Management please vaccum and clean out the vents on the floor behind the seating area near the window. Noticed on the floor are 4 vents full of dust garbage and mouse traps. The mouse traps are unsightly and made me gag. If there's a mouse problem regularly scheduled exterminators are needed and closed garbage cans, detailed cleaning and vacuuming every night in the kitchen, eating areas etc. Also a tall skinny closet for brooms, mops and employees belongings is needed -it smells like dirty mop water and dust when you walk in and layers of dust can be seen on frames and decor. Please address these hygiene issues the food is good but health and hygiene risk need assessment and mediation.

4.6 Stars Good slice for $2.95. Ample cheese and sauce, decent size. Chewy/crisp crust (which could use a little more flavor) Good flavored Italian sauce with oregano as the main spice, cheese cooked correctly to bring out the flavor, It's a bit on the dry side though, you'll need something to drink with this one.

We just ordered and picked up food, from Nonas, and the turn around time was excellent! The pizza dough was yummy and the cheese was not oily and plastic, but cheesy, fresh and tasty. Great tasting pizza! We paired with a glass of reds, and a bit of Chuck Mangione's - give it all you got! Service was excellent, easy parking and great price. Check out Nona's if you have not done so yet!!

Very homey. The pizza and garlic knots were amazing as well as the service. My son enjoyed it as well. He's particular with different types of pizza and when he ate it I knew Nona's would be a repeat spot. You won't be disappointed.

The pizza here is delicious. The slice is a nice generous size. The crust is nice and crisp, and doesn't flop over. The ratio between cheese and sauce is perfect. This is an ideal NY pizza.

It's just as good as I left it. One thing missing from upstate NY is great pizza. This spot was my favorite in the bronx and upon visiting after 2 years, it's still the best.

Great for a quick bite. Staff is respectful and awesome. A slice is heated up for you in a minute flat. Their slice is less greasy than other pizza shops nearby, and their tomato sauce is so good. Prices are fair and lots of options. Chicken alfredo and garlic knots are delicious here. Only drawback is that they're closed on Mondays as of 4/22/2021

the two woman working there ...very nice ...pizza guys not so..they just do their pizza job and did not talk with the customers like the girls..what ever...... Their pizza quality is inconsistent and the price is only worth it if the pizza is exceptional which is rare.. Just my opinion...I have been to this place many many times and I think I give up due to inconsistency.. The pleasant girls are worth it..I wish I could remember their names but I forgot... 3-26-19 I remember their names now! Grace and Marianne.. super nice. And recently I decided to try a pizza again at Nona's and I was happy with the pizza and guys who worked the pizzas were more friendly this time. good!...

We just moved to the neighborhood, we had been unpacking boxes and moving furniture around all day, and we were very hungry. My wife called to order pasta from Nona's and - Wow - what a great decision that was. I had lasagna, my son had pasta Bolognese, and my wife had chicken piccata - all were delicious! The portions were so big we had the leftovers for lunch the next day. It is straight-ahead old school Italian, and I mean that in a good way. Next, we will have to try the pizza - if it is like the pasta, it is going to be good!

I'm a regular plain thin crust pizza kinda guy. .... They make some specialty (not your typical true italiano style) pies that are fantastic. I get the chicken Caesar slice and Buffalo chicken slice for lunch at least once a week. It's thin enough to still get a crunch, but thick and strong enough to not collapse under the weight of the toppings when you lift to eat. The staff is super friendly as well. Great place.

My boo was daring and liked it. They get lots of business which is good. I had to use the bathroom and saw catch traps for mice/rats in bathroom. Just saying, I chose not to eat there.

Pizza is great. Waitresses are friendly and Nino (owner) definitely picks some cute girls. Been there three times now with a colleague and owner already knows our names and greets us as friends walking in the door. A GREAT local place to grab a slice.

Pizza Like I grew up with. Outstanding soups. The meals are awesome as well. Nona's is a small, local bistro that welcomes its patrons and absolutely gives you a great meal! Kudos to Nino and Frank and the staff!

Good place. Easy to park, good food. A little cold in the winter as there is only 1 door, (ie, no inner + outer door) so in the winter sit as far away from door as possible.
