We've contacted with Ranger Guard for the last year to cover our on-site unarmed security and their customer service has been great. The guards have been very interactive with our team. They have a strong professionalism and respond to our concerns fairly quickly. The only reason they don't have a 5-star rating from me is that they need some additional training to ensure our daily recap reports are done in a thorough and timely manner.
