I enjoy going to this white castle location. Great teamwork staff. Variety of options. Staff repeats the order back to the customer before putting the order through to be prepared. Staff ask if customers wants sauces or any condiments with the order after order is in the bag which is great. Like going to this location. Highly recommend this location.

I love bringing my son here after school. Great people on the drive thru and quick service. I definitely would go out of my way to hit this spot over another. The Indian lady in the drive thru is a true sweet heart ❤️ we look forward to seeing her every time!

Fantastic place for fast food. If your hungry, not in mood to cook, crave something and want it fast on the go? Come to WC. Order pay and your on your way. You kill your crave you feel full. If you decide to stay and eat inside, there is plenty of parking.

Staff is friendly, bilingual and generally efficient. Food is made fresh in front of you anserved hot. Customer seating area is kept clean.

First time I ever went to a White Castle and the young people they had working we very fast and efficient and profession and nice :) food was good I’d eat it again

I'm reading a lot of reviews that seem to be written by people who have never worked in this kind of business, nor run a fast food place. I started going to White Castle when I was a kid, and am approaching 70 now. My best recollection is of the one on Fordham Road, though it looks nothing like that these days. Still, I like them and when I get the chance to get some without going out of my way, I will. So today we hit the one in Yonkers, because I wanted to. Service was reasonably prompt, and the food was as expected. The staff was friendly, although the guy who we were talking to seemed to have some difficulty understanding that my lady wanted one packet of mustard to go with her chicken, which we somehow didn't get. Other than that, we enjoyed the visit.
