Mark and his team have been my security guards for the past 6 years and they are by far the best! They are responsive, thorough and efficient in their line of duty. The guards are active and report everything they see. If I have requests on a specific task, they are sure to complete it and report back. Love it! Couldn’t ask for more!!! Great job VIP!!!

However I'm a single mom and I was looking for job security meaning how long will a company keep me working and I have to say despite all odds this company has been good to me and my family. Our tenants are our number one priority. VIP Security regularly speaks with each tenant to discuss their specific concerns and make sure they’re comfortable. They keep management continuously informed of what’s going on with direct messages, detailed descriptions and documented evidence. They work with us to custom design schedules that meet our evolving requirements. VIP is extremely professional, knowledgeable, distinctly observant and they make their presence known. Highly recommend VIP for security of any kind.

After my office was broken into on multiple occasions, I knew I needed to switch security companies. I was referred to VIP Security from another business owner who said VIP is the best in Las Vegas. That was an understatement. The employees at VIP seem to have a personal interest in providing exceptional service. My questions are answered anytime, day or night, by one of the owners. We hired VIP Security Services for our property during COVID19 due to concern of damages to our buildings while it was unoccupied. We had an incident where a few vagrants threw rocks at our doors attempting to break in. Since we hired them there have been no problems. Mark and Pam have been a pleasure to work with, they immediately respond to my calls and text messages about any questions I have. I would recommend them to any other businesses that are in need of security.

They keep their word, are very responsive, and do a great job of giving us a head-up about potential problems we need to look out for. Crime is way down in our neighborhood and we all feel safer.

I am a Property Manager at Loma Vista Apartments for PInnacle Property Management. I am beyond happy with our services on this property. We are located in North Las Vegas and right between MLK and Cheyenne. Since I have been here for the last 4 months as a Manager Mark & Pam have gone above and beyond for our property needs. Also offered us 3 different options. Bid...and re bid again so we can work it into the budget to get 2 guards verse 1 and it finally worked. The drive bys are REAL* they do drive through stop for 15-20 min walk around, come up to the office. The guards are ACTUALLY doing there jobs at night as I live on site and they offer an app called "slack" you can see everything, where they are at as we have tons of checking points throughout for them to scan, pictures of areas that need attention, direct messages for complaints and residents addressed, lights out etc. Mark our main guy comes by each month and checks in with us to ensure satisfaction.
