We've contacted with Archer for the last year to cover our on-site, unarmed security and their customer service has been great. The guards have been very interactive with our team. They have a strong professionalism and respond to our concerns fairly quickly. The only reason they don't have a 5-star rating from me is that they need some additional training to ensure our daily recap reports are done in a thorough and timely manner.

After working here for sometime I can say that I feel at home with this company. I look forward to working with these wonderful people for years to come! There are little things the company needs to work on, but no one is perfect. From the supervisors to the superiors everyone one is very friendly and approachable they make you feel at home and apart of the family within the company. I would recommend friends and family to work here without a doubt. If you are looking for a security position or are interested in one, take in to consideration Archer West. You won't regret it!

I have been working for Archer West for almost a year now, the owner is a really honest and fair guy. The pay to begin with is kind of low but once you have proven yourself a good worker they are always giving you extra work and a raise after 90 days. The company is growing like crazy right now so if your an honest, hard worker it is easy to move up in the company. However, as a security guard you have to be present, sober, and able to observe and report the whole shift you work. I have witnessed some crazy behavior and attitude from some of the new guards and those usually get fired or quit the day of their shift. So just have integrity and be responsible and you have all kinds of growth opportunity at this company.

I am writing this review, because too often the good stuff just isn't shared enough. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the Archer West Security professionals at my place of work. He was kind, helpful and professional. Not only was I impressed with this interaction, I was taken aback. It is not often that I've seen that level of professionalism within the security community. Not only did I have a positive interaction with the security professional as mentioned, I also had a very positive interaction with the management team. Later that day, both Devin and Ryan followed up with me to make sure that everything was being handled appropriately. The following day, I met with the owner, Josh, who discussed some proactive measures that I could take to ensure the safety of my surroundings. He made some excellent suggestions. I am very appreciative of this company and the crew that they have. I learned later on from visiting their website, that the owner is Retired Law Enforcement, and a native of Las Vegas. It shows. Excellent job Archer West Security.

This is an absolute brilliant job ever. If your looking for a job that can pay most your Bill's and plus add onto your schedule ( if open availability exist during that week) for an additional extra couple 100 dollars than this is the job for you ! If you work hard and you can manage some cold weather ( which is nothing ) than this job is for you ! I love working here because it makes me more outdoor and it builds me as a person. They are very nice and trains you well, our supervisors are meeting the standards and all our very ethical in what they do. Its 8.25 but if you manage your hours right and do cover shifts you can make really good money here. Just do the job and listen to what they got to say and you'll make it far! Come check it out and you'll love it and you'll see what I'm talking about. Thank you archer west for all you have done and we will achieve greatness together as a team - A

It was a great company to work with and they offered very reasonable hours with several locations all around Vegas to work at in case you live around the edge of town. The pay could've been better but when you have a family it didn't help much for the time being. They are always taking in new clients though so that's a plus. If and when everything catches up financially, I would definitely work with them again.

I'm a Superintendent for Pinnacle Homes in Las Vegas. I had a problem with theft at night on a couple of homes. I called Archer West Security and they had a guard out that same night. Unbelievable response time! I didn't have anymore theft problems and their prices are very reasonable. They showed up on time every evening and do a good job when on site. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Without hesitation I would recommend them.

I have been working for the company for about a month now. The pay isn't very good and the hours are long. But the environment with all the supervisors and bosses if very friendly. Our safety is considered first. And they care about their employees. Overall it's a great place to be. With just a little bit of a downside when it comes to pay.

Amazing company to work for. The owner is the greatest guy to work for because he truly cares about the employees. The management staff work hard and treat all employees good. It's a growing company that's only going to get better.

I been working with archerwest for awhile and yes iam a African American woman I been treated fairly by the company there is no special treatment, also I find it very disrespectful for someone to post negative comments about the company you are an ex employee you probably posted that negative comment because you are no longer with the company, no to be funny but if you would of did the job listen to the rules and paid attention you wouldn't be a negative Nancy if you are upset look in the mirror and point at yourself, this is one of best company's I worked for and that's the honest truth, thank you guys for having me a part of the team.
