Cordero GrimesJeff is a really good boss. He care for his employees. He look out for everyone. He try his best to give you your days off. If you call last minute he does his job to try to get your shift cover. Con the supervisor Steven is arrogant and don't really no anything about being a supervisor. He won't come to you and tell you the problem he have with you. I know being a supervisor that people won't like you. But every employee that I come into contact with say the same thing about him. Before I left I trained a new guy. He thought I was not going to trained him right. Steven trained with him. He told a person I didn't train the guy right. Even before I left I told him the new person was going to need more training. He didn't care he fault like I didn't do my job right. He could've been a men and call me before throwing under the bus to the next person. Not to mention that he was training people wrong. I never got credit for training people the right way from him. I think it's better for him to trained people then other supervisor.
