I currently work for Marksmen security, and I have no complaints. They appreciate their employees and show it! They are by far the best choice if going into or changing security company’s. They have great contracts with so many property’s here in Nevada. They work with there employees in every way possible from finding the best location close to we’re you live to putting you at a location that is fitting for you. Pay is on the high side for security here in Nevada. I can always count on there quick response for any questions or concerns. Thanks Marksman!!

Amazing experience with Marksman Security; from when you first walk in, lady in the front is such a sweetheart (I feel bad I don’t remember her name), to the interview, to orientation. This is the only security company I've worked for that gives people the opportunity to grow and get promoted. I worked hard, did my job, picked up overtime when it was offered and sure enough I was promoted into the office. They give you livable wages and offer health insurance benefits. This company is continuously growing and creating jobs for the las Vegas community. When you walk in for your first time you can definitely tell the difference in atmosphere compared to other offices. It's clean, professional and orderly. I had the unfortunate circumstance of my car dying as I was exiting the business park at 5820 S. Eastern and there I sat alone with my car blocking one of two exit lanes. AAA gave me a response time of 150-mins, all I could do was sit and wait, and hope no one bumped my disabled car. After aprx 30-mins two cute guys showed up inquirying if there was a problem, and offered their assistance. Of course I was cautious and suspicious, then they identified themselves as Marksman Security for the property... What a relief! They went out of their way to troubleshoot my car issue, than pushed the car off the main road to a parking space. They were gracious and concerned, even going out of their way to bring me a bottle of water while I waited for the tow truck. I felt so much better, safe and secure in knowing the watchful eyes of Marksman Security was present on the property. Thank you Marksman for helping me feel safe!

By far the best company I’ve ever worked for I’ve been working for marksman security for about 3-4 months now and I have I say that everything that was discussed in my interview process has definitely transpired, a lot of companies give empty promises and don’t deliver but marksman security definitely stick by there word, I was told that the property I started at was just to get my foot in the door but they had bigger plans for me, within the first month they moved me to a newly contracted luxury high rise and increased my pay, once they discussed the new property with me and pay increase they told me that they wanted to put me in management soon , I said “ok” within the first month at the new property they turned me into a supervisor with another pay increase, the directors are easy to talk to they work with you with whatever you need, I have had absolutely no issues working with marksman, this is a great company to work for.
