I have worked for Rock Solid Security for 17 years. From day one I have been treated as a member of the family. I have received on going training, support, and pay raises. The work is challenging, always changing and requires you to stay alert and on your toes, but it comes with a lot of cool experiences like great concerts, events, and access to spaces you may not even know exist. Working for Rock is a great way to see the city, meet people and grow your work skills in customer service, leadership, and problem solving.

Good company to work for. They are communicative and flexible with schedules. Lots of work to choose from, rather armed or unarmed... from factories to bars, concerts and special events. Probably one of the only companies I've worked for that will work around your schedule, not theirs. Also. It was important to me, when looking for security work ... facial hair and tattoos are welcomed.

I have been working for RSSecurity for almost 5years and even though there has been some crazy times, Rock Solid has been a excellent company to work for. You work the hours you want and the days you want to. So as a part time job it works out. I am retired and not trying to work a lot of hours, having the choice to work how many hours I want is really “COOL “. Most part time jobs won’t give you that option. 🤷🏽‍♀️ And you have to work when they tell you. 🤷🏽‍♀️ RS Security gives you that option. So! This is a good company to work for. I have worked for RSS for about 6yrs and have worked alot of interesting jobs. The staff is nice and knowledgeable and the owner works alongside of us during big events. Great part time job!

I’m a long time employee. I am treated exceptionally well. The posts and hours are tailored to my abilities and needs. I’m never in over my head. The Managment is responsive and caring. As I’m getting older, I doubt I will ever work anyplace else.

I worked for rock solid security some 13 years ago and I felt like I was treated with respect better than most jobs I have had. I really liked how they work with the smaller organizations in the area; a fraternity helped out with a large venue and the fraternity wanted to have a party but the school wanted them to have security there, RockSolid was there to return the favor. I like to see things like that in the community. I still wish I lived closer to that area so I could still work there.

I have worked for them for 5 and a half years and I love working for them, way better and more professional then Aixs security which took a lot of our contracts. Every problem I ever had with Rock Solid Amy Dean has corrected it with no problem and I cannot say the same about Axis security which is all about show, I worked for them so I should know.
