With the team cohesion, the last year we have seen progression in the right direction! This company does not just listen, they take action. Nashville TN When the new District Manager of Dynamic came to Nashville he changed and fixed a lot of things and made working here one of the best security companies I have ever been with. He is a man of his word. A lot of security companies I've been with have lied or hidden things but not with this company they tell you like it is. I have learned a lot and experience a lot of opportunities in this company. If you're willing to work I recommend you sign on with Dynamic! I read a post on here that is not explained correctly so I will elaborate on what this individual should have put in her review. Your pay rate will drop to 7.25 ONLY if you quit without a two weeks resignation letter! It is also stated in the contract when you sign on.

Since I started with Dynamic Security 5 yrs ago....Our Nashville office has done a great job with our New Mgmt team for almost a yr now....These men have done a tremendous job on changing how things use to run to how things should be ran. After 16 yrs in security this has far been the best company I have worked for n will continue to work for our Dist. Mgr and our other mgmt team in the office.
