal products. And the sweet tea was just sweet enough, it was an excellent meal.

Had to pick up prescription sent by Dr. It was filled in 15 minutes. Picked up a few items while waiting & checked out at the pharmacy. Had to speak with Theresa, my pharmacist to go over the Rx. I appreciate their hard work.

Several things we usually get there out of, had to go to another Wal-mart to finish shopping, the place wasn't packed, but definitely Not Enough check-out lines open for a Saturday, we counted 4 & the self check line was stretched thru the store.

Store was clean. Well stocked. My beef with this walmart is you are forced to use self checkout (which is wrong) because there is normally only one live cashier.

I love walmart. I came here from cape cod mass and there was no large chain stores close to the east side. Having walmart here I can do everything. Grocery shopping, and prescriptions all one stop. They have anything you could possibly need. I found staff friendly. Only problem is they never have enough cashiers so the lines can be long. They do have self service but I only use that if I only have a few items. Staff is friendly but when u need help it is hard to find someone.

Not quite the usual WalMart experience. This store has most of the typical items, but a smaller footprint. It tends to be less crowded. On this visit, the restrooms were quite dirty

Photo printing kiosk rarely works. Very limited craft supplies. Fitting rooms are closed. Does not enforce masks despite local law.

This store is clean and always stocked When I lived in Leicester, NC I preferred this store over all others in Buncombe County.

Most of the employees you see here are nice and friendly but the one time I had to return something it was different. The older gentleman that helped my son and I get the tv out of our car was very nice but the lady at customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The name of the department she works in says it all customer service even my son asked me what was wrong with her. I told him I don't know but we will continue to be nice maybe she is having a bad day. She was very short in response to my questions and I felt like she wished I would just go away. Maybe they should move her where she doesn't have to deal with customers. This is not the attitude I get from most other people in Haywood county that is why I go out of buncombe county to shop as most of the time you find a good friendly southern folk like me and that is what I like not the pushy rush rush you are in my way of buncombe county.
