You know the feeling you get when you have an early flight with no breakfast? You know the one where you want a really good meal as soon as you land? Well, the Cheesecake Factory was my first stop and the food was amazing, the service was exceptional and the restaurant had a bright welcoming feel. Yvonne, the manager did a great job making sure us customers knew that we were valued. The immediate location offered various food, shopping and opportunities to explore the area. Taking advantage of the beautiful weather NY was experiencing we walked, talked, shopped and just enjoyed a lovely NY day. I highly recommend you slide through if ever in Yonkers. You’ll love this area.

Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than the excess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. Nachos were good and the wife's food apparently was good as well. Overall will come back but would want to maybe not get the steak again.

Busy spot but worthwhile. We waited for 45 minutes for a party of 4 on a Saturday (so not too terrible). Parking is connected to the adjacent mall. The server was attentive. Food came out quick and hot. They have a full bar which is pretty amazing. Food quality was worth it, though prices can be hit or miss. The selection of cheesecake is always a standout. Would come back though getting a reservation is a needed factor for this place. They are very rare, but it would help this business greatly.

Classic cheesecake factory bread was served soft and warmed to perfection. I definitely stopped by the bakery section and ordered a slice of upside down pineapple cheesecake to take home🤤🤤🤤...The food is good but bring patience with you when dining here because service is slow. Just had the cheesecake and it's a delight!

First ever visit. Appetizers were delicious. Had the cacio e pepe pasta, so overly salty that it was inedible. Sent it back, they took it off the bill. Banana cream cheesecake was fluffy and delicious. Our server, Brandon, was working hard. Suggestion: clean the laminated menus more often, there’s gross bits of sauce and food inside that got on my hands. Portions are big but prices aren’t cheap either. Order carefully.

This place is one of my favorites for one reason and is not the cheesecake even Though is just outstanding; is because the menu has a lot of options!!!! Yes!!! I can say I never had eaten the same there!! Yesterday I had the opportunity to try the skinny menu and I love it! I had the lemon grilled shrimp, asparagus and angel hair pasta and I love it, as an appetizer I had the Thai chicken lettuce wrap it was flavorful and light! I love it, service was great the Waite’s very attentive and nice.

This has honestly been the best Cheesecake Factory experience I’ve had in the NYC area. The staff is polite and service is quick. Fried foods don’t come out greasy and gf shrimp wasn’t rubbery. Definitely recommend the lemon garlic shrimp.

We had an amazing dinner, from seating to service to the meal. We at the jerk shrimp and it was delicious. Our server Tamica was just amazing. Next I am in the area I will definitely visit.

Food was good. My Waitress Nadean, was fantastic! Very welcoming, and knew the menu very well, and i absolutely loved the dish she recommended. Outstanding service and not to mention amazing personality and very well dressed. I assured her she will be a restaurant manager in no time! Please ask for Nadean at this location to be seated!

Omg... I was so excited that I forgot to take pics of all the food. But manage a couple. As typical cheese cake factory, it was clean, organized and crowed. A little louder than usual as well as too cold. Waiters were good and fkn hot ! Food was good as always. I couldn't finish any of it, so ill be eating for the rest of the weekend.

This is a great place to dine. The food portions are good, comes out tasting great, and pricing is definitely still reasonable. The service here was good considering it was hectic. They did run out of a few items on the menu, but our waitress was accommodating and her friendliness was quite comforting.

We came here a few weeks ago to this location for the first time. We had reservations and they seated us within 5 minutes. I had the steak tacos which was delicious and my spouse had the steak sandwich which he loved. The kids flatbread pizza was delicious. Of course we ended with desert. We definitely would try this location again. Super safe also during this time

Came here with a sizable group for lunch. Our server Jaden was great. Took our order without error and was pleasant. The food was good and a normal wait for our food to get to the table. The Margarita flatbread was soggy at the bottom in the middle but the crust was nice and toasty. Flavor was still good. Will return to try a cheesecake.

We celebrated a 16th birthday and had a great time. Our waiter left us without utensils for quite some time and never brought us waters after we requested it with our meal and drinks. Thankfully, a different waiter from another table brought us some waters. Otherwise, a good time at Cheesecake Factory.

This was my first time coming here. I took my sister Janet here for her birthday earlier this month. I am giving 3 stars based on the service. Our waitress didnt even introduce herself, or even came back to check on us to see if we were doing okay. The drinks were okay and my food was pretty good. My sister had a good time, for some reason she loves this spot, so I guess that's all that matters.

The service can be a bit slow, especially when you are waiting for a table. It is always packed so please plan ahead with this in mind because there aren’t many options for restaurants at RidgeHill. The food and the drinks are pretty good and the cheesecake is to die for.

Me and my friend made a stop here on our way to an event. The wait time for two was about 30 min for indoor dining since we were told the heaters were not working for outside dining. We needed to be out in a timely manner, so we were a bit concerned. There was limited capacity due to social distancing dining. When we finally got a table, had to wait for busser to clean it. The manager that walked by saw us and addressed us right away. He even took our order while we were waiting for the table to be cleaned. We even received our food in a timely manner as well and the waitress was very attentive. We loved the food and drinks as well, everything was amazing. Overall love my experience here service was amazing and the food and drinks were great as well.

Tcf just isn't hitting the way they use too. The food isn't as consistent as it use to be. We understand you had to raise the price. I get it. But using smaller and lesser amount of meat for certain dishes doesn't make sense. We use to go every other week. Now it's every few months. It's not the same. Quality is down. We miss the old ways.

This will always be a staple place to take someone on a date. It's not too expensive and you get amazing food with the ambiance! My favorite is the factory burrito and we tried the meatloaf and it was also a hit!

I had a really good time brought 16 people with and fed everyone and payed the bill. All in all it was a great experience, I would suggest, the cheesecake factory to all. Db. Shark the celebrities favorite. The food was great. Now for a serious problem there the bathrooms was filthy, if I have a chance I will call head office to make a complaint. All in all, I will be back, and I will be checking the condition of the bathrooms.

Our favorite place for eating out! My boys love it! Great location with parking lot around the corner. The staff are kind and helpful. Waiting time is usually not too long unless you go there on Fridays. Their menu is huge and varied, and better yet, is family friendly. The consistency of the food is very good every time we go and is served to the table all at once. The cheesecake variations list seems to be endless, but I always end up ordering the red velvet, my favorite! We used take out once and wasn't what we expected, but I don't want to base my review on that single occasion. Expensive or cheap is relative and should be based on who you are and what resources you have. For a family of four, with drinks and dessert, expect to pay $100+, if you like to treat yourself. Whether that is cheap or expensive, is entirely up to you and your view of eating out. I definitely recommend this place.

We love the Cheesecake factory and this location at Ridge Hill is really good. The food tastes good as always. The only complaint would be it can be a bit crowded and the wait times can get really long.

Always go here when we can never agree on what we want to eat. It literally has everything and does it all well. Frequent there for Mother-daughter time where we order drinks and share like 2 or 3 appetizers. The Factory Nachos, French Country Salad, and their Avocado Eggrolls ARE SOOOOO GOOD! And dont forget to grab a slice of cheesecake! Lemon raspberry is great for a refreshing taste, the dulce de leche hits the sweet spot, and the classic is always a great choice!

I'm always skeptical about going to chain restaurants like Outback, TGIF but this is by far has yummy food. Our waitress was so friendly and nice. I really like the steak medallions, calamari and tuna tartare. Everything was good. I'm impressed!

I usually always have a decent experience there. But this time the food was not how I ordered. I had ordered two burgers one medium and one medium rare however both came out looking like they were well done. It was too dry for me. But at least the fries were decent.

Great food here. I had a perfectly cooked bacon cheeseburger and a huge slice of cheescake that I couldn't finish! Service however is not too good. We had to wait a lot to have our table cleaned and my friend waited something like 15 min to have his beer... After that he went to the counter by himself to pick it. Also the food came after long time.... I would go again but just because the food was delicious.

Don’t let the name fool you😂😂 The menu has so much more than just Cheesecake. The coconut Thai chicken with brown rice is slamming as well as the samosas. I was there on a Friday around 3:00 pm and was able to enjoy the $6 happy hour. The margaritas and mojitos were surprisingly good🥂🍹. I couldn’t leave there without trying one of their famous cheesecakes so I tried the red velvet and OMG😍😍 it tasted like heaven! I will definitely come back. Good service, no wait time, and really good food (plus FREE PARKING. Just ask the hostess to validate your ticket before you leave. They give you 15 minutes for you to get to you car, so don’t go shopping around 😂)

Great place to bring friends and family. There's an extensive menu which offers pastas, burgers, steaks, seafood, tacos and burritos and, of course, cheesecakes. The service was great and the prices affordable. I think the average dish is anout $18. We didn't have to wait long for a table but we went there early on a Saturday afternoon. When we finished eating there were some people waiting for a table.

Very nice ambient place. Nice comfortable seats, not too much lighting as you can see by the way pictures were taken. The service was excellent and the employees there were very friendly and generous. The food selection was the hardest decision I have made this far. There are a lot of varieties of dishes that come in great prices. It was totally worth it. The dessert we got is the Godiva cheesecake if I am not mistaken. It was wonderful. A great way to end the night. Will come here again for sure.

The food wasn't anything special, on level with a TGI Fridays. For a quick bite it's alright, but the wait isn't worth it. At the mall there are equal if not better options, so don't feel forced to eat there. Wish I had better words to offer it just isn't anything noteworthy.

An average experience probably the team struggles with the size of the restaurant and the number of customers to deal with. The food was OK ( buffalo wings, hamburger, pizza etc.) Cakes were delicious as usual. Our waitress was being a smart pants when I asked about free WiFi (lack of it) Since we are tourists we do not have a local data plan so free WiFi is a life saver especially w kids. So when I asked abt it instead of telling me that she ll share it with her manager, she cane up with a sucha cheeky excuse. Apparently they value personal dialogue and want ppl to talk to each other so they don’t provide WiFi. The funny thing abt it when she was telling this to me all the Americans around us were using their phones.

As soon as I walked in the hostess was kind and friendly. We were seated pretty quickly. We did take a while to order but were never rushed. The food was great but the service was exceptional. Kind and professional staff is such an important quality to have it really gives of such a good vibe in there!

Beautiful place food and drinks are very good, staff is friendly and bar looks stack. However the food takes too long, for a regular Friday non holiday, it shouldn't. Try not to be super hungry because although we had a reservation still took them about 40 minutes to get us a table. Again this is my experience and of course this review is only that. Regardless it was a good experience.

Although the food was great, I think they were understaffed, because it took an awful amount of time to bring the food, to refill our cups with water, to remove the dirty plates......I could see our server really struggling. Portions are always generous, food is good, and very extensive menu so it's easy to please even the pickiest of eaters. Drinks are great too... They even feature a few mocktail options which I really appreciated while pregnant. The only downside I can think of is that service can be really really slow-- especially if you see that they are very busy. If you are not in a rush, then enjoy your apps and drinks with friends and family.

Food is great and a bountiful amount of options. However they’re customer service at the hostess area is terrible. Don’t bother making a reservation. You will still have to wait for seating as if you just got there. Several people that arrive after you will be seated first. There were four parties including myself that RSVP and were still waiting 15-30mins later. Two people asked to see the manager. The hostess spoke to someone that looked like they were an authority returned and said absolutely nothing. She just took the next guest to be seated. The manager never showed up. The restaurant should be well aware of their high peak hours, yet they seem understaffed constantly. The hostess is the first face you see and person you interact with that represents the restaurant brand. At this location it’s always a miserable experience and clear that they are inefficient. Once, you’re seated everything else is back to normal and the food is delicious (if you don’t loose your patience first).

My son his best friend and my Nephews recently took me to The Cheesecake Factory for the first time on my birthday 12/10 and I must say that food was delicious the waiter was great he was very attentive to his area always asking if everything is good or if we needed anything else (I forgot his name) I know we were at the booths by the windows but everything there was wonderful I enjoyed it a lot.. ☺️

The food was real good they even have a vegan menu. If you are driving they having a parking lot the place is beautiful and don't forget the drinks definitely on point. Its worth it spend some money here, the staff are so nice especially when you first come in I will definitely come back.

Did curb side pickup. Everything was very organized. All staff maintaining COVID-19 rules. Food was great quality as usual. Only thing though they did mess up one of my orders. I had ordered the steak medallions with asparagus and mushrooms instead i got the prime rib with mashed potatoes and green beans. Nevertheless it was very tasty.

The only 2 problems I have with this restaurant. One is the wait time first when my family of 5 got there, we were told we had a wait time of 30-45 minutes. However it took them dam near an hour & a half to seat us. The second problem I have with the restaurant is that the booths they have weren't made for big people. I'm 6'4 about 250lbs & I could barely squeeze into the booth. Then by the time we were ready to leave my knees were killing me because of how low the seat was in the booth. Other then that everything else was 100% fine with us. The waitress was extremely nice & went the extra mile for us. The food was worth the wait & price. All & all the experience was fun & enjoyable.

Not my best experience at a Cheesecake Factory. I’ll blame it on it possibly being a busy day but the service didn’t meet my expectations from previous visits. Drinks took long, bread took long and at one point one of the entrees were forgotten. As usual the food was great and the fresh orange juice was a big talking point at my table. I would go again on a weekday.

Pros: - Clean - Fast service - Busy, but able to make time for their customers. - Highly attentive - Delicious food. Ordered Chicken parm pizza and tomato basil penni with chicken (see photos, knife for scaling purposes) - Affordable parking. At the time of post mon-thurs 3$ for 6 hrs. First let me say I love the Cheese Factory, but this particular one not so much. The service is slow and I went during the time when the place was mostly empty. I had to ask for a waiter because it seemed there was no one scheduled for my table. My turkey sandwich was great however my friends barbecue chicken was not. The chicken was hard and dry. I was extremely surprised and embarrassed. I will not be coming to the Cheese Factory in Yonkers New York again.

So. Much. Sugar.... I had been to a Cheesecake Factory on Long Island a couple of times years ago and it was surprisingly good, so I figured this would be a nice surprise birthday brunch for my girlfriend. We arrived shortly after 10AM Sunday morning and it took a few minutes to be seated, apparently the staff were not all ready yet. We were seated outdoors in the direct sunlight, which quickly became uncomfortable. That may have been partly our fault for asking to be seated farther from the very loud outdoor speakers, but the explanation of what tables were available was not clear. Eventually we ended up moving to another table to get out of the sun. Our appetizer was the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes, which were quite tasty although definitely pretty sweet. Our drinks were the Tropical Tiki Punch, which was good but again too sweet (order it "skinny" with less sugar), and the Bourbon & Honey, which was ok. My girlfriend ordered Fish & Chips, which had some nice pieces of fish that were not overly breaded and a generous portion of decent french fries. I ordered the Bruléed French Toast, and asked for no powdered sugar. Apparently this meant to apply white sugar instead, and the french toast was nearly encrusted in sugar. It was not quite fully cooked, either. At this point we had waited quite a while for our food and we had to leave soon, so I just dealt with it rather than not eat. I finished my drink and ordered a Peach Lemonade, and we ordered a slice of Classic Basque Cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was delicious and I wish we had ordered 2 slices. The lemonade was entirely undrinkable. It had an odd taste and was so incredibly sugary that the sugar coated rim of the glass seemed like an absurd joke. I should have sent it back and asked for a water instead, but I had already paid the bill. Our waiter was good but he seemed as though he was waiting too many tables at once. The kitchen was slow first thing in the morning. Was the whole restaurant under staffed? Why were so many items so sugary? We're already coming here to get cheesecake, why do we need so much extra sugar? Next time we'll order things that can't possibly be sweetened, or we'll just come for the cheesecake.

I have not been to The Cheescake Factory in years and sadly I don't plan on making it a place to go back to...well at least to this location. After celebrating a graduation, my family and I came for lunch/dinner as we were a party of seven. Perhaps the waitress was having a bad day but the service we were provided was terrible. I understand we are still in a pandemic so perhaps servicing 7 adults and maybe her other tables of 2-3 patrons was a but much for her, but you can see the difference in quality of service between us and them. The food lacked flavor and some items we had to send back because it was inedible. We were not a difficult group at all as we knew what we wanted when we arrived and even called in advance to make arrangements to seat all of us. Perhaps it was an off day...but I don't look forward to attending this location again.

Went there a Tuesday evening.... I want to start with our servers we're amazing and dealt with everything as best as they could. I'm not sure of they were severely understaffed but seeing the lack of managers dealing with the situation (unless they were helping out the kitchen) makes me think it wasn't. Arrived and immediately went to the bathroom which was absolutely DISGUSTING. NO soap (hello pandemic) trash overflowing toilet seats dirty and no toilet paper so I used the gender inclusive bathroom Kids food came.out first per our request. Thank goodness . Everyone else's food came out overcooked. We didn't even get to eat at the same time . We got our food in 15 minute intervals. The wings were burnt to a crisp.It was terrible. Conclusion: we got our check we asked for a manager. We noticed he was speaking to several tables. He came over, listened to our complaints, thanked us for our feedback and walked to one of the computers. Our server came back and said he took $25 of our check.

Tracy, our server, was The Best! The food was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Went back 2 more times and each time the servers were great, and the food was delicious. My favorite is the avocado toast, but I am sad because I found out that they are taking it off the menu for good. 😢 If I could make any suggestion, it would be... please please please put avocado toast back on the menu. There are tons of other things that I enjoyed, but that avocado toast was THE BEST EVER.

The food was delicious!!! I 100% recommend the Smokehouse B.B.Q. Hamburger. It is to die for!!!!!! However, the service was messy. The bread and water was so late that they came the same time as our dinner. They also messed up with our drink orders, but I still recommend eating at this place. It was definitely a good dinner!

Longest wait to get served about an hour. The food came and the shrimp portion was the size of a pencil eraser maybe like 4 pieces. I was also charged over 10 dollars for a little Barcardi like 4 teaspoons that came separate for the smoothie. The waiter was running like a chicken without a head. He also disappeared after he brought the bread to start. The lemon flavored cream for pasta was OK.

Look it's cheesecake factory, you know what you're getting into! My usual go to meal is the four cheese pasta with breaded chicken. Their burgers are decent too. The image you see is the chicken parmesan pizza style! It's definitely better than Olive garden! Cheesecakes are awesome! Can't go wrong with a strawberry cheesecake or the 30th anniversary cheesecake. It does get busy around 3 and later. Service is decent depending on who you get.

The space and ambiance is always nice. Unfortunately a lot of food options weren't available (chicken wings and anything with crab). Plus even though the server was attentive to our party, it felt as though the food itself was lackluster. Bland, meat cooked at levels different from what was requested. Of my entire group, I was the only one who actually completed my meal... and that's probably because the jambalaya or gumbo is already a blend of other things that really give it it's flavor profile. I don't eat here often, and I usually hear great things, so I'm assuming that our night there was atypical and not the average.

It was okay. Our server was delightful! I just don't see what the big hype is about this place. Made a reservation and I still had to wait 30 min because they didn't have many options to accommodate my party of 7. FYI if you plan to go with a party of 7 or more just know it's going to be a pain and long wait. Drinks were great and also mac & cheese balls, the kids menu pizza was freshly made and everyone enjoyed their meals. I think my dish was good just not delicious. I figured they're always busy the food must be really amazing. Not that impressed. Also it's the second time I ate here just at a different location and I still didn't think it was all that.

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because our great server. She was very attentive, friendly with great suggestions. Otherwise people seemed to be running around with no purpose..we had to wait 15 mins for someone to come and clean the bar table so we can sit and eat. Front desk not accommodating & I don’t think they know what they doing.. we didn’t have a reservation and we were told the wait is 1 hour. I asked if the bar is open or the bar tables and I was told no right away. As soon as I walked in to see it myself the were 3 bar tables open..not to mentioned how many regular tables were open and not seated up to when we left.

My husband and I ordered the Thai lettuce wrap with chicken appetizer and the lettuce was dripping wet. I'm glad they rinsed the lettuce but it shouldn't be served that way. It was a pretty messy scene. There also wasn't enough chicken for the wraps. The chicken pot stickers were super salty but good otherwise. I had a glass of red sangria and my husband had a specialty drink both were loaded with ice even though we asked for light ice, so there wasn't much beverage in the glass. Definitely not worth the price. The warm bread and butter served before our appetizers was great and the reduced calorie gluten free cheesecake with strawberries and whip cream on the side was delicious. The service was fine. My table seat had crumbs on it and litter around our table when we were seated. The bathroom stalls were pretty dirty and need to be maintained. We probably will not return to this location.

Like many in the chain, this is a spacious, pretty place to take a small to medium number of friends to go out to eat (up to 8 people). A mind boggling variety of food options, including a separate lower calorie menu and some gluten free choices. Admittedly the best food they make is the stuff that covers all your calorie needs in one meal- not really the best place for health nuts, though they have tried to accommodate every taste. Overall good eats, with the exception of broccoli that could barely be considered cooked. My group recommends the egg roll variety appetizers and the fish and chips... they do fried and cheesy well!

We were greeted by Tracy Rowe, our waitress, who immediately changed our entire mood around with her infectious smile, seen through her eyes with a mask on. Tracy was attentive, and more importantly, intuitive when she suggested an alternate option on the menu after I shared my preference. I enjoyed her recommendation so much that I asked for another recommendation for take out for my hubby. If you are visiting this location, ask to be seated in her section. I had chargrilled New York steak, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. I chose asparagus! My drink was coconut mojito and it was delicious. Although, when seated, usually they'll ask if you want something to drink like water, drinks and bring some bread over, I had to request for it over 10 min. That's the first I've seen in many chain restaurants I go to. We had to request a 2nd time for things that we needed. I think overall, the food was very good and atmosphere was nice.

Place was very nice, our server was great she even noticed it was my birthday (I didn't want the to sing so I didn't say anything to them about my birthday)and brought me a small birthday dessert. My only issue was the wait time. It was very crowded with people who were waiting to be seated. We were told our wait time was an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and they text you when a table is Available but you have to be there within 5 minutes of when you receive the text... 5 MINUTES! Although their take out method can use better organization (I had to wait 40 min in the back near kitchen for the entree, then after waiting for my dessert, I decided to walk to the front area to find out my cheesecake was just sitting there) So, why 5 stars? I was upset at the cashier, the wait, and the entree was not even what I thought I was ordering. But, to my surprise, the parmesan chicken turned out to be the best dish EVER!! Overall the experience was decent. This place is large and seating was instantly available, as we went at off peak hours. Our server was good, and although busy she was attentive to our needs. Ok I was disappointed with the Fried Brussels Sprouts, I thought I would be getting halves...it was more like cooked leaves, but it did taste good, just wish it was prepared differently and am working on my own version for home. On my trips to New York, I always enjoy visiting the Ridge Hill Mall; great shopping and great eating. I decided to take my family out to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the Americana Burger oh, and it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and very tasty; it was an above average burger for sure. If I would have had the stomach for it, I would have ordered two. For an appetizer I ordered a side of their macaroni and cheese; it was extremely cheesy and tasted pretty good. My children ordered the chicken slider burgers with fries and it kept them very happy. My wife sneaked a bite and said they were very tasty LOL. My wife's dish was actually the jambalaya minus the sausage. It was so good she couldn't finish it fast enough. With the drinks and tip everything came out to be about 85 bucks for my family of five. I would honestly say, that is VERY decent for a New York dinner. Our server was great, and in fact we had two servers. They were very helpful and gave great suggestions. The Ambiance was very nice, had dimmed lights, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals respectfully. I will definitely be returning here the next time I'm in New York. This is a place where you could take a date or your family to. If you're hungry, this is definitely the place to get your grub on.

Is it me or has the food here gone downhill? I still like the atmosphere and the service was very good which is why we won't take it off our dinner list but what goes on? My wife hated her appetizer the Buffalo blast. It was like all breading and no blast, little to no chicken. My steak wasn't bad but the mashed potatoes were cold. We didn't make a big deal out of it. The wait was over an hour and a half. The line of people waiting and the number of people inside was ridiculous. For some absurd reason they did not open up the tables outside - it was chilly out but they had outside heaters so it was unclear why they would not seat people outside. We ended up taking out (which after placing the order, was also a 30 minute wait). The food was good tho and healthy portions

The food quality doesn't taste the same or maybe it's just this location. The service wasn't that great either but they were packed so I'm not to mad at the young lady. Overall I wasn't impressed with the amount of time we had to wait to get a table and the quality of food and service.

Took mom to lunch last week. I ordered the sliders which were soooo good! Fries arrived cold and we're sent back. Replacement was hot, crispy and delicious. Mom had butternut squash soup which she loved. She had a Caeser salad chicken salad sandwich combo. The salad would had been awesome if they drained off the water before dressing it. Chicken salad sandwich was a bust, no flavor, bland. Kitchen seemed to be under-staffed because food came out really slow for us and all tables around us. Our waitress did her best to be accommodating and pleasant.

The food was good but what I was served is not what I ordered. I ordered parmesan crusted friend chicken. What I was served was more like broiled chicken with some seasoning. Not fried, not crispy, not breaded. It was so-so. I would like to see that resolved. I definitely don't like that they served my tea and coffee in a glass cup! After 2 minutes the tea / coffee is room temperature. To me room temperature tea / coffee is bitter and nasty. The lightning is too low! It's more dark then dim. My server lady was great, nice, fast and very pleasant. I hope next time is better experience.

Came here with my nieces to celebrate their birthday. Hostess was very friendly, especially to the girls. The waitress Mia was very nice and helpful. She made sure the table got their food and drinks in a timely fashion and recommended the chicken-mango salad. The food here is always great and the service is too. Keep up the great work.

This restaurant is always worth the wait (if any at some times). Their selection is fantastic. The bread appetizer is delicious. The ambience is warm. It should be called the everything factory because they prepare many different kinds of dishes/foods including delicious breakfast. They validate your parking sticker (I can’t remember if it pays the whole thing or part of it - still pretty good!) Highly recommended.

The food, the drinks and the service we received from our server Maria was terrific just first rate and that made us extremely happy. However what we experienced coming into The Cheesecake Factory was not good at all sadly because in the past it was one of my favorite places. We had a 6 pm table reservation and we arrived at 6 pm expecting to be seated as normal but we're informed we had to wait because others outside were here before us only to see other parties who had not given their names/announced their arrival be seated before us a party of three. The person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I ask about this and her response was we would only have to wait a shorter period of time than the 30 minutes to 1 hour she was now telling walk-in parties. I asked then what is the purpose of setting up a table appointment. The response was like I said you don't have to wait as long as others. This didn't sit well with us but we had driven from The Bronx so we decided to stay and I'm glad we did because as usual everything beyond the front desk was wonderful as normal. However I don't believe I will be going there again nor will I recommend going there to my family or friends and trust me I have recommended lots of them to go to The Cheesecake Factory and to that one specifically but not anymore.

Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to visit the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We had reservations so there was virtually no wait ( we got there a little earlier than the reservation). The food was great, I really enjoyed it. One of the appetizers we ordered was the stuffed mushrooms and that didn’t taste the way it used to so I didn’t eat it; but all in all the rest of the food was delicious. My waitress’ name was KD and she was so sweet and attentive. I could tell she was busy but she never made us feel like we were a bother nor did she have us wait for anything that we asked her for ( I know that’s how it should be but some people just don’t have good customer service, but she definitely did). While we were about to leave, another waitress decided to wish us a goodnight and she was so pleasant ( most waiters just walk by you if you’re not their customers). Her name was Imani. The Cheesecake Factory made dinner delightful and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Service is good. I've hone to this location 2 times and both time had ups and downs. The 1st time my server took forever to bring water and ask acknowledge us period, and it wasn't like super busy or anything. And my 2nd server brought out my check before I even asked for it. But the food was very good and everything came out hot and delicious. U have to try the avocado rolls and the fried chicken with honey and truffle. Sooo good 🤩

First time coming to the Cheesecake Factory and it was amazing! The drinks are tasty and you definitely taste the liquor. Food was fresh and flavorful. The service could have been better but overall it was a great experience.I went here twice before and was impressed, but last night's stop really took the cake (or the cheesecake?). Near 7 on a Friday night, we only waited 5 minutes.

It's a Wonderful area to visit and the inside of a restaurant with beautiful, however it took so long the food to be served. I would have loved to have given it five stars but when we ordered our cocktails they had run out of Bloody Mary mix which seemed impossible for a luncheon hour, one dish that was ordered was totally overpriced and not worth the price.

This place used to be amazing. Every dish had tons of flavor and the proportions were incredible for the price. During the pandemic I feel like the dishes have lost some of their pizzazz, but the proportions are still incredibly large!

Usually quite consistent across all their locations in terms of menu and quality. Quality is usually just okay. Should focus on quality ingredients rather than massive portion sizes. Easy to get a table and staff were pleasant enough. My parents from overseas enjoy it, but I never go without them. Always a better option nearby.

Safety protocols are extremely important at Cheesecake Factory. I love that it's safety first! Eating there on a Saturday is a wait, so we had the option to sit at the bar, we dont drink and never really thought of it since we are used to sitting at a table to dine. It was a great choice! Alicia behind the bar took great care of our needs and continously checked on us. And as usual the food was spectacular. Loved it!

cheesecake factory is hands down my favorite chain, i've even been to one in shanghai, china. somehow, hadn't yet been to the yonkers location until today and we had a fabulous experience. tameka, our server, was an absolute gem and truly made us feel so welcome. they had no brown bread when we sat down but she made sure to bring us a loaf before we went home, which was so unexpected, lovely, and appreciated. a wonderful experience!

This place would get a five star from me if the food was not so BLAND. The one in white plains food taste 10times better. It is a world of difference. Yet the plating is great like all cheesecake factories. The service is good and so are the drink. Please put take a second and put some salt and pepper on the food guys. Other then that good job.

I went for my birthday with my family. The wait was quite long which is why I took 1 star away. Our servers Sam and Darius were great! My family likes to joke around and laugh and it's always better when the servers have a great personality and sense of humor! They were able to roll with the punches and contribute to an amazing night filled with tears of joy! The Nachos with Chicken are AMAZING!! I'm also a big fan of the Thai Lettuce Wraps!!
