Edit: Oct, 2020: Changed from 3 stars to 5. Their team is more friendly and has been regularly patrolling my neighborhood at a frequency in which I feel safer. Thank you for your help in our community! Edit, Feb 2020: Changed to 3 stars from 1. Improved service and response from employees, particularly Ben. Hoping to continue to see improvements that would warrant a higher rating in the future. Jan 2020: Calls for assistance go unanswered every time. Sometimes I get a call back - one time was an HOUR after I called. Guards fail to thoroughly search problem areas of my neighborhood despite several requests for them to incorporate it into their patrols. What good is a security company that won’t answer calls or return them in a timely manner? Used condoms, tampons, and drugs found outside my home due to suspicious activity their team refuses to detect and deter.
