I love working here! They have an amazing staff that will help you out with extra work hours and if you have overwhelmed yourself with work and missed a shift for sleep they are willing to work with you and help you as much as they can, as long as you are willing to help them out too. Commander Badboy is a great boss and will always do his best to make sure you have the best schedule for your week to week and works around your pre-existing schedules with outside business. Would highly recommend hiring capital security for your business because the guidelines are laid out straight for what needs to be done and will always do their best to keep your building secure and safe. Would also highly recommend working here with all the awesome coworkers who legitimately care about you and your well being!

Great place to work. Best supervisor and very understanding, and they make you sure you get the best training you can get for free. If I can go back I would with no hesitation. Love working in this agency. Only thing is that there is so much hours due to such short staff overtime is a always no matter what if you want hours, just ask, and if you are going to school for law enforcement this is the place, this place can be stressful at times but it is what it is... you want off just request 2 weeks ahead or a month ahead. Other then that it awesome.

In my short time period that have offered real guidance and respect their employees. I highly recommend them as an employer. They offer real world experience and leadership. They are the first security company I have expwrienced that actually does things by the book and goes out of their way to keep you informed and really works woth you and listens to you. Nothing but good things to say thus far.

I seen what this kid tried to do on one of your staff members ( this kid is an auditor with the name Minnesota guardian) You officers did right thing and told him to leave before he was able to harass other guests ! Bravo! If I am ever on your area I will know I would safe with your staff on duty!
